I am Not Afraid.

I am not afraid, for the Holy Spirit is with me. I am not discouraged, for Jehovah is my God. Jesus strengthens me and helps me. He holds me up with His victorious right hand. Isaiah 41:10 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation

Please my Beloved Jehovah Gibbor Milchamah (Psalms 24:8The LORD Mighty In Battle) whenever hard times come always help me to remember that You have promised that You would never leave me nor desert me and that You are always true to Your word. Jesus has said, I will never fail you. I will never abandon you. ”Hebrews 13:5 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation

I know that when satan is attacking his hardest it is to prevent me from accomplishing important tasks You have prepared for me to do to bring honour to You and to bring the little lost sheep to You.

Keep awake! Watch at all times. The devil is working against me. He is walking around like a hungry lion with his mouth open. He is looking for someone to eat 1Peter 5:6-8 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation

When all seems lost, please remind me that You are right there beside me, walking me to glorious victory in Your beautiful name. You have promised that the battle is not mine but Yours to win. I know many battles will not be won instantly but take time.

The Lord my God is with me, a Powerful One Who wins the battle. He has much joy over me. With His love He gives me new life. He has joy over me with loud singing. Zephaniah 3:17 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation

Please enlarge my faith (trust) in You to bring it to a magnificent completion. Remembering the past victories cause me to sing songs of gratitude and joy for the victory You are bringing me in this battle.

I pray this in the name of my most glorious King of Kings, Jesus Christ. Amen

I’m Giving it All Away.

Give burden to Jesus

Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?Matthew 6:25-27 The Holy Bible, New Living Translation

This is for the worry worts.

You know they type, if there isn’t a crisis in their life, they will make one.

Why do you waste your time, effort and health on such frivolous things?

Not me, I give it all away.

Give it all away to Jesus that is. If you claim to be a Christian that is what you are supposed to do. Give all your troubles to Jehovah. Believe in Him. Believe He will soothe all your frets and provide a solution to you.

After all He took care of an entire nation, feeding them and caring for them, for forty years in the dessert, we are of course talking about the Israelite’s in the Exodus. And, they numbered over two million. If He can do that, what is your problem compared to that.

Worry is an insult to Jehovah. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Pray a sincere prayer and read your Bible.

Sometimes you may have to wait for your solution. How long did Abraham wait for the birth of Isaac. You cannot rush God; He works on His time, not yours.

Another thing, God is all wise. His answer may not be what you want, but is always in your best interest. He knows much more than you.

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him Romans 8:28 The Holy Bible, New Living Translation.

So, when you finally receive your answer, don’t sit on your hands, take action. It is a partnership. He will supply the solution to your problem and the tools necessary to resolve the situation. BUT, YOU must take the action needed for resolution. It is teamwork.

And he did rescue us from mortal danger, and he will rescue us again. We have placed our confidence in him, and he will continue to rescue us.”
2 Corinthians 1:10 The Holy Bible, New Living Translation

So, what are you waiting for?

Do it now. Open up your heart and pour all your worry upon Him. He is waiting to hear from you.

You have delivered my soul from death, my eyes from tears, my feet from stumbling Psalms 116:8 The Holy Bible, New Living Translation

“For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 8:38 39 The Holy Bible, New Living Translation

I have confidence in the only confident thing in this world: That the Holy Spirit is right by my side through it all. Both, the good times and the bad. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Here I am my beloved Jehovah Hossanha (God our maker). Mold me into the vessel You wish me to be, in Your own time and manner. I trust You completely to guide me and know You walk with me in good times and bad. In the name of Him who gave completely to You and for us Jesus Christ we pray. Amen.

May your house be filled with joy in the morning and sweet dreams at night. May it be a home where love has come to live. Joseph a son of Jehovah

You Healed Me.

LOOKING TO HEAVEN

O Lord my God, I cried out to You, And You healed me. Psalm 30:2 New King James Version

It was in my hard times that Jehovah accomplished His greatest work in my life. Joseph- Anthony: Green

At one time there were undesirable traits in me that Jehovah needed to expel from my being before He could use me. They were the most agonizing and difficult times in my life yet I praise Him for them. That may sound crazy but it is true.

Take spitefulness for example. If you crossed me I could be the most evil and cruel soul you have ever encountered. Folks would literally get on their knees and beg me to stop. These needed to be burned away from me before Jehovah could use me which He did. He arranged for some agitators to continuously torment me. I wanted revenge but He told me to stand there and take it. It was more than I could handle so I cried out to Him to bless me with the strength to with stand these attacks which He abundantly did. Through these awful times He taught me to depend upon Him for strength.

The flip side of the coin was when Jehovah extracted His vengeance upon my tormentors which He arranged for me to witness. When His justice was preformed in my site a small quiet voice said to me:” Seek not revenge but leave vengeance in the hands of the Lord for He knows how to perform true justice.” When I saw the Lords vengeance I was terrified of it. Through this process I learned to depend upon Jehovah for strength and for His divine justice to be executed (yes it is okay for Christians to call upon the Lord for justice to be done unto those who have wronged us).

This is but one example of how He burned off the dross of stubbornness, independence, and spitefulness in my life. Burning off the dross is what they do to metal to make it pure. It is put through a furnace and the useless stuff is melted away to leave a pure metal.

“Everyone thinks of changing the world, but no one thinks of changing himself.” Leo Tolstoy

Jehovah puts us all through the furnace of afflictions to burn off our undesirable qualities to make us pure in His eyes. That does not mean we are perfect. It means our hearts bodies and minds belong to Him and Him alone. Through this process He healed me of a lot deep hurt and anger that was in my life.

It is during our darkest moments that we must focus to see the light. Anonymous

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah-M’Kaddesh (The Lord is my Sanctifier) for blessing me with crucifying anything that was worshiped above You in my life and for the blessing of burning off of the dross of all things that impeded my growth into the holy child You have intended for me to be. I exalt You in the name of Your most holy son Jesus Christ. Amen.

May you be blessed in abundance with Jehovahs Devine love, peace and joy today and every day.

He Hears You.

O You who hear prayer. Psalm 65:2 New King James Version

When you pray you are not praying to a dead idol made of wood or metal or some make believe fellow like Santa Claus or to dead souls, like the saints. That is foolishness.

Instead with reverence, love and sincerity pray to the living God whose throne is in Heaven.

He hears your cry when suffering sorrow. He blesses you with answers that give reassurance and healing.

He hears your cry when you need help. He answers with protection and resources to conquer your adversary.

He hears your cry when you are alone and feel dejected. He blesses you with filling you with His Divine love, comfort and encouragement. He hears your cry when you need guidance in your life. He blesses you with resources and guidance councilors to show you the path you must take.

He hears your cry when you are remorseful He not only forgives you but guides you in the proper manner to reconcile with the one you have done wrong. This blesses you with peace in your spirit.

He hears your cry when you need to learn something. He blesses you with wise teachers and mentors that reveal the knowledge you need.    And of course it is with pure delight he hears your song of praise for His love. To Him that is the sweetest song that ever exists. Of course when we are in a loving relationship we delight in sharing with the one we love how much we love them.

He cherishes your prayer of thank you when He blesses you. That is the respectful thing to do is it not? When you help someone does it not feel good when they thank you? How much more than should we thank our Beloved Father in Heaven when He blesses us?

GOD LOVES YOU

You do not need to make an appointment and he is never too busy. Jehovah is always there, Jehovah always cares. Joseph- Anthony: Green

When you continuously continue in a weakness (like being short tempered) He does not become exasperated with you and give up on you. When you honesty are repentant and humbly ask for forgiveness He will forgive you and thousand times a thousand.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Heseh (God is love) for being such a loving Father to this cherished child of Yours. Thank you for Your blessings of Your Hoy love, strength, wisdom, comfort and encouragement as Your never end provisions. I praise You in the name of Your most special blessing Your Holy Son Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sweet sunshine of Jesus’ beautiful love bless you today and every day.

You Can’t, He Can

To him who is able to keep you from stumbling. Jude 24 New King James Version

We all have them.

We have inherited them from our parents.

Sinful disposition traits are handed down from one generation to the next. This is why it is important to trace your ancestors. Doing so helps you understand why you are the way you are.

So if say you have relatives in your family tree that were alcoholics you would know it to be very wise to abstain from drinking.

As well it is also of extreme importance to pass this knowledge onto your children to help them avoid much grief and destruction in their lives.

Now there are some bad traits that try as we may we can never conquer them.

So say you are short tempered it does not matter how hard you try to control your temper you will always be short tempered.

All is not lost however.

We are blessed with the gift of the power of the Holy Spirit when we accept Christ as our savior and surrender these weaknesses to Him in complete faith that He shall conquer them.

                                                                      DELIVERANCE COMES FROM THE LORD

As well He will bless you with knowledge of what triggers your temper to go off and the necessary steps to avoid these ruinous situations. There will come occasions when you cannot escape them. Then it is time to run to the safety of the Holy Spirit. Call upon Him quickly with complete faith He shall deliver you and He will.

I speak from personal experience on both of these weaknesses.

There were inherited weaknesses that were destroying my life that I had no power over. It was only when I completely surrendered them to Christ that I was saved.

There are ruinous dispositions that require daily prayer to prevent me from disastrous situation that the Holy Spirit either prevent from occurring or guided me through them when they do occur.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah-Chatsahi (The Lord is my Strength) for blessing me with Your Devine strength to eternally conquer the fleshly weaknesses in my life that was spiritually destroying me and making my life a living Hell. Thank you for blessing me with wisdom and strength on how to keep them at bay. I exalt You in the name of Your strong Son my Beloved Savior Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sweet sunshine of Jesus’ beautiful love bless you today and every day.

Cleanest but not Clean.

If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9 New King James Version

When we become Christians all of our past sins are washed away when we confess and repent of our sins.  We are considered clean before our Holy Father by the blood of Christ our sacrificial lamb. They no longer have a hold on us. Those chains that held us are smashed and we are eternally free of them.

If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 1 John 1:8 New King James Version

Now that is not to say we are perfect and blameless.

SINFUL DESIRE

How many times can you go through a day without sinning?

Try as we may we are still in a fleshly body and therefore still have weaknesses in us no matter how hard we try to be sinless.

Just try to keep all of the Ten Commandments in a day and see if you can. Yes the Ten Commandments are just as important today as they were in the Old Testament times.

I tried and it is impossible.

That is why we need to confess our sins with a truly remorseful heart. Then we are cleansed by the precious blood of Christ.

But to receive this you must truly desire to conquer your short comings and work with the Holy Spirit to conquer them.

So it is no use to ask Jehovah to deliver you from viewing pornography while searching porno sites on line.

To willfully sin is a double sin. One, you make the choice to sin and second, you follow through on your desires. Try as you may there is no forgiveness of this sin. Joseph- Anthony: Green

Now when and if you come to your senses are realize the wrong you have done and with tears confess your short comings unto Jehovah then you will be cleansed of your sins again.

Prayer: Jehovah-Go’el (The Lord is my Redeemer) for the supreme sacrifice Your cherished Son made to cleanse me of all my filthy sins and make me pure in Your loving eyes.

Thank you Jehovah-Mephalti  (The Lord my Deliverer) for delivering me from a life that was Hell bound through Your Beloved Sons blood. Thank you for providing a means to escape these chains and the strength to eternally conquer them. Thank you that when I sincerely fess up You forgive me of my sinful weaknesses. I thank You in the name of He whose precious blood made this all possible Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sweet sunshine of Jesus’ beautiful love bless you today and every day.

The Attacks Will be on You

“In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world” (John 16:33 ) King James Version
“Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution” (2 Timothy 3:12). King James Version
I don’t know about you, but my worst tribulations came from those who were close to me before coming to Christ. They were the ones that constantly inflicted the most anguish and pain on me. So much so I had to move thousands of miles away from them. The pain I bore was almost unbearable and intense.
About a year later again someone close to me that was an unbeliever caused a lot of grief and tribulation in my life. That time it was not as severe though as I had the knowledge from the previous one and knew Jesus was with me every step of the way.
The closer you get to God, the more the attacks are going to be on you and the more severe they will be. Satan knows your weak points and that is where he will unmercifully attack you to destroy you.
Do not be afraid though. For we have the greatest champion in our corner who makes the devil scurry away like a freighted rat when a light is shone on them. His mighty name is JESUS CHRIST. He defeated satan on the cross and will defeat Him every time he attempts to destroy you.

CHRIST DEFEATS DEMONS

Oh for sure you will suffer. But, in the end that will make you stronger so you can withstand the vile wicked one when the next attack comes.

Do not get cocky though and believe you can take the devil on yourself. That is the sure fire way to humiliating defeat.

Instead know that when you are tortured or tempted to the breaking point that is when Jesus comes charging in like a raging fierce warrior to your rescue.

These attacks will occur throughout your entire life until you are called to your magnificent home in Heaven. Then you will realize all those battles were worth it.

Prayer: Jehovah Shammah (The Lord is present) thank you for coming to my rescue during the intense battles between satan and me. I know he is smarter than me and stronger. But, you are the smartest and strongest. You have promised to save me in my hour of need and I believe you always keep your word. In the name of our
great protector Jesus Christ we pray. Amen.

May the sweet sunshine of Jesus’ love bless you today and every day.

How to Beat the Sneak.

Now when the devil had ended every temptation, he departed from Him until an opportune time. Luke 4:1 New King James Version

Satan is sneaky.

He does not charge into your mind, he is subtle and begins with just little thoughts. Then they become cemented into your mind and grow like cancer. Eventually they will consume you and you commit a sin.

To effectively defeat this creep use the best and only weapon available to you to soundly defeat him very time.

Carry a Bible verse with you constantly and when the scumbag comes just pull out that verse and with power and authority shove it tight down his throat. Then for the finale inform him that you belong to Jesus so just take a hike. Say it with conviction.

Thoughts become habits so surround yourself with Godly thoughts.

To accomplish this listen to sermons on sermonaudio.com (I like to listen to Allister Begg, A.W. Tozer and Spurgeon.) every day, read Christian devotionals like http://www.actsweb.org and Our Daily Bread listen to Christian radio like http://www.joyfmonline.org and http://www.praise1065.com.

THE LORD WILL ANSWER

Pray to Jesus to reveal to you your bad habits and the method of defeating them.

Sometimes they are too strong for you and can only be defeated by completely surrendering them to Jesus.

As well think of the things that are triggers and avoid them like the plague. So if you are an alcoholic you need to avoid your drinking buddies and do not even walk down the streets with the bars you used to hang out at.

That is what happened to me with my addiction to alcohol. It was too strong for me and the only way to defeat it was through completely surrendering it to Christ. It was defeated that instant.   That does not mean that satan does not still try his sneaky little tricks but I have the protection of the Holy Spirit to resist him.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Yeshua (God our protector) for the most powerful protection against the most devious liar and thief Lucifer. Your most awesome protection of this child that belongs to You has rescued me from the Highway to Hell and leads me on the difficult Pathway to Heaven. I in deep gratitude extol You in the name of my strong King who defeated our nemesis once and for all on the cross Jesus Christ . Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.

We Are a Stiff-Necked People.

FOLLOW YOUR WAYS

“If now I have found grace in Your sight, O Lord, let my Lord, I pray, go among us, even though we are a stiff-necked people; and pardon our iniquity and our sin, and take us as Your inheritance.” Exodus 34:9 New King James Version

Stiff necked:  having or showing the insulting attitude of people who think that they are better, smarter, or more important than other people, refusing to change your ideas or to stop doing something, difficult to deal with.  Merriam-Webster Dictionary.

Common, admit it, you are stiff necked too. We all are.

I used to be very stiff necked at times.  And then, I was blessed with the cure.

His name is: The Holy Spirit.

Many times He convicted me that I was being stiff necked and I admitted it. When I tried on my own to conquer the thing I was stiff necked in I failed. Finally in desperation I cried out in desperation:”My God, I cannot conquer this thing!” It was then that the power of the Holy Spirit helped me conquer it. Notice He did not conquer it but rather He HELPED me conquer it. We cannot sit on our laurels and expect Him to do all the work. We must put forward and effort and work with Him to conquer it.

Now sometimes He will conquer it on His own like an addiction.

It was only by His power that He freed me from alcoholism. I was a biological alcoholic and no matter what I tried to conquer the drinking problem I fell flat on my face. It was only when I totally surrendered to Him that he blessed me with smashing the chains that help me in a living Hell and was dragging me into a permanent one.

It is also why we need to read our Bibles, talk with Jehovah and be obedient unto Him. Otherwise we will fall back into the destructive habits.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah-Mephalti (The Lord my Deliverer) for delivering me from the destructive habits that were making my life a living Hell and slowly dragging me into a permanent one. Thank you for working with me to conquer those habits which You find disgusting. Thank you for pricking my conscience when I begin to fall back into some of my old destructive ways. I thank you in the name of the greatest Deliverer Jesus Christ. Amen

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.

Two Types of Guilt.

DELIVERANCE COMES FROM THE LORD

When He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth. John 16:13 New King James Version

There are two types of guilt.

One comes from the conviction from the Holy Spirit when we have done wrong.

The other comes from Satan which gives you a wrong impression that your sins are not forgiven when you repent.

One is healthy, the other destructive.

If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9 New King James Version Many times the Holy Spirit has convicted me when I have been mean spirited (said or done nasty things to others). He will not leave me alone until I repent. This is good for our relational life, spiritual life with Jehovah and physical health.

Whenever Satan tries to bring up this past sin to lay an unwarranted guilt conscience on me I just remind him of Christ’s forgiveness. If we listen to Satan we will constantly be worried if we have been forgiven (some people will bring up past wrongs to try to manipulate me which is how Satan uses them. I wisely, meekly and humbly remind them of my repentance and that it is they who are committing the sin now not me by trying to enslave me to past wrongs so they can get something from me they do not deserve) and constantly trying to seek forgiveness where there is none to be sought.

Satan will work in other areas of your life as well i.e. you are fat, you do not spend enough time with family, your grades are not good enough, you do not make enough money.

Can you list any others?

Listening to him will destroy our spiritual life, our physical and mental health.

When Satan tries to lay a guilt conscience on me I just remind him that because I have repented I am forgiven. Then I ask him if he has repented to Jesus for all the wrong he has done to Jehovahs children. Joseph- Anthony: Green

That is when it is best to go to Jehovah in prayer and He will guide you to the truth and destroy Satans wicked schemes.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah-Hashopet  (The Lord is my Judge) for acquitting me of my filthy sin when I honestly repent unto You, the Supreme Judge. Thank you for teaching not to fall for the wicked filthy ones lies when he tries to lay a guilt conscience on me. I sing halleluiah to You in the name of He whose blood has washed me clean as fresh morning snow Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.
