I have made plans for my retirement that went up in smoke.
There was land purchased in my younger years that was taken away from me to by the politically correct. I lost all my dreams when I lost that.
Then I fell for what I now believe were scams by an investment company and went broke. Being a slow learner, it took three times before understanding that investment was a scam. Again my dreams were shattered.
When I dedicated my life to service unto our Heavenly King He sent me all over the world serving under very strenuous circumstances with little materially to show for the years of effort. There was deep concern that my final years would be spent living the paupers life with nothing to show for decades of service as old age crept in.
It was taken to my Heavenly Love and He reassured me with Bible verse after Bible verse for about three hours that He would bless me in this life as well as our eternal one.
One night Jesus gave me a dream that I was walking down a dark deserted street and was homeless. Then a rich man came to me and softly demanded I follow Him. He took me to an apartment that had nice clothes in it, the apartment was nice and there was food in the refrigerator and in the cupboards. Then He informed me that as long as I was obedient unto Him I would never be homeless, wear rags or have an empty belly.
He has been true to His word then, I am sure He is good for it now that the elder years are creeping ever faster in this old boys life.
Prayer: Thank you Jesus Ghmolah ( The God of Recompense. Job 11:20 ) that even though it looks like I am being a sucker and many times being abused in my service unto You, I believe Your promise to me to always take care of me including when I am in Your beautiful Heavenly home You have graciously prepared for me. It is in Your wonderful name I thank you. Amen

Being a bit of an old geezer, I have seen oh so many fads come and go.
There was the hippy generation, the disco generation, the punk generation, and I have no idea what the generations from the nine teen nineties are called.
During one of them I was pressured greatly to conform to their lifestyle. I was bullied and laughed at a lot because of my refusal to join in the fun times.
It is interesting to see them now. They realize that lifestyle was meaningless.
Reflecting back on my walk with Christ in that time there are moments of pure ecstasy, there were many moments of suffering which brought me ever closer into Christ’s loving arm and engaged my trust in Him my adoration in Him, my love for Him and my dedication in service unto Him. This was good and pleasing unto my cherished Father in Heaven, King in Heaven and amazing tutor ( The Holy Spirit ) .
Mind you, this transformation will continue even in our Heavenly Home so do not think you are a finished product.
Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect. Romans 12:2 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation

To me home represents the heart.
Every day I pray for the Holy Spirit to help me speak and behave like my idol Jesus Christ in all I say and in all I do.
Society says that righteousness is like shifting sand. It is open to interpretation. What is right for you may not be right for me but I will respect your right to live like that. What an idiotic way to have a disfunctioning society, which is what we see today.
A Christian says they will stand upon the principals that Jehovah teaches us through His Word, the Bible. He brings this enlightenment to us through the mentoring of the Holy Spirit.
Now of course satan and by extension society, will try anything to destroy that with temptations of lust, political correctness, which is satanic, and suffering because we will not surrender our Godliness morals.
We of course have an undefeatable super weapon to help us live a victorious Godly life. His name is the Holy Spirit and He is just a call away when we request our Heavenly Poppa sent Him to help us.
But people who aren’t spiritual can’t receive these truths from God’s Spirit. It all sounds foolish to them and they can’t understand it, for only those who are spiritual can understand what the Spirit means. 1 Corinthians 2:14 The Holy Bible, The New Living Testament

To My dear cherished Poppa : Good morning Poppa This is the day that You have made and I rejoice and be glad for the gift of it.
With gratitude, I thank You for preserving my life for one more day.
With gratitude, I thank you for Your ultimate gift of love for me, in the form of Your Son and the sacrifice of His life on my behalf. Because of this overwhelming gift that I often cannot comprehend, I humbly submit to You.
I know Lord, that I am a mere human and cannot instruct You, but you Lord bless me with The Holy Spirit to instruct me.
So teach me Your ways that I may rely on Your steadfast faithfulness. Teach me to number my days and to use my time wisely. I don’t know what this day holds, but I know that You hold the day.
It was you that laid the foundations of the Earth and therefore understands every part of it. I know that you keep the sun in the sky, the stars in place, and have created this Earth for me to inhabit and enjoy.
Throughout this day, may I be always be keenly aware of Your presence in everything I do – as I commute to work, drop children off at school, keep house and speak with my neighbors.
May my life be a living example and may others see Christ in me.
There are many that are hurting in this world – may I be a salve to someone today Lord, in a way that I can’t even imagine.

I pray for wisdom that is peaceable, gentle, and approachable, with lots of mercy and fairness. You said an unlimited supply of wisdom is available to me if I simply ask, I so humbly request for wisdom to know how to deal with the many people and situations that will cross my path.
I pray for protection throughout this day; protect from harm and evil; go before me, to the left and right of me and behind me. Guide my steps so that I walk worthy of Your calling throughout this day. May I always be sensitive to Your promptings – whether it shows up as a gentle tug or a strong conviction. I pray for reconciliation in families, in nations and to You.

Poppa, you know my faults and my flaws, please forgive me for being unkind with my words and my thoughts; forgive me for being self-serving; forgive me for holding on to old wounds instead of giving them to You.
Please forgive me, Poppa. When I am overwhelmed, confused, unsure, and restless, help me run to Your Word, The Holy Bible.
May your Word come alive to me so that it is a living guide in every situation I encounter this day.
Help me, Poppa, to remember the promises of your Word and bring the right passage to my remembrance for the situation I encounter. I acknowledge Poppa that I need to spend more time with You reading and praying so that I am prepared for whatever the day brings. Poppa I know that your Word is indeed a light unto my feet and a light unto the path You have chosen for me to walk this day .
Please remove fear and anxiety. from my heart and mind . As believers You have not given me a spirit of fear, but of love power and a sound mind. So when I are fearful, please remind me of Your love for me and use that love as the impetus to love others and see situations differently; may I tap into the power that you have given me, for I am never alone because You have not left me comfortless.
May Your wisdom be the underpinnings for my sound mind.
May I remember that I do not have to be anxious and when I am tempted to be anxious or worrisome, may I verbalize my concerns to you and then leave them there as You taught me to do. Worry does me no good and limits me, and You do more with my worry than I ever could. So please help me to turn all of my anxious thoughts and nerve-wracking situations over to You; to truly do that and trust that You are working. That You are working all things together for my good because You love me; that You are working in ways that I cannot comprehend because Your ways always supersede mine. And that in this working You are molding me continually into masterpieces fit for Your use.
Thank You for increasing my faith and capacity to love You by being loving towards others just as You are loving towards me.
As a child of yours Lord, I know that I am Your masterpiece though sometimes I feel so far from it. Please help me to remember my worth in You when I’m faced with challenging situations.
When I feel depressed, help me to remember that I am fearfully and wonderfully made in Your image , a replica of You and that You loved me so much You thought that I was worth dying for.
I do not know anyone that would die for me, but Your beautiful Son, my best friend did, and I’m eternally grateful and humbled for His supreme gift of love towards me.
For the unseen, Poppa, I thank you. You are beyond understanding, You are abundant, you are mine, and I am Yours. I totally and completely submit everything in my life to You today,

Here is the formula for success in life.
Godliness means to imitate Jehovah. It means to conform your life to the laws and wishes of Jehovah. Gods Law (Jehovahs Law) is this:
Do not do unto others as you would not like them to do unto you. This is the criminal law but sometimes you can do things unto others that is not criminal in the government courts but is violating the Law in Jehovahs courts. For example it is not against the law to cue jump but it is in Jehovahs court.
Do unto others as you would wish them to do unto you. In government court you are not obligated to help someone but you are duty bound (which is an act of love) in Jehovahs court. So for example, your elderly neighbour cannot shovel snow from their driveway in the winter or cut their grass in the summer. You are not obligated under government law to help them but you are duty bound (which is an act of love) by Jehovahs to help them.
Love others as much as Jehovah loves you and see how meaningful and fulfilling your life is. Joseph a son of Jehovah When you do this, Jehovah always has your back and will always take care of you.
Prayer: Please Jehovah Emunah (God is faithful) direct my words and actions to emulate You in all of my thoughts, words and deeds so as to glorify You and to guide the lost unto Your loving arms. I genuinely implore You in the name of He who perfectly emulated You Jesus Christ. Amen

The more you have, the less happy and contented you are. That is a proven fact.
Most folks are puppets in the hands of big monopolies. They say if you have this you will be happy. Then, they charge you exorbitant amounts of money to purchase their product. Because you cannot afford it, it puts you into debt. Then, next year they come out with a new and improved product and the process it repeated.
If it gets between you and Christ, get rid of it. Joseph a son of Jehovah
Going into debt and working long hours only to be exhausted keeps you away from Christ.
Live a simple life, you will be much more contented.
I speak from a lot of experience. I have always lived a simple, frugal lifestyle and for the most part am very contented. I see those I grew up with being very materialistic and are the most miserable folks you ever meet.
For me, my greatest joy, and satisfaction is when sharing a conversation with Jesus. It need not be about my problems (although there is nothing wrong with that but it is not to be the only time you talk with Him). Many times it is when we are walking in His creation (nature) that we just talk about anything and everything like the best friends we are. It is so enjoyable. He opens my eyes to all the beauty around me and how He loves me and takes care of me. I am contented with His daily provision in my life.
I have lived in abundance and in abject poverty but learning to depend upon and be grateful for Jehovahs daily provisions is one of the greatest lessons learned. Joseph a son of Jehovah
Now I do not worry about where my next meal is coming from nor hoard things. Now I do not foolishly waste His daily provisions but use them wisely as a manner in which to show proper respect and appreciation for my Fathers provisions.
“Contentment is not by addition but by subtraction: seeking to add a thing will not bring contentment. Instead, subtracting from your desires until you are satisfied only with Christ brings contentment.” Jeremiah Burroughs
Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Jireh ( God provides ) for patiently teaching me that my wants will never bring me satisfaction but being content in Your daily provision brings a lot of contentment, peace, appreciation, respect and peace. Next to being blessed with loving communion with You, these are the greatest of gifts You daily bless me with. I am in deep gratitude to You in the name of Your greatest gift to me Jesus Christ. Amen

A desire to know merely to know, is curiosity.
But a desire to know in order to do, is godliness.
I have met many that can quote any Bible verse for any situation. When asked if they put it into application in their lives they just give me a dumb look and walk away.
I have met a few of the wise that can quote a Bible verse for any situation and explain what it means and how the Holy Spirit helped them to put it into application in their lives. Those are the ones I will listen to and respect.

Godliness means to live a life that Jehovah has directed us to live. When we do so we have a great source of contentment.
We are grateful and content with the daily blessings Jehovah showers upon us instead of worrying that we do not have enough life those of the world.
We are secure and contentment that we have a loving caring Heavenly Father that will always take care of us so we do not need to worry about losing a job or getting a sickness.
We sleep contentedly and peacefully at night knowing that we are in His loving tender care instead of suffering insomnia unnecessarily worrying about things we have no control over to begin with.
We need not worry about what is going to happen in life like those in the world because we know when we submit unto our Heavenly Father, He will always walk with us in the path He has chosen for us to take in this life.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Jireh ( God provides ) for faithfully providing for me in all manner of my life. It has blessed me with a Heavenly contentment which only You can provide. I exalt You in the name of He who always provided for His disciples as He walked with them Jesus Christ. Amen.

How ya gonna know Him if you spend no time with Him?
In order to get to know Jehovah it is imperative to spend time with Him ever day. The more time we spend in communion with Him (not just whining about gimme, gimme, gimme the more dynamic your spiritual life becomes. It is like high octane for the spirit. The more time you spend with Him the more your disposition and behavior will emulate Him and you live a more godly life.
I have heard so many cry baby that they do not have a deep relationship with Jehovah and do not know why.
When you follow His instruction manual (the Bible) for a incredible loving relationship with Him you will be amazed at how much He transforms you into a loving child of His in every aspect of your life. As you are transformed more and more into His likeness you will discover your life is a real dynamo.
My heart beats like a dynamo when in the presence of He with whom I am so deeply in love with. Joseph a son of Jehovah

The only way to obtain contentment within us is to be blessed with the Holy Spirit’s indwelling in our heart.
Your dream job quickly becomes boring after a few months.
After the honeymoon is over there is still love but not constant contentment.
How much contentment is there in exercise? Oh your body may be in shape but how is your spirit? How much contentment is there in materialism? Very little from what I see.
Most times there is constant contentment in my heart (we all go through rough times in our lives where there is little contentment but when we pray Jehovah blesses us with contentment, peace and love).
Instead of constantly looking to change your circumstances why not find contentment in the unchanging love of the Holy Spirit?
He is always there and there is nothing to compare to His loving contentment He blesses us with.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Shalom (The Lord blesses with Peace) for blessing me with peace and contentment in Your daily provisions for me.
