Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Abba (God our Father 1 John 3:1 ) that like any good father I can always come to You for any reason. Thank you for Your patience and attentive ear. To My dear cherished Poppa : Good morning Poppa This is the day that You have made and I rejoice and be glad for the gift of it.
With gratitude, I thank You for preserving my life for one more day.
With gratitude, I thank you for Your ultimate gift of love for me, in the form of Your Son and the sacrifice of His life on my behalf. Because of this overwhelming gift that I often cannot comprehend, I humbly submit to You.
I know Lord, that I am a mere human and cannot instruct You, but you Lord bless me with The Holy Spirit to instruct me.
So teach me Your ways that I may rely on Your steadfast faithfulness. Teach me to number my days and to use my time wisely. I don’t know what this day holds, but I know that You hold the day.
It was you that laid the foundations of the Earth and therefore understands every part of it. I know that you keep the sun in the sky, the stars in place, and have created this Earth for me to inhabit and enjoy.
Throughout this day, may I be always be keenly aware of Your presence in everything I do – as I commute to work, drop children off at school, keep house and speak with my neighbors.
May my life be a living example and may others see Christ in me.
There are many that are hurting in this world – may I be a salve to someone today Lord, in a way that I can’t even imagine.
May my words be seasoned with salt and minister grace to all that hear.
May my actions be aligned with your Word.
I pray for wisdom that is peaceable, gentle, and approachable, with lots of mercy and fairness. You said an unlimited supply of wisdom is available to me if I simply ask, I so humbly request for wisdom to know how to deal with the many people and situations that will cross my path.
I pray for protection throughout this day; protect from harm and evil; go before me, to the left and right of me and behind me. Guide my steps so that I walk worthy of Your calling throughout this day. May I always be sensitive to Your promptings – whether it shows up as a gentle tug or a strong conviction. I pray for reconciliation in families, in nations and to You.
I pray that all may come to know you and be reconciled back to You.
Poppa, you know my faults and my flaws, please forgive me for being unkind with my words and my thoughts; forgive me for being self-serving; forgive me for holding on to old wounds instead of giving them to You.
Please forgive me, Poppa. When I am overwhelmed, confused, unsure, and restless, help me run to Your Word, The Holy Bible.
May your Word come alive to me so that it is a living guide in every situation I encounter this day.
Help me, Poppa, to remember the promises of your Word and bring the right passage to my remembrance for the situation I encounter. I acknowledge Poppa that I need to spend more time with You reading and praying so that I am prepared for whatever the day brings. Poppa I know that your Word is indeed a light unto my feet and a light unto the path You have chosen for me to walk this day .
Please remove fear and anxiety. from my heart and mind . As believers You have not given me a spirit of fear, but of love power and a sound mind. So when I are fearful, please remind me of Your love for me and use that love as the impetus to love others and see situations differently; may I tap into the power that you have given me, for I am never alone because You have not left me comfortless.
May Your wisdom be the underpinnings for my sound mind.
May I remember that I do not have to be anxious and when I am tempted to be anxious or worrisome, may I verbalize my concerns to you and then leave them there as You taught me to do. Worry does me no good and limits me, and You do more with my worry than I ever could. So please help me to turn all of my anxious thoughts and nerve-wracking situations over to You; to truly do that and trust that You are working. That You are working all things together for my good because You love me; that You are working in ways that I cannot comprehend because Your ways always supersede mine. And that in this working You are molding me continually into masterpieces fit for Your use.
Thank You for increasing my faith and capacity to love You by being loving towards others just as You are loving towards me.
As a child of yours Lord, I know that I am Your masterpiece though sometimes I feel so far from it. Please help me to remember my worth in You when I’m faced with challenging situations.
When I feel depressed, help me to remember that I am fearfully and wonderfully made in Your image , a replica of You and that You loved me so much You thought that I was worth dying for.
I do not know anyone that would die for me, but Your beautiful Son, my best friend did, and I’m eternally grateful and humbled for His supreme gift of love towards me.
For the unseen, Poppa, I thank you. You are beyond understanding, You are abundant, you are mine, and I am Yours. I totally and completely submit everything in my life to You today,

I do not know about you but I have no desire for Jehovah to test me. That is a pretty brave request. I have gone through testing and it ain’t fun.
As well, no matter how strong of a Christian you think you are, you are still weak.
Come to think about it, that is a great reason to ask to be tested, to find out any area’s of weakness that needs work on and to not become overconfident.
Jehovah already knows our anxious thoughts and knows how to relieve them, usually for me it is by opening my understanding of Bible verses that encourage and strengthen me.
Sometimes we become complacent in our lives and unknowingly are doing things that are offensive unto Jesus.
We need the Holy Spirit to convict us of these ( do not worry, He is a good, kind and gentle teacher. There is no yelling or screaming. However, when we are obstinate, He will use strong manner to convince us to turn from these destructive habits).
Unlike the world, which is travelling down the Highway to Hell, Christ has an individual road for us to travel the we alone are to travel to our Heavenly Home. That is why we need the guidance of the best path finder, The Holy Spirit. Joseph a son of Jehovah
Prayer: Please Jehovah Jireth (Genesis 22:14 The LORD Shall Provide) bless me with the Holy Spirit to always provide help to me to remain on the Back Road to Heaven You have chosen no matter how hot and dusty and bumpy it is. I know the ultimate destination is worth it.

I am in my early sixties as I write this and have never been married. Oh sure there are many times when I see couples or families my heart aches to enjoy such a blessing in my life as well.
That however, is not the path the Lord has chosen for me.
There is no way I could have served the Lord in the manner I have if there was a wife or family in my life. I have faith in our Jesus that He will reward me with unlimited love in His family when it is to our heavenly home He takes me.
So if you are single, do not allow family or society to push you in a direction contrary to God. It will only lead to misery.
Where I live now, when people get a certain age their relatives (mostly their mothers and grandmothers) constantly harass and nag them: “When are you going to get married, when are you going to get married?” When they get married then the nagging continues: “When are you going to give me a grandson, when are you going to give me a grandson?” (Not a grandchild, but a grandson. This is to support them in their old age and to carry on the family name. What a pity so many young people get married just to shut the nagging mothers and grandmothers up. They are not happy, indeed, most are terribly miserable.

I have seen this come true in almost every married elder couple I have met. Indeed, many times I wonder why they even got married in the first place (most times it was because the lust of the body was stronger than the willingness to obey Jehovahs choice. It ended up with a lot of shot gun marriages. Yes, even with your grandparents).
Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Yahew (God of His people) for the privilege of being a eunuch in order to better serve You. I know You shall reward me in Heaven. In the name of my adoring big brother Jesus Christ I give thanks for this blessing. Amen

This is something we all need to take heed of today.
She raises her voice in the markets; She calls out at the head of the noisy streets [where large crowds gather]; At the entrance of the city gates she speaks her words:
“How long, O naive ones [you who are easily misled], will you love being simple-minded and undiscerning? How long will scoffers [who ridicule and deride] delight in scoffing, How long will fools [who obstinately mock truth] hate knowledge?
“If you will turn and pay attention to my rebuke, Behold, I [Wisdom] will pour out my spirit on you; I will make my words known to you.
“Because I called and you refused [to answer], I stretched out my hand and no one has paid attention [to my offer]; And you treated all my counsel as nothing And would not accept my reprimand, I also will laugh at your disaster; I will mock when your dread and panic come,
When your dread and panic come like a storm, And your disaster comes like a whirlwind, When anxiety and distress come upon you [as retribution].
“Then they will call upon me (Wisdom), but I will not answer; They will seek me eagerly but they will not find me.
Because they hated knowledge And did not choose the fear of the Lord [that is, obeying Him with reverence and awe-filled respect],

“For the turning away of the naive will kill them,

(Unfortunately I have seen too much of this even in today’s society, especially amongst the liberals, homosexuals and so called intellectuals).
“But whoever listens to me (Wisdom) will live securely and in confident trust
And will be at ease, without fear or dread of evil.”

I have many so called guinuses in the stock moarket. I have met many who consider themselves experts at life. Interestingly enough they all fail in their lives. That is because they arrogantly depend upon themsleves instead of Jehovah for guidence. This transends every generation not just the young crowd. I have met many that would be considered paupers in the worlds standards but are some of the wisest folks I have ever met. I eagerly anticipated sitting at their feet and drinking in their incredible wisdom. One thing they all had in common was that they never took credit for themselves but alawys gave the glory where it belongs, unto Jehovah. Wisdoms value never diminishes but only increases in value when it comes from Jehovahs treasure house of knowledge. This is why I believe introverts are closer to Jehovah than extroverts.
Introverts thrive on being alone in quiet places. That is the only place to be blessed with true communion with Jehovah.
Extroverts are always busy (usually having fun) and no time to be in quiet solitude with our Beloved.
How are you to worship someone you spend little to no time with?
How are you supposed to listen to His voice if your too busy to sit quietly and listen to Him?
How are you supposed to share the wonders of His creation if you are too busy shopping or doing sports or any other activity that steal time from Him?
Us introverts thrive on solitude with Jehovah. It is the air we breathe. And, it blesses us with extreme closeness with Jehovah and His wonders. And, added benefit is that spending quiet time alone with our Beloved is good for our mental health. It melts away our anxiety, anger, worry and grief (it certainly does me) as He reassures us that everything is okay. He is taking care of it. It is good for our physical health. Because we have less stress on our minds it is beneficial for our bodies. And best of all it is fabulous for our spiritual health. Experiencing Jehovahs Divine love for us renews and strengthens our spirits.

In China they call themselves “ House Slaves”. This is because they are so much in debt that most of their money goes to pay for an over priced apartment ( they do not have houses in China and call apartments houses). They are afraid to go on vacation because someone may break in and steal all of their valuables. There is the constant upkeep of the residence.
How much of a difference is there in the rest of the world to this enslavement?
The more material wealth you possess the more of a slave you become. Joseph son of Jehovah.
There have been numerous studies done that prove the more material wealth you have the less happy you are and the more paranoid you become. The less real friendship you have.
Gee does that not sound like something you should be envious of?
Then why are you envious of the martially rich when you can have the riches of Heaven in your grasp?

To fret means to worry.
Have we not all fretted on more than one occasion?
I used to be a first class worry wort. If things did not happen in my time , I would take matters into my own hands. When the crash and burn happened my cry unto Jehovah was always the same : “ Jehovah , where were You , why did You not help me. “ He of course was not to fault but it was my own fault. It took me many years to wait upon His time , in His way.
I used to believe I was a patient man until I became a Christian and had to wait upon Jehovahs timing , not my own. Joseph- Anthony: Green
I believe not only was He teaching me patience but also to have and enlarge my faith.
Worry leads to impatience waiting for Jehovah to answer. Impatience leads to arrogance which says I will not wait for the Lords answer. This leads us to take matters into our own hands. This , of course , leads to disaster. Joseph- Anthony: Green

Anxious is described as feeling or showing uncomfortable feelings of uncertainty.
We have all experienced anxiousness in our lives.
The difference between Christians and those of the world is that they have no where to turn to to provide them with concrete assurances that those they go to for help are in control and to fill them with peace.
We as Christians have the confidence in Jehovah who controls everything.
When we are obedient unto His guidance He will sooth out fears, comfort us and guide us to the best path to take out of the dark forest of uncertainty that envelopes us in whatever the circumstance is that is causing us apprehension.
Panic is defined as the emotion experienced in the presence or threat of danger.
Again those who are of the world panic when disaster is looming or is striking them. Those of us who belong unto Christ have His assurance that He will either walk through the fire with us like He did with Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego.
He answered, “Look! I see four men untied, walking around in the midst of the fire, and they are not hurt! And the appearance of the fourth is like a son of the gods!” Then Nebuchadnezzar approached the door of the blazing furnace and said, “Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, servants of the Most High God, come out [of there]! Come here!” Then Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego came out of the midst of the fire. The satraps, the prefects, the governors and the king’s counselors gathered around them and saw that in regard to these men the fire had no effect on their bodies — their hair was not singed, their clothes were not scorched or damaged, even the smell of smoke was not on them Daniel 3:25-27 Holy Bible Amplified Version
Or , He will deliver us from the storm like He did His disciples.
But as they were sailing, He fell asleep. And a fierce gale of wind swept down [ as if through a wind tunnel ] on the lake, and they began to be swamped, and were in great danger. 24 They came to Jesus and woke Him, saying, “Master, Master, we are about to die!” He got up and rebuked the wind and the raging, violent waves, and they ceased, and it became calm [a perfect peacefulness]. Those were real events Christian and are available unto You Jehovahs cherished child when you , in faith , call out unto Him.
I know , I have been through many furnaces and raging storms with Him in our walk towards the Heavenly home He has prepared for me.
