I have made plans for my retirement that went up in smoke.
There was land purchased in my younger years that was taken away from me to by the politically correct. I lost all my dreams when I lost that.
Then I fell for what I now believe were scams by an investment company and went broke. Being a slow learner, it took three times before understanding that investment was a scam. Again my dreams were shattered.
When I dedicated my life to service unto our Heavenly King He sent me all over the world serving under very strenuous circumstances with little materially to show for the years of effort. There was deep concern that my final years would be spent living the paupers life with nothing to show for decades of service as old age crept in.
It was taken to my Heavenly Love and He reassured me with Bible verse after Bible verse for about three hours that He would bless me in this life as well as our eternal one.
One night Jesus gave me a dream that I was walking down a dark deserted street and was homeless. Then a rich man came to me and softly demanded I follow Him. He took me to an apartment that had nice clothes in it, the apartment was nice and there was food in the refrigerator and in the cupboards. Then He informed me that as long as I was obedient unto Him I would never be homeless, wear rags or have an empty belly.
He has been true to His word then, I am sure He is good for it now that the elder years are creeping ever faster in this old boys life.
Prayer: Thank you Jesus Ghmolah ( The God of Recompense. Job 11:20 ) that even though it looks like I am being a sucker and many times being abused in my service unto You, I believe Your promise to me to always take care of me including when I am in Your beautiful Heavenly home You have graciously prepared for me. It is in Your wonderful name I thank you. Amen

It does not matter if you are working at a fast food restaurant or are a nurse or if you are a garbage man or a police officer. When you are a Christian, your boss is the same. His name is Jesus.
Now, there are going to be times when you must say no to a physical bosses directive because it goes against Christs principles. To be sure you are going to suffer but it does not compare to the reward Christ lavishes upon you when You obey Him rather than man. It may not be an immediate reward and you may not even be rewarded until you reach Heavens Gate but Christ promises rewards to loyal servants and He never lies.
On the flip side of the coin, you may not be appreciated and even be abused by your employer. Take comfort in knowing that your reward will be just as great by Jesus because you persevered.
Great suffering for standing upon Christs principals is rewarded by even greater reward by Christ in His Heavenly home. Joseph a son of Jehovah
Prayer: Thank you Jesus Emunah (God is faithful 1 John 1:9, 2 Thessalonians 3:3 ) that You are true to Your word to this humble devoted servant and I shall receive my reward if not in this life here and now then in eternity with You in Heaven for being Your obedient servant. There was an horrible abusive woman that abused and tormented her good son who was her live in care giver to her in her elder years. The son asked his beloved Father in Heaven if the the mother would ever reconcile and apologize to him. The above Bible verse came to him

Are you willing to?
It is our natural inclination to close our ears to words we do not wish to listen to.
Are you willing to suppress that and listen to The Holy Spirits voice as He convicts you?
It is our natural inclination to hate our enemies and make them suffer as much as we can.
Are you willing to love them?
That is not the mushy nonsense you see in movies or on TV.
It is an effort that can only be accomplished by surrendering to the power of The Holy Spirit. It does not mean that you condone nor tolerate abusive behaviour. If you love them you will help them to understand why they are abusive ( many times it is because of abuse they have suffered and have not been healed of ) and help them get counselling. If you love them you will not empower them by allowing this behaviour to continue but will allow them to suffer the consequences of their actions.
Purge yourself of toxic folks less their poison kills your love and you are rewarded with nothing but misery in return. Joseph a son of Jehovah
Are you willing to pray for Jehovah to open your eyes to the problem and to the solution ( including the fact that the problem may not be them but may be you ).
When others hate us it is natural to hate them back.
Are you willing to love your enemies by understanding why they hate you and seek reconciliation in the relationship. If they refuse are you willing to love them enough to behave in a respectful manner towards them. Are you willing to pray for Jehovah to open your eyes to the problem and to the solution ( including the fact that the problem may not be them but may be you ).

Please Jehovah ELOHIM YAKOL (God, the Most Able 2 Corinthians 9:8 ) bless me to enable me to conduct myself towards difficult folks in the noble manner in which Your gracious son Jesus Christ did. I wish not just for peace in this relationship but to use this situation to glorify You and to bring the little lost sheep into Your Heavenly fold. Please bless me with the strength and healing of ostracizing myself from toxic folks until they accept that their behaviour is not loving nor acceptable.

To My dear cherished Poppa : Good morning Poppa This is the day that You have made and I rejoice and be glad for the gift of it.
With gratitude, I thank You for preserving my life for one more day.
With gratitude, I thank you for Your ultimate gift of love for me, in the form of Your Son and the sacrifice of His life on my behalf. Because of this overwhelming gift that I often cannot comprehend, I humbly submit to You.
I know Lord, that I am a mere human and cannot instruct You, but you Lord bless me with The Holy Spirit to instruct me.
So teach me Your ways that I may rely on Your steadfast faithfulness. Teach me to number my days and to use my time wisely. I don’t know what this day holds, but I know that You hold the day.
It was you that laid the foundations of the Earth and therefore understands every part of it. I know that you keep the sun in the sky, the stars in place, and have created this Earth for me to inhabit and enjoy.
Throughout this day, may I be always be keenly aware of Your presence in everything I do – as I commute to work, drop children off at school, keep house and speak with my neighbors.
May my life be a living example and may others see Christ in me.
There are many that are hurting in this world – may I be a salve to someone today Lord, in a way that I can’t even imagine.
May my words be seasoned with salt and minister grace to all that hear.
May my actions be aligned with your Word.
I pray for wisdom that is peaceable, gentle, and approachable, with lots of mercy and fairness. You said an unlimited supply of wisdom is available to me if I simply ask, I so humbly request for wisdom to know how to deal with the many people and situations that will cross my path.
I pray for protection throughout this day; protect from harm and evil; go before me, to the left and right of me and behind me. Guide my steps so that I walk worthy of Your calling throughout this day. May I always be sensitive to Your promptings – whether it shows up as a gentle tug or a strong conviction. I pray for reconciliation in families, in nations and to You.
I pray that all may come to know you and be reconciled back to You.
Poppa, you know my faults and my flaws, please forgive me for being unkind with my words and my thoughts; forgive me for being self-serving; forgive me for holding on to old wounds instead of giving them to You.
Please forgive me, Poppa. When I am overwhelmed, confused, unsure, and restless, help me run to Your Word, The Holy Bible.
May your Word come alive to me so that it is a living guide in every situation I encounter this day.
Help me, Poppa, to remember the promises of your Word and bring the right passage to my remembrance for the situation I encounter. I acknowledge Poppa that I need to spend more time with You reading and praying so that I am prepared for whatever the day brings. Poppa I know that your Word is indeed a light unto my feet and a light unto the path You have chosen for me to walk this day .
Please remove fear and anxiety. from my heart and mind . As believers You have not given me a spirit of fear, but of love power and a sound mind. So when I are fearful, please remind me of Your love for me and use that love as the impetus to love others and see situations differently; may I tap into the power that you have given me, for I am never alone because You have not left me comfortless.
May Your wisdom be the underpinnings for my sound mind.
May I remember that I do not have to be anxious and when I am tempted to be anxious or worrisome, may I verbalize my concerns to you and then leave them there as You taught me to do. Worry does me no good and limits me, and You do more with my worry than I ever could. So please help me to turn all of my anxious thoughts and nerve-wracking situations over to You; to truly do that and trust that You are working. That You are working all things together for my good because You love me; that You are working in ways that I cannot comprehend because Your ways always supersede mine. And that in this working You are molding me continually into masterpieces fit for Your use.
Thank You for increasing my faith and capacity to love You by being loving towards others just as You are loving towards me.
As a child of yours Lord, I know that I am Your masterpiece though sometimes I feel so far from it. Please help me to remember my worth in You when I’m faced with challenging situations.
When I feel depressed, help me to remember that I am fearfully and wonderfully made in Your image , a replica of You and that You loved me so much You thought that I was worth dying for.
I do not know anyone that would die for me, but Your beautiful Son, my best friend did, and I’m eternally grateful and humbled for His supreme gift of love towards me.
For the unseen, Poppa, I thank you. You are beyond understanding, You are abundant, you are mine, and I am Yours. I totally and completely submit everything in my life to You today,

There has been so many times in my dedicated service unto our Heavenly King where the stress was so bad it felt like I was going to literally explode. On my knees with rivers of tears rushing down my exhausted cheeks and shaking hands lifted to the Heavens I called out unto our Beloved Poppa in Heaven to release me from this pain, anguish, frustration, and exhaustion.
Most times He refused.
Instead He answered me with the same phrase that washes all the distress and exhaustion from my body and spirit and left me completely enveloped in His Divine peace and love. “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” 2 Corinthians 12:9 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation
Divine grace is described as : the free and unmerited favoror the recieving of goodness from God The Free Dictionary
Jehovah may not free you from your circumstance but He will walk with you through them and you will be blessed with loving and respecting Him ever more.
When Jehovah puts you in the furnace of affliction, He is right in there with you. Joseph a son of Jehovah.
Prayer: Thank you Jehovah-‘Immeku (The Lord Is With You Judges 6:12 ) for walking with me through all my trials and tribulations, sorrows and snares. Who is your What about him?
Is it someone you know that is breezing by in life while being a Stephen Scammer and getting away with it and even prospering in it?
Is it someone who needs help but the Lord is calling you to serve Him somewhere else? Is it someone who has done you wrong and it seems as if they have impunity from justice?
Take you eyes off of them and concentrate on what Jesus wants you to do for Him. Have faith (which means trust) that Christ will always do what is right in His time, in His way.
Jesus please bless me to stay focused on You and not on those around me, especially those who have done me wrong and I am faithfully waiting for Your justice to come upon them. Joseph a son of Jehovah

The Lord gave this message to Jonah son of Amittai: “Get up and go to the great city of Nineveh. Announce my judgment against it because I have seen how wicked its people are.” Jonah 1: 1-2 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation
Nineveh was not an unknown city to Jonah. They were arch enemies of both the Israelite’s and of Jehovah. The two countries deeply hated each other and were many times at war with each other. They treated each others captives very cruelly. I am sure some of Jonahs family and friends suffered at the Ninevite’s hands.
Now imagine Jehovah commanding a Jew who had family and friends suffer at the hands of the Nazi’s and Jehovah commanding him to go up and tell the Nazi’s if they do not repent they will be destroyed. That is what it was like for Jehovah to command Jonah to go to Nineveh and warn them of the coming destruction if they did not repent.
Okay, now let us make it more personal.
Imagine if Jehovah commanded you to go up and share Jesus with someone who has abused you or cheated you or made you suffer horribly in any other manner, and inform them if they did not repent of their ways they would be condemned to Hell for eternity.
Would you do it?
Although sometimes obeying Jehovahs commands may be like swallowing a turd sideways we, as His children are to be obedient unto Him. Joseph a son of Jehovah
Many times Jehovah will command us to do things which are repugnant to us but has eternal consequences for those He is sending us to.
No where do we see the Ninevite’s and Israelite’s becoming best buddies or and other change in the disposition between the two enemies. I believe there will be little change in the disposition between the two belligerents of today either .
Prayer: Please Jesus Melech Olam (Psalms 10:16 The LORD King Forever ) bless this humble servant of Your to always be obedient unto His masters calling no matter how unpleasant it is. I sincerely request this in Your majestic name. Amen

I do not know about you but I have no desire for Jehovah to test me. That is a pretty brave request. I have gone through testing and it ain’t fun.
As well, no matter how strong of a Christian you think you are, you are still weak.
Come to think about it, that is a great reason to ask to be tested, to find out any area’s of weakness that needs work on and to not become overconfident.
Jehovah already knows our anxious thoughts and knows how to relieve them, usually for me it is by opening my understanding of Bible verses that encourage and strengthen me.
Sometimes we become complacent in our lives and unknowingly are doing things that are offensive unto Jesus.
We need the Holy Spirit to convict us of these ( do not worry, He is a good, kind and gentle teacher. There is no yelling or screaming. However, when we are obstinate, He will use strong manner to convince us to turn from these destructive habits).
Unlike the world, which is travelling down the Highway to Hell, Christ has an individual road for us to travel the we alone are to travel to our Heavenly Home. That is why we need the guidance of the best path finder, The Holy Spirit. Joseph a son of Jehovah
Prayer: Please Jehovah Jireth (Genesis 22:14 The LORD Shall Provide) bless me with the Holy Spirit to always provide help to me to remain on the Back Road to Heaven You have chosen no matter how hot and dusty and bumpy it is. I know the ultimate destination is worth it.
I honestly request this in the name of He who followed the most difficult road, the one that led to Calvary, for me, Jesus Christ. Amen
The gift of love, the gift of joy, the gift of peace, these are the greatest gifts that can be given. They are given in abundance to all those in Christs family by our Heavenly loving Father. If Jehovah did not give it to us then who did?
It was satan that gave us a spirit of timidity where we are afraid to speak the truth. He did this to prevent us from from speaking the truth and bringing the lost to Christ. He also did it so that the wicked ones could gain power over the weak and abuse them to greater degrees. This has been done through out history where if the people spoke up in the beginning bad things like the Nazi’s would not have happened.
It was satan that gave us a spirit of cowardice so we would not stand up to bullies. This created terrible situations for entire societies (look again to Nazism). As well, he gave us a spirit of cowardice and fear so we would not step out into the unknown world Jesus is leading us to in service to Him.
Jehovah has, through faith, given us power to conquer evil folks and love to reach out to the unloved. He has blessed us with sound judgment so we will not fall for his schemes and scams. He gave us a spirit of discipline so we can grow in power in His spirit to live Godly lives.
This means living a life of having a well balanced mind that is balanced by the Holy Spirits guidance.
We have calmness by surrendering ourselves to Him and allowing Him to keep us calm in tense situations.
Through the Holy Spirit we gain self control (sometimes He keeps us under control, sometimes He reminds us of when we are losing it and depends upon us to make the effort of maintaining self control). Joseph a son of Jehovah
Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Immeka (Judges 6:12 The LORD Is with You) for always being with me and helping me live a victorious life through You. I praise You in the name of He who I always try to imitate in every area of my life to bring You glory through my life just as He did, Jesus Christ. Amen
