This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun! 2 Corinthians 5:17 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation
Prayer: Jesus, thank you for making me new! You raise me to life, and then you invite me on a grand adventure with you! You redeem my life as I follow you. Jesus, you restore my future! Thank you for never leaving my side as we walk this journey hand in hand. Help me to keep taking steps forward with you.
It is in Your beautiful name I give thanks. Amen

Repent[change your inner self your old way of thinking, regret past sins, live your life in a way that proves repentance; seek God’s purpose for your life] and believe [with a deep, abiding trust]in the good news[regarding salvation].” Mark 1:15The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation
When you refuse to repent it hurts two very important ones. The first and most important one it hurts is Jehovah
Because you refuse to repent there is arrogance in your heart. Because Jehovah is love and you have arrogance in your heart, you separate yourself from Him. You are too arrogant to say you are sorry to Him so you are not forgiven That hurts Him tremendously.
The next one you hurt is yourself. The longer you refuse to repent the further you are getting away from your loving relationship with Jehovah and getting closer towards Hell, both in this life and in the eternal one.
Many times the offence you have committed involves someone else so you have hurt them and your relationship with them. So, many times there is a third party that you have hurt as well.
Repentance is the best medicine there is for your mental, physical and spiritual health. Joseph a son of Jehovah
Prayer: Thank you Jesus Goelekh (Isaiah 49:26&60:16 The LORD Thy Redeemer) for blessing me with redemption whenever I repent of my sins. Thank you Holy Spirit for making me sensitive to my sins and teaching me the proper way in which to repent to the one I have offended. Thank you Jehovah for making it all possible in Your divine plans to redeem Your children. I praise You all in the name of He whose blood made it all possible, Jesus Christ. Amen

So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus. Romans 8:1 The Holy Bible New Living Translation
When we accept Jesus not just as our Savior but as our King we are members of an exclusive organization.
We are excluded from judgement because even though we mess up (as we all do) when we repent (which means admitting what we did, admitting it was wrong, asking for forgiveness and stop committing the offense we are forgiven) we repent unto our King and Heavenly Father because we know our short comings hurt them. Because we love and respect them when we do something that hurts their heart, it hurts ours as well. That is why we repent.
That is why there is no condemnation for us, because we repent. Because we love Jehovah, Jesus and the Holy Spirit when we grieve them it grieves us. Joseph a son of Jehovah
Prayer: Thank you Jesus Go’el (The Lord is my Redeemer) – Is. 49:26, 60:16 for blessing me with redemption through Your precious blood. Please Holy Spirit bless me to always walk in accordance with Your Holy will so as to always bring joy to those with whom I love and adore most: Jehovah, Jesus and You. It is in the name of my most Beloved best friend I ask Jesus Christ. Amen
May the gentle assurance of Jesus’ sweet love encompass you today and every day. Joseph a son of Jehovah
May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing to you, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer. Psalm 19:14 The Holy Bible, New Living Testament
Recently I was convicted while reading a morning devotional. The Holy Spirit convicted me that the words of my mouth did not match the meditation of my heart. Someone was terribly abusive to me and I said some very unchristian words in anger and frustration (the abuser did not care that her actions caused me great physical pain).
I promptly repented and even though she is still abusive my meditations with my Beloved are in love again.
It does not matter how much anyone is physically and or mentally abusive to me. All that matters is my loving obedient relationship with my Heavenly Beloved. Joseph a son of Jehovah
Prayer: Please Jehovah Heseh (God is love) bless me to always keep my focus on our loving relationship no matter how abusive those around me are. It is the anchor that hows me close to You in those horrible storms. I humbly request this in the name of He who calmed the violent storm on the seas for His disciples Jesus Christ. Amen
May the gentle assurance of Jesus’ sweet love encompass you today and every day. Joseph a son of Jehovah
But if we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness. 1 John 1:9 The Holy Bible New Living Translation
Have you ever suffered from constipation for a few days?
It feels as if hands of fire are gripping your guts, and your head is going to explode.
Think of how relieved you feel when you finally have a bowel movement. Afterwards you feel light as air and feels pretty good huh?
Now think about how you feel when you repent of your sins. Think of how those sins eat at your soul affecting not only it but your physical health as well. When you repent, that filth is excreted from your soul like a spiritual bowel movement. Should we not be grateful to the one who makes forgiveness possible just as we are relieved from physical constipation?
The Holy Spirits conviction is the best spiritual enema you will ever have for better spiritual health. It flushes the filth of sin form the spirit quite effectively.Joseph a son of Jehovah
Prayer: Thank you Holy Spirit Go’el (The Lord is my Redeemer) – Is. 49:26, 60:16 for blessing me with conviction which brings me unto repentance which blesses me with redemption. I exalt You in the name of He whose blood made redemption possible Jesus Christ. Amen
Whatever is beautiful, whatever is meaningful, whatever brings you joy, may you be blessed with an abundance of it this every day this year.
For though we walk in the flesh [as mortal men], we are not carrying on our [spiritual] warfare according to the flesh and using the weapons of man. The weapons of our warfare are not physical [weapons of flesh and blood]. Our weapons are divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses. 2 Corinthians 10:3-4 Holy Bible Amplified Version
Make no mistake about it Christian, we are at war. Our enemy is stronger than we are, smarter than we are and more numerous that we are.
All is lost then, you say.
No, we have complete victory in our grasp every time the enemy attacks. Our weapons are few but guaranteed to defeat the foe every time.
Number one: when the evil one or his minions come with a direct attack our Heavenly Father sends in reinforcements.
For He will command His angels in regard to you, To protect and defend and guard you in all your ways [of obedience and service]. Psalm 91:11 Holy Bible Amplified Version
Who do you think will win that battle?
He and his goonies are far smarter the we but we have a weapon to defeat them every time. Do not believe you battle them and win for then defeat is certain.
It is a wise man that trusts Jehovah, it is a foolish man that depends upon himself. Joseph- Anthony: Green
Do not let mercy and kindness and truth leave you [instead let these qualities define you]; Bind them [securely] around your neck, Write them on the tablet of your heart. Proverbs 3:3 Holy Bible Amplified Version
Know your Bible, eat its words, carry it with you, write down victory verses and be prepared to use them. Then satan and his goons will flee from you. Joseph- Anthony: Green
The Lord is near to all who call on Him, To all who call on Him in truth (without guile). Psalm 145:18 Amplified Bible
Satan will work on your conscience and try to convict you of pass sins.
Do not listen to him but instead listen to our Heavenly Father.
Thanks be it is by Christs blood when we repent that we are acquitted of our sins. Thanks be to God, who gives us the victory [as conquerors] through our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Corinthians 15:57 Holy Bible Amplified Version
Satan will try to defeat us with soul and spiritual destructive habits. Clasp solidly unto Christs power to defeat this weakling.
No temptation [regardless of its source] has overtaken orenticed you that is not common to human experience [nor is any temptation unusual or beyond human resistance]; but God is faithful [to His word—He is compassionate and trustworthy], and He will not let you be tempted beyond your ability [to resist], but along with the temptation He [has in the past and is now and] will [always] provide the way out as well, so that you will be able to endure it [without yielding, and will overcome temptation with joy]. 1 Corinthians 10:13 Holy Bible Amplified Bible
“We’re in spiritual combat – cosmic combat for the heart and soul of humankind.” — Chuck Colson
Prayer: Thank you Jehovah-Gador Milchamah ( The Lord is Mighty in Battle) for blessing me with Your Heavenly protection whenever I am being attacked by demonic forces. Thank you for providing with Your Divine word to defeat the demons when they come for battle. I praise You in the name of the King of the Heavenly armies Jesus Christ . Amen
May the gentle assurance of Jesus’ sweet love encompass you today and every day.
For it is by grace [God’s remarkable compassion and favor drawing you to Christ] that you have been saved [actually delivered from judgment and given eternal life] through faith. And this [salvation] is not of yourselves [not through your own effort], but it is the [undeserved, gracious] gift of God;not as a result of [your] works [nor your attempts to keep the Law], so that no one will [be able to] boast or take credit in any way [for his salvation]. Ephesians 2:8-9 Holy Bible , Amplified Version.
We will never understand it. How Jehovah in His amazing love allowed His most cherished Son to be humiliated, beaten, tortured, mocked and allowed to die an agonizing death and be cast into hell for three days because of His awesome love for us.
Most of us were less than holy when He graciously came to us, indeed many of us were downright scoundrels.
Scoundrels make the best saints because they realize the magnificence of Jehovahs love. Joseph- Anthony: Green
In the world you have to earn it if you want it (except of course in “liberal” societies were the bums expect the government to do everything for them because of the “you owe me” attitude which is destroying some many societies in the world today). Yet Jehovah, in His miraculous love, came unto us with such an fabulous offer that we would be insane to refuse.
This, of course, is not just salvation but also an astounding love affair of which is impossible to match anywhere else. As we progress in this relationship he slowly burns off the dross (sometimes he expels destructive addictions and behaviour on His own and some times He walks through it with it with us) to mold us into a truly new creation. Those that formerly new us are stunned and confused about the change. Of course this process will continue until we reach our heavenly home. As a result our love, respect and admiration for Him is constantly expanding.
“I do not understand the mystery of grace; only that it meets us where we are and doesn’t leave us where it found us.”Anne Lamott
Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Heseh (God is love) for the most wonderful blessing of Your magnificent gift of grace unto a undeserving child such as I. Oh a great big thank you for your incredible transformation of a filthy little rag a bound into a beautiful child of Yours through a slow but steady hand of the Heavenly Molder. I exalt You in the name of he whose stunning gift of His cherished blood made all this possible Jesus Christ. Amen.
May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.
There is no fear in love [dread does not exist]. But perfect (complete, full-grown) love drives out fear, because fear involves [the expectation of divine] punishment, so the one who is afraid [of God’s judgment] is not perfected in love [has not grown into a sufficient understanding of God’s love]. 1 John 4:18 Holy Bible, Amplified Version
I believe that John was referring to repentant Christians in this passage.
Those who do not belong to Christ and unrepentant Christians have every right to fear Jehovahs punishment.
Hell is real, it is not pleasant and is for an eternity. There is no plea bargaining before Jehovah nor parole. Joseph- Anthony: Green
On the other hand, there is no need for a repentant Christian to worry about Jehovahs wrath. Christ has paid for our ransom and repentance is the second key.
Yes, Jesus’ blood has paid the price for our sins but if we continue in them that sacrifice is made null and void.
When we love Jehovah we desire to please Him and that means living a righteous life.
No one lives without sin. If that was possible Christ would not have made His horrifying sacrifice.
However when we sin and come before Jehovah with a sincere heart that is remorseful for what we have done and pray for the Holy Spirits power to be in us to overcome this weakness not only will our sins be forgiven but the Holy Spirit will bless us to conquer our habitual sins which are too strong for us to defeat on our own.
I know, there were many strong habitual sinful habits that I tried to conquer on my own only to crash and burn. When they were surrendered to the Holy Spirit He INSTANTLY forever destroyed them.
Now sometimes we must work in conjunction with the Holy Spirit by say getting into good Christian counseling to deal with the underlying reasons for the weakness (so sometimes someone abuses alcohol and or drugs to kill the pain of something tragic and painful earlier in our lives that they have not dealt with).
Again, I know of that of which I speak because I was blessed with Godly Christian councilors that took a year of counseling to deal with those issues. Many others it takes two or three years.
Prayer: Thank you Jesus-M’Kaddesh (The Lord is my Sanctifier) for Your cherished gift of sanctification (sanctify: topurifyorfreefromsin) through Your holy blood when we repent of our weakness (sin) and thank you through the gift of the Holy Spirits ultimate power of forever smashing the destructive addictions in my life. I am eternally grateful in Your wonderful name. Amen.
May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.
Shall we indeed accept good from God, and shall we not accept adversity?” Job 2:10 Holy Bible, New King James Version Sorry to bust the bubble of those who believe Jesus is a genie who only live to give us our hearts desires but when you are a true Christian expect to experience a lot of adversity in your walk to Heaven. “Persecution for righteousness’ sake is what every child of God must expect.” Charles Simeon That however is a blessing not a curse. You see in my life this is the pattern that has been with me since my walk to Heaven began: The closer you get to Jehovah the more satan is going to torment you and persecute you in the belief that you will be weak and the suffering too strong and give up your walk with Christ. That is partly true. We are weaker than satan but nothing or no one is stronger that Christ. So when persecution and hard times come it drives a Christian to our knees in prayer to Christ. He will abundantly supply us with the power to overcome. That in turn creates a heart that overflows with love and respect for Jesus which draws us closer to Him. The closer we get to Christ the more we are going to suffer. The more we suffer, the closer we get to Christ. Joseph- Anthony: Green When I was in Asia and informed Christians there that I was a Christian the first question they asked was:” How much have you suffered for Christ?” Returning to the west it is sad to say that the majority of so called Christians I have met are marshmallow Christians. They want the blessings of Christ but are not prepared to endure the sufferings. “The early church was married to poverty, prisons and persecutions. Today, the church is married to prosperity, personality, and popularity Leonard Ravenhill Although I do not enjoy the suffering I am eternally grateful for them because it is through them that I have been blessed with a close intimacy with Jehovah, Jesus and the Holy Spirit that could not and would not have occurred any other way. Prayer: Thank you Jehovah-‘Uzam (The Lord is our Strength in Trouble) for blessing me with Your divine strength, comfort and peace during the times of satanic attack by his wicked disciples. I praise You in the name of He who defeated satan in the empty grave Jesus Christ. Amen. May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.
He then would have had to suffer often since the foundation of the world; but now, once at the end of the ages, He has appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself. Hebrews 9:26 New King James Version
Because Jehovah is perfect and we are not we cannot come into His presence.
Think of a filthy beggar.
Would you bring him into Buckingham Palace to have a meal with the queen?
If that would not happen with the queen, how much more with us and God?
It is only through the sacrifice of a perfect offering in our place that we can be washed clean enough to come to Him.
That is why Jesus had to die.
We need to accept that we are sinners and the only way to God is through Jesus’ blood, that we repent and accept Jesus as the only way to God.
When we do that the Holy Spirit will teach us how to have a loving relationship with them and then will we obedient children of God and servants of our King Christ and our teacher the Holy Spirit.
Prayer: Thank you Jesus Pryyand (Jesus my friend) for the truly most amazing display of love there ever has been in Your suffering and death on the cross so that I am blessed with the most awesome relationship there ever was, is or could be. That being the one I am bestowed with, with our Father, our King and our Teacher. I humbly in great adoration thank you in the most deepest part of my heart. Amen.
May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.
