Prayer: Thank you Jesus Emunah

Work willingly at whatever you do, as though you were working for the Lord rather than for people. Remember that the Lord will give you an inheritance as your reward, and that the Master you are serving is Christ Colossians 3:23-24 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation

It does not matter if you are working at a fast food restaurant or are a nurse or if you are a garbage man or a police officer. When you are a Christian, your boss is the same. His name is Jesus.

Now, there are going to be times when you must say no to a physical bosses directive because it goes against Christs principles. To be sure you are going to suffer but it does not compare to the reward Christ lavishes upon you when You obey Him rather than man. It may not be an immediate reward and you may not even be rewarded until you reach Heavens Gate but Christ promises rewards to loyal servants and He never lies.

On the flip side of the coin, you may not be appreciated and even be abused by your employer. Take comfort in knowing that your reward will be just as great by Jesus because you persevered.

Great suffering for standing upon Christs principals is rewarded by even greater reward by Christ in His Heavenly home. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Thank you Jesus Emunah (God is faithful 1 John 1:9, 2 Thessalonians 3:3 ) that You are true to Your word to this humble devoted servant and I shall receive my reward if not in this life here and now then in eternity with You in Heaven for being Your obedient servant. I praise You in Your righteous name. Amen

May you be blessed with The Holy Spirts guidance and strength to always stand on the solid rock of Christs morals rather than surrender to societies shifting morals.

Has Gone Through Suffering and Testing

Since he himself has gone through suffering and testing, he is able to help us when we are being tested. Hebrews 2:18 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation

Many folks feel it is senseless to come to Christ with our worries, hurts and problems because He is the big god in Heaven and does not care about mere mortals.

Yes He does.

There is not one crisis that you encounter that Christ has not been through.

He experienced the death of a good friend, was betrayed by another. He experienced homelessness and hunger. He was rejected by loved ones and was hated by the politically correct, even though He was trying to help them. He helped so many yet so few thanked Him. Even then, it was outsiders that thanked Him and not those in His national family ( the Jews ) . And of course, let us not forget the temptation in the wilderness when He was weak, hungry and exhausted.

No matter the situation, Jesus has been there, Jesus cares and when you depend upon Him, He will guide you through them all. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: It is with the greatest gratitude that I thank you Jesus Immanuel (God is with us John 15:1-27 ) that You have suffered like we do and so much more. Because of this, who better to run to when lifes tragedies come crashing down upon us.

Thank You.

Thank you for always being there.

Thank you for Your gentle, soft reassurance during these difficult times.

Thank you for Your encouragement, strength and guidance in resolving these catastrophes.

It is in Your magnificent loving name I exalt You. Amen May you always run to the loving arms of Christ when calamity comes a crashing through your door. Joseph a son of Jehovah T

As the Holy Spirit Has

We think you ought to know, dear brothers and sisters, about the trouble we went through in the province of Asia. We were crushed and overwhelmed beyond our ability to endure, and we thought we would never live through it. In fact, we expected to die. But as a result, we stopped relying on ourselves and learned to rely only on God, who raises the dead. 2 Corinthians 1:8b,9 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah ‘Immeku ( The Lord Is With You Judges 6:12 ) that You are always there to comfort me through the roughest of storms of sorrow and hardships and the hottest of the desert blazing sands of temptations. Please bless me with the opportunity to pay back to You by being a comforter to someone going through the rough seas or the strongest desert storms. I humbly request this in the name of He who quieted the raging seas in the boat with His disciples Jesus Christ. Amen

May you comfort and encourage others as the Holy Spirit has for you. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Please Jesus Rapha

Have mercy on me, O God, according to your unfailing love, according to your great compassion, blot out my transgressions. (Psalm 51:1 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation

Prayer: Please Jesus Rapha (God my healer Jeremiah 33:6), pour out your mercy upon my loved ones. Although I know pain, suffering, and illness are not punishment but a part of human existence, I humbly ask You to relieve them from worry and despair.

Please help those I love and care for to know You are a merciful God. You are not a god of condemnation but the God of grace, mercy and healing.

Please have mercy and touch my loved ones with Your gentle yet strong healing touch.

Please my Best Friend deliver my loved ones from sickness. It is in Thy Healing name I sincerely request this favour. Amen

“LORD, calm my anxious heart and the urgent demand for quick results. Help me to wait on you, trusting that your timing is perfect.” unknown

In the Stormy Billows

We can rejoice, too, when we run into problems and trials, for we know that they help us develop endurance.  And endurance develops strength of character Romans 5:3-4 The Holy Bible, The New Living Testament Version

It is in the storms of life we grow the most. Joseph a son of Jehovah

We grow in dependence upon Jehovah for delivery of our trials and tribulations.

We grow the most in the skills and strength He blesses us with to conquer the storms no matter how much they rage in or lives.

This is why I believe the education system in the west and the momma bears would pamper their children are doing a severe dis-service to their children. By sheltering them through the hard times they nurture spinless, entitled momma boys and girls who are unprepared for the world when they leave the nest. This is the major reason there is so much cry babying in society today in the west. The young feel entitled and expect the government to pamper them like mommy and their teachers did.

“Talents are best nurtured in solitude: character is best formed in the stormy billows of the world.” Goethe

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Elohim Ozer Li (Psalms 54:4 GOD My Helper) for blessing me with Your saving help whenever the storms are too great for me to conquer. Thank you for helping me to defeat the raging storms when You know I need to and can defeat them on my own. I praise You in the name of He who calmed the raging storm for His disciples on that lake Jesus Christ. Amen

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love fill your heart today and every day. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Here is the Catch

SEEKING JEHOVAHS ADVICE

“See, I am sending an angel before you to protect you on your journey and lead you safely to the place I have prepared for you. Pay close attention to him, and obey his instructions. Do not rebel against him, for he is my representative, and he will not forgive your rebellion.  But if you are careful to obey him, following all my instructions, then I will be an enemy to your enemies, and I will oppose those who oppose you. Exodus 23:20-22 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation

It is a good feeling that those who chose to be my enemies make themselves enemies of Jehovah. BUT, here is the catch, we must be obedient unto Him.

I believe the angel referred to in this instance is the Holy Spirit. Yes He is the best guidance councillor there is.

When we rebel against Him, He withdraws His protection and guidance. Woe be to the man or woman that puts themselves in that situation. I speak from a lot of personal experience. It only leads to trouble, agony, confusion and heartache. The beautiful thing is though, that when we repent He is quick to return to us.

We ignore the Holy Spirit at our own peril. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer:Thank you Jehovah Mekaddishkem (Exodus 31:13) – The LORD that Sanctifies me for blessing me with sending me The Holy Spirit to teach me and help me to be obedient unto all of Your wise instruction. I know You give this for my own good.                                                                                     He is the most awesome Teacher. He knows how to teach me so that I will understand.                               I remorsefully apologize for the times I am a rebellious student. I know it is not possible but I would love to be perfect so that I would never hurt Your treasured heart.                                                                        I exalt You in the name of the best Teacher ever, Jesus Christ. Amen

May Christ bless you with love, joy and peace today and every day. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Because of Them.

SPIRITUAL STRENGTH

I thank God, whom I worship and serve. 2 Timothy 1:3 Amplified Bible

We all know that Paul suffered a lot during his ministry and I believe all true ministers (we do not have to go through seminary school to be ministers) of Christ do as well. I believe this is done on purpose.

The purpose of it is when any accuser steps forward and asks us what do we know of suffering we can give life experiences.

As well, who better to reach the suffering than those who have walked the path before them.

Faith is realizing that I am useful to God not in spite of my scars but because of them. –Pamela Reeve

It is said that a drunk that desires to be free of alcoholism will listen to an ex alcoholic before he listens to someone with a degree on the wall.

So, even though we may not enjoy our trial and tribulations, sorrows and snares whilst enduring them, please look at the big picture: Chances are, Jehovah is using this experience now to prepare you to use it to help others some where, some time in the future and that through this you may be the catalyst that brings a lost soul to Christ.

There is nothing anybody else can do that can stop God from using us. We can turn everything into a testimony. Corrie ten Boom

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah-Tsori – Lord my Strength for blessing me with Your divine strength to endure the suffering and pain that is inflicted upon on Your faithful servants. I praise You in the name of He who endured six hours of agony on the cross for me Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.

Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee; because he trusteth in thee. Holy Bible , American Standard Version

I am a caregiver for my elderly mother. She is extremely stubborn and independent. Because of health reasons she has lost a lot of her independence. This causes a lot of friction between us. Many times I feel like I am going to explode and I have to get away from her. The only thing to calm me down is a cigarette. As well she is stubborn and refuses to listen to listen to anyone. She is right and the whole world is wrong (even though she does not know what she is talking about). Then when things go south she always blames everyone but herself. I go almost a month without smoking and then she gets into one of her moods and look out. Then I need a cigarette and we do not talk with each other for a few days. This has been going on for three years. Each time I prayed for wisdom on how to handle her and then read an article on how a man was stressed out and was told that the reason for his stress was because only if you let it stress you out it will. Now that sounds reasonable but then how do you handle the situation? Later while reading the Bible this verse suck out to me: Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee; because he trusteth in thee. Holy Bible , American Standard Version

It makes perfect sense.

When stress comes I remove myself from the situation and allow it to drive me to my knees where I belong in prayer. And Jehovah answers my prayer with peace and strength.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah-Machsi – Lord my Refuge for blessing me with the privilege of entering into Your holy sanctuary where You bless me with peace, healing, comfort and fortitude to carry on in my duties (duty is an act of love) to You and my mother. I praise You in the name of the Prince of Peace Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.

Cleavet: It has taken a year and a half but mom has finally settled down and there is a lot less problems now. She has even begun going back to church regularly for the first time in forty years. I have almost kicked the nicotine habit and know by Gods grace one day it shall be permanently conquered.

Shall We not Accept Adversity?

I TRUST GOD

Shall we indeed accept good from God, and shall we not accept adversity?” Job 2:10 Holy Bible, New King James Version                                                                                  Sorry to bust the bubble of those who believe Jesus is a genie who only live to give us our hearts desires but when you are a true Christian expect to experience a lot of adversity in your walk to Heaven.                                                                                                                                                                                                               “Persecution for righteousness’ sake is what every child of God must expect.” Charles Simeon That however is a blessing not a curse.                                                                                                                                                                                                                        You see in my life this is the pattern that has been with me since my walk to Heaven began: The closer you get to Jehovah the more satan is going to torment you and persecute you in the belief that you will be weak and the suffering too strong and give up your walk with Christ.                                                                                                      That is partly true.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 We are weaker than satan but nothing or no one is stronger that Christ. So when persecution and hard times come it drives a Christian to our knees in prayer to Christ. He will abundantly supply us with the power to overcome. That in turn creates a heart that overflows with love and respect for Jesus which draws us closer to Him.                                The closer we get to Christ the more we are going to suffer. The more we suffer, the closer we get to Christ. Joseph- Anthony: Green                                                       When I was in Asia and informed Christians there that I was a Christian the first question they asked was:” How much have you suffered for Christ?”                            Returning to the west it is sad to say that the majority of so called Christians I have met are marshmallow Christians. They want the blessings of Christ but are not prepared to endure the sufferings.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         “The early church was married to poverty, prisons and persecutions. Today, the church is married to prosperity, personality, and popularity Leonard Ravenhill                Although I do not enjoy the suffering I am eternally grateful for them because it is through them that I have been blessed with a close intimacy with Jehovah, Jesus and the Holy Spirit that could not and would not have occurred any other way.                                                                                                                                                           Prayer: Thank you Jehovah-‘Uzam (The Lord is our Strength in Trouble) for blessing me with Your divine strength, comfort and peace during the times of satanic attack by his wicked disciples. I praise You in the name of He who defeated satan in the empty grave Jesus Christ. Amen.                                                                                                                                                                                                            May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.

Cleavet After a year and a half mom has now settled down and our relationship has improved tremendously. She has even begun to go to church again for the first time in about forty years. The lord has taught me how to deal with stress. Mom has not smoked in about a year and I rarely smoke now (I am confident one day my Lord will permanently smash this chain of addiction)
