I am with You Always

Last night I woke up with 3 spirits, like glowing blankets, hovering above me saying be of good cheer for God is always with you.

And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:20 The Holy Bible, The New Living Testament

Later had a dream about rats trying to viciously attack me but there was a red blanket hovering above me protecting me.

Whenever I saw or dreamt about rats in China something bad would happen that day.

Then read this verse with morning devotionals.

Though I am surrounded by troubles, you will protect me from the anger of my enemies. You reach out your hand, and the power of your right hand saves me. Psalm 138:7 The Holy Bible, The New Living Testament

But God shows his anger from heaven against all sinful, wicked people who suppress the truth by their wickedness. They know the truth about God because he has made it obvious to them. For ever since the world was created, people have seen the earth and sky. Through everything God made, they can clearly see his invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature. So they have no excuse for not knowing God. Romans 1:18–20 The Holy Bible, The New Living Testament

As well there was a verse that said that Gods promises are always true.

God will do this, for he is faithful to do what he says 1 Corinthians 1:9 The Holy Bible, The New Living Testament

Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous.
Yes, wait patiently for the Lord. Psalm 27:14 The Holy Bible, The New Living Testament

Another devotional said to wait upon Gods time for His promises to come true. There are promises He made to me five years ago that have no fruition.

If you need wisdom, ask our generous God, and he will give it to you. He will not rebuke you for asking. James 1:5 The Holy Bible, The New Living Testament

The last devotions was about asking for wisdom. This is one of the important requests made in every morning prayer ( which is the best course first thing in the morning instead of waiting for circumstances to occur where we cry out for it.

Gee, I wonder if Poppa was trying to tell me something? What do you think?

Selah: Stop and think about it. Prayer: Thank you Jehovah El Shaddai (Genesis 17:1,2, Ezekiel 10:5 Almighty GOD ) that no one nor nothing can stand before You nor above You with wicked intent.

Thank you that You are a God of integrity and are always true to Your word. Even though many times it is difficult to wait I have learned that it is best to wait upon Your time for Your promises to come to fruition. To do otherwise invites disaster.

I praise You in the name of He who is above all other and is truest to His word Jesus Christ. Amen

If I Had to Live My Life Over Again

Someone asked me the other day if I had my life to live over would I change anything.

My answer was no, but then I thought about it and changed my mind.

If I had my life to live over again I would have waxed less and listened more.

Instead of wishing away nine months of pregnancy and complaining about the shadow over my feet, I’d have cherished every minute of it and realized that the wonderment growing inside me was to be my only chance in life to assist God in a miracle.

I would never have insisted the car windows be rolled up on a summer day because my hair had just been teased and sprayed.

I would have invited friends over to dinner even if the carpet was stained and the sofa faded.

I would have eaten popcorn in the “good” living room and worried less about the dirt when you lit the fireplace.

I would have taken the time to listen to my grandfather ramble about his youth.

I would have burnt the pink candle that was sculptured like a rose before it melted while being stored.

I would have sat cross-legged on the lawn with my children and never worried about grass stains.

I would have cried and laughed less while watching television … and more while watching real life.

I would have shared more of the responsibility carried by my husband which I took for granted.

I would have eaten less cottage cheese and more ice cream.

I would have gone to bed when I was sick, instead of pretending the Earth would go into a holding pattern if I weren’t there for a day.

I would never have bought ANYTHING just because it was practical/wouldn’t show soil/ guaranteed to last a lifetime.

When my child kissed me impetuously, I would never have said, “Later. Now, go get washed up for dinner.”

There would have been more I love yous … more I’m sorrys … more I’m listenings … but mostly, given another shot at life, I would seize every minute of it … look at it and really see it … try it on … live it … exhaust it … and never give that minute back until there was nothing left of it.”

He Has a Wonderful Sense .

A cheerful heart is good medicine Proverbs 17:22 THE HOLY BIBLE, THE New Living Translation

There is so many times I think The Holy Spirit hides things on me. I will search and search and not find what I am looking for.

Then I pray to The Holy Spirit to show me where it is.

I no sooner finish the prayer and what I am looking for jumps out in front of me in an obvious places. I know I searched there but could not see it.

I am certain The Holy Spirit has a wonderful sense of humour. Joseph- Anthony a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah El SIMCHAH GIYL (God my Exceeding Joy John 15:11 ) for blessing me with such Heavenly joy with Your delightful sense of humour. I praise You in the name of He who shared so much humpour in His sermons, Jesus Christ. Amen

“But I Don’t Have Enough Faith”

“But I Don’t Have Enough Faith”

I often hear people say, “I am afraid I don’t know if I have enough faith.” How much faith do you need in order to be saved?

The Bible does not teach that you are justified because of your faith. Faith is not works.

Faith is nothing more than the instrument to receive our salvation. Nowhere in Scripture will you find that we are justified on account of our faith. The Scripture says that we are justified by faith or through faith. Faith is nothing but the channel by which this righteousness of God in Christ becomes ours. It is not our faith that saves us.

What saves us is the Lord Jesus Christ and His perfect saving work. It is the death of Christ upon Calvary’s Cross that saves us. It is God putting Christ’s righteousness to our account that saves. Faith is only the channel and the instrument by which His righteousness becomes mine (2 Cor. 5:21Rom. 4:24). The righteousness that saves is entirely Christ’s.  My faith is not my righteousness and I must never define or think of faith as righteousness. Faith is nothing but that which connects us to the Lord Jesus Christ and His righteousness.

The whole emphasis on salvation by faith is clearly on the object of our faith: Jesus Christ. Jesus saves! Faith does not save us. Jesus alone does that.

If we are saved at all it must be through faith in the substitutionary sacrifice of Jesus Christ (Acts 4:12).

Spurgeon once said, “It does not take a strong faith to save you, just faith. The weakness of your faith will not destroy you. A trembling hand may receive a golden gift.”

The object of our faith is the all-important thing (Acts 16:31). Our faith must be focused on Christ Jesus and His saving work on the cross.   He died as our substitute. We must trust in Christ to save us.

The righteousness that God has graciously provided becomes ours through simple faith. Ponder over Romans 3:2224-25262830 and observe the emphasis the apostle Paul is making in these verses. Faith will not earn your salvation. If it did then faith would be works and God would owe you something. Faith is essential because only those individuals who put their trust in Christ will be saved.

The apostle Paul wrote, “The righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all those who believe” (v. 22). Sinners are “justified as a gift by His grace through the redemption which is in Christ Jesus; whom God displayed publicly as a propitiation in His blood through faith” (vv. 24-25a). God did it this way as a demonstration “that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus” (v. 26). You cannot boast if you are saved by grace through faith in Christ, “For we maintain that a man is justified by faith apart from the works of the Law” (v. 28). Moreover, “He will justify the circumcision by faith and the uncircumcised through faith” (v. 30).

If you have never done so, will you believe on the Lord Jesus and be saved today? “Therefore having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ” (Rom. 5:1).

SELAH! Pause – reflect- just think of that!
