Do not believe this satanic lie that we must forget a traumatic experience in order to truly forgive.

Think of it like a program that is on your hard drive on your computer. No matter how hard you try, you will not erase that program.

I tree planted on the west coast of Canada for many years. Almost all blocks were chopper blocks. They would fly the trees in on slings. When they came in you stopped planting and kept your eyes on that chopper. If the sling broke those seedlings would fly like bullets when they hit a rock and could do serious damage to you. You hit the ground quick

Thirty years later whenever I hear a chopper I stop doing what I was doing and do not take my eyes off of it.

So too it is with a traumatic experience, a smell, sound or sight can take you back there.

Do not beat yourself up if you cannot forget.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Immeka (Judges 6:12 The LORD Is with You ) for blessing me with The Holy Spirit to to comfort and console me whenever triggers take me back to traumatic experiences. One of the things I learned from watching Chris Reese videos on youtube was not to take the bait.

Think of fishing.

The fisherman casts a lure into the water to encourage a fish to bite.

In the same manner narcissists and psychopaths love to bait you into fights because they enjoy causing others to get emotionally unhinged ( blow up ). They think it is funny. Then, afterwards they will cry baby to anybody stupid enough to listen to them how it was all your fault and they are the abused victim.

When they try to bait you just keep your mouth shut and keep doing what you were doing or put on some headphones and walk away

Since listening to her advice everyday the number of fights has gone from about one a day to none in the last two weeks

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Elohe Tishuathi (Psalms 18:46&51:14 GOD of My Salvation ) for blessing me with such a wonderful Godly teacher and The Holy Spirit to help me put her wisdom into practice. It has prevented many stupid unnecessary fights and the stress level in my life has dropped like a rock in water. To Guide You to Someone Who

Today I am grateful for the counselling Chris Reese gave on youtube about how God refuses to allow us to forget our painful past. He uses it to help others.

I grew up in a very abusive family and could not forget it.

Fast forward to when I was a tree planter twenty years later. At the beginning of the season some would gather around a camp fire and the conversation would always turn out to be about who was abused the worse in their childhood. After everybody finished I would stand up and share my childhood experiences. Needless to say no one could compare to mine. Then over time some of them would come and slowly open up to me. There was a lot of hugs, tears and healing.

The same thing happened in China when teaching.

Share each other’s burdens, and in this way obey the law of Christ. Galatians 6:2 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation

So, do not beat yourself up because you cannot forget painful experience.

But, rather ask Jehovah to send The Holy Spirit to teach you how to use learn to counsel and use your painful experiences as lesson plans.

Then, to guide you to someone who needs your healing.

There is a lot of hurting people out there and they need your pain to heal them Joseph- Anthony a son of Jehovah

There are Only Two

We are to obey these with our words and actions every day.

For the Quiet Time To

I am grateful for the quiet time to cook and work on my blog

I am grateful for the bountiful harvest we are enjoying. At the beginning of the season Poppa informed me the best harvest would be in the fall, which it is.

I am grateful The Holy Spirit suggested I write it down where I would remember it to give Snowball his medicine as soon as I get in the house in the morning as just before leaving at night.

I am grateful The Holy Spirit suggested I break down one of the raised gardens into smaller pieces so they can be placed in front of the roses sharon bushes to kill the weeds.

I am grateful The Holy Spirit suggested I pile leaves about six inches high in the roses sharon bushes to kill the weeds.

The Most Important Quotes That

I am grateful The Holy Spirit inspired me to write a list of things to discuss with the doctor about mom. When we talked she agreed with everything I said and informed me I am a very good care giver. Then she talked with mom and scolded her and told her to appreciate me more and co-operate with me ( not that she will ).

I am grateful mom was out and about today so I could get my cooking done and work on the blog in peace and quiet.
