Did They Not Have Every Right To

 Jesus said to them, “Why are you afraid? Do you still have no faith and confidence [in Me]?” Mark 4:40 Holy Bible, Amplified Version

The boat was sinking during a terrible storm. The disciples, who were experienced fishermen believed they were going to die. Did they not have every right to be concerned?

No, they did not.

When Jesus asked the disciples do you still, this implies that they had plenty of experience with Jesus during disasters.

Have they not learned their lessons yet?

Before you are harsh on them, reflect back on your own life. When you were a baby Christian with little experience, you were expected to have little faith and trust, however, as you mature in your walk with Christ your faith is expected to become stronger.

For me, whenever disaster comes my way the initial reaction is panic. It is quickly followed by crying out unto Jehovah. Then their is reflection upon His past deliverance and a thankful prayer saying with confidence I know it is in Your hands Father and I know You will help me. Thank You.

Then their is calm reassurance during the wicked storms.

We are expected to call out unto Jehovah but we are also expected to have trust in His deliverance. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Please expand my trust in You in every trial and tribulation You are right there walking through them with me.

It Does not Matter What

It does not matter what he says, she says or they say. What matters is what Jesus says.

For those who claim that the prophesies in the Bible were written by man they have to have a very vivid imagination. How could the prophets thousands of years before hand prophesy about Jesus’ coming?

How could they prophesy about things they could not even would exist thousands of years ahead of time (like global warming (which is what John was talking about)? \

How could Daniel even imagine the Roman Empire when they were just primitive villagers at that time?

For those who claim.no prophecy was ever made by an act of human will here is what Jehovah says to them but men moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God Given by Divine Inspiration . 2 Peter 1 : 21 The Holy Bible Amplified Version          

For those who claim that the Bible was written by man upon his own inclination this verse refutes that claim. This verse destroys those who claim the Bible was written by man for his own ends. Being a Christian writer myself I speak from person experience where Jehovah guides my writing. If it does not meet His approval He lets me know and guides me to write what He wants to be said. The Worst Idol Is

The worst idol is the idol of self.

How much do you put your own self interests above the interest of Jehovah and or others?

Why are they covetous?

Because self is gratified by its increasing stores in fleeting material things. To me it is astounding the extreme gluttony of many in the world today. Indeed there are many that have such excess of material wealth they have to rent storage lockers to store their material possessions in because there is no more space in their house. Many do not even know what they have anymore.

What is vanity—but the indulgence of self love? It is obnoxious to me to see all these vain souls plastering picture of themselves all over social media to satisfy their vanity. It is humorous to see folks walk around with tattoo’s plastered all over their bodies so they look like freaks in a side show just to bring attention to themselves to satisfy their vanity.

When you foolishly believe you are better than anyone else, compare yourself to Jesus and then see how good you are. Joseph a son of Jehovah

What is ambition but the exultation of self?

It is abhorrent to me to listen to these vain creatures who cannot open their mouths without bragging about their accomplishments no matter how big or small. They are very obnoxious and annoying. These are the most shallow and insecure creatures I have ever met.

Unfortunately todays world is over run with them, so much so that this disgusting behavior is considered normal in their perverted minds.

Are you ambitious for Christs glory or your own?

Have Your lamp Filled By

 For You cause my lamp to be lighted and to shine; The Lord my God illumines my darkness. Psalm 18:28 The Holy Bible, Amplified Version

In order for an oil lamp to continue to shine it requires fuel.

We are like that lamp.

In order for us to continue to shine in our hearts Christs love we need our lamps to be constantly refilled. The only way to accomplish this is by spending time alone with our source of fuel. Jehovah is that source so that means we must daily spend time alone with Him. We do this by reading His love letter and instruction manual every day, it is called the Bible.

As well, we need to enjoy, not it being a mandatory exercise, spending time conversing with Him, not just whining nor being a spoiled selfish child cry babying gimme, gimme, gimme, but speaking words of love and praise.

It is a wonderful experience to just sit there and enjoy communion with Him without even speaking, neither one of us talking, we just enjoy being together.

Today and every day, take time to have your lamp filled by the Holy Spirit less its flame burn out.

He is No Pushover.

 I am giving you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, so you too are to love one another. John 13:34 The Holy Bible, Amplified Version

Here is where the liberal Christians get it all wrong. They spew out lies that Jesus loved everyone with no conditions but that is a lie.

Jesus did not behave too lovingly towards the buyers and sellers at the temple did He?

He did not sound too loving when He told the scribes and pharisees that they murdered the prophets and then built statutes to worship them did He?

He did not sound too loving when He called the scribes and pharisees snakes and scorpions did He?

Yes we are to love others as Jesus loved us and part of that is calling out filthy behavior, sometimes quite sternly, when required. We are not to tolerate filthy behavior in our churches nor in our private friendships and are to drive out the wicked, unrepentant ones form this community to protect the weaker members from being led astray by them. Yes we are to walk away from those who reject Christ and shake the dust of them from our feet.

It Does Not Feel so Good.

Run away from sexual immorality [in any form, whether thought or behavior, whether visual or written]. Every other sin that a man commits is outside the body, but the one who is sexually immoral sins against his own body. 1 Corinthians 6:18 The Holy Bible Amplified Version

I have read numerous times of epidemics of super strains of syphilis plaguing societies, especially Britain and the United State and the homosexual community in particular (I wonder: if homosexuality is normal, why is sexual diseases like aids, syphilis and gonorrhea so prevalent in that lifestyle?) . The reason is always the same: sexual promiscuity.

The worlds mantra of if it feels good do it leads to :”it does not feel so good now”. The consequences last a lifetime.

What amazes me now is that even though they know they are infected they use no protection during intercourse with others thus spreading the disease. That is so selfish and immoral.

To the world chastity is old fashioned.

My reply is that yes it is old fashioned. Jehovah is older than we can ever imagine but His words still ring true down through the ages.

The worlds “enlightenment” always leads to disaster but following Jehovahs way, even though it is difficult in this perverted world, always leads to what is best for us.

Really, the “new enlightenment” is nothing “new”. It goes all the way back to Adam and Eve who thought that picking the forbidden fruit would bring them enlightenment only to bring about a disaster which has plagued the world all the way up to today.

Satans “enlightenment” leads to a dark to torturous hell while Jehovahs light leads to a bright Heaven. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Spare the rod?

 I think a better way to say this is :To spare the rod the child will mock you.         

 How many parents laugh at the naughty deeds of a child when they should be disciplined?

Indeed there is a certain TV show that shows home made video’s. Oh how many times I have seen a child throw a temper tantrum (especially because they did not get the present they demanded for Christmas). The idiot parents sit there and laugh instead of disciplining the child.                                                      

How many parents are guilty of pampering their offspring and giving them everything they demand without making them work for it How are they going to discipline themselves when they become adults if the parents do not teach it to them when they are children                                                           

When they become teenagers and are nothing but continuous trouble for you and then you waked up for the need for discipline they will mock you.                                                                 

Then when the child grows into an adult they wail and wonder their children are so demanding, so ungrateful and so selfish.                                             

From my experience this is a sin for which the mothers and grandmothers are the worst offenders.   

When I was a teacher the first rule taught and enforced was respect. Both respect for the teacher and the teacher respecting the child. The majority of my children became well behaved and respectful. And, they loved their teacher for doing that for them.    

Parents, you are a disgrace if you do not discipline your children and the crops you sow from this damming negligence will be nothing but heartache and misery. By not disciplining them you are guilty of leading them down the road to Hell much more that Satan is.

Many in the Christian community love to chant that Christ is their Savior (which He is) and their best Friend (which He is) but how many talk about how He is their Lord?

Because, in a Christians life, that is who He is, Lord over all. How many daily live by the motto:Christ first, others second, self last?

In todays world of me first, others second and who cares about Jesus a Christian is to be different.

Do you put Christ first in your finances?

Do you put Christ first in your time?

Do you put Christ first in your hobbies?

Do you put Christ first in your family?

If not, how can you expect Him to say: “Well done good and faithful servant” to you at Heavens Gate?

Or, do you think He will say: Get away from Me thou wicked one. You served other Gods now go live with them for an eternity in Hell.”

The Christian motto is: Not my will but Thy will be done my Lord. Show me where You want me to go. Teach me what You want me to do for You that I may bring glory and honour unto Thee and bring the little lost sheep unto Thee.” Joseph a son of Jehovah

Talk about arrogant.

This guy takes full credit while giving Jehovah none.

Did the rich man make the land fertile and productive or did Jehovah?

Than should the rich man not have given thanks unto Jehovah and share with the less fortunate as Jehovah shared with him?

Who determines when we die, the rich man or Jehovah?

Than should he not have used his time wisely to store up treasures in Heaven rather that sit on his laurels?

Should he not have given unto his community as Jehovah greatly gave unto him?

Did the rich man celebrate his good fortune with others or did he greedily keep his parties for himself?

Should we not share with others our good fortune as Jehovah as blessed us with them?

How about you?

Do you share in your blessings ,both great and small, with others or do you greedily keep them for yourself?

Do you publicly praise Jehovah for His graciousness towards you or do you brag about it as if it was you who did the accomplishment?

Do you waste your retirement years going on cruises or other luxuries or do you take this opportunity to share your time and wisdom with the younger generation?

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Jireh ( God provides ) for blessing me with all of the abundant mental, physical and spiritual gifts provided for me on a daily basis.

May these be used as an opportunity to give thanks to You both privately and publicly and to be used to help those in Your family that are in need.

Terrified of Their Ultimate Destination

 But I will point out to you whom you should fear: fear the One who, after He has killed, has authority and power to hurl [you] into hell Luke 12:5 The Holy Bible Amplified Version

When folks deny the reality of Hell they are calling Jehovah a liar.

I have seen too many that they mock the Word of Jehovah and refuse to believe in Hell. This, shamefully, is extremely prevalent in much of the established churches today and amongst many evangelicals.

Sadly there is too little of Hell taught in churches today. I believe many more would come to Christ if they knew the alternative than those that would come to Christ because of His love for them.

I have seen too many who mocked Christ and Hell during their lifetime terrified of their ultimate destination on their death beds.

We all know there is a Heaven and that there is a Hell. The reason folks refuse to accept that fact in their lives is that to do so would be to recognize that they cannot do what they want in their lives without eternal repercussions.

Padre Pio was asked what he thought about modern-day people who deny the existence of hell. The saint replied, “They’ll believe in hell when they get there.” 

Prayer: I humbly request my Beloved Jehovah Elohay Mishpat (the God of Justice!) every opportunity to guide the lost away from eternal damnation and toward You Divine Heavenly kingdom.
