We Take Comfort

Do you know that study after study has proven that the more material wealth you have the more paranoid you become with losing it ?

Do you know the tremendous daily mental stress they needlessly suffer ?

Can you imagine the strain that puts upon their physical health ? How much contentment is there in that ?

On the other hand , those of us that are blessed with a close loving relationship with Jehovah take faith and assurance that Beloved Father in Heaven will always supply our daily needs. The benefit of this is a deep appreciation for His abundant daily gifts He blesses us with. This in turn nurtures a loving relationship with Him. It is a win , win , win situation.

The difference between needs and desires are that needs is what is required to live comfortably day by day in Jehovahs grace , desires are of the flesh , are never fulfilling and destroys our spiritual walk with Christ. Joseph- Anthony; Green

You Cover and Shelter Them

 But let all who take refuge and put their trust in You rejoice, Let them ever sing for joy; Because You cover and shelter them, Let those who love Your name be joyful and exult in You. Psalms 5: 11 Holy Bible Amplified Version

Refuge is defined as a shelter or protection from danger or distress. We as children of Jehovah have free access when ever it is needed under His almighty protection from Satan and his minions.

That does not mean we will not under go times of trial and tribulation, sorrow and snares. These are required of every child to grow strong in our walk with Christ in our ability to with stand them and to have confidence in Divine intervention when they are too strong for us to withstand. The result of this is to be filled with love , admiration and joy towards our awesome God. We cannot but in exhalation sing songs of love and joy as a gift of gratitude towards our Heavenly Beloved.

Prayer: I extol You oh Jehovah-Gador Milchamah ( The Lord is Mighty in Battle ) for the uncountable times You have come to my aid and rescued me from certain destruction the oh so many times when Satan or his minions have unmercifully attacked a weak soul like me with Your ultimate power. Do You Still Have No.

Jesus said to them, “Why are you afraid? Do you still have no faith and confidence [in Me] ?” Mark 4: 40 Holy Bible Amplified Version

I believe that even the strongest Christian will still have doubts in a crisis. That is okay because we after all weak.

However, as we progress in our walk with Christ and experience His awesome guidance, protection and provision our faith and confidence will grow.

As well, when we experience doubt and fear in unknown crisis’ we know we can go to Jesus with our fears and doubts and He will not be angry with us.

For me personally I find He guides me to bible verses which comforts and reassures me.

It is not a one off experience but one which will be repeated until we are taken to our Heavenly home.

Do you know Superman really exists?

He does you know. His name is Jesus Christ. He is the original and true superman.

When you are sick, he will bless you with strength to either get through it or strength to face the terminal end of the disease.

When some one does you wrong and the politically correct courts do not deliver true justice do not worry because the perpetrators cannot escape Jehovahs true justice.

When you lose a job and have no money He will always supply for you ( that does not mean you can just sit back and wait for Him to do all the work for you. Some times He will provide directly for you and some times He will provide another employment opportunity for you. ).

When you are suffering a destructive addiction and place it at His feet , He will provide salvation for you. Some times that means direct Divine intervention and some times it means He will provide resources to you to help you conquer your addictions ( like Godly Christian councillors. ).

How can I be so sure of these blessings?

Because, He has done it for me in so many ways in so many times. I am a walking, talking testimony of the original Supermans intervention in my life.

My Ways Higher than Your Ways

Can a two year old be as wise as a fifty year old ( although, I have encountered many fifty year old I was sure were two year olds ) ? Then , is it possible to be on the same level as Jehovah?

Think about this in every aspect of your life.

There have been so many times in my life where Jehovah was instructing me to go some where I did not want to go. Instead of being obedient unto Him I argued with Him like Jonah did. When He would give me His reasoning I would think it down right stupid. Then He would reason with me and I understood His far superior infinite wisdom compared to my finite one and was obedient unto Him. Most times it was extremely difficult but in the end I rejoiced at His divine providence. I thought He was crazy but after debating it with me I surrendered to His will.

Prayer: Please forgive this , at times , stubborn and obstinate , child of Yours of Jehovah KalEl (voice of God) for refusing to listen and obey Your wise voice . Thank you for being so patient with this , at times , hard headed child of Your for not understanding Your wise guidance and insisting on arguing with You. I humbly request this and thank you in the name of He who was oh so very patient with His , at times , hard headed disciples Jesus Christ. Amen.

The Same Respect

We Give Show respect for all people [treat them honorably], love the brotherhood [of believers], fear God 1 Peter 2:17 Holy Bible Amplified Version

We are to show respect to everyone.

The same respect we give to a elite athlete we are to give to a physically handicapped soul.

The same respect we give to an intellect we are to give to the mentally challenged.

The same respect we give to those that are stunningly beautiful we are to give to the homely.

The same respect we give to the financially wealthy we are to give to the poor.

The same respect we give to the elders we are to give to the young.

Do you see a pattern emerging here?

Why not pray that that pattern is ingrained in your daily lives every day?

Are you worried about getting a job or keeping the one you have now? Does this keep you awake at night? Place it at the feet of Jehovah and enjoy a good nights sleep.

Are you having relationship problems that are out of your control? Does this keep you awake at night? Place it at the feet of Jehovah and enjoy a good nights sleep.

Are you experiencing health problems that are out of your control? Does this keep you awake at night? Place it at the feet of Jehovah and enjoy a good nights sleep.

There have been many times in my life where I faced great danger as well as times where I did not know where the money was going to come in to pay the bills. Every night I would pray unto my Heavenly Beloved with a sincere heart and enjoyed a good nights sleep. In the end He walked me through the danger and always supplied for my monetary needs. This process has been repeated through the decades.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah-Shalom ( The Lord blesses with Peace ) with blessing me with peace, faith and assurance when I humbly place all my worries and fears at Your awesome feet. I exalt You in the name of the Prince of Peace Jesus Christ. Amen

And Then Look Out.

For You are not a God who takes pleasure in wickedness; No evil [person] dwells with You.

When you dwell with in Jehovahs presence he blesses you with guidance and protection.

If you are evil He will leave you to the demons for their pleasure. And then look out.

The boastful and the arrogant will not stand in Your sight; You hate all who do evil.

When we walk with Christ our lives are built upon the solid ground. We withstand life’ s storms even though sometimes we are battered and bruised by them.

When you are arrogant and proud oh how terrible your destruction shall be when the storms come pounding in. The shame shalt encover you like a heavy blanket of dung. And then look out.

You who laugh when you cultivate evil shall have it come pounding down upon your heads like fire from the sky. There shall be no remedy nor pity for you. And then look out.

You destroy those who tell lies; The Lord detests and rejects the bloodthirsty and deceitful man.

When we tell the truth, even though it may cause temporary discomfort, we enjoy peace of mind and a close loving relationship with Jehovah.

Those who tell lies to advance themselves or to wickedly gossip about others shall be like dung on a table presented to a king in Jehovahs eyes and your wickedness shall come upon you seven times worse than those you lied to. Your offerings and prayers shall be rejected by Jehovah. The same fate awaits those who delight in participating in deceit and those who enjoy shedding innocent blood. And then look out.

Not Need Thee.

I know a man that when he first gave up drinking he was arrogant and self confident. He and his wife believed this was accomplished upon their own effort and bragged about it every day for three months. Then we did not see him nor his wife for four months. They hung their heads in shame as they confessed they fell off the wagon. They drank away all their savings, lost their house their boat and car as well as their business.

One time when doing volunteer work in a hospital I was escorting an alcoholic to the detox. He said something I that has haunted me ever since:” Be careful because we are all one step from the gutter. “

A Heart at Peace.

 A heart at peace gives life to the body, but envy rots the bones. Proverbs 14:30 Holy Bible, New International Version

Every morning in my prayers and at night when before bed and all throughout the day I say a prayer of thank you to my Beloved for all His daily blessings great and small. A good affect of this is there is no envy of others when they appear to have more than me. When I am grateful for Jehovahs bountiful blessings then I can easily praise others on their success in life and when they succeed in an assignment.

I have seen too many destroy their mental, physical and spiritual health because of jealousy , envy and anger towards other and pity them. Their lives slowly ebb into a daily living hell.
