It is Indeed the Coldest and Darkest

Being an avid outdoors man all my life I can certainly attest to the fact that it is indeed the coldest and darkest just before dawn.

From decades of experience it seems to me like Jesus always comes to us in our trials and tribulations, sorrows and danger when it is its most intense.

I think the reason for that is most of us chose to face our giants alone being independent.

It is only as they get progressively worse and all else fails that we go to Christ.

One of the benefits of this is our great and deep appreciation for His rescue.

Unfortunately for us the lesson of depending upon Him for salvation must be repeated numerous times before we accept the fact that it is unto Christ that we must always go whenever any trouble comes our way.

Finally learning that lesson and going to Christ first has prevented my storms from becoming full blown destructive typhoons.

Just remember Jesus has been there, Jesus cares. He is always willing to help but we must first call out to Him and then obey His instruction for us. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Since he himself has gone through suffering and testing, he is able to help us when we are being tested. Hebrews 2:18 The Holy Bible, New Living Translation

Jesus’ love is the bright healing light that evaporates that darkness of sorrow, worry, pain, loneliness and fear. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Use Them to Share with Others

 Moses told his father-in-law everything the Lord had done to Pharaoh and Egypt on behalf of Israel. He also told about all the hardships they had experienced along the way and how the Lord had rescued his people from all their troubles. Exodus 18:8 Holy Bible, New Living Translation

This is why it is important to share with others all Jehovah has done for you and through you in your life.

Yes it is important to share this with your children and grandchildren but it is just as important to share these events with your neighbours, your co-workers, those who are baby Christians.

With those outside of the family it may encourage them to become members of Jehovahs family.

For the baby Christians it will strengthen them and encourage them.

When others see or hear of the fact that Jehovah is there with us through it all, it makes Him real to them. He is not some make believe God nor something of old that is irreverent to us today. We use our trials and troubles, sorrows and snares to make Jehovah real to those around us. That is one reason they are given to us, so that we will use them to share with others the providential care of our Heavenly Father.

“The little troubles and worries of life may be as stumbling blocks in our way, or we may make them stepping-stones to a nobler character and to Heaven. Troubles are often the tools by which God fashions us for better things.” — Henry Ward Beecher

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah ‘Uzam (The Lord is our Strength in Trouble) for blessing me with teaching me that no matter the trials or troubles, heartaches or misery, You are always right there beside me through it all, many times teaching me things that could not be learned any other way. May I be blessed to share this wisdom and encouragement with other brothers and sisters going through their own troubles so as strengthen them through their difficulties. I sincerely request this in the name of He who walked through oh so many trials and tribulations, heartaches and misery with His beautiful friends here on earth Jesus Christ. Amen

Whatever is beautiful, whatever is meaningful, whatever brings you joy, may you be blessed with an abundance of it this every day this year.

The Light at the Top of the Stairs.

 

 Once more Jesus addressed the crowd. He said, “I am the Light of the world. He who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life.” John 8:12 The Holy Bible Amplified Version

Every night for the past few weeks when I wake up during the night there is a light that shines through the window onto me. This verse always comes to my mind.

It is the Holy Spirit confirming unto me that as a Christian I am walking in Christs Divine light in every aspect of my life. It is like second nature unto me.

When ever there comes a crisis the first thing is to automatically go to Christ in prayer and then meditate upon His Divine word. The Holy Spirit faithfully guides me to verses and their meaning which directs me to the proper manner in which to handle the situation. Whenever there is something required in my life a decision to be made the first priority to go to Christ in prayer.

Again The Holy Spirit faithfully guides me to verses and their meaning which directs me to the proper manner in which to handle the situation.

In every aspect of my life this process is repeated. Jesus never fails me. He always answers my prayer and guides me to the successful victory through every situation in my life like a lighthouse beam that guides a ship through treacherous waters.

Walking in the light prevents many treacherous pit falls in the darkness that surrounds every Christian. Joseph son of Jehovah

And we know [with great confidence] that God [who is deeply concerned about us] causes all things to work together [as a plan] for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to His plan and purpose For those whom He foreknew [and loved and chose beforehand], He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son [and ultimately share in His complete sanctification], so that He would be the firstborn [the most beloved and honored] among many believers. Boy I sure never had that, great confidence, when enduring my trials and tribulations, sorrows and snare in my early walk with Christ.

The two questions that were constantly asked of Him were: “Why are you doing this to me? and “Where are You through all this?”

When the raging storms and fire storms had passed it was revealed that He was there. These circumstances were used to teach me valuable lessons, the most important of which was there was to be complete trust in our Savior that He was walking with it with us.

As well they were used to burn off the dross and mold me into a beautiful child of Jehovahs.

Now there is constant thanks and wonder ( at just what He is doing through this experience ) during these events.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah-Bara (The Lord Creator) for the awesome work You have accomplished in this difficult lump of clay. I praise You in the name of He who transformed some very difficult lumps of clay into world changing disciples Jesus Christ. Amen.

He is Always There.

 Your way [of escape for Your people] was through the sea, And Your paths through the great waters, And Your footprints were not traceable. Psalm 77:19 Holy Bible Amplified Version

There have been many times during my trials and tribulation, sorrows and snares in life that I cried out unto Jehovah to come and rescue me but believed He had deserted me. In reflection it was revealed that He is always there.

Do you think it is just a coincidence that that man or woman came into your life at just the right moment when you needed help but there was none forth coming?

When it seems as of you are walking through the desert with no job prospect do you think it is coincidence that that employment offer came along?

For me many times it was tiny ads in the newspaper that jumped out at me and would not let go until I took action on them. It always resulted in amazing accomplishments in my life. It helped me find employment, it helped me find good Christian councilors, it guided me to schools that Jehovah wanted me to attend to learn a skill that would be used in service unto Him later on. This is just but one example of Him being there without me even knowing it at the time.

So, no matter what ordeal you are experiencing now and it seems as if Jehovah has deserted you take comfort child of Jehovah He is always there.

Your strong impenetrable defense

No temptation [regardless of its source] has overtaken or enticed you that is not common to human experience [nor is any temptation unusual or beyond human resistance]; but God is faithful [to His word—He is compassionate and trustworthy], and He will not let you be tempted beyond your ability [to resist], but along with the temptation He [has in the past and is now and] will [always] provide the way out as well, so that you will be able to endure it [without yielding, and will overcome temptation with joy]. 1 Corinthians 10:13

Satan the greatest conner always make poo poo look like sugar. Then when you get addicted to it he tries to convince you that you are not strong enough to resist the temptation.

He is partly right.

Sometimes when temptation comes our way Jehovah will allow to endure it to see how much we have grown ( that is not so much for Him but to show us how weak our strength can be so we do not become arrogant). Sometimes He will deliver us from it to revel to us just how great He is.

The best defence is offence and the best offensive weapon is to know Bible verses and use them to defeat the not so great a deceiver.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Ganan (The Lord is Our Defense) for blessing me with Your strong impenetrable defense both in Your Divine word and with Your omnipotent presence to defeat the wily sneak satan when he craftily tempts me. I rejoice in this reassurance in the name of He who used the word to defeat the wicked one in the wilderness during His temptation Jesus Christ. Amen

Do They Hate You?

  Blessed [morally courageous and spiritually alive with life-joy in God’s goodness] are you when people hate you, and exclude you [from their fellowship], and insult you, and scorn your name as evil because of [your association with] the Son of Man. Rejoice on that day and leap for joy, for your reward in heaven is great [absolutely inexhaustible]; for their fathers used to treat the prophets in the same way. Since becoming a Christian do you find many in your family actually hate you?

I have, it is common. Most of them will not even talk with me anymore and cannot stand to be around me. I am not a Bible thumper and shove the Bible in their faces. Yes I will correct them when they try to get me to participate in their wickedness with Bible verses and explain to them what it means. I do not condemn them, I leave that up to the Holy Spirit. I just explain to them why I will not walk that walk with them when they are selfish, self centered, conniving, and gossiping. They walk in the world and when they see me walk in righteousness they hate me because my walk convicts them of their wickedness.

The same is said with those with whom I chummed around with. They will make spiteful remarks towards me and look for any little thing to criticize me and be judgmental towards me. They will cruelly mock ( make fun of me ) me.

As they did to Christ so too will they do unto those that belong to Christ. Joseph son of Jehovah

The thing is though that since walking in Christ there is a whole lot less stress and emptiness in my life. It is filled with Divine love, joy and peace, which is something sorely lacking in their lives. A prophet is, in its simplest form, one who speaks the Word of God to the world around them.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Machsi ( Lord my Refuge ) for blessing me with a Holy Tabernacle to take refuge in while the wicked ones are assaulting me because of my walk with You. I extol Thee in the name of He who was constantly attacked during His walk here on earth Jesus Christ. Amen.

Try as You May.

 For it is [not your strength, but it is] God who is effectively at work in you, both to will and to work [that is, strengthening, energizing, and creating in you the longing and the ability to fulfill your purpose] for His good pleasure. Philippians 2:13 The Holy Bible Amplified Version

We all have addictions of one form or another. Try as you may you cannot conquer them. It is only when you completely surrender them unto Christ that they will be conquered.

That is good because you will use this experience as a testimony to the lost of freedom from their living Hell into the loving peace and joy that is only available unto those that belong unto Christ.

That is the blessing I have received and gladly share as testimony with others.

We are all given assignments from the Holy Spirit that is impossible for us to accomplish. It is only when we depend upon the Holy Spirits power and direction that we will succeed in these tasks.

That is good because we will use these to encourage those experiencing difficulties in their lives.

In Your Midst.

                         

“The Lord your God is in your midst, A Warrior who saves. He will rejoice over you with joy; He will be quiet in His love [making no mention of your past sins], He will rejoice over you with shouts of joy. Zephaniah 3:17 Holy Bible Amplified Version.

Are you battling an addiction ( we all have them, it is part of our fallen lives ) ?

Jesus is our Warrior King. Surrender it completely to Him and He will conquer it with you ( notice I said with you, do not believe that when you place anything at Christs feet He will do all the work. Sometimes He will but most times it is team work between you and Him ).

Is there conflict in your life either personal or at work or school?

Surrender it to our Warrior King and the two of you will conquer the conflict together ( That does not mean Jesus will cause the other sides defeat but rather He will guide you to the proper resolution, which may mean you change your attitude and disposition not the other way around ).

Have you just had a success at something like getting that job or a successful operation or any other achievement in life?

Jesus is there rejoicing with you ( be polite and thank Him for blessing you with success ).

Are you beating yourself up over stumbling , welcome to life.

Sincerely repent and believe He has forgiven you.

Jesus Promised His Disciples Three Things.

I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have [perfect] peace. In the world you have tribulation and distress and suffering, but be courageous [be confident, be undaunted, be filled with joy]; I have overcome the world.” John 16:33 Holy Bible Amplified Version

I find with each passing day Satan is controlling and enlarging his dominion over the world, it is called politically correct or liberalism.

They are becoming more brave with their filthy lies and demanding that everyone conform to their perverted way of thinking. If you disagree you will be branded as intolerant, racist, sexist or whatever ist.

We who are of Christ are to be fearless and stand up to their wicked filth and expose them for their hideous creatures they are. We are to be bold for Christ. If we do not speak up for the truth then how many gullible will fall for their lies and be dammed to Hell because of it.

You cannot be politically correct and Christ correct at the same time. Joseph- Anthony; Green.

This of course will mean you are in constant trouble with the “authorities” but that is to be expected. I am not afraid of them because the Holy Spirit blesses me with power and wisdom, which every child of satan is terrified of and hates.

The other thing I have observed is that there is an increase in mental illness and depression. The reason for this is because there can be and will be no peace and joy except that of those blessed with a Divine relationship with Christ. Yes we experience the same troubles as the world if not more. The difference is that we have Christ to comfort, encourage and guide us through our storms, the world does not.
