A Big Thank You

Prayer: A big thank you Jehovah Immeka (Judges 6:12 The LORD Is with You ) for blessing me with joy in the confident hope that You are always walking with me through both the sunshine and pretty flowers as well as the tumultuous raging fierce storms of life.

Thank you that You are right here with me during the most horrible afflictions, blessing me with patience and strength to not only endure it but grow stronger through from it.

Thank you my love that because of our intimate loving relationship prayer is not a chore but a blessing which cannot be surpassed by anything else to bless me with Your love, encouragement, guidance and just plain joy of communion with the one I love the most, You.

I praise You in the name of He who I enjoy walking in the garden with as well as holding His firm, but gentle secure hand during the fiercest storms, Jesus Christ. Amen

There is a reason for Jehovah allowing us to suffer. It is to teach us to rely upon Him.

Too many times we rely upon our own insight and understanding.

Who do you think is wiser, you or Jehovah? Then guess who you need to go to for instruction in every avenue of your life?

Too many times we rely upon our own physical, spiritual and mental power. Who do you think is stronger, you or Jehovah? Then guess who you need to go to for strength in every avenue of your life?

And, worst of all, too many folks depend upon social media for guidance, and strength. What makes them so much smarter and or stronger than Jehovah?

Indeed, most times you end up more confused if you listen to them.

Believe me, I speak from a lot of experience on both sides of the coin.

I have learned the hard way who is the most dependable one to always go to. To depend upon anyone other than Jehovah is the quickest way to disaster. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Be Gracious and Attractive So

That Let your conversation be gracious and attractive so that you will have the right response for everyone. Colossians 4:6 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation

Gracious means pleasantly kind, compassionate , and courteous.dictionary.com

In todays world where everyone seems to be in battle against everyone else it is especially important to be gracious to others.

For example I cannot wear the face mask because of medical reasons. There are many that openly criticize me and flat out call me a liar when I try to explain it to them.

Instead of wasting time and energy getting into a useless battle with them, I am gracious to them and speak pleasantly to them. I respectfully inform them that if they refuse to behave in a respectful manner towards me I will not waste my time with them and ignore them.

Most of those who witness the incident come up and apologize for the ignoramuses behavior and commend me for my attitude and behavior.

As well the incident blesses me with an opportunity to share Jesus with the masses who are watching.

I explain to them that the reason they are afraid is that they are afraid to die. The reason they are afraid to die is because they know they are going to Hell because they reject Jesus. There are no atheists in this world. Most listen intently and think it is interesting but there are always a few that listen and it pricks at their conscience and heart. They commit their life to Christ or recommit their life to Christ because of the conversation.

Again, I am gracious and respectful in my preaching.

Todays churches preach too much feely feely good religion and not enough warnings of the dangers of losing their souls to Hell if they do not change.

The Important Three C’s

When trying to help a loved one that is struggling with a life-controlling problem, we need to be aware of the “Important Three C’s”: cause, control and cure.

We are not the cause of our loved ones’ problems. They are responsible for the choices they made that led to them to where they are, no matter what the circumstances may have been.

We have no control of our loved ones’ problems. As hard as we try, we cannot fix them, only God can do that. Trying to take control only leads to disaster for both you and your loved one.

Accepting this fact of powerlessness is the first step toward recovery for you as a helper. It prevents a lot of stress on your behalf.

It is impossible for us to cure our loved one’s problems, but the Bible tells us that Jesus cares and only He can help provide the proper medicine to cure our loved ones. They of course must take the medicine in order for it to be effective. We can be used to help either with or without the Holy Spirits help.

Then there are times we need to step back and allow the Holy Spirit complete control. Sometimes the problem cannot be solved with drugs nor counselling. It can only be cured by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand. Isaiah 41:10 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation

The best way we can help others is to take steps to get them to accept they have a problem, get into Christian counselling, and work with the councillor in helping solve the problem.

If it needs the Holy Spirit to conquer the problem, the addicted one must completely surrender his or her will to that of The Holy Spirit.

And of course, through it all, we must never stop praying.

The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results. James 5:16 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation

Prayer: Oh Jehovah Rophe (Exodus 15:26 The LORD our Healer ) please bless me with the wisdom in how to help my loved one conquer their addiction. Including, when to step back and surrender it to You.

Will Suddenly be Broken

But they didn’t listen, nor did they pay attention. They were determined not to listen and not to accept instruction. Jeremiah/17/23 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation

I have seen the Lord try oh so very hard in oh so many ways to get through to block heads. Many times He persists for decades with no change in disposition of the block heads.

Finally, He in tears, He gives up and allows the wicked to reap what they have sown.

When that happens all Hell breaks loose and they cry out to Jehovah for deliverance.

His reply is that I tried talking with you but you stubbornly refused to listen. Fine, just as you turned your backs on Me, now, I turn My back on you when you reap what you have sown.

Shockingly even then the blockheads refuse to accept responsibilities for them actions and proceed to blame everyone and everything but themselves. They then live a life of living Hell for the rest of their miserable lives.

He who hardens his neck and refuses instruction after being often reproved (corrected, criticized), Will suddenly be broken beyond repair. Proverbs 29:1 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation

Stubbornness is the worst incurable disease to plague mankind. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Oh my Beloved Jehovah El Gemuwal (Jeremiah 51:56 The LORD GOD of Recompenses ) I have witnessed the terrible consequences of those that mock You and refuse to be obedient unto You.

Please always bless me to be sensitive and obedient unto Your word.

I do this not just to avoid the consequences of ungodly lifestyle but also because I love You so dearly that I have no desire to hurt Your cherished heart.

That Truly Honors Me.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Jireth (Genesis 22:14 The LORD Shall Provide ) for blessing me in so many ways through out the day. Indeed, oh my Beloved.

There are so many blessings You generously shower upon me that I am not even aware of.

One of Your best blessings is The Holy Spirit who makes me sensitive to Your blessings and a grateful heart to thank you for them both great and small.

A fabulous blessing of this is a grateful heart is a joyful heart.

I also love the unique ways You provide me to express my gratitude to You by being a blessing unto others.

I love to begin my day with prayers of gratitude because it puts me in a positive outlook for the day.

I love to end my day with prayers because no matter how bad the day was, there was always Your kind hand open with blessings upon Your cherished child.

I thank you in the name of Your greatest gift, Jesus Christ. Amen

It Is the Most Destructive Force

For people will love only themselves and their money. They will be boastful and proud, scoffing at God, disobedient to their parents, and ungrateful. They will consider nothing sacred. They will be unloving and unforgiving; they will slander others and have no self-control. They will be cruel and hate what is good. They will betray their friends, be reckless, be puffed up with pride, and love pleasure rather than God. They will act religious, but they will reject the power that could make them godly. Stay away from people like that! 2 Timothy 3:2-5 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation

We see it today every where we look.

It plagues those of all ages, nationalities, colour, sex and wealth.

It is the most destructive force to destroy every society since man began living communally. It is called selfishness.

Where once we had community groups helping each other as a duty (which is an act of love) now we have everyone screaming about their rights.

Yes we have rights in society but we also have responsibilities and duties. Joseph a son of Jehovah

We see folks piercing themselves and plastering themselves with hideous tattoos all as a exercise in vanity that screams look at me.

We see folks cheating family and friends with no remorse what so ever.

We see children not caring for their elderly parents.

We see elderly parents abusing their adult children that are taking care of them ( and believe me if you do not think that sweet little ol granma can be a real witch when no one is around boy do I have news for you. And yes, most of the abuse is done by the mothers rather than fathers. I know because I know someone who has been abused by their mother for seven years as her live in care giver and go on a support web site with other care givers. It is like a broken record with all the horrible abuse they endure.).

The phoniest folks I have ever met are the ones that attend church.

Now, Asian Christians are far different.

There, never have I met ones so on fire for Jesus and dedicate their lives to him that shames those in the west.

Prayer: Oh Jehovah El Hayyay (Psalms 42:8 GOD of My Life ) thank you for blessing me with a humble, meek, generous, self giving disposition both to those around me and to You.

Thank you that The Holy Spirit helps me to live a modest live being grateful more for Your spiritual blessings than the physical ones.

I thank you that He teaches me to live a Godly life that is pleasing to You.

May my heart always beat in tune with Yours all the way to Heaven.

In the name of the most humble of them all, Jesus Christ I humbly ask. Amen

Holy Spirit Warned Me to Put On

But don’t just listen to God’s word. You must do what it says. Otherwise, you are only fooling yourselves. James 1:22 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation

Before I tried to a wild cat that became friendly with us and came into our garage The Holy Spirit warned me to put on thick sweater and gloves.

I did not listen to him.

When I had him trapped in a certain location and tried to catch him with my bare hands he bite me hard. The hand became infected and swelled up like a balloon.

When the Lord warns be better listen and obey or there will be a price to pay.

My hand had become swollen up like a balloon after being bitten by the wild cat.

Four four days it was painful while I used natural medicine to cure it with little improvement.

One morning I prayed for the Lords healing of my wound and infection.

Our doctor gave me some medicine. About an hour later the puncture wound opened and puss came pouring out like a raging river.

Between purging the puss every day for a week and taking the medicine the wound healed.

Listen to The Holy Spirits guidance or suffer some very nasty consequences. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Please forgive me Jehovah Mephalti (Psalms 18:2 The LORD My Deliverer ) for arrogantly, foolishly ignoring the warnings You lovingly give me to protect me from harm.

I humbly request this in the name of He who was obedient all the way to the cross, Jesus Christ. Amen

May your ear always be attentive to the Holy Spirit voice.
