Here Is the Man.

Whenever someone say to me:” I am a self made man.” My reply is:” That is your problem not mine.”

These creatures are very arrogant and rude. They are also almost always the type that would cheat their best friend out of nickel and then demand change.

I have seen many who became rich on their own and it was almost always by devious ways and by cheating others. They laugh and brag, they believe they are getting away with it.

I see them sometime down the line. They are broke, broken and all alone. They sacrificed their mental, physical and spiritual health to chase after the dream of material wealth only to realize it was nothing more than a pipe dream and their life has been wasted. Those that surround them do not love them but use them just as they used others. They realize that all their wealth means nothing without love. They are broken shells of a man or woman.

 

Indeed, how many of them end up in a seniors home and the only time family or friends come to visit them is when they want money?

When they are on their knees before Christ on the judgement day do you think Christ will say well done good and faithful servant or get thee from me and they are cast into hell.

Earths pleasures are not worth sacrificing Heavens  treasures  for. Joseph- Anthony: Green

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah KalEl (voice of God) for blessing me with Your daily provisions and lifetime provisions. I know these are given to me abundantly by Your loving grace. I laud You in the name of He whom is the greatest provision in my life Jesus Christ. Amen.

Does That Answer Your Question?

 

These articles are dedicated to the wonderful and amazing way Jehovah Jireh (the Lord our provider) answers prayers. It has been three weeks since I did volunteer work at a seniors home because of a flu outbreak.

I prayed to Jehovah to bless me with an answer if they wanted me to return.

That day as mom and I were doing errands she picked up a bundle of community newspapers and took them to the seniors home. I did not know she intended to do this.

As we were delivering the papers I encountered many of the residents and the staff I volunteer with. They were all very happy to see me and the staff informed me that the flu epidemic was over and they want me to return this week.

When I got home there was a feeling like Jehovah saying:” Does that answer your question?”

I laughed and thanked Him for His wonderful way of answering my prayer.

Now I have returned to volunteering at the seniors home and we are all very glad things have gotten back to “normal”.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Ropheka (God our Healer) for healing those sick in the seniors home and thank you that I can at long last return to serving you there to bring glory to Your marvelous name. I exalt you in the name of He who healed Peters sick mother Jesus Christ. Amen.

Three Quarters Given.

He calms the storm. Proverbs 107:29 New King James Version

There was a bad storm coming our way today with snow storms turning to freezing rain. This makes driving extremely treacherous.

Mom had a friend driving her to another city for medical treatment as well as another friend that had to drive her daughter to another city for an operation.

I prayed the Lord bless their journey with holding off the storms until mom and her friend safely returned home.

When she left there were light flurries.  They continued throughout the day.

Just as mom and her friend got home the freezing rain began.

Three quarters of my prayers were given to me.

I prayed for mom to have a safe trip there and back and it was done.

I prayed for moms friend to have a safe trip there and back and she just missed being involved in a terrible pile up on the highway and got back safely.

The Lord held off the freezing rain until after they came home.

Although it did snow out it was not a blizzard with white outs.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Yeshua (God our rescuer) for with holding Your tempest until my loved ones arrived safely home.  I praise you in the name of He who calmed the storm for His terrified disciples on the sea Jesus Christ. Amen.

Prevents It Flying to God.

Jesus said to him, “If you want to be perfect, go, sell what you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow Me.” But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful, for he had great possessions. Matthew 19:21-22 New King James Version

“The love of worldly possessions is a sort of birdlime (trap), which entangles the soul and prevents it flying to God.” Augustine

In most of the world today most people are slaves.

They foolishly fall for the trap of materialistic pleasures such as a new house (which in my opinion is nothing more than a money pit). Then they are slaves to a mortage and constant upkeep costs. Indeed how many houses are overpriced because of rich immigrants coming in and buying everything up and we cannot afford a house anyway.

They are shallow enough to purchase products that promise they will be physically beautiful while neglecting their spiritual beauty. If have met many that their physical appearances are ugly yet they are the most beautiful souls I have had the privilege to meet. They go out and buy products that run up their credit cards and clothing that is overpriced and they go in debt. Meanwhile those outfits they “Had to have” are sitting in their closets collecting dust. They are slaves to fashion.

I think it is shameful when someone owns a house and they have to rent to storage place because they have too much stuff.

They think buying a certain car will make them happy and cool. I always laugh and ask them if that means they are dorks when they are not in their cars.

It is an empty happiness those whose happiness is found in worldly pleasures.  Joseph- Anthony: Green

 

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah El Shaddai ( God who is sufficient for the needs of His people) for all the amazing blessings You abundantly shower upon this child of Yours every day. I exalt You in the name of He who always provides for His cherished sheep Jesus Christ. Amen.

You are Not Black, You are White.

“Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow Isaiah 1:18 New King James Version

 

Sin is like the black suite from a filthy chimney.

When you repent Jehovah cleans that filth away like a chimney cleaner cleans the suite from the chimney.

Therefore, you are not black, you are white.

Believe this and stop beating yourself up.

We all make mistakes, welcome to life. But, when we repent those black sins are washed away.

 

Do not believe the lies of satan to beat you down. He does this to drive a wedge between you and Jehovah. Because, if you believe his lies you will be afraid of punishment from the Lord. This hampers you from developing a loving relationship with him and that is satan’s aim.

I know, I used to beat myself up a lot for past sins until I received good Christian counseling and learned to let it go.

Satan tells you, you are filthy, Jesus tells you, you are clean, who are you going to believe? Joseph- Anthony: Green

Prayer: Please Jehovah Ropheka (God our healer) bless all your hurting children with the knowledge and faith that when they repent You truly graciously forgive them. I humbly ask this in the name of the one hose blood made this possible Jesus Christ. Amen

A Time for Every Purpose.

To everything there is a season, A time for every purpose under heaven. Ecclesiastes 3:1 New King James Version

We must go on Jehovahs time not our own.

The quickest way to disaster is to go on my time and not Gods. Joseph- Anthony: Green

When I first became a Christian I wanted to go out and share the message with everyone, even though I was not mature enough to do it. As a consequence I failed miserably.

It took my King another eight years of preparing me before He assigned to me the task he had prepared for me to do in service unto Him. Then when I did receive His commission I did not want to go.

It is the same in every aspect of life. We must wait for His timing not our own.

This applies to waiting for marriages (think of how many divorces there are because folks got married before they were mature enough or until the right mate came along).

The same could be said for having children. How much less child abuse would there be if unsuitable parents never had children or waited until they were mature enough to handle being a parent?

 

You name it and we must wait for the appropriate season in our lives whether it be a career or service unto our Master.

Prayer: Please Jehovah Jireh (God our provider) bless me with patience and strength to wait upon You time in Your way to provide for me the blessings You desire. You Know They Produce Quarrels.

Don’t have anything to do with foolish and stupid arguments, because you know they produce quarrels. 2 Timothy 2:23 New King James Version

I have met many whose pure joy it is to start arguments for the sole purpose of watching others get upset. They are called narcissists.

The sad thing is that when you look into their lives they are very sad and lonely. That is because they have low self esteem and care about no one but themselves.

When you surround your self with yourself you have no on but yourself. Joseph- Anthony: Green.

I do not play their games. I only gracefully and wisely speak the truth with them. Then it is asked why they insist on being trouble makers? Is it because your own life is so miserable that you are not happy unless you make those around you miserable as well? I ask them if they would like to get help with counseling and most turn and run. I do not say this in a sarcastic nor accusing manner but with grace and humbleness. If they truly desire help I have the resources to help them and will work with them to get that help.

They know they have these problems but do not want to face them nor resolve them.

Prayer: Please Jehovah Shalom (God is our peace) instill in me a heart filled with Your divine peace whenever I encounter the pitiful lost souls that hearts are filled with the vile of hatred and anger. Please bless me with the wisdom, grace and meekfulness to guide them to the help they so desperately need. I humbly request this in the name of the prince of peace who always kept His cool when under attack and replied with wisdom, gracefulness and meekness Jesus Christ. Amen.

Good Shall Come to Thee.

I have been young, and now am old; yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken. Psalm37:25 New King James Version

To be a servant of Jesus means we give up a lot of the worlds luxuries and most times just survive, all be it comfortably but frugally.

This is good because we learn to depend upon Jehovah for our daily needs. Because He generously supplies them we grow deeper and deeper in love with Him and develop a deeper respect for Him.

 

As we age and are no longer able to serve Him as we did when young we have no government pension to fall back on and most times no savings in the bank.

Through His love and grace Jehovah always supplies for us in our old age just as He did in our younger days.

 

Three times I worked hard, lived frugally and saved.

Three times I was wiped out. Since living for Christ, He has always supplied my every need (not necessarily my every want but definitely my every need).

Now I am getting old and my chance of getting a good work contract is nil.

In fear of my future I prayed to Him about my future with no money and no job.

Each time I did, there was a dream where I was led into an apartment. It was comfortable and spacious but the one thing there always hit me was the cupboards were always full and the lady that led there would look at me and smile and say:” This is yours.” She said it like I was not renting or purchasing the place but rather that is was given for me to live in all the rest of my days. Then I would wake up.

That day while doing Bible reading a verse like the one in this article would jump out at me.

I like Jehovahs retirement plan.

“Live to please God, and He will breathe on thee His peace. Seek His glory, and He will make thy heart His home. Do His will, and thereby good shall come to thee.”  F. B. Meyer

Prayer: Thank You Jehovah Jireh (God our provider) for always providing for Your child in his service to his loving King. Thank you for promising and keeping Your promise to always take care of Your children whom You cherish so deeply. I give thanks for this blessing in the name of He who taught about the birds in the sky Jesus Christ. Amen.

They Revile and Persecute You

“Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake. Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you. Matthew 5:11-12 New King James Version

I have encountered quite a few who become downright violent when they see my walk with Christ. They do so because it convicts them of their selfish lifestyle. It is very prevalent in todays society no matter what continent you live on.

You cannot be politically correct and Christ correct. Joseph- Anthony: Green.

So many people today want to stand on a pedestal and cry out that they are victims when in reality they are the instigators.

Look at how much society cries about men abusing women but try to talk with them about how much women victimize men.

One time there was a take back the night walk. I tired to join in with a sign that red let’s stop all abuse. The women screamed at me and tried to prevent me from joining. A policeman told me I could not join the march. I politely informed him that I had just as much right as the omen did. I was not warmly accepted.

 

This is just one incident.

Try to talk with people and explain that the theory of evolution is a lie or talk about homosexuality in a fair educated manner and see how you are greeted.

Try to explain to many Christians that yes there is a Hell and it is for eternity and see the type of reception you get.

Prayer: Please Jehovah KalEl (voice of God) bless me to be a wise, graceful and humble voice of light in a cold dark world no matter how much the foolish hate it. I humbly request this in the name of He who spoke the truth no matter that it even drove those who opposed it to nail Him to a cross Jesus Christ. Amen.

Nourishes the Body.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.  He was with God in the beginning. John 1:1-2 New International Version

But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name. John 14:26 New King James Version

I was recently asked to explain the trinity to a new believer and this was my explanation.

The trinity is like the body.

The mind needs the lungs and heart to survive.

The lungs needs the heart and mind to survive.

The Heart needs the lungs and mind to survive.

So too is Jehovah, Jesus and the Holy Spirit intertwined and in so doing they nourish the body (which is the church).

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Rabbi (God is out teacher) for blessing me with teaching me the simple yet wise way to explain about the Holy Trinity. I pray that it is understood by the babes in Your divine family and helps draw them closer to You. I humbly ask this in the name of He who so wisely taught His disciples Jesus Christ. Amen.
