Which Destination do You Chose?

Christ, WILL LEAD

For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. Ephesians 2:10 Holy Bible New International Version.

We all have a predestination but must chose which one we will accept.

There are those who refuse to accept Christ as their Savior. To them their predestination is Hell. That is their choice.

There are the wise who accept Christ as their savior.

Now once we have accepted Christ He has predestined works for us to do. If we refuse to do these works He will punish us, if with nothing else than the refusal to bless us.

Think of a child who is informed that if they keep their room clean they will get an allowance on Friday. It has been predestined that doing their assigned work will be rewarded on a certain day.

When Christ assigns us work our predestined reward may be here and now but definitely will be in Heaven.

When driving down the road we see speed signs. If we go over the limit we get a ticket. That does not mean we cannot drive anymore.

So too it is when we refuse to obey Jehovah’s commands.

He will punish us but that does not mean we will lose our salvation.

If, however, we continue to live in disobedience unto Him, THEN, yes, you will lose your salvation be dammed to eternal Hell.

So my question to you is: which predestination have you chosen?

Prayer: Jehovah Hashanah (Jehovah our maker), thank you for the predestined path You have chosen for my life. Please help me to always stay on Your straight and narrow road. I modestly ask for this blessing in the name of He who is our great Sheppard Jesus Christ. Amen

May the sweet sunshine of Jesus’ precious love bless you today and every day.

We Must Crucify it Daily.

work-in-progress

I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. Galatians 2:20 Holy Bible New International Version

When we are Christians we must daily crucify self for Christ.

Christ first, others second, self last. That is the daily mantra of every Christian. Joseph- Anthony: Green

One of the mantras of Christians should always be: Not my will but Thy will be done my Beloved Joseph –Anthony: Green

In other words we must always be praying, reading our Bibles and listening to sermons online (my favorite is sermonsaudio.com).

After all if we do not read our Bibles and or listen to sermons how is Christ going to speak with us?

Now He may give us instructions to do something we do not want to do. His will not ours take precedence.

Sometimes what is required of us is too great.

That is when we are to pray for the Holy Spirit to empower us to do Christ’s will.

I know for me it was forgiving someone who hurt me really bad. It took three months of praying before the forgiveness flowed.

So do not be frustrated if what is asked of you, you cannot do right away. Sometimes the Holy Spirit must work within your heart to heal the hurt and to teach you.

In my instance it was not just forgiveness but how to deal with a domineering abusive person.

Prayer: Please Jesus Immanuel (God amongst us) You gave the ultimate sacrifice to me. Open my heart and mind to sacrifice self to You in my daily life. I compliantly request this in Your wonderful name. Amen

May the sweet sunshine of Jesus’ precious love bless you today and every day.

How close do you want to be?

christs-family

How close do you want to be to the most beautiful lover?

It takes time and commitment on your behalf.

Come near to God and he will come near to you James 4:8

Are you too busy for God?

How much time do you spend with Him reading His glorious love letter to you (the Bible)?

How much time do you spend thanking Him for all His wonderful gifts He so generously gives you?

How much time do you spend asking what you can do for God instead of being a spoiled cry baby and always saying: Gemme, Geemee, Geemme?

How much time do you give to the Lord in service to Him?

Then when he grows tired of your self centeredness He leaves you and you cry out: “God why are you far from me!!”

God is only as close to you, as you are to Him. Joseph: Anthony: Green

So, if you want to be close to God, may I suggest you start by spending time reading His love letter to you every morning.

After that why not say this mantra: “Not my will by Thy will be done, my Abba. Show me where you want me to go, teach me what you want me to do.”

Then as God reveals His wondrous assignment for you DO IT!!

To rearrange a famous quote if I may:” Ask not what God can do for you, but rather ask what you can do for God.”

There is enough time in every day to do God’s work… in God’s way. Dr. Ted W. Engstrom

When you do these things, THEN you will feel God close to you. And, oh what a wonderful relationship it will be.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Yahweh (God of his people) for blessing me with the most wonderful, beautiful love relationship I could ever imagine. I give thank for this privilege in the name of He who made it possible by His sacrifice Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.

The Question is, Who Listens?

gods-word

Come, you children, listen to me; I will teach you to fear the Lord [with awe-inspired reverence and worship Him with obedience]. Psalm 34:11 Amplified Bible

No, that is not your conscience speaking to you, that is the Holy Spirit.

The devil is an expert at twisting the truth into a lie so if you depend upon your “conscience” you are easy prey for Him.

Then how will you know if it is the Holy Spirit or the devil?

The answer is in developing a deep personal relationship with Jehovah by reading your Bible and obeying what it says.

From my personal experience when I am reading the Bible and a verse jumps out at me, that is the Holy Spirit speaking to me. I stop reading and pray for enlightenment. Then he guide me to understanding the Bible verse in context to what He is saying about my life.

Another way is to listen to good sermon like on sermonaudio and reading good Christian books like can be found on sites like goodread and https://www.gutenberg.org (personally my preference is for the old classics). Of course we should also have godly Christian councilors.

The problem I have sadly witnessed too frequently is that even when others know Jehovah is speaking to them the deliberately chose to ignore Him because he is telling them something they do not want to hear. They want their way, not Jehovahs. That is a sure recipe for disaster. Then when catastrophes occur they go cry babying to Jehovah and ask why He is doing this to them.

God is speaking to all of us, all the time. The question is not, to whom does God talk? The question is, who listens? Neale Donald Walsch

Are you experiencing difficulties in your life right now?

Are you listening to Jehovah as He is speaking to you?

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Rabbi (God our Teacher) for blessing me with patiently teaching me to be wise, gracious, humble and meek like my Beloved King Jesus. Thank you for the tools You have blessed me with to receive an ever deepening of these blessings. I exalt You in the name of the wisest Rabbi of all Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.

At Compound Interest.

GUARD YOUR INPUT

One of the advantages of getting old is seeing the hand of Jehovah in others lives during the course of a few decades.

If then, you act with hostility toward Me and are unwilling to obey Me, I will increase the plague on you seven times in accordance with your sins.” Leviticus 26:21 Amplified Bible

I have witnessed many of the proud and arrogant laugh as they foolishly believe they can live their lives as they see fit and are cruel and dishonest with their neighbours. Through the course of time their mental, physical and spiritual health deteriorates until they are living a daily life of living hell all alone. They are angry and bitter. The strange thing is that they know if they repent at least they will have mental and spiritual health but because they are arrogant they refuse, even unto death. At the moment of death they are alone and terrorized knowing that they are doomed to be cast into eternal Hell where they belong. There is a deep sense of doom and gloom in the room and you cannot wait to get out of there. It is a very sad and pitiful site to see no matter how bad they were to you.

“Then it shall come about, because you listen to these judgments and keep and do them, that the Lord your God will keep with you the covenant and the [steadfast] lovingkindness which He swore to your fathers. He will love you and bless you. Deuteronomy 7:12-13 Amplified Bible

I have witnessed those that love Jehovah and are obedient unto Him. They are kind, loving, joyous and generous. They age gracefully and are surrounded with a swarm of others to constantly help them when they need help in their old age. They are enveloped with an aura of peace, love, joy and gentleness. You cannot help but love to be around them and help them. When it is time for them to pass on to the other side they are surrounded by loved ones. There is a peace in the room when they pass on. You cannot help but cry with joy at the honour of being their friend and look forward to being with them in Heaven.

“Good and evil both increase at compound interest. That is why the little decisions you and I make every day are of such infinite importance.” C. S. Lewis

Prayer: Thank you my Beloved Jehovah-‘Ori (the Lord is my Light) for blessing me with Your divine guidance to walk in Your Heavenly light. Thank you that the fruit of this light is love, joy and peace and with the numerous opportunities to share this light with others in a cold, cruel dark world. I praise you in the name of the Prince of Light Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.

His Law Above Their Law.

FALL AWAY JOSEPHS QUOTES

The midwives, however, feared God and did not do what the king of Egypt had told them to do; they let the boys live. Exodus 1:17 New International Version

The king of Egypt was afraid that the Hebrews were becoming too powerful and would fight against him if he were invaded. Because of this he made a law that all Hebrew midwives (those that help in the birth of a child) were to murder all baby boys. At the risk of their lives the midwives refused to carry out the Pharaohs command. They chose to obey Jehovahs will and not that of someone who thought he was a god at great risk to their lives and their families lives.

There will come a time when the government passes a law that is ungodly like marrying homosexuals. We are not to give them a Christian marriage no matter what the politically correct demand. We are commanded to obey Gods law above mans law. It may cost us and increasingly it does cost us but Gods law is to be supreme.

I see it increasing day by day all over the world but most intensely in the liberal western world. That is why I am strongly convinced we are in the final days before the tribulation.

Pray for Jehovah to bless us every day with wisdom, gracefulness, meekness, strength and humility to stand strong in the ever increasing wicked world.

Prayer: Please bless all in Your Holy family Jehovah-Tsidkenu (The Lord is Righteousness) to always speak up with wisdom, gracefulness, meekness and humbleness for Your Divine righteousness to be done in our families, communities, government and society in an increasingly wicked world. I humbly beseech Thee in the name of He who was never politically correct Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.

A Miserable Business!

God is already there.

There was a man all alone, he had neither son nor brother. There was no end to his toil, yet his eyes were not content with his wealth. “For whom am I toiling,” he asked,  “and why am I depriving myself of enjoyment?” This too is meaningless  a miserable business! Ecclesiastes 4:8 Holy Bible, New International Version

At one time I worked hard and deprived myself just to save up a nice size nest egg for retirement. Each time the nest egg began getting sizable a circumstance beyond my control wiped me out. What was my reward for all that hard work and depriving myself of simple pleasure along the way?

Nothing.

Better one handful with tranquility than two handfuls with toil and chasing after the wind. Ecclesiastes 4:6 Holy Bible, New International Version

It took me two decades and a lot of hardship to learn to place my complete confidence in Jehovahs care. Many times along the way He gave me blessings that I did not believe were blessings but curses. In this process He was teaching me to be dependent upon Him and not just call Him when I needed Him.

So for example I would teach a class and if it turned out to be a difficult class then ask for His help and he would not answer. That was my way and it was a disaster. I learned to ask Him to guide me completely, not just in making up the lessons but in the delivery in teaching them. That way was a success.

It was in this slow and at times agonizing process that I learned to put my complete trust and confidence in Him.

“But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. Jeremiah 17:7 Holy Bible, New International Version

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah-Jireh (God is our Provider) for abundantly blessing me with Your never ending provisions for my daily life. I extol You in the name of my beloved King Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.
