Boy have I ever seen this come true.
There has been so many times the wicked have laid traps for me. I was not even aware of it. Of course being full of pride and arrogance they laughed and bragged about it. But, just as they were about to spring their trap it fell upon their own heads with disastrous results.

Why should you expect to receive anything that you worship other than Jehovah?
I have heard it said too many times that it is a grandma’s right to spoil her children by buying them toys.
Do you spend just as much money on Jehovah as you do your grandchildren?
Do you not teach them entitlement for which is not deserved?
Do you spend just as much time in communion with Jehovah as you do puffing up your ego on facebook?
Then your ego is your god.
Do you work in serving the Lord as much as you work out at the local gym? Then your body is your god.
Do you spend as much time praying unto Jehovah for the truth and how to live it as much as you do the disgraceful garbage you listen to on the six o clock news?
Do you take care of your body in a godly manner such as is explained in the Book of Leviticus as much as you do wasting your money buying food in a restaurant?
For that manner do you offer just as much in your tithes as you spend in those restaurants?
Do you spend as much on supporting Jehovahs church as you do your house or car?
If you do not then why should expect anything from Jehovah when you give Him nothing in return?

There is an old saying: “ You are what you eat.”
That is oh so true.
When I was studying psychology one of our assignments was to listen to the words of our favorite songs. It shocked me how negative and self serving they were.
The gender and style has changed over the decades but they message is still the same. It is all about serving yourself. It does not matter who you hurt as long as you can get what you desire.
Another thing that was learned was called sleep learning.
So if you were going to take an exam just record what the test is about on a tape and then listen to it through out the night. The next day do not even think about the answer just allow your subconscious make your choices. It usually turned out pretty good.
The same is true for what we watch on TV or in the movies, the music we listen to, the conversation we participate in and the violent games we play. They can make us very aggressive, negative men and women.
That is the poisonous food the world feasts upon every day.
Christians on the other hand should be reading Christian books, listening to Christian sermons and music. They should also be reading Christian devotionals every day instead of going on the internet for glorified sensationalist news services that are just lip service for the government and big businesses. Most lie like a rug.
Here is a challenge: go one month without listening, reading or watching the news or listening to worldly music or watching the trash shows on TV or movies. Instead go on sermonaudio and listen to preachers like Charles Spurgeon or George Whitefield or go on Youtube and watch ones like Alistair Begg, Billy Graham or Grace Life church in Edmonton.
Read old Bible sermons like Thomas Aquinas or John Bunyan or John Calvin or Andrew Murray.
When you wake up and before you go to bed say a prayer for all the blessings great and small Jehovah has blessed you with.
See how much you will have changed after a month of feasting on good Christian food instead of the pig slop society offers.

I have heard recent renditions of it that have left out a very crucial verse. Red and yellow, black and white, we are all precious in His sight. That needs to be proclaimed loudly in every corner of Christian life whether you attend church or not.
I believe we are all pre-programed with discrimination in our minds.
Most of us do have discrimination against those of different colour or ethnicity whether we want to knowledge it or not . That is just a part of our mental make up.
But, when we become Christians, The Holy Spirit purges us of these filth.
The same goes true for the rich and poor. Those with mental or physical deformities or handicaps lose that stigma in Christian circles. We are all on the same playing field.
We do not require any affirmative action ( which is discriminatory against white, English speaking, non- homosexuals men ) by mans government because Jesus puts us all on equal footing.
Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Bara (The Lord Creator Isaiah 40:28 ) for creating true evolution in my mind and spirit to transform it to be like Your loving son, Jesus. Thank you for sending The Holy Spirit to dwell with in me to purge me of unjust negative emotions towards any other because of their colour, race, financial situation or mental or physical handicap.

The reason I hate being amongst those that do evil is because just as I delight in doing good, so too do they delight in doing evil. When they see their victims suffer they stand there and laugh at them. Their greatest joy is watching others suffer.

It is a sad but true fact that many today worship the gift rather than the giver. This only brings heartache and a lot of problems to innocent folks.
You doubt me?
Ask any teacher about having students in their class whose mother and or grandmother ( and yes, it is the women who worship the child much more than the men do ). When the child physically grows up , not mentally because society and parents lolly coddle them they are soft mental immature babies.
Then, they are dependent upon their parents and grandparents instead of being dependent upon Jehovah. They do not appreciate nor respect their parents nor grandparents. They are not spoiled adults instead of being spoiled children.
They then demand the government give them what ever they want and have a hissy fit with demonstrations when they do not get what they want. This puts a strain on society because the only way the government can do that is by raising taxes.
Next comes animals.
Have you ever seen anything more pitiful than someone who is the servant to a pet and worships them like little four legged gods?
Yes, I spoil our cats but every morning I thank Jehovah for blessing me with such loving creatures instead of worshipping them like gods.
Then there are the dead things like cars and vain things like social media that folks worship. How about sports teams?
At then end of the day though, these things will never bring about a true loving, satisfying relationship which we all yearn for.
The only Ones capable of that are Jehovah, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. Nothing can or ever will compare to them.
Trust me, I have tried and failed to find other means of finding love and they all leave me unsatisfied.
Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Emet (God of truth Titus 1:2 ) for blessing with the truth that there can be nothing or no one that can compare with You. We see it today every where we look.
It plagues those of all ages, nationalities, colour, sex and wealth.
It is the most destructive force to destroy every society since man began living communally. It is called selfishness.
Where once we had community groups helping each other as a duty (which is an act of love) now we have everyone screaming about their rights.
Yes we have rights in society but we also have responsibilities and duties. Joseph a son of Jehovah
We see folks piercing themselves and plastering themselves with hideous tattoos all as a exercise in vanity that screams look at me.
We see folks cheating family and friends with no remorse what so ever.
We see children not caring for their elderly parents.
We see elderly parents abusing their adult children that are taking care of them ( and believe me if you do not think that sweet little ol granma can be a real witch when no one is around boy do I have news for you. And yes, most of the abuse is done by the mothers rather than fathers. I know because I know someone who has been abused by their mother for seven years as her live in care giver and go on a support web site with other care givers. It is like a broken record with all the horrible abuse they endure.).
The phoniest folks I have ever met are the ones that attend church.
Now, Asian Christians are far different.
There, never have I met ones so on fire for Jesus and dedicate their lives to him that shames those in the west.
