There Is No Peace

SCAMMERS PAY

There is no peace,” Says my God, “for the wicked.” Isaiah 57:21 New King James Version

Having lived amongst both the good and bad I have noticed the good live in relatively good mental, physical and spiritual health. Most never see a doctor in their lives no matter how poor they are.

For the wicked they are constantly looking behind them to see if someone they have done wrong to in the past is hunting them down. Because they are wicked they do not trust anyone believing they are just as wicked as them. Their nights are filled with the terror of the night (nightmares) because the Holy Spirit is convicting them of their wicked deeds. Because of this their physical health is shot and they eat handfuls of pills and suffer afflictions like arthritis, heart disease and other such maladies.

Most go so see physiatrists who using “modern” methods refuse to deal with the issue and therefore their mental problems not only do not get better but instead get worse.   The older the wicked get the more sever these problems get.

I have seen many righteous die in peace; I have seen many wicked screaming in terror on their death beds as an angel drags them into eternal damnation.

Which one are you?

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Shalom (God of peace) for blessing me with Your divine peace when I walk according to Your Holy Guidance. I exalt You in the name of the Prince of peace Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day

Does Not Prosper.

FALL AWAY JOSEPHS QUOTES

Whoever conceals their sins does not prosper, but the one who confesses and renounces them finds mercy. Proverbs 28:23 New International Version

In my decades on this earth one thing I have noticed is the numerous times there are people who attempt at a business or other ventures and constantly fall flat on their faces.

Then there are the ones that succeed for a while but then everything comes crashing down on them.

One thing they all have in common are they are snakes in the grass I would not trust them with a nickel. They are liars, cheats, schemers, thieves connivers, deceivers and smooth talkers.

The other types are the ones who mess up and swallow their pride and repent, many times publicly, and they get back on their feet. They may not be a success in the worlds eyes but they are in the Christians because they have peace and contentment in their lives that can only come from Jehovahs forgiving grace. They usually are not materially wealthy but are the type who have integrity and peace in their lives.

They may still have to pay for their deeds like broken relationships or doing time for committing a crime but they have peace and contentment from repentance.

I once met a fellow who was an assassin for the Irish Republican Army who repented in prison and became a fiery preacher. He oozed of peace and contentment that was only possible from repenting of his ways but he still lived every day with what he did when he was the assassin. He could never return to his country and will never see his family again.

I have personally found that when I messed up but got my back up and refused to repent there was nothing but trouble in my life. When I repented the peace, love, joy and contentment that comes from Jehovahs grace seeped back into my daily life.

Prayer: Thank you YAHWEH-Ropheka (The Lord Who Heals) for blessing me with Your awesome grace and mercy to wash away the pungent infection that sin brings into my life when I humbly and sincerely repent unto You and those I have committed offense unto. I appreciate this both physical and spiritual kindness and thank you in the name of He whose precious blood made it possible Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.

You Shall Rest

REST WITH JESUS

“Six days you shall work, but on the seventh day you shall rest; in plowing time and in harvest you shall rest. Exodus 34:21 New King James Version

Jehovahs commands are for our own good.

I know that when I was a child living on a farm there were farmers that rested on the Sabbath and there were those that did not. Funny thing is that both pretty much ended their panting season at the same time. It was the same at harvest time. The difference was that those who worked seven days a week were exhausted by the time the planting or harvest season was over.

I know people that worked seven days a week just to make more money.

Why?

Does not the government get most of it in taxes anyway?

So how far ahead are you?

Not only that but their health deteriorated and they had to take medication which eventually destroyed their lives. Now, most of them are broke and many homeless.

Most of it centered around wanting to constantly but new toys like ski doos or sea doos.

Where are their toys now?

Was it worth it?

What good did all that work do them?

I also know many that did rest on the Sabbath ad although not filthy rich are living a healthy comfortable life in their retirement.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah-Shalom (God of Peace) for blessing us with a day set aside to worship You and to find peace and rest from the hectic and stressful week. I praise You in the name of the Prince of Peace Jesus Christ. Amen

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.

Who Gives it Willingly.

Speak to the children of Israel, that they bring Me an offering. From everyone who gives it willingly with his heart you shall take My offering. Exodus 25:1 New King James Version

Do you notice the important phrase here?

It is “who gives it willingly”.

You are not to coerce or shame Christians into giving. And if you try that with non-Christians you will not only drive them away from Christ but think of the bad report they will give to their family and friends who are unbelievers as well.

When I was a boy we belonged to a church that would print out how much every member gave. Many people looked down on my family for giving little. This despite the fact that they knew we were poor. It is attitudes like this that drive people away from churches and Christianity. I have seen churches pass around the collection plate and the pastor gives you the evil eye as does the usher that says you better give or else. This is unchristian and if you belong o a church like that get out.

When you give you give from your heart because you love Jehovah not because you are using it as a bargaining chip (i.e. I will give x amount of money Lord if You give me a job or I get a raise or I get the loan for a house. The thing I have noticed is that when Jehovah gives them what they ask for most times they do not hold up their end of the bargain anyways.).

If you break your vow, look out. You will be punished.

If a man makes a vow to the Lord, or swears an oath to bind himself by some agreement, he shall not break his word; he shall do according to all that proceeds out of his mouth. Numbers 30:2 New King James Version

Jehovah takes your vows seriously so you had better as well.

Those who do not take their vows unto Jehovah and believe they are getting away with it are living a fools dream. Joseph- Anthony: Green

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah-Jireh (God our Provider) for blessing me with daily provisions. Please guide me to where I can give generously back to You my love, if not financially them with me time and the skills You have blessed me with. I sincerely request this in the name of He who gave His precious blood for me Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.

The Desires of Your Heart.

WORSHIP GODS LOVE

Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart. Psalm 37:4

The fulfillment of the first part quarantines the fulfillment of the second part.

When we delight ourselves in Jehovah that means we take pleasure in expanding our loving relationship with Him and being grateful for this blessing.

As our relationship grows our heart yearns for an ever deeper loving relationship with Him, understanding of Him and desire to please Him. When this is the desire of our heart Jehovah will abundantly bless us with these heart felt desires.

To receive Gods blessing means you must work as a team with Him. Those who ask and are not prepared to work will not receive. Joseph- Anthony: Green

It is not as some preach that Jehovah is a genie in a bottle waiting to be a subservient slave willing to grant our every selfish fleshly desire.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Heseh (God of love) for blessing me with the most special desire of my heart, an eternal loving relationship with you. I exhalt you in the name of my loving big brother Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus sweet love bless you today and every day

The Best Fruit.

I LOVE YOU MY LORD

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness” Galatians 5:22 New King James Version

There is an aura of peace and calm of those who live by the fruit of the spirit. You cannot help but enjoy just being in their presence.

They are filled with joy which is spiritual and brighten up a room just walking in it.

They are always long suffering (patient) with those who are not as mature as they are and take time to explain things in a way that you love to sit at their feet and listen to them. They are almost always kind to everyone (unless they are having one of those days) and everything.

They are the most faithful spouses and friends you can be blessed with.

By the Holy Spirits grace I pray that I can emulate them in every moment of my day in every situation.

Todays creed is hurt no one and do what you want. My creed is to Love God and do what He wants. Joseph- Anthony: Green

If there is any kindness I can show, or any good thing I can do to any fellow being, let me do it now, and not deter or neglect it, as I shall not pass this way again.”  William Penn

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Jireh (God our provider) for blessing me with abundant fruit of the spirit when I am an obedient child of Yours by the grace of the Holy Spirit. In eternal gratitude I exalt You in the name of Your most special vinedresser Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus sweet love bless you today and every day.

We Are a Stiff-Necked People.

FOLLOW YOUR WAYS

“If now I have found grace in Your sight, O Lord, let my Lord, I pray, go among us, even though we are a stiff-necked people; and pardon our iniquity and our sin, and take us as Your inheritance.” Exodus 34:9 New King James Version

Stiff necked:  having or showing the insulting attitude of people who think that they are better, smarter, or more important than other people, refusing to change your ideas or to stop doing something, difficult to deal with.  Merriam-Webster Dictionary.

Common, admit it, you are stiff necked too. We all are.

I used to be very stiff necked at times.  And then, I was blessed with the cure.

His name is: The Holy Spirit.

Many times He convicted me that I was being stiff necked and I admitted it. When I tried on my own to conquer the thing I was stiff necked in I failed. Finally in desperation I cried out in desperation:”My God, I cannot conquer this thing!” It was then that the power of the Holy Spirit helped me conquer it. Notice He did not conquer it but rather He HELPED me conquer it. We cannot sit on our laurels and expect Him to do all the work. We must put forward and effort and work with Him to conquer it.

Now sometimes He will conquer it on His own like an addiction.

It was only by His power that He freed me from alcoholism. I was a biological alcoholic and no matter what I tried to conquer the drinking problem I fell flat on my face. It was only when I totally surrendered to Him that he blessed me with smashing the chains that help me in a living Hell and was dragging me into a permanent one.

It is also why we need to read our Bibles, talk with Jehovah and be obedient unto Him. Otherwise we will fall back into the destructive habits.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah-Mephalti (The Lord my Deliverer) for delivering me from the destructive habits that were making my life a living Hell and slowly dragging me into a permanent one. Thank you for working with me to conquer those habits which You find disgusting. Thank you for pricking my conscience when I begin to fall back into some of my old destructive ways. I thank you in the name of the greatest Deliverer Jesus Christ. Amen

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.

Our Journey Is As Important As.

PERSECUTION

To this you were called, because Christ suffered for you, leaving you an example that you should follow in his steps. 1 Peter 2:21 New International Version

Jesus was a very humble, meek, wise and gracious obedient son to His Heavenly Father when He walked amongst us.

Because He was a non conformist (which in todays terms means He was not politically correct) He suffered rejection, scorn, ridicule and even death.

As Jesus is our big brother that gave us the example to live by we are to follow in His foot steps and expect to suffer just as He did .

As Jesus suffered so too will we.

The closer we get to Christ the more we are going to suffer. The more we suffer the closer we get to Christ. Joseph- Anthony: Green

You can be sure that satan is not going to allow you a cake walk in your service to Christ. He will put up obstacles, suffering and hardships to discourage you so that you will quit.

The more you suffer the more your pray to Jehovah for strength.

He will oblige you which in turn will reward you with a deeper love and appreciation for Him.

This will make you more determined to continue on in the path Christ has chosen for you.

A non suffering Christian is an contradiction of words (opposite to each other). Joseph- Anthony: Green

To God, our journey is as important as our destinations Beth Moore

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Emunah (God is faithful) for faithfully encouraging, strengthening and providing for me during my many times of trail and tribulation in my Holy service unto You. I exalt You in the name of He who You strengthened all the way to Calvary Jesus Christ. Amen

Good to Those Who Wait.

HOPE IN THE LORD

The Lord is good to those who wait for Him, To the soul who seeks Him.  It is good that one should hope and wait quietly For the salvation of the Lord. Lamentations 3:25-26 New King James Version

It is one of he hardest things we will ever do, wait.

How impatient are we waiting in a grocery line (personally, I just grab a magazine and flip through it while waiting)?

How impatient do we get watching the clock slowly tick until it gets to class over or the end of a shift at work (do you find the more you look at the clock the slower it seems to go?)?

Now, how impatient do we get with Jehovah?

We wait until He guides us to a spouse (for me it never happened) or to get pregnant and keep crying out:”When Lord, when? Do we get tired of waiting and go out on our own (which leads to disaster) and then blame Jehovah?

Waiting builds perseverance (we will not quit), strength and faith.

For me many times it has taken years and in some instances decades before He answers my prayers.

Sometimes the prayers do not come to fruitation but that is because they would only cause me harm if they did.

I can think of a few times when I prayed for a certain woman to accept my proposal only to be laughed at. I felt crushed but them see her a few years later and how she treats her husband abusively and silently say a grateful thank you Lord prayer.

So brothers and sisters if you are praying and ready to give up, do not. The Lord answers in His time in His way.

If His answer is not the one you desire have faith that He knows you better than you know yourself and because He loves you is only doing what is best for you.

How many times have we whined to our parents to get something when we were children and if we got them it would make us sick?

 How much wiser than Jehovah?

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah-Jireh (God our Provider) for blessing me with Your unlimited generosity in supplying all me needs in Your time and in Your way. Please bless me with patience to wait for Your timing and respect to accept Your answer even when it is not the answer I sometimes desire. I humbly thank You in the name of Your greatest gift to me Jesus Christ. Amen

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.

They Can See It.

IN GODS PRESENSE

Now it was so, when Moses came down from Mount Sinai (and the two tablets of the Testimony were in Moses’ hand when he came down from the mountain), that Moses did not know that the skin of his face shone while he talked with Him. Exodus 34:29 New King James Version

When I was living in southern Asia many people called me a God Walker. When I asked them why their reply was always the same “It is because we can see it.” The reply seemed strange to me at the time until reading this verse.

When you are blessed with a loving relationship with Jehovah your face glows with love and joy. Your whole body has a glowing aura to it. It is evident to all around you even though you are not aware of it. They can see it.

I have seen it in other brothers and sisters as well.

Wearing black and looking like you just finished sucking a lemon is not evidence of piety but of an empty heart.

How is your glow going?

Spend time with our Beloved in prayer, praise and service and see how much of a glow you are blessed with.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah-‘Immeku (The Lord Is With You) for blessing me with Your divine light of love that is evident unto all to see. May this light be a magnet that draws those in darkness into Your Divine Holy Light. I ask this in the most brilliant light of all Jesus Christ. Amen

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.
