I Have Seen It.

I have seen it, seen the demons dragging away the dammed.

One evening while watching a segment about the Hong Kong riots on TV, the police were dragging away a young woman protester. The look in her eyes was one of pure terror. She knew, being a woman, what to expect yet there was no escape for her poor dammed soul. This is not to cast the police as demons but rather a metaphor for what will happen upon the day of judgment to the wicked.

So too will it be on the day of judgment. The look of helpless terror in the dammed eyes. There will be no escaping the clutches of the angels that are casting them into a place of eternal agony, torment and hopelessness. Woe be unto them.

The smoke of their torment will rise forever and ever, and they will have no relief day or night Revelation 14:11 The Holy Bible New Living Translation

That image of the young woman haunted me for a few days and I wept over her. If we weep for those that are unknown to us how much more studious must we be to do everything in our power to prevent those we love from being cast into this horrid place of eternal damnation.

To say those we know around us are going to Hell without doing anything to prevent it is perhaps the worst sin a Christian can commit. Joseph a son of Jehovah

What must you do to prevent such a dastardly calamity you ask?

To begin with, live the Christian life with joy that come with communion with Christ, Christian compassion, strong Christian morals and quiet peace that can only be attained with the presence of the Holy Spirit.

Then, when the curious ask what blesses us with such admirable disposition, we can gladly share our own testimony of our walk with Christ.

A Christian should be a walking, talking testimonial beam of Heavenly light of Christ that is sweet and appealing to those stumbling about in the darkness on their way to Hell. Joseph a son of Jehovah

PRAYER: Oh my loving Jehovah Hashopet (Judges 11:2 The LORD the Judge) seeing the terror and knowing the eternal horror that awaits the dammed please bless me with every opportunity and every skill to guide the lost from the trail of the dammed and onto the road to Heaven. I humbly request this in the name of He whose heart shall be pierced like a hot knife going through it as He condemns the dammed Jesus Christ. Amen

Have you been there yet?

You know, have you walked through the valley of Hell. A place of fire and torment.

I have. It was during a toxic relationship. The person was terribly abusive, mean spirited,selfish and cruel. I stayed believing I could help this person. Of course they must want to resolve their issues and take action themselves. This person did not want to change their behavior. Finally I walked away.

Then, came another time of hell, the time of recovering from the abuse. I kept on calling out to God, but He was silent.

Thankfully God did direct me to the resources needed to recover. It took a year.

Through that time I developed a very deep and personal relationship with God. There was no other way for this relationship to exist except my going through the hell first to get rid of the toxic relationship that put a chasm between us.

In time the wounds were healed and my spirit resurrected into the family of Christ.

If you are going through the fire right now perhaps it in necessary to burn off bad habits or beliefs.

My trying to serve this abusive person prevented me from serving God. So, He just stepped back and allowed the abusive person to do their worst (a boy did they do a job on me) to burn off my feeling of obligation to them. Once the relationship ended, then came the healing.

Through the healing came a deep love for and respect for God.

So too is it possible for you.

If you are going through that hell, whether it be an addiction or toxic relationship or health or financial problems perhaps it is because you need to have something burned off that restricts you from your relationship with God.

Yes definitely get help.

I am so happy I did.

They helped open my eyes to a lot of things that has helped me ever since. At the completion of this time your spirit will be resurrected into a close relationship with God.

Believe me it hurts God too to have to step back and watch you go through this, but it is necessary.

Even though it hurts our Beloved to watch, He does step back and allow us to go through Hell to get us into Heaven. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah ‘Immeku (The Lord Is With You) Judges 6:12 for blessing me with walking through my time of torment and agony. Thank you for healing me when You finally had enough and guided me away from the tormentor. I would never had made it without You. With my deepest gratitude I thank you in the name of the greatest Healer of all, Jesus Christ. Amen

A Daring and Beautiful Creative Reversal.

He personally carried our sins in His body on the cross [willingly offering Himself on it, as on an altar of sacrifice], so that we might die to sin [becoming immune from the penalty and power of sin] and live for righteousness; for by His wounds you [who believe] have been healed. 1 Peter 2:24 Holy Bible Amplified Version

When Christ was hanging on the cross He was suffering ridicule by those who hated Him. Unimaginable agony in His body. Piercing heart ache watching His loved ones watch Him die and no doubt demons laughing at Him. Three days later He rose from grave and fulfilled Jehovahs prearranged glorious victory to bring all of His children into His family of every race, color and creed.

Talk about a turn of events huh?

Be sure of this

The Lord works out everything to its proper end— even the wicked for a day of disaster. The Lord detests all the proud of heart. Be sure of this: They will not go unpunished. Proverbs 16: 4-5 Holy Bible New Living Translation

This is the best revenge you do not want to see.

Speaking from personal experience, yes I have desired revenge upon more than a few folks in my time.

Many times I got it on my own until the Lord convicted me that is a strong no, no for a Christian. We are to trust that Jehovah is a God of Justice and He will give vengeance in His way, in His time. Every time.

He has allowed me to witness His vengeance it has brought about the same three reactions.

One: a feeling of terror. Terror that that could be me one day because we all offend Jehovah because we are all sinners.

Repent or face the consequences. There is no plea bargaining or parole with Christ. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Two: a feeling of overwhelming joy that the blood of my Saviour along with my repentance (unrepentant sin is forgiven sin Joseph a son of Jehovah) exonerates me from receiving what the Law says (Jehovahs court, not mans) will be my punishment.

Three: Deep heart cutting agony at seeing the wicked suffer because of receiving Divine punishment.

You cannot love and rejoice at seeing Jehovahs justice. Joseph a son of Jehovah

And, if you think it causes agony for us to witness it, imagine how it makes Jehovah feel. 

Prayer: Thank you Jesus Hashopet (Judges 11:27) The LORD the Judge for the amazing blessing of forgiveness when I sincerely repent. Thank you that there is inescapable justice for the wicked when they refuse to repent. I extol You in Your fair name. Amen

Don’t Waste Your Breath

Don’t waste your breath on fools, for they will despise the wisest advice. Proverbs 23:9 Holy Bible, New Living Translation Version

Have you ever tried talking with fools?

They are stubborn, stupid and arrogant.

They are stubborn. You can take them through it bit by bit and they agree with you all along the way. Then you ask them if they agree with what you are saying at the end of the conversation and they laugh at you like you are a fool and they are so much smarter than you. When they refuse to listen and go their own way which ends in disaster it is everybody’s fault but their own.

They are stupid. They know from experience that what they are doing is going to end in disaster but stupidly believe the outcome this time will end differently, which it does not. It ends in disaster. When the inevitable disaster occurs again they blame everybody but themselves. They are arrogant. They believe they are right and everybody that disagrees with them is wrong. They will not allow the facts to get in the way.

So many times I see this in seniors and stand there and shake my head and wonder how they have managed to live this long. When you sit down and talk with them they will admit that most of their problems and disasters in their lives have been because they are stubborn. I hear some uneducated idiots tell me that they are that way because they are old and set in their ways. In reality they have been like that all their lives. I try to talk with them (fools) but if they refuse to listen I just walk away, not wanting to see the disastrous results.

Just ask any policeman or woman how many disasters they have encountered because of stupidity and stubbornness. Indeed there was a recent incident where a road was blocked of because of flooding. A woman refused to obey and went around the sign. Her car was swept into the river and she lost her son because of her arrogance and stupidity. 

The same goes through for any nurse in Emergency Ward.

Prayer: Please Jehovah Rabbi (God my teacher) bless me to always listen and obey Your wise voice. I know that doing so will avoid a lot of trouble, agony and hardship. I ask this in the name of He who was always obedient unto Your voice Jesus Christ. Amen

The gift of love, the gift of joy, the gift of peace, these are the greatest gifts that can be given. They are given in abundance to all those in Christs family by our Heavenly loving  Father. May you be blessed with plentiful opportunities to share these with those around you today.

Close To the Brokenhearted.

The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (contrite in heart, truly sorry for their sin). Psalms 34:18 Holy Bible Amplified Version

When you have lost a loved one through death or divorce or because they have left the nest, your heart is crushed and your heart is broken, why not take it to Jesus?

When walking amongst us did not His family divorce itself from Him and did He not experience broken heartedness when one of His loved ones died? Did He not suffer separation from our beloved Father on the cross?

I have lost many loved ones and He was there to comfort me as no one else could or would.

When you lose your job or home why not take it to Jesus?

Did He not experience homelessness? Didn’t he and His disciple sleep in the wilderness where there was bandits, scorpions and many man eating predators?

I have been homeless and living in a tent surrounded by bears. It was taking security that

I went to sleep with no concern of being attacked while sleeping

Did He not lose His job as a carpenters son (He did not go right from being a carpenters son to His ministry.)?

There have been many times when, through no fault of my own, I was released from a company (usually because they went bankrupt) that I believed I would be at for all of my working years. It was He picked me up when I felt like giving up and going out and pounding the pavement and or upgrading my skills and getting another place to work. For those of us over fifty that are considered unhirable why not ask Jesus how you can be blessed with self employment?

When you are crushed and brokenhearted because of illness, didn’t Jesus experience the pain of whipping and beating in His body and the agony of hanging on the cross? I was a sickly boy with very bad asthma and water on the knee. It was only in reading the Bible and talking with my beloved Jesus that a lot of that pain was endured and I felt His presence the closest to me.

So will He not be close to you and heal you spiritually when you experience these things (He may not heal your relationships or get your job or home back or heal your illness but will He not as a loving Savior be close to you and heal your spirit)?

Indeed may these not be viewed as a burden but rather as a blessing?

If You were not there I do not believe I would have lived through oh so many of them. He is My Source Of.

 For to me, to live is Christ [He is my source of joy, my reason to live] and to die is gain [for I will be with Him in eternity]. If, however, it is to be life here and I am to go on living, this will mean useful and productive service for me; so I do not know which to choose [if I am given that choice].  But I am hard-pressed between the two. I have the desire to leave [this world] and be with Christ, for that is far, far better Philippians 1:21 23   The Holy Bible Amplified Version         

Do not cry when a loved one is dying, they are going to a far better place. It amazes me when folks what to keep a suffering loved one alive. I think keeping suffering loved ones alive is selfish and cruel. I have watched loved ones die a slow agonizing death from diseases and let me tell you, it is no picnic for wither them or their loved ones.

Contrast that with being in communion with other saints in Christs kingdom in the second Heaven (the Bible mentions three Heavens and when those in Christ die before His return they go to the second Heaven awaiting their masters return to His Kingdom here on earth, which is one of the other Heavens).

I look forward to physical death to be in spiritual Heaven with Christ. Until that blessed event happens I shall do the work He has assigned to me with all the gusto I have. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Oh my cherished Jehovah Heseh (God is love) how my heart aches to be with the supreme love of my life for eternity. While waiting may I always preform my duties unto You with all the gusto there is in me. I pray this in the name of my best friend that I shall spend eternity together with in pure delight Jesus Christ. Amen

It is a test of the Heart

 I know also, my God, that You test the heart and delight in uprightness and integrity. 1 Chronicles 29:17 The Holy Bible Amplified Version

Many times a trial is a test.

It is a test of our faith in the providence of our Heavenly Beloved. A test to see if we trust Him in His word, promise , unto us. It is a test of our maturity, not for Jehovahs sake but for ours. It reveals where we need to work more, either by ourselves, or in harmony with the Holy Spirit or to work at completely surrendering unto Jehovah- which is an act of faith.

Many times I have cried out to my Beloved and asked Him why this was happening to me. Why are you refusing to Help me? It was only later that He revealed to me that it was a test.

Sometimes I passed and was ready for Him to mature me in the next step to becoming a mature child of His.

Sometimes I failed and would have to relearn the lessons He was teaching me. He was not angry with me but encouraging me and patient with me.

So, when you are experiencing a trial, tribulation or deep agony have faith that there is a Divine purpose for it and you will come through it with His amazing providence.

As well you will become every closer unto Him through this process.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah El Roi. You are the God who sees who see my life from beginning until my entrance into Heavens gate. Thank you that through the tests You have allowed to come my way, You have blessed me with coming ever closer in our loving relationship. I praise You in the name of He with whom I desire to walk close with in our Heavenly home Jesus Christ. Amen.

What They Gave to Him, They Give to You.

Remember what I told you: ‘A servant is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted me, they will persecute you also. John 15:20 New International Version

Two words that are oxy morons: Christian and non-suffering.

Many people today have the false belief that when they give their lives to Christ it will be a cake walk and a bed of roses.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

When you commit your live to Christ you can expect to be persecuted.

Many times the worst persecution will come from your family. They will see the change in you and not like it. They will fight you to walk away from Christ. Most times this will mean you must walk away from family. It will be painful.

The same goes for friends. They will be confused as to why you have changes and will viciously mock you because of the change in your life. It will not be pleasant.

You can expect to be treated like a geek at school and work. You can expect people to go out of their way to make your life miserable.

But take heart. We have a savior who has walked that path before you so will comfort you and encourage you.

For just as we share abundantly in the sufferings of Christ, so also our comfort abounds through Christ. 2 Corinthians 1:5 New International Version

I know, I have been there. I have had to walk away from family and friends and it was very painful.

I have been in jobs where I felt like I was the only person in the world because no one would talk with me because I was not dishonest. When that happens in a bush camp it can be very lonely.

In my agony I cried out to Jehovah and He sent the Holy Spirit who comforted, strengthened and encouraged me.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Yahweh (God of His people) for comforting and encouraging me during my times of persecution for our relationship. I consider it an honor to suffer for Your awesome name. I give thanks in the name of He who suffered all the way to the cross for me Jesus Christ. Amen
