A closer walk with our beloved friend.

We Have Been Sanctified

We have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. Hebrews 10-10 New King James Version

Sanctified: to set apart to a sacred purpose or to religious use. Merriam- Webster Dictionary

When we accept Christ’s sacrifice of His precious blood to gain entry into Jehovahs Kingdom we become sanctified.

This means we walk away from all worldly desires such as self centeredness, selfishness, arrogance, and disrespect to name a few and dedicate ourselves to being servants of our Heavenly King Jesus Christ.

You were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 New King James Version

SERVE THE LORD

Yes we are Christ’s servants and yes He has a specific career for each of us.

For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand. Ephesians 2:10 New King James Version

So before you accept Christ as your Savior you had better weigh the consequences of it.

It will mean sacrifices which are very difficult. It means you may have to walk away from family and friends (Yes most of your most strongest opposition will come from your family and friends). It may mean the sacrifice of your lifestyle. You may be called to move to another area and even another country.

Your sole devotion is to be unto our Heavenly King. He is to be above everything and everyone else.

For me it meant sacrificing relationships that I was extremely close with. We still have a close relationship but it was difficult for all involved to come to terms that Jesus came first in my life.

And whoever does not bear his cross and come after Me cannot be My disciple. For which of you, intending to build a tower, does not sit down first and count the cost, whether he has enough to finish it lest, after he has laid the foundation, and is not able to finish, all who see it begin to mock him. Luke 14:7-29 New King James Version

If you take up the offer but then realize the price is too high and decide to drop out of Christ’s kingdom you will be laughed at for sure.

There is no such thing as accepting Christ’s offer without sacrifice on your behalf.

Those who are misguided believe falsely that once they accept Jesus they just sit back and do nothing  and wait for Him to take them to Heaven are in for a very shocking revelation come Judgment Day.

Prayer: Thank youJehovah Ezer (The LORD our Helper) for blessing me with Your Divine help and strength to be an obedient child of Yours when it was difficult to do so. I praise You in the name of He who preformed the most difficult taks on the cross for my sake Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sweet sunshine of Jesus’ beautiful love bless you today and every day.

Be Careful About Them.

FALL AWAY JOSEPHS QUOTES

If anyone thoughtlessly takes an oath to do anything, whether good or evil (in any matter one might carelessly swear about) even though they are unaware of it, but then they learn of it and realize their guilt when anyone becomes aware that they are guilty in any of these matters, they must confess in what way they have sinned. Leviticus 5:3-4 New International Version

As you can see, Jehovah takes all vows seriously.

So if you take a vow, even if you are tricked into it and refuse to honour it, you will pay the price.

This I believe is intended to drive home three points.

One: there is a price to pay for disobedience.

Now if you have taken a vow that is detrimental to society, or Christ, you should break it.

Otherwise the consequences will be more severe. So if a friend has nagged you into keeping a secret of how they cheated on an a deal with another company you should break that vow to do the right thing and report it otherwise when they are caught you will suffer the same punishment at them.

The second important thing is to drive home the importance of waiting and seeking council through councilors and prayer to avoid being caught up in these in the first place.

The third one is the one I have been plagued with constantly in China.

Do not make a promise you do not intend to keep.

In China they have a practice of promising you almost anything to get you to do what they want you to do. Once you have done your part they conveniently get amnesia and forget their promises (which in reality they had no intention of keeping in the first place).

This has taught me a valuable lesson.

Now when someone wants me to do something for them and they make extravagant promises I inform them loudly in public that because I want them to prove to everyone how honest they are I will give them the honour of fulfilling their promises first.

It greatly shames them.

Every time I see them I loudly ask them when they are going to fulfill their promises.

This is done as a warning to those who are watching and listening so they do not attempt this filth on me.

It has eliminated a lot of stress in my life and a lot less being made a sucker out of.

Prayer: Please Jehovah KalEl (voice of God) bless me to always depend upon Your Holy Spirits voice to guide me on when to and when not to make promises because they are oh so very serious to You. I know this voice will prevent me from making foolish promises or unattainable promises. I sincerely request this in the name of He who promised to always be with me and has kept His promise Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.

You Had Better Take Them Seriously.

RED STREAKS IN YELLOW FLOWERS

Then Pharaoh summoned Moses and Aaron. “This time I have sinned,” he said to them. “The Lord is in the right, and I and my people are in the wrong.  Pray to the Lord, for we have had enough thunder and hail. I will let you go; you don’t have to stay any longer. Exodus 9:27-28” New International Version

After Jehovah sent destructive hail that wiped out Egypt’s crops Pharaoh informed Moses he would allow the Israelites to go free. Later he took back his word and treated the people even worse. As a result God punished the Egyptians even more.

So too it is with us.

When we make a promise to Jehovah, woe be unto us if we do not fulfill it. He will punish us.  We had better take our vows seriously (That includes marriage vows by the way. We not only give them to our husband or wife, we give them to God).

If Jehovah convicts us on something we have said or done wrong and we ignore Him, He will punish us.  We had better take His conviction very seriously.

You cannot con God. Joseph- Anthony: Green

Prayer: Please Jesus Pryyand (Jesus my friend) sanctify me that I take time to consider the significance of my vows and be true to them so as to honour You. I beseech You in Your name who has always been faithful in Your vows to me. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.
