Be Pleasing to You
Be Ready to Help Them.

Do you notice that this specifically mentions that it is Gods people we are to help?
We only have so much resources to help.
Why would you help those in the world while those with in the church go with out?
I have seen churches put on lavish meals for the welfare bums to try to bribe them into joining their church. The parasites come in pig out and eat all the food. Those who prepared the meal get nothing. Then these disgusting bums walk out before the Bible study begins. Not one stays. I have witnessed this so many times. What a waste of money.
All the while, there are members of their church that are poor and neglected because the money was spent on the ungrateful, selfish leeches.

Before you give, spend time in prayer and ask Jehovah where the gift is best invested in. He knows where it is best needed. Yes, giving is an investment in Jehovahs kingdom.
Prayer: Please Jehovah Abba (God our Father 1 John 3:1 ) bless me with the wisdom on where to share my time, skill and or finances with those who are in need in Your family. I humbly ask this in the name of He who only shared in His parables those whose hearts and minds were receptive to Him, Jesus Christ. Amen

An important book to read is the Book of Leviticus. In this book it reveals how to live.
The dietary laws are very important. It is true that the foods that were described as unclean are bad for you to eat and modern science proves it. When you obey its instructions you will avoid many diseases that still plague society today.
It also describes the proper way to have sex. When you obey its instructions you will avoid many sexual diseases that still plague society today.
When you get sick and use herbs and follow directions on fasting many times it will heal you better than any pharmaceutical medicine and there is centuries of history to prove it.
You would do well to study herbal medicine for your own health as well as that of your families.
Herbs are given by Jehovah for our health because He made them for that purpose and because He loves us and cares about our health. When you obey its instructions you will be healed of many diseases that still plague society today.
It also describes how you are to interact with others and with Jehovah. It teaches how to respect each other and how to settle disputes. When you obey its instructions you will be healed of many diseases that still plague society today which are caused by stress.
Another thing it teaches is how to handle our finances properly. When you obey its instructions you will avoid getting into debt and stress that still plague society today. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

I will say it right out: being a people pleaser is satanic. You are more concerned about looking good to those around you so you can puff up your ego than you are about desiring to please Jehovah. Doing this brings positive affirmation to you all the while allowing you to live as you please.
Most of society rebels against Jehovah, Jesus Christ and The Holy Spirit because they want to live their lives as they see fit rather than as Jehovah designed them to live. Joseph Anthony a son of Jehovah .
So, when you are living a Christian life of course society is going to be at odds with you. Your life convicts them that they are living a wicked life and Hell is their eternal reward. In order to please them you must move away from Jehovahs family and towards societies.
The problem with that is you will never find meaning, purpose nor satisfaction living that lifestyle.
Because you have been taught God given morals and society rebels against them you will make yourself an enemy of Jehovah when you follow the crowd. You will miss His peace, love and joy. You will no longer receive His daily guidance in your life.
Then Saul admitted to Samuel, “Yes, I have sinned. I have disobeyed your instructions and the Lord’s command, for I was afraid of the people and did what they demanded. 1 Samuel 15:24 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation
Saul was more concerned about pleasing the men in his company than obeying Jehovahs command. And what was his reward?
Since you have rejected the Lord’s command, he has rejected you as king of Israel.” 1 Samuel 15:26 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation
So too it is with Christians. When you are more concerned about being a people pleaser than pleasing Jehovah then you forfeit your inheritance in Heaven.

We All Belong to Each Other.
Just as our bodies have many parts and each part has a special function, so it is with Christ’s body. We are many parts of one body, and we all belong to each other. ROMANS 12: 4-5 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation
Just as the human body has many parts so too does the Christian body. If you abuse one part of the body, the whole body suffers.
So if you abuse your liver by drinking too much booze or coffee that affects not just the live but also the mind.
In the same manner if you do not appreciate say an Sunday school teacher in your church, they will become discouraged and quit. Then who will care for the children during the service? Who will teach them about Jesus in a manner in which they will understand?
If you take care of and nurture your endocrine system by eating right and drinking herbal tea which builds up the immune system the rest of the body is not likely to get sick from the many germs that are constantly floating out around us every day.
In the same way we are to encourage and support each other when one in our Christian family is suffering. This will bond that Christian family together tightly and firmly.

Which One Are You Drinking?
When I discovered your words, I devoured them. They are my joy and my heart’s delight. Jeremiah 15:16 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation
There is an old saying: “ You are what you eat.”
That is oh so true.
When I was studying psychology one of our assignments was to listen to the words of our favorite songs. It shocked me how negative and self serving they were.
The gender and style has changed over the decades but they message is still the same. It is all about serving yourself. It does not matter who you hurt as long as you can get what you desire.
Another thing that was learned was called sleep learning.
So if you were going to take an exam just record what the test is about on a tape and then listen to it through out the night. The next day do not even think about the answer just allow your subconscious make your choices. It usually turned out pretty good.
The same is true for what we watch on TV or in the movies, the music we listen to, the conversation we participate in and the violent games we play. They can make us very aggressive, negative men and women.
That is the poisonous food the world feasts upon every day.
Christians on the other hand should be reading Christian books, listening to Christian sermons and music. They should also be reading Christian devotionals every day instead of going on the internet for glorified sensationalist news services that are just lip service for the government and big businesses. Most lie like a rug.
Here is a challenge: go one month without listening, reading or watching the news or listening to worldly music or watching the trash shows on TV or movies. Instead go on sermonaudio and listen to preachers like Charles Spurgeon or George Whitefield or go on Youtube and watch ones like Alistair Begg, Billy Graham or Grace Life church in Edmonton.
Read old Bible sermons like Thomas Aquinas or John Bunyan or John Calvin or Andrew Murray.
When you wake up and before you go to bed say a prayer for all the blessings great and small Jehovah has blessed you with.
See how much you will have changed after a month of feasting on good Christian food instead of the pig slop society offers.
Because we have these promises, dear friends, let us cleanse ourselves from everything that can defile our body or spirit. And let us work toward complete holiness because we fear God. 2 Corinthians 7:1 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation
Let us conduct ourselves properly and honorably as in the [light of] day, not in carousing and drunkenness, not in sexual promiscuity and irresponsibility, not in quarrelling and jealousy. Joy is described as the emotion of great delight or happiness caused by something exceptionally good
As The Holy Spirit guides us though out the day there always arises occasions and opportunities to serve our Heavenly King Jesus. It does not have to be earth shaking, it can be something as simple as saying a pleasant, encouraging word to someone when directed to by The Holy Spirit.
That pleases Jesus which brings great delight to every Christians heart.

As The Holy Spirit guides us through out the day, He makes us sensitive to the blessing our Heavenly Poppa, Jehovah bestows upon us. With the glee of little children after opening a present we joyfully thank our gracious, kind Poppa. That makes Him joyful as well as us. Knowing that pleases Him makes us ever more happy.
