Just as the Lord instructed the Israelites to coat their doorposts and they would not suffer the fate of the Egyptians so to was Rahab instructed to tie a red cord outside her window of her apartment, which was on the wall, at Jericho and her family would be spared.
Do you see any similarities there?
Has there been any time in your life that destruction was coming and the Lord is instructing you, you must do something in order to escape doom?
For me, it was articles on a web site that exposed a country that I was dwelling that certain doom was coming and it was time to get out. Boy am I glad I was obedient.
If you neglect to obey these warnings you do so at your own cost.
The Israelites that refused to listen when warned about the Babylonian destruction coming and then the ones before the destruction by the Romans paid a very heavy price.

This is why it is important to read our Bibles every day and talk sincerely with Jehovah. When He directs you either to do something or not do something obey Him.
As your walk with Jehovah progresses in this way you will gain confidence and trust in Him and you will take bigger steps of faith and be rewarded accordingly. .
Now of course there are going to come times when we are afraid.
When these times come we would be wise to remember what Jehovah has done before for us and gain strength and trust in Him.
He always starts us out in little steps so that our spiritual legs will be strong for the big steps of faith.
This has happened in my walk with Christ and when you follow this advice it will happen with you as well.
If you believe this then why are you a wuss and not begin to take those steps?
Prayer: Please Jehovah Nissi (the Lord goes out before us-which means he is out in front) bestow upon me the faith and strength to be an obedient servant to Your sanctified calling in both my daily life and in my career. This is not a suggestion or request but a command for our King, Jesus. So how are we to obey His royal command?
One of the best ways to share is networking.
So say there is a site is where we share information with others that will help them save money. That is called networking.
How much do you network about Jesus?
Then He taught them many things by parables, and said to them in His teaching Mark 4:2 New King James Version
Another word for parable is story telling.
The best way to communicate Christ with others is to share stories about Him. Be a story teller.
You can share stories of how He came to you (Jesus knocks at the door of our hearts which means He comes to us first.).
Share with them the experience of when you accepted Him as king. Now if you are a new comer to our Heavenly family your story is just as important as a weathered seasoned servant of Christ.
Another good way to share the experience of Jesus is to use your hobbies and expertise to explain Jesus and your walk with Him to others. So say you like to fly model planes. Why not say that the joy you have in Jesus is like the wings on the plane that lifts you so high.
If your vocation is say an nurse why not give the anomaly of a high fever being a sing of illness in the body with a guilty conscience being the conviction of the Holy Spirit.
Sharing Jesus using your hobbies and vocation with other makes it easier for others to grasp what you are trying to say.
Of course we really do not know the appropriate manner to share Jesus and our walk with Him to others because we do not know how they think.
So how are we going to succeed?
It is always best to go to Jehovah in prayer and request the Holly Spirit to inspire in us the most appropriate manner to share Jesus and our walk with Him with others because only He knows their hearts and minds the best.
Prayer: Please KalEl (voice of God) bless me with wisdom to share stories about what You have done in my life and through my life in a way that those who are ignorant of You will understand Your awesome love, wisdom and provision. May others be blessed through these stories to have a deep desire to have You in their lives and hearts as well. There were tribes that had received their portion of the Promised Land. As a consequence they were to go ahead of all the other tribes to help them receive their portion of Jehovah’s blessing in the Promised Land.
Should this not be the same with you?
When Jehovah has blessed you, should you not go ahead of your brothers and sisters to work with them to gain their blessing?
Now it could be something in the Christian community or it could be sharing the Gospel so that others may receive the blessings of Christ as their Savior.
What gives you the right to believe you have no obligation to help others receive their blessing just because you have received yours?
Prayer: Please Jehovah Shammah (the Lord is present) just as You were there to guide me and assist me in the service You have predestined for me lead me in how to be hospitable to those coming up behind me that require my help. I sincerely ask this in the name of He who was the best guidance councilor to His disciples Jesus Christ. Amen

In the time of this writing when you owned property you would put your personal seal on it.
We were bought with the precious blood of our Beloved Jesus. There is no other way. There is nothing we can do or say to receive the Fathers seal.
“Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.” Acts 4:12 New King James Version
So what this verse is saying is that the Holy Spirit has sealed you with Jehovah’s ownership. You belong to Him and nothing or no one can take you away from Him.
Except for one of course that shall be discussed later in this article.
Notice that in order to receive this blessing you must have heard the gospel and believe that Jesus died for your sins and was raised again to sit at the right hand of our Father. That is the only way.
Do not believe any other lies that are spewed by the anti-Christ’s in the world (and that especially includes many so called Christians and their churches).
Now when someone was bought (and we were bought with the precious blood of Christ) you were expected to be obedient to your masters rules.
Yes here are rules and they must be obeyed (again this is contrary to what the anti-Christs teach).
If you refuse to obey the rules the master will throw you out of His house. In this you voluntarily lose your salvation.
Now how are we supposed to know what the rules are and how to obey them?
And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Ephesians 4:30 New King James Version The Holy Spirit is our teacher and guidance councilor.
To grieve the Holy Spirit is to refuse to listen to and obey His instructions. You do this to your own folly. You can only grieve the Holy Spirit so many times and He will depart from you.
Prayer: Thank you Jehovah-Go’el (The Lord is my Redeemer) for redeeming me through Your cherished Sons precious blood and thereby adopting me into Your divine holy family and making me Your cherished possession.
Please Jehovah Rabbi (God our Teacher) always teach me to be an obedient student to Your wise teacher The Holy Spirit. I always have a deep desire to please You and never grieve You because I of my enormous love for You, Your Son and Your Holy Teacher. If we desire to be successful we need to read our Bible and meditate on it every day. That way we will know the will of Jehovah in our lives and thereby receive His holy blessings. How can you expect to receive Jehovah’s blessings if you follow the world and cheat and steal rather than be holy as the Book instructs us to be?
Personally speaking I have received material blessings and I have received spiritual blessings. Spiritual blessings far surpass anything that material blessings could even begin to.
Besides, are we not to store up treasures in Heaven?
What do you think that will be, your big bank account, your fancy clothes and your newest toys or serving Jesus by serving others?
Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Jireh (God our provider) for the wonderful blessing of Your wise book of instruction in every aspect of life called the Bible. Please always open my eyes to the most amazing wisdom hidden within its awesome pages. Jacob conned his brother out of his birthright and his father our of the blessings. When he fled from his brothers anger he settled with his uncle and fell in love with his cousin.
The uncle conned Jacob into serving him for over fourteen years.
Let this be a lesson to you.
If you are a conner, deceiver, manipulator and liar it does come back to bite you. I have seen many who in their early years were the worst I have ever met. Now they are old and are constantly getting conned and manipulated. Their lives are one of constant grief and loneliness.
Is that where you are heading?

We all go though tough times.
When they occur take time to meditate upon how Jehovahs gentle, yet strong hand has led you through the storms of your past. Take comfort in this and thank Him for it. Write them all down. This alone brings great peace to me. If you are a new born in Christ find a mentor that has walked the Godly life for a while and listen to their stories of Jehovahs great deliverance in their lives. Again, write them down.
Who is so great a God as our God? Psalm 77:13 New King James Version
Now contemplate His greatness and how much He loves you. Look at the stars, listen to the roar of the ocean, look at the mountains. In His might he made them all. Look up photo’s on the internet and cut and paste them on a page with your list of how He has helped you in the past. Do you still believe He is not big enough to help you with your problems. Now notice I said that He will “help” you. Do not expect Him to do all the work. There may be times when that it required but most times it will also mean a concerted effort on your behalf as well even if it is just having faith in Him. Do you still not believe He is there to help you and will help you?
You are the God who does wonders; You have declared Your strength among the peoples. Psalm 77:14 New King James Version
Now look the times He has helped you and the photo’s and look forward. Look forward to His help coming your way in His timing in His way and have confidence in Him.
Talk with Him about your difficulties and pray for Him to bless you with the peace, comfort and strength that only He can and will provide.

In Joshua 6 Jehovah strictly forbid the people from keeping anything after to conquest of Jericho.
In Joshua seven Achan did not obey and the command and took some and tried to hide it from everybody. When the Israelites went to battle against a smaller tribe they were trounced because of Achans disobedience.
How about you?
Are others suffering because you are disobeying Gods commands?
Is your family or marriage suffering because you are flagrantly having an affair? Could it be that your company loses a contract and people lose their jobs because you cheat a company you do business with?
Could a sports team you play on be disqualified because you are using illegal drugs?
When I was a tree planter one jerk buried all his trees instead of planting them. When the company we were contracted out to found out what he did, we were all fired and lost and entire seasons wages. Considering tree planting is one of the hardest jobs in Canada and the season is only so long and we worked and suffered so much for those wages we were less than happy with him and he had to have the police escort him out of town for his own safety.
Prayer: Please Jehovah Yeshua (God our deliverer) rescue me from the temptation in any way to be dishonest. The consequences although unforeseen now will have dire results for myself and many innocent victims because of my greed. I sincerely request this in the name of He who resisted the evil ones sly ploys to prevent Him from His faithful calling Jesus Christ. Amen

When you need advice where should you go?
Go where the best advice can be found.
It has been said that an alcoholic will listen to the advice of a recovered alcoholic more than someone who has a piece of paper hanging on the wall.
Why do you think that is?
Could it be because they will listen to someone who has gone through what they are going through so they understand them?
So too it is with all aspects of life.
If you want good advice why not seek it out in Godly Christian councilors that have gone through what you are experiencing now?
This is why it is a sin for Christians to sit on the sideline when they see others suffering what they have gone through and do nothing to help them. Yes we are to help others as we have been helped. If no one helped you through your difficult times think of how much you would have appreciated some help. Then do something about it when you see someone else going through their trials and tribulations, sorrows and snares.
On the flip side there is a prevailing belief amongst the younger generation that the older generation is useless and holds no wisdom that can help them. That is why they suffer in silence so much.
If you are young and need help do not be arrogant and too proud to seek the advice of the older generation. Do not just whine to them but listen to their advice and obey it.
Wisdom, like an inheritance, is a good thing and benefits those who see the sun. Ecclesiastes 7:11 New International Version
There is an old saying:”The more things change the more things are the same.”
That means that okay maybe your grandma or grandpa does not know how to use a computer but events that occur in your life are the same as that which has occurred it theirs.

Listening to wise council has helped me tremendously to deal with some very serious issues in my life. If it were not for their Godly advice I do not think I would have made it through those extremely difficult experiences.
Prayer: Thank you Jehovah-Jireh (God is our Provider) for blessing me with many wonderful Godly wise mentors which have guided me through numerous difficult times. I humbly ask my Love that you open my eyes to the opportunity to emulate them when I see other brothers and sisters in need of Godly wisdom, compassion and encouragement.
