Heavenly Father, this day Your child clothes himself with Your battle gear as I prepare for battle.
I claim victory this day and every day by putting on Jehovahs armor.

I put on the girdle of truth, which is the Bible, so that satan cannot con me with his lies.

Next comes the breastplate of righteousness which is the blood of Christ.that protects me heart from evil so that I will remain holy.

After that comes the shoes of peace that walks the road of love, compassion and respect for others.. This will be a beacon that guide others to my Beloved Jesus.

Then I pick up the shield of faith, which means trust. I completely trust Jehovah, Jesus and the Holy Spirit loves me, they care about me and are always there with me. No lie nor deceit of satan can ever pierce this shield.

The helmet of salvation is placed upon my head so that my thoughts words and deeds are concentrated upon Christ’s salvation so that I am His devoted humble servant. In my other hand is the Sword of the Spirit (the Holy Spirit) which is a double edged sword of power to resist satan as it slashes deep into the wicked heart of satan when he tempts me. Now I have the complete armor of Jehovah on and am prepared to live a victorious day this day and every day by the grace of Jehovah   

Jehovahs armor cannot ever be defeated. Every Christian must put it on every day. Joseph a son of Jehovah 

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Gador Milchamah (The Lord is Mighty in Battle)  Psalms 24:8 for blessing me with the impenetrable armor to defeat satan with. Please bless me that You will remind me to put it on every morning. I exalt You in the name of He who defeated satan on the cross Jesus Christ. Amen

A Prayer to Speak with Love and Respect

Jesus looked at them intently and said, “Humanly speaking, it is impossible. But not with God. Everything is possible with God.” Mark 10:27 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation

My Love please bless me with the ability to communicate with those You have placed in my care in a manner in which they will understand what I am saying.

Please bless me with the ability to understand what they are trying to communicate with me.

Please my Beloved bless me that You will guide my words this day to bring encouragement and love.

Please strengthen me to bide my tongue to not lash out with hurtful words when disputes erupt. When the fires start to flare when they are being stubborn and obstinate, please bless me to close my eyes and to call out unto You to bring peace into the conversation.

And with the wisdom to know when to walk away because of the futility in the conversation.

Bless me with the ability to come back later and speak with respectful authority to which they must succumb to.

Please bless us to be loving and respectful towards each other as You and I are loving and respectful towards each other.

I humbly request this in the name of He whose speech was always respectful and loving Jesus Christ. Amen

This Verse Says It All.

 And we are instructed to turn from godless living and sinful pleasures. We should live in this evil world with wisdom, righteousness, and devotion to God Titus 2:11-12 The Holy Bible New Living Translation

This verse says it all.

There are those that foolishly believe that once they are saved by grace alone they can go out and do whatever their flesh desires and it is okay because Jesus died for their sins.

You cannot have it both ways.

Either you will be a slave to fleshly desires or you will obediently serve Christ of your own free will.

The first one is a cruel slave master which kills the spirit and slowly painfully destroys the soul.

The second one brings life to the body and brings joyous eternity to the spirit. Christ blesses us with love, peace and joy, the world curses us with anger, fear, depression, worry and unfulfillment. I choose Christ. Which one do you choose? Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah-Helech ‘Olam (The Lord our King Forever) Ps10:16 for blessing me with the honour of being Your humble obedient servant. I thank You in Your majestic name. Amen

Christ blesses us with love, peace and joy May you be blessed with many opportunities to share these with others today.

Here is the Difference.

“Jews demand signs and Greeks desire wisdom, but we proclaim Christ crucified, a stumbling block to Jews and foolishness to Gentiles, but to those who are the called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God” 1 Corinthians 1:22-24 The Holy Bible, New Living Testament

Here is the difference between believers and those that are perishing: We believers have faith. Another word for faith is trust. We trust Jehovah, Jesus and the Holy Spirit even when we do not understand.

The world demands to see signs before it will believe. Even then they will not believe because that would mean they have to give up their independence and depend upon Jehovah.

Many times Jehovah will request we do things that do not make sense to us. We do not need , even though we request, Jehovah explain the hows and whys of what He wants us to do because it does not make sense to us. He stays quiet but again we trust Him and obey even though we do not understand. Most times, but not always, it comes to light at the completion of the assignment the what and why of Jehovahs commands.

“Have you been called to go out on a limb for God? You can bet it won’t be easy. Limb-climbing has never been easy. Ask Joseph. Or, better yet, ask Jesus. He knows better than anyone the cost of hanging on a tree.” Max Lucado

The world demand to know why before they agree to do anything. Even then they will not do it because they do not want to Jehovahs will but rather choose to do their own, which is true foolishness.

To be a Christian means to trust and obey the Holy Spirits guidance even when we do not understand the how and why. It is to surrender our will for His. Joseph a son of Jehovah

And it is impossible to please God without faith. Anyone who wants to come to him must believe that God exists and that he rewards those who sincerely seek him. Hebrews 11:6 The Holy Bible, New Living Testament

Prayer:Thank you Jehovah ELOHIM YAKOL (God, the Most Able) for always being able to guide my life in the best direction to get to Heavens gate. Even though I do not have the guide map I trust in Your leading me there through out all of my life. I praise You in the name of He who trusted You all the way to the cross Jesus Christ. Amen

The gift of love, the gift of joy, the gift of peace, these are the greatest gifts that can be given. They are given in abundance to all those in Christs family by our Heavenly loving  Father. Have Nothing More to do With Them.

 When He gives quietness, who then can make trouble?Job 34:29 Holy Bible New King James Version

 I have a very contentious neighbor. He can go off like a rocket with little to no provocation by me. He is a constant thorn in my side. Indeed many times some very un-Christian words come out of my mouth during the conversation as he continuously pushes my buttons.

This problem was taken to the Lord and asked the proper manner in which to handle the situation without me exploding at him as he irritated me. The above verse jumped out at me during the next mornings Bible Verse as well as;

If people are causing divisions among you, give a first and second warning. After that, have nothing more to do with them. Titus 3:10 New Living Translation Bible

This makes perfect sense.

These types of folks are not interested in anyone’s opinion but their own and care not about anyone but themselves. Trying to talk things out with them is like talking with a wall. I do not waste my time talking with walls.

I do not even speak with him if he tries to talk with me, I keep silent and ignore him. It prevents a lot of trouble.

Now there is a lot more peace in my life.

If you refuse to be respectful enough to listen to others opinion then do not waste my time. Go talk with yourself. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Please Jehovah ‘Uzam (The Lord is our Strength in Trouble) bless me with peace, wisdom,grace and strength when encountering those who delight in causing grief to others. I sincerely request this in the name of who kept His peace when dealing with arrogant detractors and unfair accusers towards Him, Jesus Christ. Amen

Thank Him For It And

 Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take. Proverbs 3:5-6 Holy Bible, New Living Translation

Do you truly have confidence in our Heavenly Father?

Then when you go to Him with a problem when you are finished talking with Him about it, thank Him for it and drop it. I do not mean to never mention it again but rather do not whine about it consistently to Jehovah. That is annoying when someone does that to me, I can only imagine how annoying it is to Jehovah when untold numbers of His children do it to Him.

For me, I mention it every morning to Him more as a way for me to remember it than to remind Him of it. Many times I tend to forget the problem (unless it is persistent or is a crisis) and then one day something happens and it pops into my mind that that is Jehovah answering my prayers in unusual and unique ways. It always makes me laugh and thank Him for His wonderful humour as well as His loving Providence.

For the rest of my life I am going to trust that Jehovah is always at work in all things and give Him thanks long before my simplest prayers are answered. Nancy Parker Brummet

It is the best tool in every Christian man and womans tool belt.

That is prayer.

Prayer is communion with Jehovah. That means not only are we speaking to Him but take the time to listen to Him as well. It is the best brainstorming available for everything we encounter in life. After all, look who we are brain storming with. He is never too busy day or night seven days a week every month of the year and every year that we walk this earth until He takes us home.

Prayer is the ultimate all purpose tool readily available to every Christian. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah El Shama (God who hears) for blessing me with always having my most cherished confidants ear (Yours) and the privilege to use the most effective tools You have graciously [provided to Your beloved children. I give thank for these treasures in the name of He who taught us the proper way to pray to You Jesus Christ. One Bad Night At

 And He raised us up together with Him [when we believed], and seated us with Him in the heavenly places, [because we are] in Christ Jesus Ephesians 2:6 The Holy Bible Amplified Version

Have you ever spent the night in a dive motel?

I have and boy it was a nightmare. When I was a tree planter we would sleep in tents six nights a week in the forest and come to town one night. That was our shift. When the university kids got a room all’s they did was have loud drunken parities and trash the rooms. There was no sleep that night and it seemed as if the night would never end. The next week I went to a motel that refused to accept tree planters. When it was explained to them all’s that was wanted was a quiet room for me to sleep in, they took a gamble and gave me a room. I did not let them down and enjoyed a fantastic nights sleep.

So too will it be when we are in Heaven.

The life we suffer here will seem like but a quick moment in time compared to the unimaginable love, joy and peace we will be blessed with as we continuously commune with Jesus and each other.

“From heaven even the most miserable life will look like one bad night at an inconvenient hotel.” — Teresa of Avila

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Immanuel (God is with us) for blessing me with the promise that when I depart this groaning earth I shall be in loving communion with You for an eternity. That magnificent experience there shall make all the worst living nightmares here on earth seem like just a bad nights dream to awaken to a wonderful world with You. I praise You in the name of He with who I relish walking and talking with throughout eternity Jesus Christ. Amen

God Cannot Give Us

 “Glory to God in the highest [heaven], And on earth peace among men with whom He is well-pleased.” Luke 2:14 The Holy Bible Amplified Version

Do you notice the part in this verse that says that Jehovah blesses those with whom He is well pleased with peace? 

What incentive would Jehovah have to bless those who reject Him with peace? Especially, when you consider, that those who displease Jehovah do so in an act of rebellion unto Him.

Would you give a naughty son or daughter a gift? No? Why not? Is it because they do nothing but cause you grief and chances are they are abusive to other family members?

So too it is with Jehovah. Those that reject Him cause Him a lot of grief. As well, they do nothing but make life miserable for those that are in His family.

Is there no peace in your life? Could it be that it is because you are arrogant and naughty towards Jehovah and those in His family?

God cannot give us a happiness and peace apart from Himself, because it is not there. C. S. Lewis

Prayer:Thank you El SIMCHAH GIYL (God my Exceeding Joy) for blessing me with exceeding joy by being in communion with You. There is nothing to compare with the exhilaration of being in Your ;loving presence. I exalt You in the name of He whose very name causes my heart to dance with joy Jesus Christ. Amen

We Would Not Believe It.

 For I know the plans and thoughts that I have for you,’ says the Lord, ‘plans for peace and well being and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. Jeremiah 29:11 Holy Bible Amplified Version

I am glad Jehovah did not inform me of His long term plans for me because I would not have believed it. Many of them would have been terrifying to me because He walked with me through some pretty difficult and dangerous times. They had to happen to make me grow in faith, reverence, love and respect for Him.

As well the plans He had for me to be in service unto Him were unimaginable to a quiet country boy like me.

“Sometimes God does not tell us His plan because we would not believe it anyway.” Carlton Pearson

Prayer: Thank you Jesus Rohi ( Jesus is our Divine Shepherd )for blessing me for with holding Your Divine plans for me because they would have been too terrifying and beyond my capability to understand them. Thank You for the incredible things You have accomplished in my life and through my life through those plans. I exalt You in Your awesome name. Amen.
