How about you?
When someone says or does something to upset you, maybe they do not know it upsets your or that it is wrong?
Maybe they come from a different culture.
In the east it is an insult to eat everything on your plate while in the west it is an insult to not everything on your plate.
Maybe someone cut you off and was not aware of it.
Instead of blowing up like a volcano why not go talk with them about it?
It will prevent a lot of stress and anger in your life and may be a great opportunity to be a witness for Christ.

Do you chase after phantom pleasure or do you relish the real thing with zest?
Which one do your pursue in your life: the material things of the world, you know, the latest toys like the newest mobile phone or the newest fashion or the newest diet to get a fourteen year old body into a forty year old man or woman? At the end of the day you have an empty feeling deep in your soul like there is something more.
Or do you seek the treasures of heaven. The chest that contains the most valuable treasure there is, a close relationship with Jesus? That is where you will find fulfillment in life. That is where you will find contentment and joy.
Now where is your zeal for Christ?
How much time do you spend reading His divine love letter to you (the Holy Bible)? How much time do you spend talking with Him? No, not being a selfish oaf and only talking with Him when you want something. Would you want a friend like that? They only call you when they want something, the rest of the time you are invisible in their live? Of course not. I have had many relationships like that and speak from experience to say it is degrading and insulting to you to have those types of friends. So too it is with Jesus. Spend time just talking with Him as you would your best friend, because that is what Jesus wants, to be your best friend as well as your king and savior.

When you find a great restaurant or a great film do you keep it to yourself or do you share it with others?
Well, how much time do you obey the command of Christ to go unto the ends of the earth to share the Gospel? Now you don’t have to go to the ends of the earth. How about your neighbor or classmate? How about your co-workers or anywhere Christ opens the door of opportunity for you?
“Therefore go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you.” Matthew 28:19-20 New International Version

Are you more concerned about others opinions about you that Christ’s?
They will bring you nothing but misery. They will dictate your life, what you should wear, they type of music you listen to, the shows you should watch. Aren’t most of them as phony as a three dollars bill? Do they know what life is all about?
Why not instead impress Jesus?
We do that by reading His word and obeying what He directs us to do in our life. When we do that, there is contentment, peace, love and joy in our lives.
What is your destroyer?
Are you so busy keeping up with the Jones that you are stupidly going needlessly going deeper and deeper into dept?
Is the idiot box your destroyer of time? Are you spending more time with it than you are with your family and with God?
Are you spending more time on the internet and texting each other instead of sitting down and talking face to face? Doesn’t that destroy personal contact which is necessary for a healthy life?
When you commit your life to Jesus, He will fill your life with a meaningful satisfying relationship with Him.
I have a wonderful blessed relationship with Christ and a fulfilling life.
Why not give it a try?

It was because when folks saw the Holy Spirit at work they not only refused to acknowledge Him they double dipped if you will and accredited the work to Satan.
How many times has that happened to you?
Although they have not accused me of being demon possessed many have accused me of being crazy. I just thank them for proving the Bible to be true. The Bible says that those who walk in darkness cannot understand those who walk in the light.
When someone encounters another and they do not understand them they will accuse them of being crazy.
Those in the fleshly world do not understand those of us in Christ’s spiritual world so naturally the label us as crazy. I consider that quite the compliment.
Prayer: Please Jehovah-‘Ori (the Lord is my Light) bless me with the words to enlighten those walking in darkness to the Light of the world so they may bask in the beautiful Sonshine of Your divine love. I humbly request this in the name of the Light of my life Jesus Christ. Amen.

There was a TV ad that talked about the life we prepare for ourselves when we are young, through our adult years and our happily ever after retirement.
It brought about a huge chuckle from me.
Everything I dreamed of in my life when I was young never came true. On the flip of the coin there were so many things I swore I would never do that I have done in my life.
Most times it took traumatic events to force me where Jehovah wanted me to go and my mantra was: “Lord why are you doing this to me, I do not want to go there?”
Once there He guided me to what He the service prepared for me to do for Him and the remolding of this lumpy clay.
In retrospect when looking back it is possible to see Jehovah wanted me to go there and do those things so not only would I serve Him there but He was molding me and getting me prepared for the next step He has prepared for me to serve Him and for Him to continue His molding of me. (which I always whined about and fought because I did not want to go there).
After thirty years of this it amazes me what my Beloved has done in my life and through my life.
He is still molding me and although I do not know the next service unto Him that He has prepared for me is I am confident in His guidance. During this process I know it will bring me ever closer unto Him in love, respect and admiration.
A Christian does not make plans for their lives but follows where Christ leads them. Joseph- Anthony: Green It does not matter if you are young or old, strong or handicapped, rich or poor there is a wonderful destiny Jehovah has prepared for you when you surrender your will to His.

How strict is your daily Christian training?
Do you read your Bible every day? When Bible verses jump out at you, do you write them down and discuss them with Jehovah? He is trying to tell, you something.
Do you pray every day? Do you include others in your prayers?
Do you ask how you can serve Jesus more than you ask for Him to serve you? Do you serve the Lord every day?
Do you listen to online sermons every day instead of the filth they disgustingly call “music” Do you watch Christian movies and TV instead of the rubbish they call entertainment on TV and the movies?
Just as an athlete needs constant physical training every day to stay in peak performance so too does a Christian need complete training every day to stay in spiritual top performance. We are in a daily repeated battle with satanic forces.

When you are tempted no matter how big or small take it to Jesus.
He himself has suffered temptation.
Think about how hungry He must have felt after fasting that long yet He had the power to resist temptation. Although He was, is and always will be God immortal, He was also human so He understands your temptation.
Have you been betrayed by someone close to you and it cuts you close to the bone?
He Himself has suffered betrayal.
Think of how Jesus felt when He was betrayed by both Judas and Peter? Think how much that must have pierced His loving heart?
Are you being mocked and deserted by family and friends since coming to Christ?
He Himself has suffered rejection.
Think how Jesus felt when His brothers mocked Him in front of crowds of other folks? Do you not believe that cut deep?
Has a loved one recently passed on to the other side?
He Himself has suffered loss.
Think of how Jesus felt when He saw all that sorrow and intense grief at Lazarus’ grave? Do you not think that weighed heavy on His heart? Are wicked characters viciously gossiping about you, slandering you and unfairly criticizing you?
He Himself has suffered the venom of sneaky snakes. Think about how Jesus was constantly attacked, criticized and demonized by the Pharisee’s (who should have known better)?
Are you being treated unfairly for doing what is right?
He Himself has suffered injustice.
Think of how Jesus was brought unfairly to a kangaroo court that had already determined His death sentence before He even walked into the court room.
Think of how Jesus felt when He hung on that cross for all of us through out time?
You are afraid, think of how Jesus felt when in the garden before His trial, beating and excruciating death.
No matter what you are going through, you can always take it to Jesus because He has been there, He has been through it.

It is always important to listen to Gods council every day.
One day I felt the Lord to tell me to take a different bus to work. Where the bus dropped me off meant a fifteen minute walk to work. I thought there was something God wanted to show me along the way. When I got to work I found out there was a traffic jam on the normal route and it would have taken me an extra hour to get to work and I would have been late.
One time I was offered a really good contract but felt the Lord telling me to turn it down and I obeyed. It turned out that company was very bad for cheating their workers out of their salary.
We can question the Lord but if we disobey His direction in both our daily lives, in our personal lives and in our careers we do so at our own peril.
Prayer: Please Jehovah Rohi (God our Sheppard) please always guide me in every aspect of my life and give me a heart willing to obey Your discerning Word. I request this in the name of He who was obedient all the way to the cross Jesus Christ. Amen.

Just as you devote yourself to feed your physical body every day so too is it important to feed our spirit with Gods Word every day.
Many times God will speak to you in these verses. Record it on an MP3 or your mobile, then write it down and contemplate on it.
Carry it with you.
Maybe God is not talking to you but is preparing you to share that with someone today. That is why it is important to carry it with you. You do not need to go to seminary to teach others, just to have a willing heart.
Prayer: Holy Spirit my teacher, please open my mind and heart to digest what You are so insightly revealing to me. When the opportunity arrives for me to share this message please give me the wisdom, boldness and discretion to share Your treasured word. Read on sweet one to discover a very important lesson of life.
Satan left the Lord’s presence, and he struck Job with terrible boils from head to foot. Job scraped his skin with a piece of broken pottery as he sat among the ashes. His wife said to him, “Are you still trying to maintain your integrity? Curse God and die.” But Job replied, “You talk like a foolish woman. Should we accept only good things from the hand of God and never anything bad?” So in all this, Job said nothing wrong. Job 27-10 New International Version
When Gods blessing come upon us they are as sweet as candy. Then we sing praises to Him for His wonderful gifts.
BUT, how often do you sing praise when the fire envelopes the every deepest part of your soul?
Yes we will suffer unjustly.
Welcome to the world.
Jesus Himself said the student is not greater than the master. If He suffered unjustly (read the Gospels and what he experienced every day of His ministry. I dare say, few of us would have the fortitude to endure that.), than do not find it strange that we also suffer unjustly as well as justly.
Now here’s the kicker: instead of whining to God” Why me Lord, don’t you love me? How could You let this happen to me?”
Why not turn bad into good.
Turn your fire into precious jewels.
The fire is the bad experience whether it be in your career, your family life, your finances or your health.
The jewels are using this experience to draw closer to Jesus. To believe that He loves you. To believe that even though you are going through what seems like the fires of hell, He is walking through it with you.
“Look! I see four men walking around in the fire, unbound and unharmed, and the fourth looks like a son of the gods.” Daniel 3:25. New International Version
When you come out of that fiery furnace after walking through it with Christ you will sing the sweetest songs of joy to Jesus for allowing such an experience. Because, it is through this experience that you have been blessed with a deeper respect for, admiration of and love of Christ.
Everyone of us must be put through the fiery furnace to burn off the dross (unhealthy attitudes and behaviors) before the master potter can and will mold us into the beautiful creations He intends for us to be.
