Prayer: Thank you kindly Jehovah Chatsahi (The Lord is my Strength Psalm 27:1 ) for walking amongst us so You understand the trials and temptations, the tribulations and sorrows we experience in our daily life.

As such, when I come to You seeking help You bless ME with: strength where I am weak and the opportunity to use this strength to help others. The mercy to forgive me when I succumb to my weakness and repent of them.

May I extend that to those who repent when they have wronged me. The gentleness of a loving friend to teach others how to be members of Jehovahs holy family when they are uneducated in the proper etiquette befitting such a noble family.

May I guide others to behave in such a regal manner.

I humbly implore You to grant this petition this in Your gracious name. Amen.

May you be blessed with copious amounts of tutoring at the Masters feet to enable you to be a grand example of a noble family and plenty of opportunities to use them.

I Know Because.

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.  Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. Jeremiah 29:11-12

If anyone asks me how I know I have been called to be a teacher through the writer, Bible study leader and councilor I will quote from the above verses.

As well there are people who I can direct them to, to give testimony.

Finally there is the wisdom Jehovah has blessed me with to be used to be His tool through being a teacher is quite evident.

As a consequence Jehovah has promised to take care of those he has called into His service.

Then do like Jesus did when challenged by the Scribes and Pharisee’s and that is to just walk away.

Either the Spirit will open their eyes and they will believe and we can continue on from there or they will be hard hearted and it does not matter what I say and or do they refuse to believe.

In many cases the hard hearted are just looking for an argument anyway.

When you have received your calling and people question you maybe you might want to use a method like this to avoid many un-necessary and stupid arguments.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Hosanna (God our maker) for the honourable blessing of having a specific purpose for me in an earthly ministry. When people challenge Your calling in my life please fill me with wisdom, patience and grace to respectfully prove to them my divine calling.

I humbly ask this in the name of He who proved to all those around Him Jesus Christ. Amen.

Strive Together With Me

Now I beg you, brethren, through the Lord Jesus Christ, and through the love of the Spirit, that you strive together with me in prayers to God for me Romans 15:30 New King James Version

Whenever I am facing difficult times I like to go on prayer request sites and find someone enduring the same trail and tribulations as myself. I like to email them explaining the situation and explain to them that I am praying for them and ask them to pray for me I believe this encourages sincere deep felt prayers.

As well it is good when I placed a certain difficult time on this web page. The brothers and sisters that not only promised to pray for me but gave loving words of encouragement blessed me a lot of strength and comfort.

I have a prayer list of about six groups that I pray for every morning.

Because I am a part of that prayer I pray all the more earnestly.

Why not give it a try.

Prayer: Please Jehovah Jireh (God our provider) bless me with names of other brothers and sisters who are enduring the same strial and tribulations as I so that we can gain strength and comfort in each others prayers. I humbly request this in the name of He who prayed for His disciples Jesus Christ. Amen.

Rebelled Against the Command of the LORD.

“And the Lord said to me, ‘Tell them, “Do not go up nor fight, for I am not among you; lest you be defeated before your enemies.”  So I spoke to you; yet you would not listen, but rebelled against the command of the Lord, and presumptuously went up into the mountain. And the Amorites who dwelt in that mountain came out against you and chased you as bees do, and drove you back from Seir to Hormah.  Then you returned and wept before the Lord, but the Lord would not listen to your voice nor give ear to you. I remember one time when I was looking for a contract at the beginning of the tree planting season. I felt the Lord telling me to go south but I wanted to go north.

I stubbornly refused to obey His command and went north because I had an exhalent reputation there and thought getting a contract would be no problem. I could not beg, borrow or steal a contract.  I was homeless with no money and Jehovah was far from me.

Reluctantly I obeyed the Lord and went south where he wanted me to go in the first place.

The result was the best contract received in thirteen years of planting.

So many times we either think we know more than Jehovah or just stubbornly refuse to have faith in His guidance.

The ultimate result is disaster.

Sometimes when we cry out the Lord refuses to listen to us to teach us the hard way to listen and obey or pay a very high price.

Prayer: Please forgive this sometimes stubborn and obstinate child of Yours my believe Jehovah Yehew (God of His people) for refusing to obey Your wise commands in my life. Even now my love after all these years of experience I can still be stiff necked. Thank you my endearing One for forgiving me and pressing down on me until I relent and become Your cherished obedient child again. I pray this in the name of He who never gave up His sometimes dense disciples Jesus Christ. Amen.

Are You a Chaser?

Those who work their land will have abundant food, but those who chase fantasies have no sense Proverbs 12:11 New International Version

Do you spend money on winning the big on instead of using it to buy groceries?

Do you fall for what in my opinion are scams by investment companies with their get rich schemes?

Do you buy books on how to get rich quick?

The only ones I have ever seen get rich are the ones scamming gullible people out of their money. And today there are even more with the internet.

I am constantly amazed at how greedy people are, and really is that not why they fall for these scams?

 

I do not really know what to invest in as every time, (through no fault of my own, I was wiped out because of injuries and no money the investments had to be cashed in where as I was nailed with a lot of fees which took half my investment).

I have learned one thing though and that is when we walk the Christian walk Jehovah will always provide for us.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Jireh (God will provide) for promising and delivering on Your promise to always provide for Your beloved obedient child. I praise You in the name of He who provided food for the five thousand Jesus Christ. Amen.
