I am grateful the power lasted in the scooter to bring home 100 pound’s of sand and fifty pounds of fertilizer today

I am grateful for the huge pumpkin laying on the side of the road

I am grateful The Holy Spirit guided me to combine zucchini, potatoes, pumpkin, garlic and sauerkraut to make pancakes. They turned out fantastic

I am grateful mom got a ride to a friends funeral in another town.

I am grateful many of the flowers have gone into seed.

I love to watch their faces just brighten up like the noon day sun.

When someone says something nasty to you, reply with kind words. See how fast it disarms them. Many times they become very apologetic and it a great opportunity to share Jesus with them.

I like Jehovahs investment plans. They are not like societies investment plans of gimme, gimme, gimme.

So many today foolishly believe that they are entitled and that we owe them because of their sexuality, colour, religion or sexual preference.

Then, there are the financial institutions that are quick to accept your money but good luck on getting it out, read service charges out of your ying yang which to me is legal thievery.

And, of course , there is the biggest bandits of all, the government. How many times do we pay for services and get substandard service in return, read we have a legal system not a justice system, look at our schools,. Then there is the fun of collecting unemployment insurance when you are laid off or compensation when you are hurt at work.

With Jehovah you get what you give.

No freeloaders allowed. If you give nothing, you receive nothing. If you give a little, you receive a little. If you give generously, you shall receive generously.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Jireh ( God provides Philippians 4:19 ) for Your abundant graces You bless me with through out the day. Please bless me with the opportunities to share them where You guide me to with as much joy to share them as it is to receive them. I exalt You and beseech You in the name of Your greatest blessing in my life, Jesus Christ. Amen.

Not Just To

  Hot tempered people must pay the penalty.  If you rescue them once, you will have to do it again. Proverbs 19:19 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation          

This applies not just to hot tempered folks but also to those with addictions whether that be substance abuse or whether it be lack of maturity in handling money.                      

If you keep on bailing them out, they will never take responsibly for their action and thus never mature.  You are doing them more harm than good.

Sad to say but it is true that mothers and grandmothers are the worst offenders of this.  

Prayer Please Jehovah Jireth ( Genesis 22:14 – The LORD Shall Provide ) bless me to have faith in Your provisions in my loved ones lives. You will do so in a manner in which they must become more mature children in Your family which will cause my heart to dance with joy.

I humbly ask this in the name of He who provided salvation to those who were willing to accept Him not just as their savior but as their king Jesus Christ. Amen  

May you be blessed with discernment to when to help and when the best help is to step back and allow those to reap the rewards of reckless living. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Please Jehovah El ohay Selichot

Prayer: Please Jehovah El ohay Selichot ( The God Of Forgiveness 1 John 1:9 ) bless me to forgive those who have offended me just as You have forgiven me. Some of the cuts are deep and can only be healed by Your loving balm. Even if they refuse to repent please bless me with Thy Divine love and strength to forgive them for I know it is for my own good.

I humbly request this in the name of He who forgave the Roman soldiers for what they did to Him, Jesus Christ. Amen

Jehovah ELOHIM YAKOL

Dear brothers and sisters, honor those who are your leaders in the Lord’s work. They work hard among you and give you spiritual guidance. Show them great respect and wholehearted love because of their work. 1 Thessalonians 5:12-13 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation

Why not give this a try: Say thank you to the stock boys and girls as well as the cashiers at stores. They work hard for little money and receive little gratitude for their hard work.

Give your doctor and thank you card and a home made gift in appreciation for all their hard work. Think about it, they put in long hours and listen to nothing but complaining all day long. That is depressing.

Why not shake a cops hand and thank them for their difficult job. They get crapped on for doing their job and crapped on for not intervening when they cannot.

How about adding pastors, choirs masters, teachers to the list. And you know what?

In doing so, you will find you have a much happier life and mentality.

A grateful life is a joyous life. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Oh, and do not forget to say thank you to our Heavenly Poppa when He blesses you. As well, begin and end your day with saying thank you to Him for all the blessing great and small and see how good of a nights sleep you get.

Always be joyful. Never stop praying. Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation

Prayer: Please Jehovah ELOHIM YAKOL (God, the Most Able 2 Corinthians 9:8 ) enable my heart to be gracious and grateful to all those I encounter this day so as to emulate You and be an encourager. I humbly ask this in the name of the greatest encourager of all, Jesus Christ. Amen

The gift of love, the gift of joy, the gift of peace, these are the greatest gifts that can be given. They are given in abundance to all those in Christs family by our Heavenly loving  Father to be shared with others.
