I am grateful The Holy Spirit spoke to me and suggested cuddling with Snowball four times a day.
As he snuggles up in my arms The Holy Spirit reminds me that Snowball represents me and I represent Jesus.
As Snowball finds peace, love and comfort in my loving arms so too do I find peace, love and comfort in Jesus’ loving arms.
Now when I look at Snowball snuggling up in my arms my heart dances with joy , love and appreciation for my loving Jesus and it is a special time between Snowball and me.
I am grateful The Holy Spirit suggested straining off the curry sauce from the Chinese take out yesterday and putting it in the freezer. It is being used for home made chicken soup today in the slow cooker

A important thing you can do for someone being abused is to look for their good qualities in their disposition and nurture them to bless them with self confidence ( this does not replace Christ but is building up their self confidence. If you know someone who is in an abusive situation have big ears and a little mouth. In other words let them pour out their hurt, anger and frustration on you without being judgmental.
Be fair warned most times it will be intense.
Be respectful and not blab about it to anyone. That can make the victim feel ashamed and make matters worse.
DO NOT GO TO THE ABUSER !! That will only make matters worse and can even endanger the abused.
Prayer: Please Jehovah Rophe (Exodus 15:26) – The LORD (our) Healer bless me with The Holy Spirit’s guidance to listen quietly whenever someone needs a comforter. Then , please bless me with The Holy Spirit’s guidance to say the proper words to help in the healing of the painful wounds in a loving, caring wise manner. I humbly request this in the name of the greatest Healer, Jesus Christ. Amen

Today I am grateful for the counselling Chris Reese gave on youtube about how God refuses to allow us to forget our painful past. He uses it to help others.
I grew up in a very abusive family and could not forget it.
Fast forward to when I was a tree planter twenty years later. At the beginning of the season some would gather around a camp fire and the conversation would always turn out to be about who was abused the worse in their childhood. After everybody finished I would stand up and share my childhood experiences. Needless to say no one could compare to mine. Then over time some of them would come and slowly open up to me. There was a lot of hugs, tears and healing.
The same thing happened in China when teaching.
Share each other’s burdens, and in this way obey the law of Christ. Galatians 6:2 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation
So, do not beat yourself up because you cannot forget painful experience.
But, rather ask Jehovah to send The Holy Spirit to teach you how to use learn to counsel and use your painful experiences as lesson plans.
Then, to guide you to someone who needs your healing.
There is a lot of hurting people out there and they need your pain to heal them Joseph- Anthony a son of Jehovah

I am grateful The Holy Spirit has suggested I go on a month fast of fruit juice, soy milk and yogourt and vegetables.
I am grateful Snowball is my snuggle kitty now. He likes to snuggle with me under the blanket at night I am grateful The Holy Spirit has suggested a daily routine for me to follow
I am grateful The Holy Spirit reminded me to make a get well card for the neighbour. She had a bad fall and is in a lot of pain. The card can mean a lot to her. I know they are bad neighbours but I believe if we have the opportunity to do good we are to do it
I am grateful The Holy Spirit has suggested a way to pile the pillows to support my neck so there is no stiff neck or pain in my shoulder
Do not forget to show hospitality to strangers, for by so doing some people have shown hospitality to angels without knowing it. Hebrews 13:2 The Holy Bible The New International Version.
Now where do you think you are going to meet an angel?
Do you think they are going to walk up to you and ask you to go have a hamburger with them?
They are not only here to help you but to be helped by you.
Maybe it could be somebody that is lost and asks for directions; maybe it could be a lonely elderly man on the bus. Who knows where or when you will meet an angel.
One time a man asked for money because he lost his passport and bank card. The embassy was closed and he couldn’t get any help. He said he stayed in an all night restaurant for two nights. Of course he could not speak the language and it was dangerous to tell anybody you were in trouble anyway. I contacted the person he came to meet in another city and then paid his train fare and enough money for a meal. This meant I was going to be eating instant soup for my three weeks because I gave him my meal money.
As he accepted the money he looked into my eyes and said:” You are blessed in Heaven for your kindness.” It wasn’t like a thank you but from someone with direct knowledge. It was rather spooky.
Prayer: Please Jehovah Chanan (God is gracious) teach me to have as gracious a heart with all I meet today as You have been so kindly gracious to me. I ask in the name of He who showed grace when He walked here Jesus Christ. Amen.
