Don’t sin by letting anger control you. Psalm 4:4 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation
Many of us put poison on our wounds. We do that by rehashing how someone has hurt us or angered us. The more we reflect upon it, the more angered we become.
That is not only stupid it is not healthy for either your mind or your body. When you rehash the incident you lose control of your mind, your head feels as if it is on fire and you cannot control your thoughts. This is breeding ground for satan to take over and control you. He will make you do stupid things which will hurt others while destroying you.
When you rehash the incident it cause stress on your physical body.
When you rehash the incident you lose love in your heart. This affects both your earthly relationships and your relationship with Jehovah, Jesus and The Holy Spirit.
Anger is too strong for you to handle so it must immediately be laid at the feet of Jesus. He will send The Holy Spirit guide you to victory by rehashing all the ways He loves you.
I give all of my worries and cares to Jehovah because, he cares about me. 1 Peter 5:7 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation
You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, all whose thoughts are fixed on you! Isaiah 26: 3 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation Notice the part that says Keep your thoughts fixed on Jesus.
Prayer: Please Jehovah-Shalom (The Lord blesses with Peace Isaiah 9:6, Rom 8:31-35 ) bless me with The Holy Spirits soft gentle voice as He whispers words of peace into my ear whenever the roar of anger begins to stir up in my heart. I humbly beseech Thee in the name of the Prince of Peace, Jesus Christ. Amen
May The Holy Spirit always sing soft melodies of peace to extinguish the fires of anger when they begin to burn in your heart. Joseph a son of Jehovah
