We are in this together.
We need to pray for each other more than we need to lend a helping hand.
The reason for this is that through our prayers we bring into play Jehovahs power at our request.
After all, what loving father would not oblige an obedient, respectful loving childs request if the child asks trusting that the request will be answered in the positive.
Through my prayers amazing things blessings have occurred for others that are impossible to answer using human logic. This of course of the perfect timing to share the gospel with others and bring them into Jehovahs awesome family.

Boy I sure never had that, great confidence, when enduring my trials and tribulations, sorrows and snare in my early walk with Christ.
The two questions that were constantly asked of Him were: “Why are you doing this to me? and “Where are You through all this?”
When the raging storms and fire storms had passed it was revealed that He was there. These circumstances were used to teach me valuable lessons, the most important of which was there was to be complete trust in our Savior that He was walking with it with us.
As well they were used to burn off the dross and mold me into a beautiful child of Jehovahs.
Now there is constant thanks and wonder ( at just what He is doing through this experience ) during these events.

This super power will enable us to love when the world says to hate.
This super power will enable us to forgive when the world says we should extract vengeance.
This super power is exclusively available unto Jehovahs children when we ask for it and obey the Fathers commands on how to receive it.

Have you ever experienced a voice telling you not to go a certain route to school or work?
I have.
When I listened and obeyed certain disaster was avoided. When the warning was ignored I paid the price.
Have you ever heard a voice warning you about a deal or about someone you just met?

Now of course there will be times the devil uses this tactic to trick you.
So how are you to avoid this snare?
For me I take it to the Lord in prayer and inform His that I am calling on Him to protect me from the wicked ones wiles and if the feeling is still strong obedience is followed. If the feeling goes away I know it is the trickster.
Another tactic is to know your Bible and refer to it when the voice comes.
There truly is nothing new under the sun, including the devils tactics. Another tactic is to contemplate why I will or will not do this. Am I doing this for selfish reasons, if so it is not from Christ but from Satan.

Are You a Covenant of Salt?
A covenant of salt is where a bride and groom would take salt and put it together in a container and shake it. Their marriage vows could be annulled if they could take back their own salt. This of course was impossible.
Are you a covenant of salt with Christ?
Is your spirit and body mixed with His so intimately that it is impossible to separate them? Before spending a dime does Christ come before self? Do you spend intimate time with Him every day and through out the day? Do you dedicate time to pleasing Him by serving others before you allow for one moment of pleasing self?

I see many ads on TV advertising for the good life. Okay you have got your body in great shape at the gym by punishing yourself every day but does that bring you satisfaction in your life? What happens if you get sick or injured? There goes your good life.
When you nurture the good life with Christ you will experience an abundant supply of the good life fill with love, joy and purpose which will never get sick or broken.
Okay so you go on holiday and have a good life of getting pampered but then you come home with a big bill that pays for it, how good is your life when you are sweating it out at work to pay for that vacation?
When you nurture your relationship with Jehovah He will reveal beauty all about you and will pamper you with His love.
Okay so you go out and buy unnecessary expensive things that you get bored of, how much of a good life do you have slaving over the payments for that toy that you grow tired of?
With Jehovah, He will bless you with purpose in life that is fulfilling and rewarding.

There have been numerous times when I behaved with integrity and was called up on the carpet for it on employment contracts. I was afraid and did not know what to say so did the only option available to me:I got down on my knees and prayed. When the show down occurred many in the crowd laughed foolishly believing that I was going to suffer greatly for my integrity. I opened my mouth and the Holy Spirit spoke through me. The crowd was silent and most times the judge ruled in my favor. The wicked ones were the losers in the encounter no matter how many of them there were, who their connections were or how much money or power they thought they had.
There have been times of disaster when I knew not what to say nor the actions to take. I sincerely intensely prayed and the Holy Spirit guided my words and actions that relieved the suffering and steered those around me away from the disaster. Afterwards I wondered where that wisdom and strength came form and praised Jehovah for it upon reflection.

Whether you like it or not when you become an adult your personality and disposition always imitates one of your parents. Being older now I can see this through four generations.
Now the more time we spend with someone the more we become like them ( just ask any couple that has been married for thirty years or more ) so it only stands to reason that the more time we spend with Christ the more we become like Him.
Now just like with any family there are rules of conduct and behaviour.
So too it is with Jesus’ family. Many of these rules will be foreign to us and down right unattainable. That is when we are blessed with the Divine assistance of the Holy Spirit who will mentor us through the muddy waters and discipline us when we go astray. The more we attain this the more we resemble Christ.

To me the greatest treasure is spiritual.
Therefore to me the greatest treasure is a loving relationship with Jehovah. This is indeed a priceless treasure, what is there that is even of equal value much less worth more?
The treasure chest consists of an endearing love that is constantly expanding. An assurance that Jehovah is always there to guide me through rough waters and to protect me from the tsunamis of troubles that is too great for me to bear. A awesome teacher that teaches me to be a child of His with integrity and teaches me how to avoid many troubles, that teaches me wisdom. A incredible relationship that blesses me with amazing spiritual strength to conquer and destroy weaknesses that attempt to destroy me.
Oh what a truly amazing treasure this is.

On the other hand there is much truth in the adage: There is no peace for the wicked. They are always fretting to the point of insomnia and paranoia about someone whom they have done wrong jumping out to get them. They toss and turn worrying about their material wealth vanishing and leaving them in the gutter. Then there is the suffering from enduring Jehovahs wrath for their evil wickedness. Their mental and physical health is slowly destroyed until they are a shell of a human being.

Whenever anyone of these so called atheists challenge me to prove there is a God I humbly ask them to spend a day with me.
We will spend it in Gods Cathedral ( nature ).
This can be by a quiet little stream ,in the forest , in a meadow, by the shores of a lake or ocean.
I ask them to close their eyes and take a deep breath. After a few of these they are asked to slowly open their eyes. Then Jehovah reveals Himself to them through the serenade of the wild birds, the singing of the waves as they caress the shore, the beautiful gentle dance of wildflowers in the meadow or the hypnotic soft sway of trees as they preform natures ballet just like the wild flowers do, or look at the clouds as they dance across the sky.
They will drink in the intoxicating fragrance of the wildflowers or the musky scent from the forest. They feel the tender warmth of the sun as it wraps itself around them like a comforting warm blanket on a cold day.
They feel the delicate breeze softly caress them.
In the end they are at one with Jehovah being relaxed and at peace with themselves and the world.

The question then is asked if they have experienced Jehovah now. Most will look at me with an expression of awe and wonderment like little children. Later of course the majority will deny this and flippantly mock it saying it was just nature that created this experience not a fairy tale creation in the sky.
