Was Three Times More than The

I am grateful The Holy Spirit suggested I compare the price for the markdown. The one stores mark down was three times more than the store across the street at regular price.

I am grateful The Holy Spirit suggested I compare the price between a 2 kg bag of cat food and the 3 kg bag. The 3 kg bag was 2ce as expensive. Yet it was the same brand and same ingredients.

I am grateful The Holy Spirit suggested purchasing a head lamp. Boy is it bright and it can be recharged on the computer so it will save money and pollution with no batteries to buy.

I am Bound With

Without forgiveness, I remain tethered to those who harmed me. I am bound with chains of bitterness, tied together, trapped. Until I can forgive those who harmed me, they will hold the keys to my happiness; they will be my jailor.  When I forgive, I take back control of my own fate and my feelings. I become my own liberator. I don’t forgive to help the offenders. I don’t forgive for others. I forgive for myself. Forgiveness, in other words, is the best form of self-interest. Desumd Tutu

For the Cooler Weather.

I am grateful mom went out this morning so the house work could get done

I am grateful for the cooler weather. It is so much nicer for the afternoon nappies in the sanctuary now.

I am grateful The Holy Spirit inspired me to write many articles for the blog

Hit it Real Good and Hard.

An old blacksmith realized he was soon going to quit working so hard. He picked out a strong young man to become his apprentice. The old fellow was crabby and exacting.

“Don’t ask me a lot of questions,” he told the boy. “Just do whatever I tell you to do.”

One day the old blacksmith took an iron out of the forge and laid it on the anvil.

“Get the hammer over there,” he said. “When I nod my head, hit it real good and hard.”

Now the town is looking for a new blacksmith.

It is Difficult Waking

I am grateful The Holy Spirit woke me up on time to go swimming. With the sun rising later it is difficult waking up early in the morning.

I am grateful The Holy Spirit reminded me to charge the electric wheelchair this morning. Fully charges it can go for a long run.

I am grateful The Holy Spirit reminded me to talk with a representative at this health store about getting a new battery for the new scooter.

I am grateful the new shower nozzle works, you just never know about the quality of products since the scamdemic.

I am grateful for the cooler weather. It has been like a jungle here for the last two weeks.

His Promotion is Sustainable.

Many collapse under the weight and pressure of self-promotion and self-exaltation. But when God promotes, His promotion is sustainable. Vance K. Jackson

I Know That The

Now I know that the Lord saves His chosen one. Psalm 20:6 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation

This morning I was playing a game of solitaire. It looked like the game was lost when the Lord instructed me to make a move I did not see. This allowed the game to be won.

The next game the same thing happened. I felt as if the Lord was telling me : “When we are in battles and all looks lost, the Lord will guide us to victory.” Your King Jesus.

Selah: Stop and think about it.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Gibbor Milchamah (Psalms 24:8 The LORD Mighty In Battle ) for reminding me that many times we have to surrender out will to Your if we desire victory. That is the only way my drinking problem was solved. That is the only way my smoking problem was solved. That is the only way to victory after we have failed. I praise You in the name of He who conquered death, Jesus Christ. Amen

But We Have Been Having

I am grateful for the rain and amazing lightening storm last night. With the heat waves we have been having the land dries out in two days ( it is normally 70 degrees this time of year but we have been having temperatures over one hundred with the humid-ex index.

I am grateful to have looked at the price for chicken legs before buying them at the farmer’s market. They were charging four dollars for each tiny uncooked chicken leg. I went into the store and purchased a whole packet of a dozen for six dollars.

I am grateful to have gone to the super market because the chicken legs were on sale. I bought them at on third the cost of the farmers market. And, there was a huge amount of fruit on mark down. The fruit is made into juice ( which would cost more that three times that amount to buy ) and the pulp is thrown into the compost pile.
