If I Had to Live My Life Over Again
Someone asked me the other day if I had my life to live over would I change anything.
My answer was no, but then I thought about it and changed my mind.
If I had my life to live over again I would have waxed less and listened more.
Instead of wishing away nine months of pregnancy and complaining about the shadow over my feet, I’d have cherished every minute of it and realized that the wonderment growing inside me was to be my only chance in life to assist God in a miracle.
I would never have insisted the car windows be rolled up on a summer day because my hair had just been teased and sprayed.
I would have invited friends over to dinner even if the carpet was stained and the sofa faded.
I would have eaten popcorn in the “good” living room and worried less about the dirt when you lit the fireplace.
I would have taken the time to listen to my grandfather ramble about his youth.
I would have burnt the pink candle that was sculptured like a rose before it melted while being stored.
I would have sat cross-legged on the lawn with my children and never worried about grass stains.
I would have cried and laughed less while watching television … and more while watching real life.
I would have shared more of the responsibility carried by my husband which I took for granted.
I would have eaten less cottage cheese and more ice cream.
I would have gone to bed when I was sick, instead of pretending the Earth would go into a holding pattern if I weren’t there for a day.
I would never have bought ANYTHING just because it was practical/wouldn’t show soil/ guaranteed to last a lifetime.
When my child kissed me impetuously, I would never have said, “Later. Now, go get washed up for dinner.”
There would have been more I love yous … more I’m sorrys … more I’m listenings … but mostly, given another shot at life, I would seize every minute of it … look at it and really see it … try it on … live it … exhaust it … and never give that minute back until there was nothing left of it.”

We Keep the Ten Commandments.
Pa and Ma were at church, and as they were leaving the minister said, “Pa, I wish we’d see you here more than twice a year!”
Pa said, “Ya, I know, but at least we keep the ten commandments.”
The minister said, “Well, that’s good you keep the ten commandments.”
And Pa said, “Ya, Ma keeps six of ’em and I keep the other four…
The four I keep is :
to agree that ma is always right.
I agree that everything is my fault because I am a man.
Ma will receive her breakfast in bed at 7 a.m. sharp.
And finally, Ma’s soap operas take precedence over my football games on TV.”

If They are Unable To
If any of your fellow Israelites become poor and are unable to support themselves among you, help them Leviticus 25:35 The Holy Bible The New Living Translation
Do you notice a very important command in this passage?
It says: “If they are unable to”.
No where in the Bible does it say we are to support free loaders who are too lazy to work. We should not accept their excuses which are lies disguised as the truth.
Oh I have an addiction. Well good hard work will cure that. I have worked with the poor and see so many come out of detox and go right back into drugs because they wanted to.
Oh I was abused when I was a child. Welcome to life. Get good Christian counselling, grow up and get a strong back.
Oh, I am a single mother. Then learn to tell the man if he loves you, he will respect you and wait until you are married before having sex. If he is man enough to have sex, he should be man enough to take care of the child he has fathered.
Oh, I am black. Get off of the B.S and the victim mentality. There are more programs to help the backs at the expense of the whites. Is not equality hiring racist against us white men and women.
When a boy, if the neighbour farmer got hurt and could not work we went and helped take of his farm until he could get back on his feet. We helped each other not lived off of each other.
Oh, I am a refugee. Then before you come to my country have a sponsor who will help you get a job, get an apartment and to live by our customs instead of expecting us to bow down to yours and free loading off of us with welfare.
Prayer: Please Jehovah El Deah ( The God of knowledge. Romans 11:33 ) bless me with The Holy Spirits guidance as to where and when to properly share in the resources to help those in need and not the lazy parasites that leech off of those who have dignity and respect that choose to work for their wages. I humble request this in the name of He who worked hard to serve You when He walked amongst us, Jesus Christ. Amen
Seleh- stop and think about it.

We Must Ask for Every Day
The most important blessing we must ask for every day is for Christ to bless us with His love. When He generously gives that to us, then we will have patience, self control, wisdom, love, respect and compassion towards others and towards ourselves. These are the foundation of a Christians every day walk in a life committed to serving Jesus Christ our Lord and King. Joseph- Anthony a son of Jehovah

The heavens declare Thy glory, Lord, in every star Thy wisdom shines. Isaac Watts
Characterizes the Entire Person
Integrity characterizes the entire person, not just part of him. He is righteous and honest through and through. He is not only that inside, but also in his outer actions. R. Kent Hughes
All Things in Christ
Do you want your life to count to the greatest degree imaginable for the glory of God?
Years ago I decided that I wanted to live to the hilt of every situation that I believe to be the will of God. I want to experience the full measure of the blessings of Christ in my life and ministry.
Every spiritual blessing we enjoy comes in and through Jesus Christ. Every believer is an “heir of God and co-heir with Christ” (Romans 8:17).
The apostle Paul wrote Timothy, “Instruct those who are rich in this present world not to be conceited or to fix their hope on the uncertainty of riches, but on God, who richly supplies us with all things to enjoy” (1 Timothy 6:17). Jesus said, “Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you” (Matthew 6:33).
John Calvin expresses this provision in Christ beautifully: “If we seek salvation, we are taught by the very name of Jesus that it is ‘of him’ (1 Cor. 1:30). If we seek any other gifts of the Spirit, they will be found in His anointing. If we seek strength, it lies in His dominion; if purity, in His conception; if gentleness, it appears in His birth. For by His birth He was made like us in all respects (Heb. 2:17) that He might learn to feel our pain (cf. Heb. 5:2). If we seek redemption, it lies in His passion; if acquittal, in His condemnation; if remission of the curse, in His cross (Gal. 3:13); if satisfaction, in His sacrifice; if purification, in His blood; if reconciliation, in His descent into hell; if mortification of the flesh, in His tomb; if newness of life, in His resurrection; if immortality, in the same; if inheritance of the Heavenly Kingdom, in His entrance into heaven; if protection, if security, if abundant supply of all blessings, in His Kingdom; if untroubled expectation of judgment, in the power given to Him to judge. In short, since rich store of every kind of good abound in Him, let us drink our fill from this fountain and from no other” (Institutes of the Christian Religion, p. 527-28).
Are you available to God to do what He wants to do in and through you to be a blessing to a lost world? God will not bless you abundantly if you are self-centered, and much of our desire for God to bless us as Christians is purely selfish. Do I sincerely want God to bless me so that I may be a spiritual well-being to other people? To some people it might be revolutionary, but may I suggest that you think of your life as a means by which God can impart spiritual blessings to other Christians, and the lost world. God wants to bless us so that we might be a blessing to others.
Everything in the Christian life begins, continues and ends in Christ Jesus. C. S. Lewis once said the greatest heresies in the church are not the denials of Christian truth, but additions to it. It is what Lewis called “Christ and …” Christ and Islam, Christ and Buddha, Christ and works, Christ and humanism, etc. No, Christianity is Christ, alone. All true spiritual blessings come through Christ alone for God’s glory alone.
God is not looking for men and women who will trust in their abilities, but on His power and wisdom alone. “God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong. He chose the lowly things of this world and the despised things—and the things that are not—to nullify the things that are, so that no one may boast before Him. It is because of Him that you are in Christ Jesus, who has become for us wisdom from God—that is, our righteousness, holiness and redemption. Therefore, as it is written: ‘Let Him who boasts boast in the Lord’” (1 Cor. 1:27-31).
God is glorified when we make ourselves available to Him to bless us so we can be His blessing to others. Are you available to Him to do whatever He wants to do with you? That is what is required of you and me. There is no limit to the imagination what God can do through you if you are entirely surrendered to Him.Selah!
