When Folks Concentrate On

We see it constantly (especially in the western countries) where folks foolishly go so deep into debt they will never get out of it. The end result is a lot of discontentment in their lives because they are slaves unto consumerism (which is a cruel master). There is no peace in their lives because they are constantly worried about paying off their debt. There is no love in their hearts because they are angry they are so far in debt. There certainly is no joy in their live because they lament over their pitiful state. The end result of this is a lot of physical sickness like ulcers and mental health. As well the heavy load of constant stress wears out their immune system so they are easy prey for any and all diseases that come their way.

When we are delighted in our loving relationship with Jehovah we do not need material stimulation to appease us. Our desires are to expand our loving relationship with Him and with others. This results in a life filled with contentment, love, joy and peace. As well, those who delight in our Lord have fewer sickness than those not in our Heavenly family because of Jehovahs peace, love and joy that reigns in our hearts.

When folks concentrate on Heavenly desires rather than earthly desires there is a lot more contentment, peace, love and joy in their lives. Joseph son of Jehovah

We are Saved By

                                                              

For it is by grace [God’s remarkable compassion and favor drawing you to Christ] that you have been saved [actually delivered from judgment and given eternal life] through faith. And this [salvation] is not of yourselves [not through your own effort], but it is the [undeserved, gracious] gift of God.Ephesians 2:8 The Holy Bible Amplified Version

There are numerous cults (even within so called Christian churches) that preach that the only way to gain entry to Heaven is by pleasing Jehovah with good works (which is a form of bribery). If this is true then why did Christ have to suffer and die on a cross?

We do not do good deeds to gain Jehovahs love, we do good works because we are loved by Jehovah so they are a offering of love back in return unto Him.

“Nothing we do, however virtuous, can be accomplished alone; therefore we are saved by love.” Reinhold Niebuhr

Prayer: Thank you Jesus Christ Go’el (The Lord is my Redeemer) for redeeming me with Thy precious holy blood so as to be blessed with being a member of the Holiest of families. Christ Says

I see so many that have houses yet rent lockers to shove their stuff in. Yet they are not satisfied in life.

I have seen many who walk all over everyone to get one inch ahead of the other fellow, yet there is no satisfaction in their live.

I see those who freely and generously give of their time, money and heart to the community. They are the most wealthy folks I have ever met.

If given the choice between the material or the spiritual riches, choose the spiritual. It has more satisfaction and lasts and eternity.

Prayer: Thank you Jeovah El Roi ( “God Who Sees”) for blessing me with bountiful opportunities to become wealthy beyond my wildest dreams. The Value of Prayer.

 

Let it be [the inner beauty of] the hidden person of the heart, with the imperishable quality and unfading charm of a gentle and peaceful spirit, [one that is calm and self-controlled, not overanxious, but serene and spiritually mature] which is very precious in the sight of God. 1 Peter 3:4 The Holy Bible Amplified Version

I cannot begin my day without prayer. No matter what other matters are pressing down on me, I do not do anything before my morning prayer (unless the house is on fire of course). It is my special time with my Beloved and is precious beyond all others to me. Once or twice I foolishly did go without morning prayer and it was as if an important part of me was missing. Never again do I want to go through that.

Every night before bed I spend time in prayer with my Beloved. The reward is always a beautiful nights sleep. I cannot close my eyes without it. It is oh so very precious to me. So precious in fact that I cannot get to sleep without having that conversation.

Once a week I spend a day in prayer with my Beloved. It is oh so very precious to me. We talk of the previous weeks events and of our love for each other.

A prayerless Christian is not a Christian Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Pryyand (God is my friend) for blessing me with the opportunity to spend as much valuable time with You. He is the One Who Loves You Most.

 If we were all perfect Jesus would not have been required to suffer and die that horrible death on the cross.

Jehovah loves us all.

What pierces His heart is those that reject Him.

However, when we turn from our wicked ways and repent unto Him He is quick to forgive us and lovingly accept us completely into His Holy family.

That of course does not mean that we are perfect after we come to Christ. I believe He allows some sinful attributes to remain in us to keep us humble, both before Him as well as to our fellow man.

Do not believe the lies satan tells you that you are not good enough or that you are filthy before a Holy Gods eyes.

I know, I fell for that scam but the Holy Spirit rescued me and share the truth that when I repent I am forgiven and am gladly welcomed back into my Heavenly family.

Read your Bible, especially the Old Testament and you will discover that many of the most wicked sinners became the greatest saints.

It will happen to you as well when you surrender your heart, mind and body unto our healing loving Father in Heaven.

Like Circles in the Water.

                                                      

Every day he multiplies lies and violence. Hosea 12:1 Holy Bible Amplified Version

I have met many that when they were young they had so much going for them. But, they started walking in darkness in a few small things and a little at a time the darkness in them grew larger and larger. At a certain point in time the darkness grew stronger and more powerful until it destroyed them. Now they are pitiful creatures with no hope and no life. They threw it all away.

Every sin starts out small but must be dealt with ruthlessly and immediately or else it spreads like cancer and other sins come in to give it more power over your life.

Do not forget, most forest fires start out as small embers from a campfire or a cigarette but can and do cause massive destruction.

Prayer: Please Jehovah Hoshe’ah ( The Lord Saves ) continue to send the Holy Spirit to protect me from fleshly desires. And, to convict me when I surrender to them as well as provide a means of conquering them through Your mighty power. I humbly request this in the name of He who defeats all demons Jesus Christ. He Calls to Account

                                           

He calls to account him who tramples me down. Psalm 57:3 Holy Bible Amplified Version

I have met many who thoughtlessly trampled upon others. Many times it was for no other reason than to enjoy a perverted enjoyment of watching them suffer. They foolishly laugh and believe they are getting away with it.

Jehovah delivers His justice in His time, and, in His way.

I have seen it take decades for Jehovahs hand of justice to strike but when He did, I trembled in awe and terror at the retribution the perpetrators paid. Leave vengeance into Jehovahs way.

He knows the perpetrator far better than you so He know how to deliver much more fitting punishment that you can. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Ghmolah (The God of Recompense.The God of vengeance) for delivering true justice to the wicked ones that take delight in tormenting and abusing Your precious children. Through their punishment explain to them that this is their reward for their evil and bring them unto repentance. I humbly ask this in the name of the Supreme Judge Jesus Christ. Amen.

Are You There for Him?

                                    

When the Lord saw that he turned away [from the flock] to look, God called to him from the midst of the bush and said, “Moses, Moses!” And he said, “Here I am.” Exodus 3:4 Holy Bible Amplified Version

It was no easy task to turn away from the flock because of wolves and lions always lurking about. When Jehovah called out to Moses Moses reply is to give complete attention unto the voice while ignoring the flock.

When Jehovah calls you, are you there for Him?

Are you too busy with your family or career does the call seem too trivial for you? Are you too busy having fun?

Are too comfortable where you are?

Are you surrounded by noise of music or the TV or video games?

When Jehovah calls it is not for a tea social, it is because there is something important He desires to discuss with you. You ignore that voice at your own peril.

For me, I have found that when I have tried to ignore the voice, He gently keeps on quietly nagging me until I surrender and listen to Him. Every time it was in my best interest to have listened.

Prayer: Thank you Jesus Helech ‘Olam (The Lord our King Forever) for blessing me with numerous rewarding opportunities to serve such a magnificent King such as Yourself. Thank you that You always provided for these missions in amazing ways. I praise You in Your majestic name. Amen. May your house be filled with joy in the morning and sweet dreams at night.

It Will not be Easy.

                            

When those who were carrying the ark came up to the Jordan, and the feet of the priests carrying the ark were submerged at the edge of the water (for the Jordan overflows all of its banks throughout the time of harvest Joshua 3:14 Holy Bible Amplified Version

What this verse is saying is that the priests were told to step out into a raging river. That would take a huge amount of faith to do that because there was the very real risk of being swept away unto certain death.

It is never easy following Christ.

So many times He leads us into the unknown. We are told to go somewhere without knowing why.

We are told to do something in which we do not have the resources and do not know where they are going to come from.

So many times we are called to go out on a limb that seems insane to the world and indeed many times to ourselves.

But, the more we go out on the limb for Christ the more we realize that the limb is securely attached to the strongest tree there is. His name is Jesus and He always supplies in abundance for whatever is required for us to succeed in His Divine task He has called us to.

“Have you been called to go out on a limb for God? You can bet it won’t be easy. Limb climbing has never been easy. Ask Joseph. Or, better yet, ask Jesus. He knows better than anyone the cost of hanging on a tree.” Max Lucado

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah ‘Izoa Hakaboth (Lord Strong -Mighty) for blessing me with the strength to obey You when I take that first step in obedience to Your Divine calling. Thank you that through these steps of faith You have accomplished amazing things in my life and through my life. I exalt You in the name of Your awesome son whose most fantastic feat on the cross allows me to have faith in such a remarkable God such as You Jesus Christ. Amen. We Act like Angels.

                          

For great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised 1 Chronicles 16:25″The Holy Bible Amplified Version

Have you ever had a time when you were praising Jehovah in a song or poem you made up and it felt like there were angels singing with you as you praised our Beloved?

I have.

Have you ever been singing a song in church from your heart of love and praise unto our Beloved and felt as if there were angels joining in?

I have.

When we give the truest praise, glory and thanks unto our Beloved from the heart, do not be surprised if angels come a joining in.

Another blessing is that do not be surprised when you experience His love for you in your entire being when He says “ And I love you my child with a love oh so Divine.” as you praise Him.

Praising God is one of the highest and purest acts of religion. In prayer we act like men; in praise we act like angels.” Thomas Watson

Prayer: Oh my Beloved Jehovah Kabodhi ( The Lord my Glory) the best part of my day begins and ends with praising You. It is such a great joy that causes my Heart to enter Your holy presence as this child of Yours sings love songs unto his cherished loving Father he adores immeasurably. It is such a magnificent blessing to praise You throughout the day, every day for all of Your blessing You abundantly bless me with. And, it is a really awesome privilege  when the angels join in with me. It increases the euphoria ten fold more. I praise You in the name of He who I love to praise as well Jesus Christ. Amen.
