Close To the Brokenhearted.

The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (contrite in heart, truly sorry for their sin). Psalms 34:18 Holy Bible Amplified Version

When you have lost a loved one through death or divorce or because they have left the nest, your heart is crushed and your heart is broken, why not take it to Jesus?

When walking amongst us did not His family divorce itself from Him and did He not experience broken heartedness when one of His loved ones died? Did He not suffer separation from our beloved Father on the cross?

I have lost many loved ones and He was there to comfort me as no one else could or would.

When you lose your job or home why not take it to Jesus?

Did He not experience homelessness? Didn’t he and His disciple sleep in the wilderness where there was bandits, scorpions and many man eating predators?

I have been homeless and living in a tent surrounded by bears. It was taking security that

I went to sleep with no concern of being attacked while sleeping

Did He not lose His job as a carpenters son (He did not go right from being a carpenters son to His ministry.)?

There have been many times when, through no fault of my own, I was released from a company (usually because they went bankrupt) that I believed I would be at for all of my working years. It was He picked me up when I felt like giving up and going out and pounding the pavement and or upgrading my skills and getting another place to work. For those of us over fifty that are considered unhirable why not ask Jesus how you can be blessed with self employment?

When you are crushed and brokenhearted because of illness, didn’t Jesus experience the pain of whipping and beating in His body and the agony of hanging on the cross? I was a sickly boy with very bad asthma and water on the knee. It was only in reading the Bible and talking with my beloved Jesus that a lot of that pain was endured and I felt His presence the closest to me.

So will He not be close to you and heal you spiritually when you experience these things (He may not heal your relationships or get your job or home back or heal your illness but will He not as a loving Savior be close to you and heal your spirit)?

Indeed may these not be viewed as a burden but rather as a blessing?

If You were not there I do not believe I would have lived through oh so many of them. The Peaceful Serenity of It.

Can you imagine living under the sea?

Think of the amazing panorama of it all, the corals and icebergs as well as untold colourful fish gracefully swimming by in natures ballet. Being serenaded to sleep by the haunting song of the whales.

Oh what bliss.

Oh what joy.

The peaceful serenity of it all. Oh what a dream it would be. That will be one of the treats of living in Heaven.

We Must Not Look to The

And you will know the truth [regarding salvation], and the truth will set you free[from the penalty of sin].” John 8:32 The Holy Bible Amplified Version

There are many sly voices calling out for your soul.

But there is only one that Leads to salvation and Heaven where we will be blessed with an eternal loving communion with Jehovah, Jesus and the Holy Spirit.

I find the most wicked ones are the ones that pretend to belong to Christ while obeying satan. These churches are easy to recognize because their doctrines are lies.

For example and church that accepts homosexuals and preaches that they will go to Heaven is satanic. Any church that preaches that baby murder (abortion) is acceptable is preaching lies from satan (unless the woman has been raped or if her life is in danger due to child birth as is stated in the MISHNAH see https://www.chabad.org/library/article_cdo/aid/529077/jewish/What-Is-the-Jewish-View-on-Abortion.htm ).

Any church that preaches that it is okay to do what ever you desire and you will still be welcomed into Heaven is satanic preaching.

The churches that preach that salvation can only come from Christ and not by works. That once saved we become free will servants of Christ and our motto is not my will but Christ’s will be done and those that preach that above all Jehovah deeply desires that our greatest desire is an obedient loving relationship with Him. THAT is a Christian church.

As well the Bible is the book of Truth so always go there and it will free you from the santanic lies and cause you to concentrate on your eternal fellowship with the Divine Trinity.

We must not look to the here and now but into eternity where only truth dwells, both in Heaven and in Hell.  Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Emet (God of truth) for blessing me with revealing the truth to me. Please bless me with wisdom, grace and strength to always share the truth with those living in lies so as to bring them to Your Heavenly home instead of the terrible Hell that awaits them. I humbly request this in the name of He who always spoke the truth no matter who it offended Jesus Christ. Amen.

May Christ’s love be in your life, may Christ’s hope be in your heart and may Christ’s peace be in your every day walk with Christ.

 

It Helps to Remember

When trouble comes where ya gonna go?

For me it is either in my sanctuary (a winterized tent or in Gods Cathedral (nature) which His Divine Word (the Bible).

It is in these quiet places that I pour my heart out to my beloved big daddy. He patiently listens and then either speaks directly to me in a soft reassuring gentle voice or we have a little Bible study. I cherish both.

It is advisable to bring along a recording device to record what has been said by His immaculate wise voice to be contemplated upon later so that His advice can be more deeply digested and then put into action.

These two places are perfect because it is in the quiet places that we can hear His voice all the more clearer and we can talk all the more intimate with Him.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Shammah ( The Lord is Present) for always being present and available when I so desperately need to talk with You, my closest confident. Thank you that Your gentle words remind me to always trust You completely because You have everything under control. I praise You in the name of He who had everything under control while with His disciples no matter how much the storm raged Jesus Christ. Amen

Whatever is beautiful, whatever is meaningful, whatever brings you joy, may you be blessed with an abundance of it this every day this year.

Imagine trying to get out of a house by walking through the wall.

Impossible is it not?

Well so too is the saying that other religions can lead to Heaven as well. There is only one way and His name is Jesus.

Imagine you are travelling down a highway and your destination is a city in the west. You see two sign posts on the road ahead. One says to take the next right to go west while another says to take the next turn to go east.

Which one will you take?

The eastbound one right?

Of course not, that will take you in the wrong direction.

So too is it comparing the Bible with any other teaching. The Bible is the only guide book to Heaven. All others lead to Hell. When others say I am narrow minded, I agree. The road to Heaven is very narrow but the only one to take to get there. When others say I am very uncompromising I just remind them that the only way to quench thirst is by drinking liquids which is very uncompromising as well.   

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah El Deah (God of knowledge) for blessing me with the true knowledge of which way to travel on this planet which will ultimately lead me to Your Heavenly home. I give thanks for this blessing in the name of He who is the light of the world Jesus Christ. Amen.

Thank you Jesus Helech ‘Olam (The Lord our King Forever) for blessing me with the knowledge and humbleness to accept that You are the Supreme King who holds the keys that unlock Heavens door. I eagerly anticipate the time when I can spend eternity with You worshipping You who alone are worthy of complete and total worship. In Your majestic name this servant of Your prays. Amen.

I am Not a Thief.

Well, it is that time of year again.

The early spring flowers are coming up. An of course that means our flower gardens are jam packed with tulip bulbs and daffodils. If we did not plant them (and we did not) then you like the neighbors may wonder how all those bulbs got there.

The villains of course are those wicked little rodents called squirrels. I swear they go all around the neighborhood and dig up everyone’s bulbs and bury them in our flower garden and some in our yard.

Now, there is barely any room for any other flowers.

The strange thing is though that they dig up the flowers from the neighbors that feed them and plant them in our garden while I am constantly shooing them away.

So, I am not a thief, it truly is the neighborhood squirrels that are doing it. I do not care how strange the look I get in the neighborhood when I explain that to them.

 

Prayer: Please Jehovah Jireh (God supplies) supply these crazy rodents with some place else to stash their ill gotten loot instead of our garden. I humbly beseech You in the name of He who plants the flowers of love in our hearts Jesus Christ. Amen

P.S. The neighbors believe me due to the fact that one of them stood there talking with me and we watched one of these tiny thieves dig up one of his bulbs and dash over and bury it in our garden.

Is Not Worthy of Me.

 And he who does not take his cross [expressing a willingness to endure whatever may come] and follow Me [believing in Me, conforming to My example in living and, if need be, suffering or perhaps dying because of faith in Me] is not worthy of Me. Matthew 10:38 The Holy Bible Amplified Version

Sounds pretty cut and dry does it not?

If you are not willing to suffer for Christ, you are not worthy of Him. How many churches or Bible study groups do you hear that preached?

Now that you have heard it are you willing to pick up your cross and when you are a Christian you can be sure you will be carrying many crosses. Although this sounds absurd it is actually a blessing for us. Because we carry the cross when it becomes too burdensome for us to carry Christ comes along side of us and helps carry it with us. That brings us into close fellowship with Him.

Suffering brings folks closer together  than good times do and who better to come closer to that Christ? Joseph a son of Jehovah

As well, when we conform to Christ’s life we live a simple uncomplicated life which bring peace of mind. Not to be constantly tormented by the material world where you never have enough or the politically correct world that changes its values quicker that the spring weather on the north west coast of Canada (the Queen Charlotte Islands).

Prayer: Thank you Jesus ‘Immeku (The Lord Is With You) for blessing me helping me carry the cross You have laid upon me to carry in my service and worship to You. No matter the agony and or the misery You are worth it. It is an honour to emulate the most beautiful best friend there could ever be and the most worthy Eternal King. I praise You in Your grandiose name. Amen

Because of Your Association With

The closer you get to Christ the more offensive you will be around those who delight in walking in darkness.

If folks truly did not believe in Jesus why would they be so insulted by those living His lifestyle?

It is because they do know there is a Supreme God (Jehovah) and they are willingly giving Him the finger by living for themselves and not for Him. When they see those of us in Jehovahs family it nags at their conscience on where they are going to be spending eternity. That is what angers them.

Better to be temporarily scorned by others here on earth than permanently by Christ in Hell. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Oh my most beloved Jesus Pyyrand (Jesus my best friend) there is no ridicule, scorn nor any other abuse that can be inflicted upon me that can move me one inch from You. Indeed, it only brings me closer into Your beautiful sphere which is the greatest blessing of all. I give all praise to You me love for such an amazing gift. Amen

So Little Time For

 But as for me, my prayer is unto thee, O LORD, in an acceptable time: O God, in the multitude of thy mercy hear me, in the truth of thy salvation. Bible in Basic English

Quick, tell me what is the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning?

For me it is going to conversation with my Heavenly Beloved, beginning with saying good morning I love you. Then giving Him thanks and requesting His guidance through out the coming day.

Quick: what is the fist thing you do when you climb into bed at night?

For me it is giving thanks to my Heavenly Beloved for all of His blessings He has showered on my through out the day and asking for forgiveness for when I messed up. And ending with saying good night I love you.

Then, there are the numerous times through out the day when we have conversations. Sometimes it is with what is happening to me during the day. Sometimes it is thanking Him for the blessings He has given me. Sometimes it is just admiring the beauty He is sharing with me and talking about it.

Prayer should be the first thing a Christian does upon opening their eyes and the last thing they do before closing them. It should be as natural as breathing. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Thank you oh my deepest love Jehovah Shammah ( The Lord is Present) for the most wonderful blessing of all, being in Your loving presence every day. It is the most precious treasure there could ever be. I exalt You in the name of He with whom I look forward to receiving the ultimate treasure of walking with Him and talking with Him in Your Heavenly home Jesus Christ. Amen

I Certainly Don’t Recommend

The troubles of my heart are multiplied; Bring me out of my distresses. Psalms 25:17 The Holy Bible Amplified Version

If you want to live an easy comfortable life do not become a Christian.

A Christians life can be expected to be one filled with sorrow, pain, hardship and loneliness.

You will be filled with sorrow at the ones who reject Christ (especially those in your maternal family) and by extension ostracize you. You will not be invited to family get togethers, weddings, funerals or anniversaries. It will cut deep.

You will suffer pain of never being invited to get togethers by those you work with. You will be treated like a freak and mocked.

You will suffer loneliness as Christ takes you away from comforts of this life into service for Him. You will feel as if you are the only person in the world because everyone around you rejects you mocks you and ostracizes you. It will cost you your family, your friends, your career, maybe your health, your financial security.

You will face hardship because of what you have to surrender unto Christ (in the beginning of your walk you will not be sure if He will supply your needs).

If this sounds like to heavy of a price to pay let us look at the rewards:

You can be sure that no matter the family and friends who reject you Christ will bring to you a Christian communion that will be closer than any maternal family member or worldly friend.

No matter recession or physical injury or anything that hampers you finances Christ will always make sure you have a comfortable place to live, clothes on your back and food in your belly.

In your hardship it will bring you ever closer to Christ which will expand your love, admiration, trust and friendship with Him, which is the best treasure of them all.

It is not: is it worth giving up everything to become a Christian but rather why in the world would I desire anything but Christ in my life. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah ‘Uzam (The Lord is our Strength in Trouble) for blessing me with Your Divine strength to endure and prosper (yes prosper because the prosperity is in the enlargement of our eternal love affair) during my suffering because of my association with You. I exalt You in the name of He gladly enduring the most horrible suffering for me Jesus Christ. Amen

The gift of love, the gift of joy, the gift of peace, these are the greatest gifts that can be given. They are given in abundance to all those in Christs family by our Heavenly loving  Father. May you be blessed with plentiful opportunities to share these with those around you today.
