Our Walk to Heaven

 I have many more things to say to you, but you cannot bear [to hear] them now. John 16:12 Holy Bible Amplified Version

There are many thing Jesus desires to share with us but has to wait until we are mature enough to hear them. The more we mature in Christ, the more He will reveal to you.

Reflect back on what you first knew of being a Christian and your relationship with the Godhead and compare it to what you know now.

Just as you cannot teach a grade one student calculus because they are not capable of understanding it so too Christ cannot teach you everything about your walk with Him because you are not mature enough to understand it.

As well, just as we cannot start marathon running when we are two years old, neither can we serve our Heavenly King until our minds, hearts and bodies have been transformed to be the servant He desires us to be. This process does not occur overnight but takes years and even decades. Look at Jesus’ disciples, they were with Him for two years every day yet were still dunderheads to understand what He was trying to teach them. It took Paul two years of training every day before he was ready for ministry. And, that was with those who had direct contact with Christ.

How long do you think it will take you?

It constantly amazes me how much of my first beliefs were wrong and how much He has transformed me. Our walk to Heaven is one of constant learning and training in service to our Divine King. Joseph a son of Jehovah

He Blesses Us by Sending

 “I am with you always [remaining with you perpetually—regardless of circumstance, and on every occasion], even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:20 Holy Bible Amplified Version

This truth has taken me years to believe ( not learn, I learned it but did not truly believe it).

It is when we are in the furnace of affliction and upon our knees crying out unto Jehovah in agony that He blesses us with the calming and strengthening presence of the Holy Spirit to encourage us on.

It is in the desert when our souls are parched dry and everyone has deserted us that we call out in desperation unto our Beloved for help and He blesses us by sending the Holy Spirit to quench our parched souls with the life giving Divine Holy waters that refreshes our spirits and allows us to not only continue on but to flourish in this inhospitable place.

It is in the raging storms when we believe we are sinking in the crashing waves that we desperately call out unto our Abba in Heaven to rescue us that He blesses us by sending the Holy Spirit to take our hand ever so gently but firmly and will not let go that we walk on the waters through the tumultuous thundering waves with Him.

It is in the firestorms when flames of fire are constantly piercing our hearts that we call out unto our Heavenly Father to protect us that He blesses us by sending the Holy Spirit to heal our wounds and in times carry us through when we no longer have the strength to battle the intense flames.

It is in the storms that Jehovah reveals the most of His love, strength, wisdom and peace that He abundantly blesses us with the most. Joseph a son of Jehovah

The Motto of Every Christian

 

Behold, for so shall the man be blessed and divinely favored Who fears the Lord [and worships Him with obedience]. Psalm 128:4 Holy Bible Amplified Version

The motto of every Christian is to be: Not me will but Thy will be done my Lord. Joseph a son of Jehovah Be careful.

Do not say this unless you are serious because Christ our King will call you out on it.

If Christ is our King then that means we are His free will servants. Joseph a son of Jehovah

He will take you where you do not want to go and request ( Jesus is respectful He never demands but always asks- sometimes nags) you to obey His voice. I say sometimes He nags because He would not leave me alone until I surrendered to His will. Every time I am glad I did.

Through this we will learn to be patient because Jehovah works on His time schedule not ours. During this process He will also be cementing patience in our lives (which we all need). This takes numerous experiences and years to brand int our souls.

Composure will be another attribute He will instill into our being. When things are dive bombing south and every body else is running around like a chicken with their heads cut off we will be composed. This takes numerous experiences and years to brand into our souls.

Indeed, in reflection now, it is humorous to reminisce about how many times I was the chicken until becoming the cool head in hot situations.

But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait eagerly for it with patience and composure. Romans 8:25 Holy Bible Amplified Version

He was Leading Me into Unknown Territory.

 

Do this in the fear of the Lord, faithfully and wholeheartedly. 2 Chronicles 19:9 Holy Bible Amplified Version

Many times during my walk with Christ He was leading me into unknown territory. He was guiding me to go places I did not want to go and guiding me to do things I had no clue of what I was doing.

During this process He was not only using me in service unto Him but was also teaching me the important lesson of trusting upon Him (which is what faith is).

When ever there was a situation that there was no knowledge on my behalf on how to complete the assignment He always blessed me with wisdom on how to accomplish it.

Whenever there was no resources to accomplish the task He provided. Whenever there was mental and physical exhaustion, He lead me into His peace and rest which strengthened me to get back up and continue on.

Whenever I wanted to quit, He encouraged me.

This ultimately brought us very close together and enlarged my trust in Him, appreciation of Him and thankfulness for His support. My love and respect for Him grew by little steps and leaps and bounds. Oh what a truly awesome God He truly is.

Whenever Christ leads you into the unknown and challenges you to do things you are not equipped to do, do not whine about the difficulties but thank Him for them. He is doing marvellous work in you and through you that you probably will not see until you are on the other side of the challenge.

Prayer: Thank you Holy Spirit‘Ori (the Lord is my Light) for lighting the path my Heavenly Father and Divine King has chosen for me to walk in obedience unto Them. I exalt You in the name of the King I love to serve Jesus Christ. Amen

Grace is When

 Growing in grace they will still thrive and bear fruit and prosper in old age. Psalm 92:14 Holy Bible Amplified Version

Grace is not something we are born with. When someone does us wrong the natural inclination is to seek revenge.

It is only when we surrender all to Christ that He will send the Holy Spirit to burn that wicked trait out of you to be replaced by a heart of grace.

Now just as when you plant seeds today you do not harvest them tomorrow neither are you blessed with unlimited grace from the beginning. It take time to mature just like flowers.

For me, when someone crossed me I was very vengeful and cruel in getting my pound of flesh. It took an experience where the Lord told me to stand there and take the abuse without retribution. That was hard but through the power of the Holy Spirit successful.

It has taken me another eleven years and I am still working on it.

The Holy Spirit has brought me a long way since then and there is still a ways to go.

Oh, and by the way, do not think the wicked ones escaped punishment. Jehovah brought me to a place and told me to stand and watch.

I witnessed His justice and it was far more severe than anything I could have done.

There was no joy in my heart at seeing His justice handed out but fear. Fear, because, of what would happen to me if I angered the Lord.

Now sometimes we have to understand the others situation.

So perhaps a woman was abused by her dad and or brothers and she is cold towards you at school or work. You do not know why unless you are patient, gentle and loving with her or find a Christian woman to talk with her. Maybe it is a cultural thing or maybe there is problems in the others life. We need to be patient and with prayer ask Jehovah to open our eyes to the others situation and the proper course to take.

“Grace is when somebody hurts you and you try to understand their situation instead of trying to hurt them back.” Unknown

Prayer: Please my Beloved Heavenly father Jehovah Heseh (God is love) bless me to always emulate You and expand a loving heart in my life so as to bring the lost unto You and so as to please You. I sincerely request this in the name of the most loving best friend who has shown me His love all the way to the cross Jesus Christ. Amen.

There Were Times

 “Without any doubt the Lord is in this place, and I did not realize it.” Genesis 28:16 Holy Bible Amplified Version

You may be surprised at the number of times Jehovah was present and you were not even aware of it.

There were time when I was a baby Christian I used to love being alone in nature whether it be by a gentle stream, on the beach at the ocean, walking through the forest or in the desert. At these times when I would sit and drink in plentiful amounts of the stunning beauty a feeling of peace and love would envelope me. I naively believe it was because of being in nature. Upon reflecting back on it the realization came that that blessing was because God was there with me.

There were times when an overwhelming nagging feeling told me to take a different route to work or school. It felt as if an invisible force was guiding the route taken. Then upon arriving or later in the day there would be news of a catastrophe that occurred on that route. A sense that if I could have taken that route I would have been one of the casualties.

There were times of great sadness and or depression when a feeling of calm, peace and love would envelope me like a warm comforting blanket on a cold day. Upon reflection I realize the Holy Spirit was there supporting, encouraging, strengthening and loving me.

Today, take time to reflect back on your life and see how many times Jehovah was there with you and you did not even know it. It brings a new sense of awe, respect, love and admiration to our Beloved and draws us ever closer unto Him.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah ‘Immeku (The Lord Is With You) for blessing me with Your Divine presence in my life. It is the greatest honour of all and has guided me on the proper walk in every aspect of my life. I exalt You in the name of He who walked amongst us Jesus Christ. Amen.

Are You Willing to Admit It ?

If you acknowledge and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord [recognizing His power, authority, and majesty as God], and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9 Holy Bible Amplified Version

Is Christ your Lord and are you willing to admit it?

Many times it will cost you. It will cost you old friendships as they mock you and even hate you because you have turned your backs on them to turn to walking with Christ.

When your boss or friends or family demand you do something unethical and you refuse because it is against what our Heavenly King demands of us it will cost you in your career, sometimes you may even have to change careers and your family will disown you.

I have seen the depth of this sacrifice in China and it was deep. As well it has cost me a few jobs and I am estranged from almost all of my family.

If your country makes an unchristian law and attempts to enforce it upon you and you refuse, you will suffer prison or maybe even execution.

When you are before the judge in the kangaroo court will you be willing to make that ultimate sacrifice to our Heavenly King and explain to the court your reason for your decision?

Do not naively believe that it is only in third world countries that this happens.

With the santanic liberals growing stronger every day in the west it is slowly poisoning western countries as well.

You doubt me?

Try to evangelize at a homosexual parade ( I refuse to call it a gay parade because gay means happy and most of those in the parade are not happy and they have no right to bastardize that word) and see what happens to you?

Try to have a Bible study on most universities and see what happens.

Try to stand up to the demented education system and refuse to allow your children to learn the filthy lies taught that homosexuality is normal and see what happens to you.

Try to stand up to these that teach that all religions are the same and that we all get to Heaven or try to stand up to these false prophets that teach that once we are baptized we can do whatever we want and because Jesus loves us no one will go to Hell and see what happens.

The list goes on and on.

If you refuse to stand upon the solid ground of Christ then you will slowly sink into the pit of Hell. Joseph a son of Jehovah

I Did So.

 

Your ears will hear a word behind you, “This is the way, walk in it,” whenever you turn to the right or to the left. Isaiah 30:21 Holy Bible Amplified Version

Whenever I share with folks the fact that Jehovah has spoken with me they believe me to be insane.

Yet, I did so. I heard it as clear as if He was standing physically beside me. His voice is not loud or harsh. It is soft, comforting and reassuring while being strong.

One day when I was planting trees in the Queen Charlotte Islands in British Columbia Canada I took a break and enjoy the fantastic scenery (most of those islands are uninhabited and the animals have never seen a human before) a soft voice to my left whispered: “This is but a taste of Heaven.” I laughed and replied: “ Yeah I will bet it……” as I turned a around to see no one there. Yet that voice was as clear as if you were standing beside me now and saying it to me.

This is but one of many examples of hearing an unseen voice. At first it terrified me but upon reading this verse understood Who the voice was. It has guided me away from disasters, guided me to folks that needed help and other numerous occasions.

Do not think that the Bible is just stories or that that happened back then and does not occur today. When you walk with Christ and are close to Him in a loving relationship you too hear that soft gentle invisible voice from time to time. Obey it and amazing things will happen.

Jehovah is speaking, are you listening? Joseph a son of Jehovah

Now you are not to listen to just every voice because satan and his minions can do that as well. You are to test the spirits.

For me I call out to my Abba in Heaven to protect me from the deceiving spirits but if the voice continues I shall obey because I trust Him to protect me when in doubt.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Kal El (voice of God) for blessing me with the privilege of listening to Your gentle loving voice and for the wonderful honor of talking with You through out the day every day. I thank you in the name of the sweetest voice of all Jesus Christ. Amen

Do you not hate those phonies.

For example you meet someone or call them and they say they were just thinking of you. Riiiight.

Or how about the ones that say they are your friend but can’t wait until you are gone to put a knife in your back or gossip about you.

Or, how about the ones that are friendly with you only because they want something from you and try to scam it out of you. When they do not want to scam anything out of you, you do not exist and Heaven forbid if you need any help and as them ( for some reason they are always busy whenever you want them to help you but they expect you to drop everything on their every whim.)

To be full of guile is to be deceitful.

Hypocrisy means to pretend to be what one is not.

On the other hand those with love always are willing to help and encourage others. They are a treasure in our lives and a wonderful blessing.

Love is an action, not an emotion. Do not tell me you love me, show me you love me. Joseph son of Jehovah

Whenever I experience those vile creatures I have nothing to do with them because they are nothing but trouble.

The Best Cathedral I Have Attended

 And the glory and majesty and splendor of the Lord will be revealed Isaiah 40:5 Holy Bible Amplified Version

The best cathedral I have attended was Jehovahs.

To the world it is called nature but to the Christian it is called “Gods Cathedral”.

The reason for this is because it is in nature that Jehovah reveals the most of His splendor, majesty, glory and awesome beauty. That is the reason “I come to the garden” is so relevant to me. Because, when I am in nature that is when I am the closest unto my Heavenly Beloved like the song says. It does not matter if it is on the shore of a lake or ocean, walking through the forest or a meadow.

The sights and fragrances peel back an amazing creator who loves me and desires to have me come to His cathedral to share a conversation together with me. It may be to comfort and encourage me, it may be to offer words of guidance to me or it may be just to share time together in Holy Communion of love.

The melody of the birds and crickets choir sings of His love, indeed many times I join in with my flute playing a love song for my cherished one in Heaven. It is relaxing yet deeply intimate. Here we share close camaraderie that is available no where else.
