Stubbornness Come in Two Forms.

                                                        

Stubbornness comes in two forms.

Form number one is arrogance or another word for it is pride. Pride goes before destruction, And a haughty spirit before a fall. Proverbs 16:18 Holy Bible Amplified Version

Do the I did or I said’s drive you bonkers?

They do me.

They cannot say a sentence without pumping themselves up. They are so polluted with pride it is a stench for me to be round them. They foolishly believe the whole world revolves around them.

And, you know what?

They are very shallow and fragile. Anything that pricks their pride and they get deflated like a punctured balloon they pull a temper tantrum. I have seen many an adult become indignant and insulting to anyone who brings them down to earth. They feel as if a capital offense has been committed to them. They are very immature. They pull a lot of pouty pouts. I have seen some fall to the ground and pound their fists and kick their feet into the air while screaming like a spoiled little brat (yes I am talking about adults).

Steer clear of these creatures less you learn their ways and fall into the same disgrace as they do. Form number two is greed.

“Because he knew no quietness or calm within him [because of his greed], He does not retain anything he desires. Job 20:20 Holy Bible Amplified Version

These destructive creatures do not care who they hurt as long as they get what they want. The problem of course though is that most times it back fires on them. I have met many that were warned that to attempt to do a certain thing would lead to disaster. Their response is: “Who are you to try to tell me what to do?”. They then proceed in the venture only to be met with the forewarned disaster. Their response is always the same. They blame everyone and everything around them rather than be mature and take the responsibility for it themselves.

Avoid these creatures at all cost as they will lead you into disaster and disaster.

Finally as they age they will find that they will be fighting their own bodies which results in constant pain. I have seen many elders refuse to accept the restrictions on their bodies only to end up in bed in intense pain. The amazing thing is though is that they never learn.

Then when they are put into seniors homes because they refuse to listen and obey their doctors instructions, they constantly fight a losing battle with the staff. They are continuously trying to tell the staff what to do while refusing to co-operate with them. They become resentful because they cannot have their own way and pout. The result of this is that no one want to be around them so they just sit there crying because they are so lonely all day.

Prayer: Please Jehovah ‘Izoa Hakaboth ( Lord Strong -Mighty ) bless me with the strength to burn off all stubbornness in my disposition. Please come and reprimand me when I am being foolish by being stubborn. I sincerely request this so important request in the name of He who was never stubborn Jesus Christ. Amen

What do I Care.

The fear of man brings a snare, But whoever trusts in and puts his confidence in the Lord will be exalted and safe. Proverbs 29:25 Holy Bible Amplified Version.

Here are four very important words we all need to remember : “ What do I care. “

There are plenty of wolves ( those who like to prey upon the weak and tear them down ) both inside inside the church ( as a matter of fact , I have encountered more inside the church than outside ) and outside ( most of the ones I have met outside the church are the satanic politically correct whose idea of free speech and thought is that you are entitled to your opinion as long as it agrees with mine. If you disagree with mine your are intolerant , racist , homophobic or sexist ) .

When they attack you unfairly for standing up to for the Truth just reply : You are the intolerant one who refuses to listen to the truth. Therefore as pertaining to your “ opinion” “ What do I care. “ and just stand there and allow them to scream at you and look like fools. Either that or they will shut up and walk away.

When they try to gang up on you just ask the ring leader why they are afraid to debate with you one on one. I have used this quite successfully numerous times.

Indeed most times after the confrontation many folks come up to me and thank me for standing up for the Truth ( even if they are not Christians ).

Then there are the ones that laugh at you because you do not follow them down the road of despair. They are in despair because they try to keep up with the Jones and the Jones keep on changing the rules. I dress as I feel comfortable and respectable.

When someone mocks me because I do not keep up with the “in crowd” I reason with them like why they “have to have “ the latest mobile phone when there is nothing wrong with the one they have now. It makes them look silly. The conversation is ended when they ask me what others think of me because I do not keep up with the crowd with “ What do I care. “ 

I then ask them if they are nurturing their spirit as much as they are big business’ wallet. They are informed that I care what Jesus believes in me not what the “ in crowd “ thinks of me. It is a great opportunity to open up a dialogue on the Christian walk.

His Trouble Shall Return

He made a pit and dug it out, And has fallen into the ditch which he made. His trouble shall return upon his own head, And his violent dealing shall come down on his own crown. Psalm 7:15-16 New King James Version

We have all met, I am sure, those who delight in causing trouble.  They love to cause fights between families, they love to cause fights between friends, they love to cause fights at work or school and they love to cause fights at public events (just look at soccer matches in Europe). They get their perverted pleasure from watching others fight and the grief it causes.

Give it time. It always comes back on them. And when it happens it always happens when they least expect it and at a very inopportune time (like say door crashers at a wedding reception or at a social event where it will cause them a lot of embarrassment.

The other thing I have noticed about them is that when they are young they believe they are getting away with it but as they age (it usually begins in their forties) they find themselves friendless. When they need companionship or help there is no one there for them.

Another thing I find happens is that they end up with tormentors (say a neighbour that is constantly playing loud music and doing things to anger them and laughing in their faces. Their lives are one of constant torment.

I have seen it too many times to count (that is one advantage of being older; we get to see them receive them fruits of their labours as it were). When confronted with these wicked creatures do not take things into your own hands but leave them in the hands of Jehovah. It may seem as if they are getting away with it and you may not see Jehovahs justice but be sure they will get what they have coming to them.

The seeds you plant today you will harvest in abundance tomorrow. Be careful the type of seeds you are planting. Joseph- Anthony: Green

It is Not Unconditional.

“Because you have turned away from the Lord, the Lord will not be with you.” Numbers 14:43 New King James Version

I am so fed up with this false teaching that Gods love is unconditional. That has to be one of the biggest lies ever told.

“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Matthew 7:21 New King James Version

Are you seriously trying to tell me that those who steal, murder, deal drugs, commit homosexuality and various other filth will be granted permission into Heaven and they will hold hands in a circle and sing come by ya my Lord?

If so. then why did Christ have to shed His precious blood and die?

Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God. 1 Corinthians 6:8-10 New King James Version

As in any relationship there are rules they must be obeyed.

If you go and live in another country are you not bound to obey their laws?

How much more so to be granted entry into a perfect world?

Remember that old saying:” One bad apple destroys the whole barrel?”

Do you really foolishly believe Jehovah will permit rotten apples to destroy His perfect world? Think of all the saints that have suffered and died for Christ. Would it be fair to them to have suffered and died for Christ and then have to face their unrepentant tormentors and those who viciously murdered them to be granted citizenship in Heaven?

So if you are one of those who are preaching this satanic rubbish be fair warned, you will answer to Christ for your wicked lies.

If you are foolish enough to believe you can go out and live with the devil here on earth and expect to be welcomed into the gates of Heaven you are living a fools dream.

Which Disease do You Have?

Do you have any of these?

Complaining is infectious

Complaining is infectious, contagious. Have you ever been around a negative Nellie? All she does is complain. Either it is too hot or too cold. We need rain or it is raining out. She can take the sails out of your cherry day in five minutes. Complaining changes your attitude. You become a very negative person. Usually it is manipulative theft. They complain about things in their life to get you to have pity on them. This gives them affection while they give you nothing in return.

I politely try to have a positive attitude with them. If they refuse to change their attitude I strongly but politely inform them their attitude is not welcome and if all they want to do is be negative go whine to someone else. Either their attitude changes or they avoid me.

Either way, problem solved.

Nagging is destructive

Nagging is destructive to relationships. If anything you do is never good enough you reach the point of not trying. Usually I just step back and ask them to show me a better way. Most times they shut up and leave me alone. They would rather nag than help reach a constructive solution. How many children have given up because of a nagging parent?

As a teacher I see it a lot. I always try to be positive and encouraging with far superior results

Doubting is destructive

Doubting is destructive not only to you but to everyone around you. How many times has a great plan everyone is hyped up to start crash and burn because one doubting Dave destroys it with his negativity.

How many times I have experienced people tell me if I tried something it would fail. People told me I would fail when I tried tree planting. After thirteen years I planted over a million trees all across Canada.

When I informed people I was going to bicycle from Canada to Mexico everybody laughed and told me I would fail. It took me three months to complete the trip. The list goes on and on

If you feel Jehovah is guiding you to do something do not listen to the doubting Daves. Go for it believing He will always provide you with the tools to succeed.

Wandering is humbling

Wandering is humbling because you usually take small baby steps away from the path Jesus has chosen for you to take in your service to Him. One day it will be like a exploding flash of lightening just how far you have wandered. The devil will laugh and tell you Jesus is angry with you and does not love you anymore. Do not believe that filthy liar. Jesus loves you and anxiously waits for you to return to Him. Such incredible love is very humbling.

Prayer: Oh wonderful Abba please do not allow me to spread infectious diseases, but rather I humbly give my life to you to guide to accomplish Your mission for my life. In Jesus’ wonderful name I ask Amen

The Six Killers.

There are six killers that destroy society today.

“But if you refuse to listen to the Lord your God and do not obey all the commands and decrees I am giving you today, all these curses will come and overwhelm you:Your towns and your fields will be cursed. Your fruit baskets and breadboards will be cursed.
Your children and your crops will be cursed. The offspring of your herds and flocks
will be cursed. Wherever you go and whatever you do, you will be cursed. “The Lord himself will send on you curses, confusion, and frustration in everything you do, until at last you are completely destroyed for doing evil and abandoning me. The Lord will afflict you with diseases until none of you are left in the land you are about to enter and occupy. There are six killers that destroy society today.

One: Electronic entertainment.

Now I am not saying there is anything wrong with TV, the internet or mobile phones.

What is wrong is that people spend too much time in front of the idiot box, on the internet and texting each other instead of personal contact with each other.

Instead of spending time doing things together as a family, most people are zombies with their electronics.

Have you ever seen people sitting at a table with each other and spending time texting instead of talking with each other.

I always inform people that if they want to spend time with me, they must turn off their mobiles first.

Religion.

It is not important whether it is Christianity, Judaism, Muslims, or Buddhism they all have the same core values. People need that in order to have the proper values in their lives.

Family.

How many people are spending so much time working that they are neglecting their marriages and children?

Who is better to raise your children: a mother and father or the internet or TV or texting? Instead of sitting around the supper table and talking about each others day, how many families are zoned out watching the idiot box?

I was at an acquaintances house for dinner one time. Everyone was glued to watching a rerun that they knew what it was about after the first scene. When I tried to start a conversation I was hushed.

As well how many people spend one day a week doing thing together as a family? How many people are strangers living in the same house?

Political correctness

There is no absolute right or wrong in society.

Everybody wins a prize. There is no failure permitted.

Consequently there are educated idiots graduating from schools today that are lucky if they know how to tie their shoes.

How many of the great people first suffered failure before they experience success?

Read about Thomas Edison and see how many times he failed before he invented the light bulb.

We need to understand that just as in the past when everybody did as they pleased it lead to the destruction of their society and ultimately to their country.

Look what happened in France in the seventeen hundreds as an example.

Commercialism.

Everywhere we go whether it is on the idiot box, on the mobile, on the bus, on the internet we are bombarded with buy, buy, buy.

How many countries are in debt up to their eyeballs and the people suffer because of greed?

How many people are maxed out on their credit cards because they foolishly though buying the newest toy would bring them happiness and are now slaves paying off their debt?

And of course the number one reason for the doom of any society is when they turn their backs on God.

How can you expect Gods blessings if you do not have an loving obedient relationship with Him?

Prayer: Jehovah Yahweh (God of His people) please turn the hearts of the people back to You in order to prevent the doom and destruction of their personal lives, their family lives and their society lives. I humble request this in the name of the King of the most exhaled society, Heaven, Jesus Christ. Amen.

Is He Preparing Them? Part Two

Please read Deuteronomy 27& 28

In this article we will talk about a relative that loves to gossip and cause trouble. For years she played her wicked little game of being a terrible gossip and was in her most glee when she was causing fights. She then acted innocent.

People tried to council her but she is stubborn and proud (the two always go together) and refused to listen.

In one incident she caused such a terrible fight that it caused a nervous breakdown and that almost lead to suicide with one of her relatives.

First she lost her husband who was her cohort (he was just as bad) and still refused to repent.

Next she lost her eyesight yet still was unrepentant.

After that she became crippled and then lost her dog which was like her favourite child.

How stupid and stubborn people can be amazes me.

Do you think God is breaking her of her stubbornness and arrogance to prepare her to reconcile with her child when she see’s him for the first time in many years?

If you have committed a serious offense against someone may I strongly suggest you repent less you suffer Gods vengeance.

Prayer: Please Jehovah Rohi (God our Shepherd) please guide me to be open and obedient to Your wise guidance in my life so as to not have to experience difficult and painful experiences to discipline me.

I meekly request this in the name of He who taught His best lessons to His disciples through difficulties Jesus Christ. Amen.

Are You a Fool?

There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them. There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. There are different kinds of working, but in all of them and in everyone it is the same God at work.

Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good.  To one there is given through the Spirit a message of wisdom, to another a message of knowledge by means of the same Spirit,  to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by that one Spirit,  to another miraculous powers, to another prophecy, to another distinguishing between spirits, to another speaking in different kinds of tongues, and to still another the interpretation of tongues. All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and he distributes them to each one, just as he determines.

Are you very beautiful?

Do you prance around like a prima donna proud of your beauty?

Was your beauty not a gift from Jehovah?

Do you thank Him for that?

Do you use that talent to give glory to Him instead of giving glory to yourself?                             .

Is that not playing the part of the fool?

Can you blame Him if He takes your beauty from you?

Do you have talent to paint, write or sing?

Do you stand there basking in the limelight instead of giving glory to God and using your God giving talent to serve Him?

Is that not playing the fool?

Prayer: Please Jehovah Jireh (God our provider) do not allow me to become arrogant and ungrateful for the gifts You have so graciously blessed me with.

Please provide me with the opportunities to use these gifts to bring glory to You.

I humbly request this in the name of He who used His gifts to bring glory to You as He walked amongst us Jesus Christ. Amen.

This is the Only Way.

The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love. Psalms 103:8 New International Version

Think of earthly families okay.

Whether you like to admit it or not, we do inherit undesirable traits from our parents like alcoholism, short temperedness, and of course stubbornness.

Now, the more we submit to Christ, the more we become like Christ.

This is how someone who was cold hearted becomes compassionate, more patient and loving.

This is the only way to conquer our undesirable personality trait.

I used to be very spiteful and hold a grudge for a long time.

Now, when someone wrongs me, I sincerely take it to Jesus and leave it there.

As a consequence my life is filled with more peace and joy.

Only Christ can conquer our undesirable traits.

Then why does He give them to us in the first place you may ask?

It is because we see it is only by His grace and love that these undesirables are conquered and that leads us to exuberant joyful praise to Him. And of course this oozes out of our daily life.

This is, by the way, why it is my personal opinion, psychiatry miserably fails miserably. Their limited reasoning and dope pushing (prescribing drugs like candy) does not and cannot solve the problem.

IMPORATANT There are cases where drugs are necessary like if you have schizophrenia or some other serious mental disability you will have to take medication for the rest of your life. I have seen too many who thought they were better and stopped taking their medication that led to disastrous results.  I see those who stay on their medication lead productive lives and when participating in Christian Bible studies become very calm, joyful and peaceful

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Ropeka (God our healer)  for freeing me from the destructive chains of __________ (name any addictions or destructive behavior traits you had that Jehovah has freed you from). I thank you in the name of He whose power cast out the demons in so many when he walked amongst us Jesus Christ. Amen.

 

.   Editors note: it was only when I admitted to Jehovah that the demons of alcoholism were to strong for me to conquer and please rescue me that those horrible chains were smashed and it has been many years since I have touched a drink

Hurry Up and Die.

People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control,  brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with such people. 2 Timothy 3:2-5 New King James Version

One day in the supermarket line up the headline in a national magazine caught my eyes. It read:” Hurry Up and Die.”

The jist of the article is that many people that went through the great depression of the nineteen thirties scrunched and saved their money.

Their foolish materialistic children have gone in debt way over their heads. The children are not concerned because they believe the money they will get from their parents inheritance will pay their debts.

A consequence of this is many of the elderly are abuse by their children and grand children. They cheat their parents out of money, throw them into a seniors home and only come around when they want money. I have seen and witnessed this pathetic scenario too many times.

As I was reading the article 2 Timothy 3:2-5 flashed into my mind and pretty much every word there describes these low life’s I have met.

Now mind you, there are a lot of abusive parents that are unrepentant towards their now adult children so I believe they are getting their just due (although that does not excuse the children any more than the Pharisees were excused for nailing Christ to the cross).

Prayer: Please Jehovah KalEl (voice of God) whisper in the ears of the ingrates that the commandment after loving you is loving our parents. Abusing parents is hideous to You. As well my Beloved whisper in the ear of the parents whose children lovingly respectfully care for them to not be so difficult towards them but to be appreciative of them. I humbly ask this in the name of Your most loving and respectful son Jesus Christ. Amen.
