But We Must.

Give the gifts that are right and good, and trust in the Lord. Psalms 4: 5 The Holy Bible The New Life Version

We need to depend upon The Holy Spirit to guide us to give the proper gifts to the proper men and women.

We need to offer the needy jobs not free lunches and give them money to blow on booze and drugs ( I see it a lot ).

Teach them to be contributing members of society not leeches.

Teach them to have self respect.

It is hard to do and we need to depend upon the Lord to provide the resources to accomplish this as well as the wisdom, strength and patience.

Believe me though it is well worth the effort to see somebody straighten their lives around. The change is incredible.

We need to give but we must give wisely. Joseph- Anthony a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Oh please my loving Jehovah Jireth (Genesis 22:14 The LORD Shall Provide ) please always send The Holy Spirit to guide me on where best to invest my resources to help those in need and by extension guide them unto You. Please protect me from wasting these precious resources on those who do not appreciate them nor are willing to help themselves. I humbly request this in the name of He who only took time to help the needy that respected Him and His gifts of healing, Jesus Christ . Amen

A Soft Whisper.

After the earthquake there was a fire, but the Lord was not in the fire. And after the fire there was a voice, a soft whisper. 1 Kings 19:12 The Holy Bible, The Christian Standard Bible

Most people are terrified of silence because that is when The Holy Spirit speak with them. And, He is telling them something they do not want to hear. Joseph- Anthony a Son of Jehovah

A Life Worthy of the Gospel

The Bible always stresses a balance between the content of one’s beliefs and the resulting conduct in one’s life. A good example is found in Ephesians 4:1-3. “I, therefore, the prisoner for the Lord, urge you to live worthily of the calling with which you have been called, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, making every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace” (NET).

Paul admonishes us to “live worthily of the calling with which you have been called.” He means that we must live a life worthy of our high calling in Christ Jesus. Our practice should equal the teachings of our doctrine.  We should take great pains to see that our lives are lived in perfect balance.

The Biblical principle for living the Christian life is quite simply stated: The believer puts into daily practice the principles of the Word of God by the presence and power of the Holy Spirit.

In order to live a balanced Christian life there must be good sound Biblical teaching. I have never seen any mature Christian who did not have a good understanding of the teaching of the Word of God. Practice without sound Bible teaching will go off in any and every direction. We can never attach too much importance to solid Biblical doctrine. How can a Christian live a life worthy of the Gospel of Jesus Christ if he does not know what the Christian life is all about? At the same time we must never detach the importance of putting into practice what we understand to be true.

How then do we live a life worthy of our calling? The Christian life is not the same thing as the culturally accepted norms of the local community in which we live. The world is antagonistic to the Christian life (1 John 2:15-17). God has called us “out of the darkness into his marvelous light” (1 Peter 2:9b NET). How tragic when you can’t tell the difference between the standards of the culture and the local church.

We were spiritually bankrupt, emotionally in bondage, and morally corrupt. However, when we were saved God awakened us to a new life and gave us the power to live that new life. We are now spiritually alive. “But God, being rich in mercy, because of his great love with which he loved us, even though we were dead in transgressions, made us alive together with Christ – by grace you are saved!” (Eph. 2:5 NET)

The apostle Paul wrote, “So then, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; what is old has passed away – look, what is new has come!” (2 Cor 5:17 NET)

Therefore, the apostle Paul admonishes us to, “Be completely humble.” That is the opposite of arrogance and self-assertion. The world tells us to stand up for your rights. Be assertive. Demand respect. The Bible says, “Instead of being motivated by selfish ambition or vanity, each of you should, in humility, be moved to treat one another as more important than yourself” (Phil. 2:3 NET). The world philosophy pulls in one direction, the Holy Spirit insists on another. Do you put other people’s needs and interests before your own? Are you out for number one?

We need to be gentle with people. The word Paul uses for “gentle” is power under control. “Meek” doesn’t quite give the sense of the original. The gentle person is a strong person under God’s control. This is what it means to be a Spirit filled. The Spirit filled believer is a Spirit-controlled person. Jesus was this kind of a person, and he set the example for us. “Take my yoke on you and learn from me, because I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls” (Matt. 11:29 NET).  “Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth” (Matt. 5:5 NET). That will be true because all who are not will kill themselves off in power struggles.

We must be patient. Literally it means “long-tempered.” It is the attitude that will never give in when the going gets tough. It sticks with it and reaps the rewards. It is the attitude that never admits defeat in disappointments and discouragement, but persists to the end. It is the attitude that refuses to retaliate, bears insults and injury without bitterness and complaint.

Patience comes over a long time of suffering. I doubt if anyone is patient who has never suffered physically, emotionally or spiritually in life. We learn patience through the things we suffer (Rom. 5:3). God is very patient with us and we need to become like him.

“Bearing with one another in love” is how we respond to the unloving behavior of other Christians toward us. How do we “put up with one another”? What is our typical response when other people do us evil? What is my attitude when I see two Christians having problems in their relationships? What is my attitude toward problems in a church? Do I do as Paul suggests here, “making every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace”? (v. 3 NET)

Paul is saying the Holy Spirit has already given us this unity when we put our faith in Christ. We are not called upon to create this unity, but to “keep the unity.” Pride destroys this unity in the Spirit. Over powering self-assertion destroys vital relationships with other believers. Being short-tempered, rude and non-extending our love to those who act ugly to us destroys all effort at keeping this “unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.” Churches grieve the Holy Spirit just as individuals do (4:30-31). Let’s be determined to “walk in the Spirit” and keep ourselves under his control.Selah!

He is My

I find being in harmony with Jehovah and Jesus second nature.

Now The Holy Spirit is different.

He is my mentor and so many times it is difficult to obey Him.

I love Him and respect Him but sometimes it is so difficult to be obedient to Him .Joseph- Anthony a son of Jehovah

I Never Blame Anyone in My Life.

I never blame anyone in my life. Good people bless me with happiness. Bad people bless me with experience. Worst people bless me with a lesson. And best people bless me with memories.

F-E-A-R has two meanings: ‘Forget Everything And Run’ or ‘Face Everything And Rise.’ The one will enslave you while the other matures you. The choice is yours.

There are always people in my life who treat me wrong. I am grateful to them because they drive me into Jesus’ loving arms and we grow ever closer because of the abusers.

Our most painful experiences blesses us with the most important lessons in life. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Failure is my teacher, not my accuser. I have matured more and learned more in failures than in successes. That is why I am grateful for my failures. Many times failure is a detour, not a dead-end street.

The problem with pity parties is very few people come, and those who do don’t bring presents. It is time to put on the big girl or big boy panties and grow up.

The more I am grateful for what I have, the more I will have to be grateful for.

When I am sincere, praise is effective. When I am insincere, it is manipulative.

The most important persuasion tool I have in my entire arsenal is The Holy Spirit’s guidance and my obedience. Unless I have a heart that is willing and obedient unto The Holy Spirit, I will never realize the maximum potential that lies within me.

The greatest of all mistakes is to not trust and obey The Holy Spirit because I think I can only do a little. He knows my capability better than I do.

I remember that failure is an event, not a person.

Everybody says they want to be free. There is no freedom. You are either a slave to a devil or an obedient child of Jehovah. One curses with constant misery while the other blesses with Divine love. The Holy Spirit is the most influential person I will talk to all day.

People often say motivation doesn’t last. Neither does bathing. That is why it is recommended I go to the best motivator every day. His name is Jesus.

The foundation stones for a successful, meaningful life is prayer, Bible reading, having good Christian mentors and obedience unto The Holy Spirits guidance.

May the Holy Spirit guide you to a successful, meaningful life all the way to Heavens Gate. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Thank you Jehovah Tsidkenu

I will be careful to live a blameless life— when will you come to help me? I will lead a life of integrity in my own home. Psalms 101:2 The Holy Bible, The New Living Testament

Integrity: adherence to moral and ethical principles; soundness of moral character; honesty.

To me home represents the heart.

Every day I pray for the Holy Spirit to help me speak and behave like my idol Jesus Christ in all I say and in all I do.

Society says that righteousness is like shifting sand. It is open to interpretation. What is right for you may not be right for me but I will respect your right to live like that. What an idiotic way to have a disfunctioning society, which is what we see today.

A Christian says they will stand upon the principals that Jehovah teaches us through His Word, the Bible. He brings this enlightenment to us through the mentoring of the Holy Spirit.

Now of course satan and by extension society, will try anything to destroy that with temptations of lust, political correctness, which is satanic, and suffering because we will not surrender our Godliness morals.

We of course have an undefeatable super weapon to help us live a victorious Godly life. His name is the Holy Spirit and He is just a call away when we request our Heavenly Poppa sent Him to help us.

But people who aren’t spiritual can’t receive these truths from God’s Spirit. It all sounds foolish to them and they can’t understand it, for only those who are spiritual can understand what the Spirit means. 1 Corinthians 2:14 The Holy Bible, The New Living Testament

“He said not: “Thou shalt not be tempted: Thou shalt not be travailed:|Thou shalt not be afflicted.”But he said:”Thou shalt not be overcome.”” Julian of Norwich

God’s way is perfect. All the Lord’s promises prove true. He is a shield for all who look to him for protection. Psalm 18:30 The Holy Bible, The New Living Testament

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Tsidkenu (The Lord is Righteousness I Corinthians 1:30 ) for blessing me with sending the Holy Spirit to mentor me to live a righteous life and the strength and perseverance to do so every day. I praise You in the name of the most Righteous of all Jesus Christ. Amen

May you be blessed with plenty of learning opportunities at the feet of the best mentor, The Holy Spirit. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Thank you Jehovah ELOHIM YAKOL

Dear friends, do not believe everyone who claims to speak by the Spirit. You must test them to see if the spirit they have comes from God. For there are many false prophets in the world. 1 John 4:1 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation

How in the deep blue ocean are we going to test a spirit? They are so much smarter than we are.

Here is the two step method. First know your Bible and test them to see if they understand what was written. Ask Jehovah to bless you with a discerning heart so that you know only understand the Bible but what it meant in the culture it was written in, the context of what was being said. Go to Biblegateway.com and study the Bible there. I like using the New Living Translation, the Amplified Bible and the New Life Version. They are written in a way in which is historically and culturally correct. They are easy and simple to understand. Have Crosswalk and Biblestudytools. Com and ibelieve.com (yes fellas this one is a womans devotional but has fantastic articles for everyone not just for women) and of course the good ol Our Daily bread (odb.org) sent to your email and study their articles. Pray to the Lord to send the Holy Spirit to come sit beside you as you read them and explain what is written and how to incorporate that into your life.

The Holy Spirit is the best mentor of all. Joseph a son of Jehovah

The second method is to watch them before you listen to them. See if they walk the walk before you listen to them talk the talk. Again pray for the Holy Spirit to bless you with discernment.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah ELOHIM YAKOL (God, the Most Able 2 Corinthians 9:8 ) for blessing me with the resources and discernment to reveal the wolves that prowl amongst Your flock. When this happens please bless me that those who are being scammed open their minds and hearts to my important warning to them. I thank You and humbly ask this of You to He who revealed the wolves amongst the folks in His time on earth, Jesus Christ. Amen

May you be blessed with peace, joy and Divine wisdom every day. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Thank you Holy Spirit Rabbi

Study this Book of Instruction continually. Meditate on it day and night so you will be sure to obey everything written in it. Only then will you prosper and succeed in all you do. Joshua 1:8 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation

Today, we know the Book of Instruction as the Bible. The Bible is the answer book to all of lifes questions.

It guides you in your relationships. It guides you in your mental, physical and spiritual health. It guides you in your finances.

It guides you in your career.

Ultimately of course, it guides you to Heavens Gate.

Now of course we require a teacher to explain what the lesson of the Bible are and how to incorporate then into our lives. And of course we know that the best Teacher is the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit is the answer man to all of lifes questions. Joseph a son of Jehovah

It took me decades to realize this, accept it and incorporate this into every aspect of my life and my life is so much better now because of it. May you not be as slow a learner as I was.

The beautiful thing about the Bible is that you never stop learning from it. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Thank you Holy Spirit Rabbi (the Holy Spirit our teacher John 14:26 ) for blessing me with You skilful mentoring. It has truly been life changing for the better. Thank you that You never walked away from me when I was a stubborn, difficult student but kept gently, firmly teaching me the Holy precepts of Jehovah. Thank you that You will continue to teach me all the way to Heavens Gate. It is with great admiration I thank you in the name of the greatest Teacher, Jesus Christ. Amen

May you be blessed with abundant joy in your heart filled with love and your life overflowing with laughter every day this year. Joseph a son of Jehovah

So Too Will You Become

But if you remain in me and my words remain in you, you may ask for anything you want, and it will be granted! John 15:7 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation

Do you see the two important parts to this verse?

The first part is to remain in Jehovah. That means to have a continuous loving relationship with Him.

If someone only comes to you when they want something and give nothing in return, why would you even look at them much less grant them their desires. They are nothing more than users and abusers.

The same is true of Jehovah.

Why would He grant you your desires if you have no desire to be in a loving relationship with Him?

The second part is obeying His words.

So if the Bible, His words, tells you not to do something, like participate in homosexuality, and you do why would you expect anything from Him.

If the Bible, His word tells you to do something, like forgive someone who has offended you, why should you expect Him to grant your petition to Him?

Now it is okay to ask for personal requests like healing from a physical ailment but keep centered on the spiritual.

As Jehovah is spiritual so too will you become more spiritual than worldly in your daily life and your prayer requests. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Please Jehovah El-Deah ( God of knowledge.Romans 11:33 ) send the best mentor there is, the Holy Spirit to teach me the proper manner in which to conduct myself as a loving obedient child of Yours. I have a deep desire to draw ever closer with You with each and every breath. I humbly beseech You in the name of Your most precious son who was obedient towards You all the way to the horrifying cross, Jesus Christ. Amen

May Gods sunshine always bless you with brightening your day with His love, joy and peace. Joseph a son of Jehovah
