There has been so many times when I was bullied when a child it left me with little confidence.
The more Jehovah came into every being of my life the less fear there was of others and the more confidence there was in Him.
It did not happen all at once but took many decades of experience with Him. Especially with me, having a strong independent streak in me it was difficult to surrender the situation to Him.
Now, when situations arise where there is a threat from someone there is no fear in this child of His’ heart. There is complete trust that my Big Daddy in Heaven is bigger, stronger and much more resourceful that any that attempt to abuse me.
The more we mature in Jehovah the less fear we will have of others. Joseph a son of Jehovah
Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Gibbor Milchamah (Psalms 24:8 The LORD Mighty In Battle) that when ever someone unfairly attempts to abuse me You have taught me to step back and allow You to handle the situation. The longer we walk with Christ the more we are assured that He will never leave us nor forsake us no matter what the situation.

That is the rock that has been my firm foundation during the most severe hurricanes that has come crashing into my life.
Now, when we see those whose faith is weak we are to share these experiences with them to strengthen and encourage them.
Prayer: Please Holy Spirit Immeku (The Lord Is With You) Judges 6:12 remind me of how You walked with me through oh so many trials and tribulations, sorrows and snares and dangers in the past so that I will have complete confidence in you whenever they come upon me in the future. Because this will cause my heart to sing for joy knowing you are there, you care and you have total control over the situation.

Another way of putting this is to say: Be confident that Jesus has your back, victory is guaranteed. Then, do it.
That does not mean it will be easy but it does mean you will have victory.
Instead of obeying the instruction given by Moses change it to instructions given by the Holy Spirit. After all, He is the original Mr. Know it All because He knows it all. And, because He loves you and cares about you there is no other motive in His instructions than that which is for your own good.

I do not know where I am going but I know where I am going.

To a Christian it does.
Not my will but Thy will be done is a Christian motto in life. As such, I never know where Jehovah is going to lead me or what His plans are for me.And believe me. He has taken me to places I would never have dreamed of going and doing things I would never have thought possible. But, I know He will supply all of my needs along the way. I speak with a lot of experience in this area after faithfully following His leading for over forty year. And, I know where the way ultimately ends: to the Heavenly Home my beloved Poppa has prepared for me.

True Christians admire, adore and worship Christ. As such, they are not haughty nor self righteous. They are humble ( which means we do not put ourselves above nor below others. We are confident in who we are in Christ so we do not need to impress anybody. ), loving, compassionate and respectful.
When folks see this in a selfish self centered world they are drawn to us like bugs to a light. That is how we imitate Christ, which is the only way to attract the little lost sheep to the Great Sheppard flock.

These are the two parts of prayer: understanding and humbleness. In every aspect of prayer the core of it is to be for understanding. Understanding Jehovahs love for us. Understanding the proper manner which is appropriate for us to show our love for Him. Understanding His will in our life. Understanding what must be done to reconcile ourselves unto Jehovah and unto our fellow man. Understanding what must be our part in shining His light of love unto a dark world. Understanding how to protect ourselves from being sucked into that dark world.
The next part is for us to be humble. Humble means we are not to be either arrogant nor to be doormats. We are confident in who we are. Who we are is children of the most High God. As such when we approach Him it is to be done with love and respect.
There is only one time when prayer is appropriate and that is when we have a desire to be in loving communion with our Heavenly Father Jehovah, our best friend Jesus and our wise teacher, the Holy Spirit. You cannot fake it with them so why bother trying? Joseph a son of Jehovah

I have trusted financial advisors and alls I got was an empty pockets as they ripped me off and got most of my money. I trusted doctors when sick and only got sicker. I trusted lovers and friends only to be betrayed and abused.
I have trusted Christ with my life and He has never disappointed me.
No, I do not believe we can ever completely trust Him. We are too weak to do that. But that is okay, as long as we surrender our will to Him, He will expand our trust, obedience, respect and love for Him.

Worry is a thief.
It robs you of your physical health, it robs you of a good nights sleep, to robs you of your mental health, it robs you of your personal relationships.
All for what?
Most times the things I worried over never happened any way. And whether way it is always out of my hands so why waste your time and energy ?
It has taken me a life time to have confidence in Jehovah. Now, I just thank Him for being such a loving Father and have faith in that it is in His capable hands.

When or if He directs me to take action I obey Him because of faith that it will bring success. If He says not to take any action my hand remains still because of faith that if my hand moves it will only bring disaster.

I have changed the words to first person so it sounds as if Jehovah is talking with me. See how it sounds when it is read like He is talking with you personally.
I dwell in the shelter of the Most High Will and remain secure and rest in the shadow of the Almighty [whose power no enemy can withstand]. I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress, My God, in whom I trust [with great confidence, and on whom I rely]!” For He will save me from the trap of the fowler, And from the deadly pestilence. How do you feel now?
Prayer: Thank you Jehovah-‘Immeku (The Lord Is With You) that You are always with me. Even when it seems like everything around me is being ripped apart I have faith in Your Divine providence that even better is awaiting me when You rebuild me. This is something we all need to take heed of today.
She raises her voice in the markets; She calls out at the head of the noisy streets [where large crowds gather]; At the entrance of the city gates she speaks her words:
“How long, O naive ones [you who are easily misled], will you love being simple-minded and undiscerning? How long will scoffers [who ridicule and deride] delight in scoffing, How long will fools [who obstinately mock truth] hate knowledge?
“If you will turn and pay attention to my rebuke, Behold, I [Wisdom] will pour out my spirit on you; I will make my words known to you.

(Unfortunately I have seen too much of this even in today’s society, especially amongst the liberals, homosexuals and so called intellectuals).
“But whoever listens to me (Wisdom) will live securely and in confident trust
And will be at ease, without fear or dread of evil.”
