All in One Word.

Today our world is plagued by rage and depression. It oozes into every cranny of society, rich and poor, man and woman, of every colour and nationality.

Everyone is asking why.

It can all be summed up in one word: unforgiveness.

When we refuse to forgive someone for an offense they have committed upon us it seeps into every aspect of our life. That is why there is so much road rage, why there is so much drug abuse, why there is so much failed marriage, why there is so much in fighting in families.

Why do folks refuse to forgive?

Because, we are greedy.

Instead of leaving justice in Jehovahs capable hands we demand the right for blood by our own.

Unforgiveness is a form of selfishness. We demand our pound of flesh.Joseph a son of Jehovah

The cure for this selfishness can only be found by laying our grievances at the feet of Jesus and trusting Him to deliver true justice in His time and in His way.

Speaking from personal experience, Christs justice is far more terrible than anything we could administer to the unrepentant.

The Lord works out everything to its proper end— even the wicked for a day of disaster. The Lord detests all the proud of heart. Be sure of this: They will not go unpunished. Proverbs 16: 4-5 Holy Bible New Living Translation

In the mean time, we are to pray for the offended to come to repentance for their own good.

If possible stay away from abusive folks and if you have to deal with them do so graciously but firmly. Let them know their attitude and behavior is not welcome nor tolerated. Therefore, the relationship shall remain formal, but, if they repent the door of friendship shall be opened

Prayer: Please Jehovah Elohe Tishuathi (Psalms 18:46&51:14) – GOD of My Salvation bless me to always have a forgiving heart towards others as You do towards me. Please bless me with the wisdom, strength and provision to walk away from habitual  abusers and to pray for them to come unto repentance as well. I humbly request this in the name of He whose blood made forgiveness possible Jesus Christ. Amen

Close To the Brokenhearted.

The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (contrite in heart, truly sorry for their sin). Psalms 34:18 Holy Bible Amplified Version

When you have lost a loved one through death or divorce or because they have left the nest, your heart is crushed and your heart is broken, why not take it to Jesus?

When walking amongst us did not His family divorce itself from Him and did He not experience broken heartedness when one of His loved ones died? Did He not suffer separation from our beloved Father on the cross?

I have lost many loved ones and He was there to comfort me as no one else could or would.

When you lose your job or home why not take it to Jesus?

Did He not experience homelessness? Didn’t he and His disciple sleep in the wilderness where there was bandits, scorpions and many man eating predators?

I have been homeless and living in a tent surrounded by bears. It was taking security that

I went to sleep with no concern of being attacked while sleeping

Did He not lose His job as a carpenters son (He did not go right from being a carpenters son to His ministry.)?

There have been many times when, through no fault of my own, I was released from a company (usually because they went bankrupt) that I believed I would be at for all of my working years. It was He picked me up when I felt like giving up and going out and pounding the pavement and or upgrading my skills and getting another place to work. For those of us over fifty that are considered unhirable why not ask Jesus how you can be blessed with self employment?

When you are crushed and brokenhearted because of illness, didn’t Jesus experience the pain of whipping and beating in His body and the agony of hanging on the cross? I was a sickly boy with very bad asthma and water on the knee. It was only in reading the Bible and talking with my beloved Jesus that a lot of that pain was endured and I felt His presence the closest to me.

So will He not be close to you and heal you spiritually when you experience these things (He may not heal your relationships or get your job or home back or heal your illness but will He not as a loving Savior be close to you and heal your spirit)?

Indeed may these not be viewed as a burden but rather as a blessing?

If You were not there I do not believe I would have lived through oh so many of them. We Need Not Look.

 Woe to him who piles up stolen goods and makes himself wealthy by extortion!Habakkuk 2:6 Holy Bible Amplified Version

We need not look to gangsters or big corporations or big government to see extortion.

Just look at families.

How many ex-wives use the children for extortion with their ex-husbands? “ If you want to see the children you must do this for me first.” Speaking with a lot of divorced men the women quite frequently use extortion on the. If you do not believe me go speak with some divorced men and find out for yourself.

How many children use their grandchildren for extortion with their parents? If you want to see the grandchildren you must first do this for me ( usually it involves the grandparents having to give their children money if they want to see their grandchildren. I saw it numerous times in my own family).

Parents and grandparents in seniors homes have their children and or grandchildren come to visit them only because they want money. If you do not give me money I do not have the time to come and visit you. Doing volunteer work in seniors for a number of years it is quite common to see this.

Jehovah hates these disgusting things and the Law of Reciprocation clearly states that it will come back on you seven times worse than what you did to them.

Doing these horrible things is one of the worst sins you can commit and Jehovah hates you for it.

The boastful and the arrogant will not stand in Your sight; You hate all who do evil. Psalm 5:5 Holy Bible Amplified Version

Prayer: Please Jehovah Abba (God our Father) bless me with wisdom, honesty, integrity and respect for all others as You have been with me. I humbly beseech You in the name of the most honest and integral man to have ever walked the earth Jesus Christ. Amen.

To Suffer Emotional Strain.

Do not fret because of evildoers, nor be envious of the workers of iniquity. Psalm 37:1 New King James Version          

iniquity:       something that is unfair or evil                                                                                                                                envious:    feeling or showing a desire to have what someone else has                                                                                  fret : to cause To Suffer Emotional Strain Mirriam- Webster Dictionary

We who have lived long enough have all experienced fretting because someone is “getting away with it.” Many times it is because we see it on the news.

Why do you get upset?

As a Christian we are to believe God is a God of justice and He will make them pay, if not in this life than in the eternal one.

What is your reward for fretting?

It hurts your relationships and destroys your health (why do you think people have high blood pressure and ulcers?).

I know I did it after watching investigative TV programs.

Looking back there is a realization how futile and stupid this was. It did not change anything. Then a few years later you see it on the news where the perpetrators are caught, put in prison and are living a life of hell or are suffering from some disease that is lowly, painfully leading them to the grave and Hell where they belong.

 

Why in the world would you be envious of someone that is practicing iniquity?

 

You see someone cheating at school and they are getting away with it. No they are not.

 

When they go to get a job and take a test before getting hired the employer discovers they do not know squat and they do not get the job.

Someone is cheating on their spouse and having affairs. They will get sexually transmitted diseases and ruin their marriage. Does that sound like something you want?

The list goes on and on.

Oh for a little while they get away with it but it always catches up with them in the end.

Do not follow them on the pathway that leads to Hell but stay on the course Christ has laid before you which leads to Heaven.

He Put Them on the Shoulders.

He made the ephod of gold, blue, purple, and scarlet thread, and of fine woven linen.  And they beat the gold into thin sheets and cut it into threads, to work it in with the blue, purple, and scarlet thread, and the fine linen, intoartistic designs. They made shoulder straps for it to couple it together; it was coupled together at its two edges. And the intricately woven band of his ephod that was on it was of the same workmanship, woven of gold, blue, purple, and scarlet thread, and of fine woven linen, as the Lord had commanded Moses.   And they set onyx stones, enclosed in settings of gold; they were engraved, as signets are engraved, with the names of the sons of Israel. He put them on the shoulders of the ephod as memorial stones for the sons of Israel, as the Lord had commanded Moses. Exodus 39:2-7 New King James Version                                                                       

The shoulder pads for the high priest was a symbol of our high priest Jesus Christ.

 

The jewels in the shoulder pads were precious jewels.

We are precious jewels to Jesus.

The names of the twelve tribes of Israel were engraved upon the stones. Our names are precious and are engraved upon Jesus’ heart. Just as the priest was to carry these upon his shoulders so too does our precious Priest carry us upon His shoulders like a good Sheppard. When the sheep go astray the good Sheppard carries them back to the flock.

When the load of life is too heavy to carry and you believe it is impossible to continue on one more step, give it all to Jesus. If He was strong enough to carry the cross for you, He is more than strong enough to carry your cares. Joseph- Anthony: Green

Many times in my life it was only when I surrendered it all to Jesus that the troubles slowly were resolved. I believe it was slowly because that allowed me time to digest just what an awesome, loving, caring, strong and wise Savior we have in Jesus. Jesus is not just our Saviour in Gods grace but also in our daily lives.

They are Life.

It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life. John 6:63 New King James Version

When I was planting tree’s for a living at the beginning of the season we would be sitting around a camp fire at the end of the day talking and getting to know each other. Somebody would always ask the question if your parents are divorced raise your hand. Out of about fifty planters I was the only one not to raise my hand.

The next question was if you feel your parents do not love you or care about you raise your hand. Again I was the only one not to raise my hand.

These young people were seeking comfort and satisfaction in drugs, booze and sex. During the course of the season I would spend time alone with them and tell them I loved them while giving them a hug. Rivers of tears would run down their faces as for many of them it was the first time they ever experienced that.

That loving feeling and reassurance I gave them is nothing compared to that which is freely offered by the most loving Father there ever is, was or will be.

Give your life to Jehovah and He will give you an abundant supply of love, and caring in your life.  Joseph- Anthony: Green

There is No Two Ways About It.

 “It has been said, ‘Anyone who divorces his wife must give her a certificate of divorcé.’ But I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, makes her the victim of adultery, and anyone who marries a divorced woman commits adultery. Matthew 5:31-32

 

Some churches teach that if you get divorced for good reason it is okay to get remarried.

 

That is   scripturally wrong.

 

The Bible explicitly says that, that this wrong. There is no two ways about it. It does not matter if it is a man or woman.

 

When you get divorced the only time it is acceptable to remarry is if the other spouse dies (please do not go out and try to kill them just to get remarried because then you commit an even worse sin).

 

So what are you to do now if you have remarried?

 

You will have to ask Jesus about that but for those of you considering remarriage consider the seriousness of what Jesus says you are doing first.

 

Prayer: Please Jesus Pryyand (Jesus my friend) guide those who are considering divorcing to righteous councilors to guide them to make amends and become friends again and to guide those who are considering marriage to councilors to prevent them form making a terrible mistake that will affect them for the rest of their lives.

 

 

I sincerely ask this in the name of the greatest councilor Jesus Christ. Amen.

Why Do They Do It?

 

Because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. Matthew 24:12 New King James Version

 

Why do they do it, why do most people commit crimes?

Is it ultimately because they only care about themselves and do not care about who they hurt in the process?

 

Why do you think there is so much dishonesty in the stock market or cheating at school?

Is it because those who commit such filth only care about themselves?

Why is there drunk driving?

Is it because they do not care who they hurt or kill as long as they get what they want?

Why is the so much divorce?

Is it because they care more about getting what they want rather than working together as a family?

 

Why is there so much fighting in families and at work?

Is it because we only care about how we feel and want instead of taking steps for reconciliation?

 

Prayer: Please Jehovah KalEl (voice of God) always speak to me and guide me to obey Your Law of do unto others as I would like them to do unto me and not to do unto others as I would not like them to do unto me. I humbly request this in the name of Your most obedient law keeper Jesus Christ. Amen.
