To My Dear Cherished

In the morning, O Lord, I will direct my song and my prayer unto You and will look up. (Psalm 5:3)

To My dear cherished Poppa : Good morning Poppa This is the day that You have made and I rejoice and be glad for the gift of it.

With gratitude, I thank You for preserving my life for one more day.

With gratitude, I thank you for Your ultimate gift of love for me, in the form of Your Son and the sacrifice of His life on my behalf. Because of this overwhelming gift that I often cannot comprehend, I humbly submit to You.

I know Lord, that I am a mere human and cannot instruct You, but you Lord bless me with The Holy Spirit to instruct me.

So teach me Your ways that I may rely on Your steadfast faithfulness. Teach me to number my days and to use my time wisely. I don’t know what this day holds, but I know that You hold the day.

It was you that laid the foundations of the Earth and therefore understands every part of it. I know that you keep the sun in the sky, the stars in place, and have created this Earth for me to inhabit and enjoy.

Throughout this day, may I be always be keenly aware of Your presence in everything I do – as I commute to work, drop children off at school, keep house and speak with my neighbors.

May my life be a living example and may others see Christ in me.

There are many that are hurting in this world – may I be a salve to someone today Lord, in a way that I can’t even imagine.

May my words be seasoned with salt and minister grace to all that hear.

May my actions be aligned with your Word.

I pray for wisdom that is peaceable, gentle, and approachable, with lots of mercy and fairness. You said an unlimited supply of wisdom is available to me if I simply ask, I so humbly request for wisdom to know how to deal with the many people and situations that will cross my path.

I pray for protection throughout this day; protect from harm and evil; go before me, to the left and right of me and behind me. Guide my steps so that I walk worthy of Your calling throughout this day. May I always be sensitive to Your promptings – whether it shows up as a gentle tug or a strong conviction. I pray for reconciliation in families, in nations and to You.

I pray that all may come to know you and be reconciled back to You.

Poppa, you know my faults and my flaws, please forgive me for being unkind with my words and my thoughts; forgive me for being self-serving; forgive me for holding on to old wounds instead of giving them to You.

Please forgive me, Poppa. When I am overwhelmed, confused, unsure, and restless, help me run to Your Word, The Holy Bible.

May your Word come alive to me so that it is a living guide in every situation I encounter this day.

Help me, Poppa, to remember the promises of your Word and bring the right passage to my remembrance for the situation I encounter. I acknowledge Poppa that I need to spend more time with You reading and praying so that I am prepared for whatever the day brings. Poppa I know that your Word is indeed a light unto my feet and a light unto the path You have chosen for me to walk this day .

Please remove fear and anxiety. from my heart and mind . As believers You have not given me a spirit of fear, but of love power and a sound mind. So when I are fearful, please remind me of Your love for me and use that love as the impetus to love others and see situations differently; may I tap into the power that you have given me, for I am never alone because You have not left me comfortless.

May Your wisdom be the underpinnings for my sound mind.

May I remember that I do not have to be anxious and when I am tempted to be anxious or worrisome, may I verbalize my concerns to you and then leave them there as You taught me to do. Worry does me no good and limits me, and You do more with my worry than I ever could. So please help me to turn all of my anxious thoughts and nerve-wracking situations over to You; to truly do that and trust that You are working. That You are working all things together for my good because You love me; that You are working in ways that I cannot comprehend because Your ways always supersede mine. And that in this working You are molding me continually into masterpieces fit for Your use.

Thank You for increasing my faith and capacity to love You by being loving towards others just as You are loving towards me.

As a child of yours Lord, I know that I am Your masterpiece though sometimes I feel so far from it. Please help me to remember my worth in You when I’m faced with challenging situations.

When I feel depressed, help me to remember that I am fearfully and wonderfully made in Your image , a replica of You and that You loved me so much You thought that I was worth dying for.

I do not know anyone that would die for me, but Your beautiful Son, my best friend did, and I’m eternally grateful and humbled for His supreme gift of love towards me.

For the unseen, Poppa, I thank you. You are beyond understanding, You are abundant, you are mine, and I am Yours. I totally and completely submit everything in my life to You today,

I humbly request this in the name of He who humbly went to the cross for me, Jesus Christ. Amen.

May your heart, mind and feet walk hand in hand with Christ this day. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Are You Ready For ?

LOVING TO EACH OTHER

Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love.” Ephesians 4:2 New International Version

How do you behave towards others?

How do you treat your neighbors, friends, family, classmates, co-workers, and people on the bus or anywhere we travel throughout our day?

When we conduct ourselves in a humble, gentle manner our lives will be much less stressful and we find ourselves a lot more happier.

Let’s dissect each of these words and then perhaps and then you may see how to incorporate them into your daily living.

Humble: not proud or haughty : not arrogant or assertive

Do you walk around with a chip on your shoulder?

Do you look down on people who are poorer than you, come from a different country and culture?

Do you believe you are better than anyone else?

Are you ready for what comes around?

Gentle: free from harshness, sternness, or violence

Do you speak cruel spiteful words to others to get your jollies watching them in their hurt feelings?

Be careful, if this behavior leads to some else to commit suicide in Gods eyes you are just as guilty of murder as if you put a bullet in their head.

Are you too stern with your wives, husbands, children or subordinates?

Are you a bully?

Read about those who speak cruel words, the same applies to you.

Patient: bearing pains or trials calmly or without complaint, not hasty or impetuous ,steadfast despite opposition, difficulty, or adversity

Do you have patience waiting in the grocery line, or when dealing with anothers short comings or difficulty in understanding?

Do you stand beside a family member, friend, classmate or co-worker when dealing with difficult situations? Do you bear with another when they unintentionally do or say annoying things?

All of the above definitions come from Webster’s dictionary. The comments are my own.

Why not make a list of how you can improve yourselves with this helpful little guide. Then start working on improving yourselves one at a time.

As an added bonus you will find yourselves much less stressed and happier.

Oh and as another added bonus remember this: What goes around comes around. So how you behave towards others will be done back to you.

How do you want people to treat you?

“Welcome with open arms fellow believers who don’t see things the way you do. And don’t jump all over them every time they do or say something you don’t agree with—even when it seems that they are strong on opinions but weak in the faith department. Remember, they have their own history to deal with. Treat them gently” (Romans 14:1 The Message Bible).

In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven.” Matthew 5:16 The Holy Bible, The Living Translation

Be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous: not rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing: but contrariwise blessing.” 1 Peter 3:8,9 The Holy Bible, The King James Version

“Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up” (James 4:10 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation).

We must learn to live together as brothers or perish together as fools. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Prayer: Jehovah Hosanna ( God our maker) make my every heart beat with a deep longing desire to always walk righteously in Your divine eyes and be open to expanding my ability to become more Christ like every day. In the name of our loving King Jesus Christ we pray. Amen.

May Gods sunshine always bless you with brightening your day with His love, joy and peace. Joseph a son of Jehovah

A Heavy Load is Lifted

Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.1 Peter 5:7 Holy Bible New Living Translation

Why carry a load you are not intended to carry?

Jehovah is our loving Father. He cares about us and is always there to talk with like the closest companion we could ever be blessed to have (because He is).

When I have worries Jehovah always answers in two manners.

One: He will guide be to Bible Verses (Not just one, sometimes He will guide me to verse after verse for over an hour. Each one affirming His care for me and the action that must be taken to alleviate the concern. Sometimes the action must be taken independently, sometimes it must be taken as team work with the Holy Spirit, sometimes Jehovah just says to be patient, everything is in His capable hands. Every time what He says comes to fruition).

Two:Sometimes it is verse after verse how He loves me and cares for me. He will never desert me nor leave me. This brings great comfort and reassurance.

When we cast our cares upon the strong shoulders of Christ a heavy load is lifted from our minds, spirits and bodies and replaced with peace of mind. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Mephalti (The Lord my Deliverer) for consistently delivering me from all of my worries, problems and heartaches with Your strong, loving, gentle hand. I love the numerous ways in which You accomplish this. It fills me with awe, wonder, respect, love and admiration. I praise You in the name of my most loving best friend in who I always confide in Jesus Christ. Amen.

May love be in your life, may hope be in your heart and may peace be in your every day walk with Christ.

It Helps to Remember

VOICE OF GOD

When the friendship and counsel of God were over my tent. Job 29:4 The Holy Bible Amplified Version

When trouble comes where ya gonna go?

For me it is either in my sanctuary (a winterized tent or in Gods Cathedral (nature) which His Divine Word (the Bible).

It is in these quiet places that I pour my heart out to my beloved big daddy. He patiently listens and then either speaks directly to me in a soft reassuring gentle voice or we have a little Bible study. I cherish both.

It is advisable to bring along a recording device to record what has been said by His immaculate wise voice to be contemplated upon later so that His advice can be more deeply digested and then put into action.

These two places are perfect because it is in the quiet places that we can hear His voice all the more clearer and we can talk all the more intimate with Him.

“On days when life is difficult and I feel overwhelmed, as I do fairly often, it helps to remember in my prayers that all God requires of me is to trust Him and be His friend. I find I can do that.” — Bruce Larson

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Shammah ( The Lord is Present) for always being present and available when I so desperately need to talk with You, my closest confident. Thank you that Your gentle words remind me to always trust You completely because You have everything under control. I praise You in the name of He who had everything under control while with His disciples no matter how much the storm raged Jesus Christ. Amen

Whatever is beautiful, whatever is meaningful, whatever brings you joy, may you be blessed with an abundance of it this every day this year.

I Use Both

complete deditacation

“I am with you always [remaining with you perpetually—regardless of circumstance, and on every occasion], even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:20 The Holy Bible Amplified Version

I use both as a light unto my closest friend. His name is Jesus.

I use both the good times and the bad ones as a light unto Christ.

The hard times shine the light of how He held my hand through the darkest clouds of sorrow and the difficultest of times. How He gently heals me of both big and small wounds. How He is strong yet gentle. How His love and strength was what got me through them. We are not to whine about them but rather to rejoice in them for it shows His providential care.

I use the good times to show His marvelous generosity to those He loves. How even the littlest of blessing shows His magnitude of love for me. Folks need to hear both. It makes Him real to them and some eager to join His Holy family.

“We are too prone to engrave our trials in marble and write our blessings in sand.” C.H. Spurgeon

Prayer: Please Jehovah Kal El (voice of God) bless me with ample opportunities to give testimony of Your amazing blessings and how the best ones were how You walked through my many trials and tribulations with me . Allow me to speak of the wonderful loving blessings You have generously given me in my life time. I ask this in the name of the most beautiful blessing You have shared with me Jesus Christ. Amen.

The gift of love, the gift of joy, the gift of peace, these are the greatest gifts that can be given. They are given in abundance to all those in Christs family by our Heavenly loving  Father. May you be blessed with plentiful opportunities to share these with those around you today.

True Christian Love Must Be

CHRIST FIRST, OTHERS SECOND

The one who does not love has not become acquainted with God [does not and never did know Him], for God is love. [He is the originator of love, and it is an enduring attribute of His nature.] 1 John 4:8 The Holy Bible, Amplified Version

True Christian love must be . . .

Blended with all our habits. A habit is formed by repetition of actions over time until they become as natural to us as breathing. Therefore we need the Holy Spirit to guide us in our daily actions to habitually exhibit Christ’s love towards others at every opportune time that comes our way.

Diffused through all our conduct. Our conduct will be a spiritual by product of our habits.

Forming our character. Our character is formed by the the Divine will and attributes of Christ who has shown us what Holy character is by His actions.

It is His morals which is formed in or hearts , minds and actions not the perverted vile worldly ones. His is to be supreme in every action we partake every moment of every day. We can only succeed in this arduous undertaking through the power and guidance of the Holy Spirit to which we must constantly submit to whether it is delightful or difficult. Breathing in our desires.

Christian desire is for the the glorifying of Christ and the betterment of those around us with the ultimate goal of leading them into Jehovahs Holy family.

Speaking in our words. Loves words are encouraging, healing, teaching and comforting. The only way we can attain this is by constantly requesting the Holy Spirit guide our words and obeying His direction of speech in each individual circumstance.

Beaming in our eyes. Christian love must have gentle love in our eyes not earthly lusts nor hatred of prejudice towards others Love is the most difficult action we undertake every day.

Yet, it is also Divine in its nature and Heavenly in its rewards. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Please Jehovah Heseh (God is love) please bless me with an abundance of Divine love to bountifully share with others so as to emulate You. May this love direct them unto the greatest love, You which is one of the greatest gifts You may bless me with. I humbly beseech Thee in the name of He whose infinite love for me took Him all the way to the cross Jesus Christ. Amen

May the gentle assurance of Jesus’ sweet love encompass you today and every day. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Tutorship from Above

VOICE OF GOD

But the wisdom from above is first pure [morally and spiritually undefiled], then peace-loving [courteous, considerate], gentle, reasonable [and willing to listen], full of compassion and good fruits. It is unwavering, without [self-righteous] hypocrisy [and self-serving guile]. James 3:17 The Holy Bible Amplified Version

We Christians are all teachers to the dark world.

We do not have to attend some university to become Christs teachers. We have to sit at the masters feet and listen to Him.

First He must teach us to be moral because without this we are no different than those stumbling to Hell in the darkness.

Then we must learn to be spiritually in harmony with our Beloved wise Teachers.

After that we must learn to be courteous (do not shove Christ down anyone’s throat. If they reject Him we must accept that.)

We need to consider where they are in life without putting ourselves above them (one way some do this is by pitying others while feeling superior to them ).

We must be patient and gentle with them (while being firm when necessary, do not allow anyone to walk all over you. Jesus never did so why should you?).

It is necessary to be reasonable with others while being uncompromising in Christs teachings.

Sometimes they are not mature enough to understand what we are trying to teach them. Sometimes there is a cultural difference.

We must be compassionate with others because we all have our battle scars and battles we are enduring at the present. That does not mean we are to be a crutch for them but rather be someone they can pour out their hurt and anger to as we share the healing power of Christ with them.

This is not a week or month long endevour but one that will mean years of commitment towards them. It takes years for some fruit to be produced while at other time it only can take maybe a month.

I have heard many so called intellectually superiors discuss matters that leaves me looking at them and wondering what planet they are from. They are usually very arrogant and love to pump their egos up. They are some of the most pitiful creature ever encountered.

To receive Heavens tutorship from above you have to keep both feet planted firmly on the rock of Christ. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Praise You Jehovah Rabbi (God our Teacher) for being such a patient Teacher with this difficult student. Please bless me to reciprocate with those eager to learn about You as I reveal You to them.

Thank you for the never ending tutorship as You mold me to emulate the greatest teacher to ever bless this world, Your supreme astute Teacher Jesus Christ. I exalt The in the name of the greatest Teacher Jesus Christ. Amen

May Gods sunshine always bless you with brightening your day with His love, joy and peace. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Then I am Strong.

So I am well pleased with weaknesses, with insults, with distresses, with persecutions, and with difficulties, for the sake of Christ; for when I am weak [in human strength], then I am strong [truly able, truly powerful, truly drawing from God’s strength]. 2 Corinthians 12:10 Holy Bible Amplified Version

The world says: depend upon self, just try hard enough and you will succeed. That is a foolish fantasy. Sometimes you will succeed in the task but lose out on the reward of doing it in harmony with Jehovah. The other problem is you are doing what you want and not what Jehovah has made you to do. The fruition of this is unfulfillment in your endevour.

Christians, although we do not enjoy them, should be grateful for our weaknesses. Because, it is in our weaknesses that Christ is strong. The benefit of this is an ever closer relationship with Jehovah, Jesus and the Holy Spirit.

Depend upon self, wait for the fall. Depend upon Christ, be assured of the victory. Joseph a son of Jehovah.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Chatsahi (The Lord is my Strength) for supporting me in Your strong yet gentle arms when I am weak, when distress envelopes me, when I am wrongly persecuted and when sorrow and pain encompass my every being. I appreciate, love and adore You for these amazing attributes in the name of my strongest best friend Jesus Christ. Amen

May Gods sunshine always bless you with brightening your day with His love, joy and peace. Joseph a son of Jehovah

The Most Beautiful Song

Have you ever heard the most beautiful song?

When you are afraid Jehovah Ma’oz – Lord is my Fortress softly sings loving words of protection in His secure fortress in a song just for you to bless your heart with peace. It is the most beautiful song you need to hear at that time.

When you feel weak and cannot carry on Jehovah Chatsahi (The Lord is my Strength) sings a special song just for you to strengthen you. It is the most beautiful song you need to hear at that time.

When it seems as if everybody has deserted you and you feel all alone He is Jehovah Emunah (God is faithful to me). He is your faithful best friend that will never leave you. He is Jehovah Pryyand- God is my best friend. He is Jehovah Heseh (God always loves me). His is a Divine love that will always be with you. He sings a joyous song to have you as His special friend. It is the most beautiful song you need to hear at that time.

When your heart is filled with worries and sadness He is Jehovah-Shalom (The Lord blesses me with Peace). He sings you a song to fill your heart with His beautiful divine peace. It is the most beautiful song you need to hear at that time. “The Lord your God is with you, He is mighty to save. He takes great delight in you, He quiets you with His love, He rejoices over you with singing.” Zephaniah 3:17

“It is God to whom and with whom we travel, and while He is there at the End of our journey, He is also at every stopping place.”  Elisabeth Elliot

So, God likes to sing too! He even likes to share his lullabies with you whom He loves. He gently rocks you in is His strong gentle loving arms as He quiets you, His child, with His affectionate loving care while singing you soothing lullabies.

Prayer: Thank you my most cherished loving Father in Heaven Jehovah-Shammah ( The Lord is Present) for always being present in every moment of my life. I exalt Thee my Divine love in the name of He whose love for me took Him all the way to the cross Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the gentle assurance of Jesus’ sweet love encompass you today and every day.

I would like to close with this: Jesus loves me this I know, for the He always tells me so. Young and old, man and woman, we are all so precious in His sight. Yes, Jesus loves me, Yes Jesus cares. Yes Jesus loves me, I know, because He tells me so. Thank you Jesus.

Grace is When

Growing in grace they will still thrive and bear fruit and prosper in old age. Psalm 92:14 Holy Bible Amplified Version

Grace is not something we are born with. When someone does us wrong the natural inclination is to seek revenge.

It is only when we surrender all to Christ that He will send the Holy Spirit to burn that wicked trait out of you to be replaced by a heart of grace.

Now just as when you plant seeds today you do not harvest them tomorrow neither are you blessed with unlimited grace from the beginning. It take time to mature just like flowers.

For me, when someone crossed me I was very vengeful and cruel in getting my pound of flesh. It took an experience where the Lord told me to stand there and take the abuse without retribution. That was hard but through the power of the Holy Spirit successful.

It has taken me another eleven years and I am still working on it.

The Holy Spirit has brought me a long way since then and there is still a ways to go.

Oh, and by the way, do not think the wicked ones escaped punishment. Jehovah brought me to a place and told me to stand and watch.

I witnessed His justice and it was far more severe than anything I could have done.

There was no joy in my heart at seeing His justice handed out but fear. Fear, because, of what would happen to me if I angered the Lord.

Now sometimes we have to understand the others situation.

So perhaps a woman was abused by her dad and or brothers and she is cold towards you at school or work. You do not know why unless you are patient, gentle and loving with her or find a Christian woman to talk with her. Maybe it is a cultural thing or maybe there is problems in the others life. We need to be patient and with prayer ask Jehovah to open our eyes to the others situation and the proper course to take.

“Grace is when somebody hurts you and you try to understand their situation instead of trying to hurt them back.” Unknown

Prayer: Please my Beloved Heavenly father Jehovah Heseh (God is love) bless me to always emulate You and expand a loving heart in my life so as to bring the lost unto You and so as to please You. I sincerely request this in the name of the most loving best friend who has shown me His love all the way to the cross Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the gentle assurance of Jesus’ sweet love encompass you today and every day.
