Believe It or Not There Are

If we claim we have no sin, we are only fooling ourselves and not living in the truth. 1 John 1:8 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation

Believe it or not there are folks that live as if they believe they are sinless.

Whenever the do something wrong they quickly make up excuses for why A: that it not what really happened,

B: it was not their fault or

C: it is okay because everyone else is doing it.

Trying to convince them of their wrong doing is exhaustive.

I have found the best last response to these lies is :

“You may lie to me and if you repeat the lie enough, even convince yourself, but you cannot con Jesus.” Joseph a son of Jehovah

and then walk away.

It shocks even the so called “unbelievers”.

Many times we commit sins without even knowing it. That is why we need to be sensitive to the Holy Spirits guidance and quickly repent of the sin before its roots grow too deep. Then, it is a real battle to conquer them. With the help of the Holy Spirit this can be accomplished.

Pull out your sins when they first occur to prevent them from taking root unless you want a real battle on your hands. Joseph a son of Jehovah

The beautiful thing is though, that when we repent ( which means we are to admit what we did, admit it was wrong, ask for forgiveness, stop committing the sin and make restitution for the offence committed- so if we sold something from someone we are to give it back), Jehovah is quick to forgive us.

But if we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness. 1 John 1:9 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation

Prayer: Please Jehovah Mekaddishkem (Exodus 31:13 The LORD that Sanctifies Me) bless me with the Holy Spirits help to convict me when I grieve You and the help me repent so as to remain a child of Your with whom You are well pleased. I sincerely request this in the name of He whose blood brought me redemption Jesus Christ. Amen

May the gentle assurance of Jesus’ sweet love encompass you today and every day. Joseph a son of Jehovah

He is No Pushover.

USE DISCRECION

I am giving you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, so you too are to love one another. John 13:34 The Holy Bible, Amplified Version

Here is where the liberal Christians get it all wrong. They spew out lies that Jesus loved everyone with no conditions but that is a lie.

Jesus did not behave too lovingly towards the buyers and sellers at the temple did He?

He did not sound too loving when He told the scribes and pharisees that they murdered the prophets and then built statutes to worship them did He?

He did not sound too loving when He called the scribes and pharisees snakes and scorpions did He?

Yes we are to love others as Jesus loved us and part of that is calling out filthy behavior, sometimes quite sternly, when required. We are not to tolerate filthy behavior in our churches nor in our private friendships and are to drive out the wicked, unrepentant ones form this community to protect the weaker members from being led astray by them. Yes we are to walk away from those who reject Christ and shake the dust of them from our feet.

Jesus is love but He is no pushover nor a marshmallow. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Please Jehovah Hashopet (The Lord is the supreme Judge) always bless me to walk in righteousness so that I will not suffer Your terrifying punishment on the Day of Judgement and guide me to guide others away from their wicked ways and unto Your righteous ways. I meekly request this in the name of the Supreme Judge Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the gentle assurance of Jesus’ sweet love encompass you today and every day. Joseph a son of Jehovah

So Too It Is With Us.

PURPOSE OF GOD

For you, God, tested us; you refined us like silver Psalm 66:10 New International Version

I once wrote an article about how Jehovah must remove the dross from us before He can use us. When silver or gold is put in the furnace the dross is the junk that is removed to make the silver or gold pure.

So Too It Is With Us.

Take away the dross from silver, And it will go to the silversmith for jewelry. Proverbs 25:4 New King James Version

It is in our afflictions that Jehovah removes the dross from our lives.

The dross is destructive habits like stubbornness, independence, spitefulness, an unforgiving heart or an unrepentant heart and arrogance”

For me it was a two year ordeal that was the most trying and excruciating time of my life.

Even though I thought He had deserted me upon reflection I see He was walking right there with me through it. When the process was completed I thanked the Lord and thank Him every morning for being such a wonderful refiner of my spirit.

Then He began to use me in wonderful ways which also blessed me with a deeper understanding, respect and love for Him.

The refiner is never very far from the mouth of the furnace when His gold is in the fire.” — Charles H. Spurgeon

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Artificis (God our master creator) for blessing me with being the most skilled craftsman there ever was, is and will be in burning off the destructive dross and refining me into an obedient child for You to use in Your divine plans. I praise you in the name of the one is the best at creating useful servants Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus sweet love bless you today and every day

It Was Not a Time Delay

But because of your stubbornness and your unrepentant heart, you are storing up wrath against yourself for the day of God’s wrath, when his righteous judgment will be revealed. God “will repay each person according to what they have done.” Romans 2:5-6 New International Version

COMES BACK

There was a boy who was abused terribly by his parents. When he became a young man he moved to a city. There the Lord moved him to do volunteer work in a seniors home. There he saw many seniors whose children hardly ever came to visit them, they were very lonely and sad. The young man politely rebuked the children when he saw them. They, in turn sternly rebuked him and informed him their parents were very abusive and unrepentant. Therefore, there was very bad feelings between them. The young man tried to talk with the seniors but they were cold hearted and hard hearted.

Didn’t they, because of their unrepentant hearts, get what they deserved?

The man has repeatedly attempted with no success to get his parents to reconcile and repent. They too have been cold hearted and unrepentant. Now a few decades later, the mans parents are seniors in a seniors home feeling sorry for themselves and some nurses try to get the man to visit his parents. Now it is his turn to gracefully inform the nurses of the family situation. Reflecting back, the man see’s Gods justice works on His time not ours. It was a not a time delay, it was on Gods time.

It is sad to see but it is also just.

These are the things God has revealed to us by his Spirit. The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God. 1 Corinthians 2:10 New International Version.

My question to you is this: is there are relationship in which you need to reconcile but are too proud to?

If so, are you looking forward to experiencing the same rewards of those mentioned (because that is exactly what will happen to you)?

Prayer: Please Jehovah Ropheka (God our healer) please bless me with the wisdom, grace and meekness to reconcile with ___________  (write in the name of someone you have done wrong to and have refused to apologize to or of someone who has done you wrong that you refuse to forgive). Please bless us with Your healing love in this relationship because I know that just as through Your son You have healed our relationship so too do You desire for my earthly relationship to be healed.  I ask this in the name of He whose sacrifice on the cross healed our sacrifice Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.
