You Are Not Called to be a Hand Sitter.

COMPLETE DEDITACATION

For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. Ephesians 2:10 New International Version

Too many Christians are mistakenly under the assumption that once they have accepted Christ as their Savior all they have to do is wait for the angels to take them to Heaven.

Nothing is further from the truth.

Jehovah, just like many parents, has daily chores for us to do. They may be small or they may be big, but He has work for us to do in His kingdom.

To refuse to be obedient is rude, lazy and disobedient to our loving Father.

Every morning say a prayer that the Holy Spirit opens your eyes to the work our Father has prepared for you that day and you will be surprised at what happens.

Yes we are Jehovah’s children but we are also Christ’s servants.

A servant does not sit around and not serve their master do they?

Then if Christ is our King does it not stand to reason that a King has work for His servants to do?

It will be difficult to begin but the more you are open and obedient to the calling of your king the easier it is and much more rewarding in your life.

Not my will be done but Thy will be done is to be the national anthem of a Christians daily prayer. Joseph- Anthony: Green.

Prayer: Please Jehovah KalEl (voice of God) open my mind and spirit to be an obedient child and do the chores You have prepared for me to do this day. I humbly ask this in the name of He who always did His Fathers work as he walked amongst us Jesus Christ. Amen

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.

The Little Has Big

For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. Ephesians 2:8-10 New King James Version

praying in chinese church

The repetition of small efforts will accomplish more than the occasional use if great talents. Charles Spurgeon

Praying does not require much skill but accomplishes a lot. I have experienced a lot of it.

I prayed for a precious sister to be blessed with fellowship and joining a bible study group. She wanted to say farewell to some friends. At the meeting she met another old friend who invited her to join her Bible study group. Two birds with one stone.

I prayed for a friend of a friends husband to recover from a serious illness. After three days he had completely recovered.

A small effort to do one kind act a day can produce huge affects on Christian and non-Christians alike. Joseph- Anthony: Green

When I was a teacher in China, many times my students would see me do small acts of kindness. They would ask my why I did these things. I informed them I was a Christian and that opened the door for me to share Jesus with them and some of them ultimately became Christians.

The little things we do in our daily lives can and do have big affects. Joseph-Anthony: Green

Prayer: Please Jehovah Jireh (God our provider) bless me today and every day with the wisdom, grace and opportunities to serve You today and every day. I humbly ask this in the name of He who served You by constantly serving others while walking amongst us Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.
