Be sure of this

This is the best revenge you do not want to see.

Speaking from personal experience, yes I have desired revenge upon more than a few folks in my time.

Many times I got it on my own until the Lord convicted me that is a strong no, no for a Christian. We are to trust that Jehovah is a God of Justice and He will give vengeance in His way, in His time. Every time.

He has allowed me to witness His vengeance it has brought about the same three reactions.

One: a feeling of terror. Terror that that could be me one day because we all offend Jehovah because we are all sinners.

Repent or face the consequences. There is no plea bargaining or parole with Christ. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Two: a feeling of overwhelming joy that the blood of my Saviour along with my repentance (unrepentant sin is forgiven sin Joseph a son of Jehovah) exonerates me from receiving what the Law says (Jehovahs court, not mans) will be my punishment.

Three: Deep heart cutting agony at seeing the wicked suffer because of receiving Divine punishment.

You cannot love and rejoice at seeing Jehovahs justice. Joseph a son of Jehovah

And, if you think it causes agony for us to witness it, imagine how it makes Jehovah feel. 

Prayer: Thank you Jesus Hashopet (Judges 11:27) The LORD the Judge for the amazing blessing of forgiveness when I sincerely repent. Thank you that there is inescapable justice for the wicked when they refuse to repent. I extol You in Your fair name. Amen

Eternity Offers Only Two.

It is so confusing.

That is what I used to say about life. There are so many options and so many voices. Which one do I listen to? This one says this and that one says that (I find that particularly true in health care). It makes the head spin.

After accepting Christ as my Savior He slowly showed me that to do so also makes Him my King and me His free will servant. Many of the things He instructed me to do were difficult. But that was to teach me to depend upon Him for guidance and strength. Many things seemed crazy, that was to teach me to trust Him implicitly in my life. Through the course of these decades long lessons He was slowly teaching me the most important lesson of all though: That is to continuously grow deeper in a loving relationship with Him. The ultimate goal will be to share eternity with the one I love and worship the most.

In the world there is so much confusion because they listen to the flawed doctrines of others instead of listening to and obeying the pure wisdom that only comes from the Holy Spirit. This is the rough trial to Heaven, all others only lead to eternal misery in Hell.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Tsidkenu (The Lord is Righteousness) for blessing me with being a guiding light in my life in this dark confusing world. I exalt You in the name of He who is the light of the world Jesus Christ. AMEN

Lived Out in Me.

 The apostles said to the Lord, “Increase our faith [our ability to confidently trust in God and in His power].”Luke 17:5 The Holy Bible Amplified Version

There is a reason we need to humbly request the Lord to increase our faith.

The number one reason is because as we increase our faith (which means trust) in our Beloved we get to know Him ,love Him and worship Him more and more thereby getting ever closer to Him.

The number two reason is that when our faith increases so too does our confidence in the Lord whenever satan comes a knocking. Having confidence in the Lord terrifies satan and his minions. Number three is because when others observe our faith it is a great witness to the power of Christ. This is a powerful witnessing tool.

Show me the way, Lord, let my light shine As an example of good to mankind; Help them to see the patterns of Thee, Shining in beauty, lived out in me. —Neuer

Mind you, we cannot increase our faith without suffering but in the aftermath of our sufferings we are every deeper in gratitude for Jehovahs loving providence. This brings us closer to Him not just on special occasion but in beautiful daily communion with Him. What a blessing that is.

“God delights to increase the faith of his children. We ought, instead of wanting no trials before victory, no exercise for patience, to be willing to take them from God’s hands as a means. Trials, obstacles, difficulties, and sometimes defeats, are the very food of faith.” — George Müller

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Emunah (God is faithful) for being faithful unto this loving child of Yours that You have delivered the right amount of trials and tribulations, sorrows and pain to bring me ever closer to You in faith, understanding and love. I exalt You in the name of He who suffered these in extremes all the to and including the cross for me Jesus Christ. Amen.

Christ blesses us with love, peace and joy. May you be blessed with many opportunities to share these with others today.

Do Nothing From

 Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit [through factional motives, or strife], but with [an attitude of] humility [being neither arrogant nor self-righteous], regard others as more important than yourselves.  Do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interests of others. When you do something for selfish desires you always do so at the expense of others. Beware, the Bible warns that it will come back on you seven times, seven times worse than the hurt you have caused others. I have seen it numerous times through out my life and it not pleasant to see and even more unpleasant to endure.

To be conceited means to have a over importance of yourself above others. When you look down on others beware the Bible warns that it will come back on you seven times, seven times worse .I have seen many haughty ones brought down much lower than the ones they were looking down on. It is extremely humiliating.

To be factional means to do something that is in your self interest. This usually is done at the expense of others. Again, those that practice this evil has it come back on them seven times, seven times worse as the Bible warns. To be strifeful means to enjoy causing fights. I have witnessed many wicked one practice this wickedness with demonic glee as they stir up contention all the while acting sweet and innocent. Beware, the Bible warns that it will come back on you seven times, seven times worse than the hurt you have caused others. I have seen it numerous times through out my life and it not pleasant to see and even more unpleasant to endure.

These disgusting creatures that gleefully practice these malicious end up being miserable creatures that suffer terribly for their wicked deeds far more that they ever gain from them.

The crops you plant today you will eat tomorrow, so, make sure you plant sweet crops because they will taste better at meal time. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Please Holy Spirit guide my thoughts, words and deeds to always serve my Beloved Jesus Helech ‘Olam (The Lord our King Forever). When the flesh invades my mind and there wells up a foolish desire to satisfy its allure please enlighten me to its calling and bless me with the wisdom and strength to resist its destructive force. All Humanity Shall See It

 

“And the glory and majesty and splendor of the Lord will be revealed,
And all humanity shall see it together; For the mouth of the Lord has spoken it.” Isaiah 40:5 The Holy Bible Amplified Version

The best place to witness Jehovahs glory is in nature.

To watch a sunrise or sunset by a lake or the ocean you witness His majestic glory.

To lay under the stars (especially in the desert) you witness His awesomeness. To sit in nature and listen to the beautiful symphony of the birds is to witness His joy.

To sit by gentle rapids you witness His peace.

To watch a lightning storm you witness His power.

To experience an earthquake or to experience a typhoon on a ship you witness His incredible strength.

To be surrounded by the Northern Lights you witness His fantastic elegance.

When you are experiencing these events you are enraptured by His infinite love, which is the best witness of all.

Prayer: All praise and glory unto You oh awesome Jehovah-Bara (The Lord Creator) for revealing Your majesty through the wonders of Your creation unto this adoring child of Yours. It is magnificent when we commune together in Your amazing creation. I exalt You in the name of He who I treasure spending time walking and talking with in Your astounding creation Jesus Christ. It is Not Pleasant When

                                                       

Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit, He takes away; and every branch that continues to bear fruit, He [repeatedly] prunes, so that it will bear more fruit[even richer and finer fruit]. John 15:2 The Holy Bible Amplified Version

Do you notice it says “repeatedly”.

I believe this in reference to bad habits that are a part of our disposition.

It is not pleasant when the pruning occurs I can assure you and He is there to strengthen and encourage you. Some of the persistent bad dispositions will be with us all of our earthly life .

This is why the master gardener is constantly pruning them less they destroy not only us but also innocent ones with in His family that we associate with.

As He does this it enables us to serve Him with more gratitude which is a magnet to those in the world as to what (or should I say who) gives us daily strength.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah-M’Kaddesh (The Lord is my Sanctifier) for the difficult task of pruning the unproductive branches which are destructive unto me, those in our Heavenly family and to You from the Masters vine.

Thank you that during this constant pruning it provides ample opportunity to witness for You and bring the little lost sheep into Your Divine flock.

I exalt You in the name of He who is my Sheppard Jesus Christ. Amen.

He Will Vindicate You.

 

He is near who justifies Me; Who will contend with Me? Let us stand together. Who is My adversary? Let him come near Me.  Surely the Lord God will help Me; Who is he who will condemn Me? Indeed they will all grow old like a garment; The moth will eat them up. Isaiah 50: 8:9 New King James Version

Whenever anyone challenges you whether it be from family, friends, coworkers, or people on the street as to what makes you think you have your calling that is the time to pray and depend upon God to vindicate you.

 

For me He has shown verses in the Bible and their meaning to me. They are written down and carried with me so that when challenged they are brought out and used in my defense.

Now one of two things will happen.

One: people will be open to what is being said and you will enjoy a good opportunity to witness.

Two: the people are not interested in what you have to say, they are more interested in being judgmental and condemning and will refuse to listen. They will walk away in a huff.  They will stay away from me which means there is less strife and anxiety in my life.

 

These are the only two responses I get.

Whenever I find myself becoming a Negative Nellie I always reflect back on all the marvelous blessing Jehovah has abundantly showered upon me both great and small. As each one comes to mind I thank my gracious Heavenly Father for these gifts. Soon the negative thoughts are replaced with boisterous praise.

 

 

It not only changes my disposition for the moment but also becomes a part of my daily life.

Treasure in Earthen Vessels

 

But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us. 2 Corinthians 4:7 New King James Version

We are the earthen vessels and the power of God is the Holy Spirit who lives in us.

Therefore as Christians we shine forth Jehovah not us.

When we are Christians we have the ultimate superpower available to us, His name is The Holy Spirit.

When we endure trials and tribulations that would destroy ordinary men or women, the super power comes to help us.

When He does and those around us see it they are curious and want to know where this power came from. That is the opportune time to give witness to the power of God.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Jireh (God our provider) for blessing me with the ultimate power to help me, The Holy Spirit and may I use every opportunity to witness of Him, through You to others so that they may be drawn to Your holy family. I give thanks in the name of He whose sacrifice made it all possible Jesus Christ. Amen.
