I Stand at the Door.

voice of god

Behold, I stand at the door and continually knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him (restore him), and he with Me. Revelation 3:20 Holy Bible Amplified Version

When Jesus comes a knocking, it is beneficial to us if we open the door. When He enters our hearts He begins a life long process of molding us to emulate Him. The more He reveals of Himself and our Heavenly Father and our Wise Teacher (the Holy Spirit) to us the deeper our will be to come closer to Him.

It is interesting after we have walked with Him for a while how much He has subtly changes our preferences in life unbeknownst to us.

When we reflect back on our past we are shocked at the things we did and believed in.

It is quite interesting when we move away from our community we were raised in and come home after a few years and folks are shocked by how much we have changed. The old things are actually detestable to us and the things we desire those that knew us cannot understand. We feel like an alien amongst our family and old friends.

We are all born into the world. It is Christ that comes unto us. If we accept His invitation then we will spend a lifetime where he makes Himself more appealing and the world more distasteful. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer:Thank you Jehovah Bara (The Lord Creator) for blessing me with bringing the Holy Spirit to work with me a make over of my mind and spirit to create in me the beautiful child You know I am capable of being. I exalt You in the name of He whose blood washed my filth away Jesus Christ. Amen

May the gentle assurance of Jesus’ sweet love encompass you today and every day. Joseph a son of Jehovah

I Love to Listen To

“With the aged [you say] is wisdom, And with long life is understanding. Job 12:12 The Holy Bible Amplified Version

Being in my elder years I have been on both sides of the coin.

In my younger years I loved to listen to elders for advice (not all of them of course, only the righteous ones). This has prevented a lot of disasters in my life.

When I was stubborn and ignored their advice it always ended it catastrophe.

Now, being in my elder years myself, I love to offer my experience to the younger generation.

Most of them foolishly believe they can get all the wisdom they need from the internet and that us old foggies are stupid. That is a very unwise decision to make.

I love to listen to old foggies. Now not all of the elderly are wise and should not be listened to, only listen to the righteous ones.

Your elders have more of lifes experience than you. Listen to them and prevent a lot of hardships in your life. Arrogantly ignore them at your own peril. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Rabbi (God our Teacher) for blessing me with all those Godly teachers You have guided me to guided to me for sharing their prudent advice in my life.

Thank you my Beloved for blessing me with the opportunity to share my discretion with those who are less experienced in life (no matter their age) so as to guide them away from disaster and towards success.

I exalt Thee in the name of the most astute teacher of all Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the gentle assurance of Jesus’ sweet love encompass you today and every day. Joseph a son of Jehovah

The Difference is That.

The heartfelt and persistent prayer of a righteous man (believer) can accomplish much [when put into action and made effective by God—it is dynamic and can have tremendous power]. James 5:16 The Holy Bible Amplified Version

The Lord listens to us as every loving Father listens to his children.

The difference is that Jehovahs power and resources are unlimited as is his wisdom.

Earthly loving fathers are limited in what they can do for their children and with their children.

An important part in trusting that your prayers are answered is to make sure that you are a righteous man or woman of Jehovahs family.

To be righteous means that we are to be living in accord with divine or moral law.

If we are unrighteous we have no right to expect anything from Jehovah because we do not deserve anything from Him.

Just as you are ignoring Jehovahs call to be righteous so too does He ignore your prayer. Joseph a son of Jehovah

So, before you ask anything from Jehovah it is important that you ask Him to teach you how to live a righteous life and to help you in that process (yes you will need help because the task is too great to accomplish on your own). Then you will also understand the type of prayers that are most pleasing unto Him.

Prayer: Please Jehovah Rabbi (God our Teacher) bestow upon me the ability to live a righteous life so as to be a delightful child of Yours and teach me in how to pray prayers that are delightful to Your ears. Then the end result of this will be powerful and effective prayers that can be prayed to assist others. I genuinely request this in the name of the greatest Rabbi who taught His disciples to pray prayers that are pleasing unto You Jesus Christ. Amen.

Wishing you a house full of sunshine, hearts full of cheer and love that grows deeper each day of the year. Welsh blessing

He Must Ask For

But he must ask [for wisdom] in faith, without doubting [God’s willingness to help]. James 1:6 The Holy Bible Amplified Version

For any and all situations in life the first course of action a Christian take it taking it to the Lord, asking for His advice. We must ask in faith, which means trusting, that our request shall be answered. After all our Father in Heaven only desires what is best for His children.

Sometimes, in fact most times, the answer does not come instantly. This is a big problem for most folks today because they are used to instant everything. But in waiting for the Lords answer He is teaching us not only patience but to expand our faith in Him.

Many times the answer will come in pieces not all at once. This is because we need to take baby steps due to the problem being so big.

So for example we will say you are having a problem with someone. First you need to resolve problems in your own life and then will be prepared for the proper course of action to take with dealing with the other soul.

When we ask Jehovah for wisdom we must obey what He says whether we like it or not. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Thank you Jesus Rabbi (God our Teacher) for walking amongst us so You understand everything we go through because You have already experienced it. Because of this You bless me with the wisest advice because You are the wisest teacher of all who only wants what is best for me because You love me so very much. In Your all discerning name I exalt Thee. Amen

May Gods sunshine always bless you with brightening your day with His love, joy and peace. Joseph a son of Jehovah

By Far More Christian Than

There is no [distinction between] Greek and Jew, circumcised and uncircumcised, [nor between nations whether] barbarian or Scythian, [nor in status whether] slave or free, but Christ is all, and in all [so believers are equal in Christ, without distinction]. Colossians 3:11 The Holy Bible Amplified Version

Do you notice the mention of the Scythian and wonder who they were?

Scythian the 8th century BC, they possibly raided Zhou China. At their peak, Scythians came to dominate the entire steppe zone, stretching from the Carpathian Mountains in the west to central China (Ordos culture).

When I was a teacher in China some Chinese Christians were sharing with me how Christianity came to China early in the first century A.D. When I looked up who they were on wikipedia.org it fits perfectly what my Christian sisters were informing of. It took me about three years to come to grips with what they were saying but searching the scriptures proved they were right.

I believe we in the west are arrogant in believing that Christianity is mostly a western religion.

When I studied Chinese Christianity and saw how they behaved they were by far more Christian than the majority of so called Christians in the west.

As well their Bible is different form the wests (for example the only apostle they have is Thomas because he was the only one of Christs disciples to travel there and they have the Book of Enoch in their Bible) and I found it more in line with true Christianity.

As well on the bus going to church the Chinese Christians and we excitedly shared with what Jehovah had done in our lives that week(The members from the west were very annoyed by it.They preferred to talk about pop music, the latest movies or TV shows or fashion- the material world- rather than Christ in their lives).

How many western Christians get excited to talk about what Jehovah has done in their lives?

On the way back we would discuss the sermon.

How many so called western Christians discuss the sermon after service?

Before church they would have prayer meetings and after church they would have Bible study classes.

How many churches have that every Sunday- indeed, how many even teach from the Bible any more?

Most of them have suffered a great deal by becoming Christians.

How many in the west are willing to suffer for Christ?

Do not tell me you are a Christian, show me. Joseph a son of Jehovah.

We in the west can learn so much of true worship from our Chinese Christian brothers and sister.

Prayer: Please Jehovah El Deah God of knowledge bless me with abundant knowledge of how to be a loving obedient child of Yours every day. Please ingrain it into every molecule of my being so as to glorify You. I humbly beseech Thee in the name of the all knowing Jesus Christ. Amen

May your house be filled with joy in the morning and sweet dreams at night. May it be a home where love has come to live. Joseph a son of Jehovah

The Source of My Confidence.

For You are my hope; O Lord God, You are my trust and the source of my confidence from my youth. Psalm 71:5 Holy Bible, Amplified Version

Society is a prison of keeping up phony appearances. To fit in with the “in crowd” you have to act in a way that conforms to what they think is right or wrong. They decide what to wear, what music to watch, what movies to watch and what food to eat.

I do not care what others think of me, I care what Christ knows of me and is making of me. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Who is “they’ you ask?

It is big business disguised as someone wise. I remember a time when these two guys would rate movies and many folks would decide which movies to watch based on their assessment. The strange thing is though, the movies they thought were super great must see movies were boring and duds to me. The movies they panned were the great movies to me. Strange how they were paid by the big movie companies.

I see movie stars and so called musicians commenting on world events like they are so wise yet they are idiots who know nothing. Many folks are just as big of idiots because they take their word for it rather than do research on it. Those of us who do do the research and call them out are called racists, bigots, hemophiliacs, to name just a few.

There are so many that wait in freezing weather and spend exorbitant amounts of money to get the latest mobile phone from a certain company just to feed their ego.

Those of us who are wise have confidence in who we are in Christ. When The Holy Spirit directs our steps it is because the Trinity loves us and desires only what is best for us not to empty our wallets or bend to worshiping them as idols. We have confidence in our Teacher and Guidance Councilor. We have confidence in who we are because we know Jehovah made us this way (that is not to say we are perfect or that we do not need the burning off of the dross- bad habits). We have confidence in what He is molding us into.

“The greatest prison people live in is the fear of what other people think.” David Icke Prayer: Thank you my Beloved Jehovah Kal El (voice of God) for speaking to me in a gentle assurance that it does not matter what others think of me but what is important is what Your know of me and about me and what I am capable of becoming when I dedicate my life unto You. I exalt Thee in the name who He who never listened to anyone but You in whim He was Jesus Christ. Amen

May the gentle assurance of Jesus’ sweet love encompass you today and every day.

Everyone May Learn From

“Nevertheless the righteous will hold to his ways, And he who has clean hands will grow stronger and stronger. Job 17:9 Holy Bible, Amplified Version

We all put our mouths in action before our brains from time to time. We say things impulsively that are deeply regretted later.

I have certainly done it numerous times.

That is why we need the Holy Spirit to guard our mouths and indeed clamp them shut many times to keep us out of trouble. He has done that for me numerous times to my deep gratitude.

We all play the victim when trials and tribulations occur and take it out on God: “If you love me why are you allowing this to happen to me”

I have cried that too many times to count. In retrospect however I see that the greatest lessons in life are learned from trials and tribulations. They help us grow the most and helps us to endure then with confidence and even expectation on what Jehovah is doing through these events.

And, you can bet He is doing it for a reason.

Those speak foolishly who ascribe their anger or their impatience to such as offend them or to tribulation. Tribulation does not make people impatient, but proves that they are impatient. So everyone may learn from tribulation how his heart is constituted.” Martin Luther

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Rabbi (God my teacher) for teaching me through my numerous tribulations and moulding me from them into the beautiful child You desire me to be. I praise You in the name of Your most beautiful Son Jesus Christ. Amen

May the gentle assurance of Jesus’ sweet love encompass you today and every day.
