I Called Out Unto

In my distress I prayed to the Lord,and the Lord answered me and set me free. Psalms 118:5 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation

There has been so many times in my dedicated service unto our Heavenly King where the stress was so bad it felt like I was going to literally explode. On my knees with rivers of tears rushing down my exhausted cheeks and shaking hands lifted to the Heavens I called out unto our Beloved Poppa in Heaven to release me from this pain, anguish, frustration, and exhaustion.

Most times He refused.

Instead He answered me with the same phrase that washes all the distress and exhaustion from my body and spirit and left me completely enveloped in His Divine peace and love. “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.”  2 Corinthians 12:9 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation

Divine grace is described as : the free and unmerited favoror the recieving of goodness from God The Free Dictionary

Jehovah may not free you from your circumstance but He will walk with you through them and you will be blessed with loving and respecting Him ever more.

When Jehovah puts you in the furnace of affliction, He is right in there with you. Joseph a son of Jehovah.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah-‘Immeku (The Lord Is With You Judges 6:12 ) for walking with me through all my trials and tribulations, sorrows and snares. We have walked this road so many times before that I have complete and total confidence in Your presence whenever that painful road must be travelled again. I exalt You in the name of He who has experianced all that I have and so much more when He walked amongst us, Jesus Christ.Amen.

Boy is That Ever True.

 “There will always be temptations to sin, but what sorrow awaits the person who does the tempting!” Luke 17:1 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation

There was a TV show back in the day that when someone did something bad the main character would always say: “ God will get you for that.”

Boy is that ever true.

Many decades have past since I was a gullible teen (and I thank Jehovah He protected me from the scam artists).

Those that tried to tempt me into doing drugs, having premarital sex, getting drunk all the time just to mention a few are complete and total wrecks. Their bodies are shot, their minds are shot. They live in horrible abject poverty. In their time they lived the high life, many admired them and followed them. They are not so cool now.

You can do as you like with your body but you will also pay the price for it. Joseph a son of Jehovah

I tremble at what so many school teachers, homosexuals and others are going to get when they preach their lies to impressionable children.

Prayer: Thank you Holy Spirit Tsuri (Psalms 19:14 O LORD My Strength ) for blessing me with the strength to resist temptation. Yes the apple looks enticing when it is presented but it is really a deadly poison which destroys, mind, body and spirit when indulged in. I praise You in the name of He who resisted the devil when He was at His weakest, Jesus Christ. AMEN

It is Indeed the Coldest and Darkest

 

Just Before. Shortly before dawn Jesus went out to them, walking on the lake. Matthew 14:25 The Holy Bible New International Version

Being an avid outdoors man all my life I can certainly attest to the fact that it is indeed the coldest and darkest just before dawn.

From decades of experience it seems to me like Jesus always comes to us in our trials and tribulations, sorrows and danger when it is its most intense.

I think the reason for that is most of us chose to face our giants alone being independent.

It is only as they get progressively worse and all else fails that we go to Christ.

One of the benefits of this is our great and deep appreciation for His rescue.

Unfortunately for us the lesson of depending upon Him for salvation must be repeated numerous times before we accept the fact that it is unto Christ that we must always go whenever any trouble comes our way.

Finally learning that lesson and going to Christ first has prevented my storms from becoming full blown destructive typhoons.

Just remember Jesus has been there, Jesus cares. He is always willing to help but we must first call out to Him and then obey His instruction for us. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Since he himself has gone through suffering and testing, he is able to help us when we are being tested. Hebrews 2:18 The Holy Bible, New Living Translation

Jesus’ love is the bright healing light that evaporates that darkness of sorrow, worry, pain, loneliness and fear. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah ‘Ori (the Lord is my Light) Psalm 27:1 for blessing me with being the beacon of love, strength and assurance during my darkest hours. I praise You in the name of He who is the light of the world Jesus Christ. Amen

That I Encountered Jesus.

I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world.”John 16:33 New Living Translation Bible

Although being a Christian for many decades it was not until I endured my crucifixion (We all worship something equal to or more that Christ, in order to be used by Christ this must be crucified. I do not take that lightly. It is the most horrible and excruciating pain and agony you will ever experience. But, on the other side of it you will thank Jehovah for it every day. I do) that I encountered Jesus.

It was during a church service and there was a brilliant light that completely encompassed me. A voice came out of the light and assured me: “I love you and am with you always. I will never leave you nor forsake you. “ There was a washing, like being under a cool waterfall on a blistering hot day of all the pain, hurt, and anguish completely away. It was the most refreshing and cleansing experience ever experienced. That encounter changed my life forever and shall never forget it.

Yes, I had been blessed countless times with the Holy Spirits guidance and strengthening, comforting and encouraging and still am BUT, that could never compare with the encounter with Jesus. I greatly appreciated and still do, the Holy Communion with the Holy Spirit but the encounter with Jesus was WOW.

Prayer: Thank you Jesus ‘Immeku (The Lord Is With You) for the amazing privilege of encountering You so many times. Each encounter leaves me desiring to never leave Your presence.

Only to Learn That

 They were shaken because He was indignant and angry. Psalm 18:7 The Holy Bible Amplified Version

Many times in our walk with Christ we have the wrong foundations. Because of this our house is unstable and pron to destruction when affliction, trials, trouble and sorrows come unto us.

In order to prevent this from happening Jehovah must tear down those foundations.

Working in construction building houses I learned that everything must be lined up in building the foundation. If it does not the house is faulty and pron to demolishing when storms hit. That is why most houses built about a hundred years ago are still solid while new houses have so much problems. Those a hundred years ago built the houses to last so they took extra care in how they were built. Many today just slap houses together as cheaply as they can get away with to make profit. When they storms hit we see the end results of who was the better builder.

Jesus is the builder of our house (our spirits) and will not allow faulty construction of it. When we start to stray from the masters architects plans He shakes the house to reconstruct it.

He has shook many of my foundational beliefs to get rid of them because they were hampering my walk with Him. I praise Him for doing it.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Kanna (The Lord is Jealous) for being so jealous as to never allow another architect to alter the plans You have for this child’s building You so loving built. Thank you for destroying any layers which will cause this building to collapse into complete and total destruction. I praise You in the name of the master builder Jesus Christ. Amen

Do Not Doubt My.

                                        

I have loved you just as the Father has loved Me; remain in My love [and do not doubt My love for you]. John 15:9 The Holy Bible Amplified Version

All of us who have walked the Christian walk have from time to time faced uncertainty whether Jesus loved us or even if He was real. As we mature we grow more and more assured of it.

Many times we go through intense trails and tribulations, sorrows and times of famine. We wonder whether Jesus has deserted us, whether we have angered Him and cry out to Him.

We are met with silence.

Or, so it seems.

When these events have passed and we reflect upon them we can see Jesus’ firm but gentle hand guiding us through them as well as providing provision during them.

It has occurred to me on numerous occasions and only caused my faith in Him to grow stronger and stronger.

Where is Your Tabernacle?

                           

The tabernacle is the meeting place with Jehovah. It is a special place with no interruptions and is quiet.

Mine is in my tent in the back yard.

It is here we talk one on one, it is here He speaks to me as I read His holy word.

It is here He listens while I sing love songs unto Him.

It is here that I take shelter from the trials and tribulations, sorrows and snares.

It is here I thank Him in the morning for all His blessings great and small. It is here I say good morning my Love, I love you every morning.

It is here that I thank Him for all blessings great and small that He has abundantly blessed me with throughout the day.

It is here I say good night, I love You my cherished one before going peacefully off to sleep at night.

We all need our own tabernacles where we can be alone with Jehovah every day.

Where is yours?

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Pryyand (God is my friend) for blessing me with a sacred place in which to commune with You. It is one of my most cherished blessings. The Lamp Of.

                                       

The spirit (conscience) of man is the lamp of the Lord, Searching and examining all the innermost parts of his being. Proverbs 20:27 Holy Bible Amplified Version

There is no excuse.

The most popular excuse is: “I did not know.” and “It is not my fault.”.

That is a flat out lie.

The Holy Spirit comes to us all, believers and unbelievers alike and speaks to us as to what is right and what it wrong.

The difference is that the wise listen and obey the Holy Spirits advice and avoid a lot of hardship, trouble and sorrows.

The foolish arrogantly ignore it. Indeed, many times they drown Him out with loud music or any thing else to deafen their ears and minds unto Him. The irony is that the Holy Spirits advice for us is for our own good and we ignore it at our own peril as the fools discover the hard way. What is truly amazing is that the fools refuse to learn from the error of their ways and continue on their evil, wicked ways writing off their experiences as “just a coincidence”.

It is a wise man that listens to God, it is a foolish man that pays the price for ignoring Him. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Blessed is Any Weight

                                                  

Cast your burden on the Lord [release it] and He will sustain and uphold you;

Now why in the world wold any weight be considered a blessing?

How many folks forget all about Jehovah during the good times but go a running to Him during the bad ones?

I believe the weight that endures over a sustained amount of time is the best.

The reason?

Those who are shallow in their relationship with Christ will quickly fall away when they do not receive instant relief. They will go to worldly councilors which is little if any use to them. They will cry out to their government to save them and the government shall be unable to assist them.

Some trust in chariots and some in horses, But we will remember and trust in the name of the Lord our God. They have bowed down and fallen, But we have risen and stood upright. Psalm 20: 7-8 Holy Bible, Amplified Version

Those whose hearts are open to Jehovah will experience the blessing of His hand in their experience and their faith (which means trust) will grow. So too, will their respect, love and admiration towards our loving Father in Heaven.

It is in our hard times that we grow the most and come the closest unto Jehovah. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah ‘Uzam (The Lord is our Strength in Trouble) for blessing me with the strength to continue on through the trial and tribulations, sorrows and snares that come my way. The Champion Worry Wort.

 “So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.” Matthew 6:34 Holy Bible Amplified Version

I used to be the World Champion Worry Wort. You name it and I would worry about it. I swear I used to worry about if I did not fart during the day (really). It caused endless sleepless nights. It is surprising I did not have ulcers or a heart attack. The stress meter would be on overload.

As my walk with Christ slowly matured more and more was put into His capable hands, starting off small and gradually enlarging as the walk with Him became more and more secure more and more was surrendered to Him. The end result was a good nights sleep ( which is enjoyed almost every night now).

There is more and more serenity in uncertain circumstances.

There now is amazing physical, mental and spiritual health.

Now there are times when there are uncertain circumstances and or situations that arise that is completely out of my control and a panic attack begins. That is when I sprint for a Bible, a quiet place to be with my Beloved and allow Him to comfort and assure me that every thing is under control. The stress meter goes dead and the worry melts away.

Prayer: Oh a deep heartfelt Thank you my cherished Jehovah Shalom (The Lord blesses with Peace) for blessing me with peace in every aspect of my life because I know You love me, You care, You help me and guide my steps. You are always there through all my difficulties and sorrows. You are the greatest. I praise You in the name of the Prince of Peace Jesus Christ. Amen.
