The Greatest Make Over

work-in-progress

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come 2 Corinthians 5:17 The Holy Bible, The New  Living Translation

How would you like the greatest make over?

When we give ourselves to Jesus He will slowly remove the old ugly you and create a new beautiful you.

Now this is not referring to making you into a super model.

No.

You will be created into a new beautiful saint.

Saint: one of God’s chosen and usually Christian people Webster’s Dictionary.

Now this will not happen over night. For some it will happen quickly, while for others it will take longer. But, the wonderful thing is that your transformation will be a work in progress until we reach Heaven. The Holy Spirit will be crushing and smashing the filth in us to be replaced by the heart and mind that is transforming into a oneness with Christ. Sometimes that will be painful. When we come out of the transformation though, we will be more beautiful than ever imagined.

Of course we will get our final beauty treatment when we get to Heaven and become transformed into Heavenly bodies.

Sound good?

Then why not give your heart to Jesus and join our Christian family.

“I advise you to obey only the Holy Spirit’s instructions. He will tell you where to go and what to do, and then you won’t always be doing the wrong things your evil nature wants you to. For we naturally love to do evil things that are just the opposite from the things that the Holy Spirit tells us to do, and the good things we want to do when the Spirit has His way with us are just the opposite of our natural desires” (Galatians 5:16,17) The Holy Bible, New Living Testament.

Belonging to Jehovahs family is belonging enjoying the supreme love affair. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Thank You Jehovah-Bara (The Lord Creator) Isaiah 40:28 for sending the Holy Spirit to preform the difficult task of molding this sometimes challenging creation of Yours into the beautiful creation You intend for me to become. I praise You in the name of He whose blood is the catalyst for this amazing metamorphism Jesus Christ. Amen

May you be blessed with abundant joy in your heart filled with love and your life overflowing with laughter every day this year.

Bring My Sin To.

So she said to Elijah, “What [problem] is there between you and me, O man of God? Have you come to me to bring my sin to mind and to put my son to death?” 1 Kings 17:18 The Holy Bible Amplified Version

Do you notice that the woman had an unconfessed sin?

It was only when a man of Jehovah was there that she was willing to admit it or them. He did not accuse her of anything. I believe it was his presence that nagged at her and the death of her son was the catalyst that brought her to confession.

Many times just the presence of a saint will bring someone to want to talk about a sin they have nagging on their conscience.

We are not to condemn them nor to judge them. We are not to minimize it either.

Instead we are to listen to them and pray with them. We are to pray for the Holy Spirit to guide us to use the proper words to help them along with their confession and repentance.

This is the process that I use with great success. At first it was quite confusing why folks I barely knew wanted to talk with me about their problems.

Then the Holy Spirit taught me that it is because others see Christ in me that they feel the need for repentance and the security that there would be no condemnation nor gossiping on my behalf.

It is important to understand that when one confides in you, you are not to burn the telephone wires about it and gossip to anyone and everyone who is willing to listen. You are dealing with someones life and as well you are a representative of Christ.

This is an ideal opportunity to bring them to Him or bring those that have strayed back to Him or to bring assurance to one who has momentarily fallen that they are not facing an angry fierce damming God but one who is loving and forgiving when repentance is sought. Then if it is a habitual sin we need Jehovah’s guidance on where they can find the resources to help them.

Prayer: Please Jehovah Kal El (voice of God) bless me with words of comfort, encouragement, respect and gentle words of conviction when a receptive sinner approaches me with a repentant heart. Guide my actions to be appropriate to guide them to repentance and to the resources they need to conquer any addictions that are plaguing them. I humbly request this in the name of He who gently brought Peter to repentance for deserting Him Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the gentle assurance of Jesus’ sweet love encompass you today and every day.

The Mark of a Saint

Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you through and through [that is, separate you from profane and vulgar things, make you pure and whole and undamaged—consecrated to Him—set apart for His purpose]; and may your spirit and soul and body be kept complete and [be found] blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Thessalonians 5:23 Holy Bible Amplified Version

A saint is someone who has set himself away from the world and set their lifestyle to living the Christian life. That is what concentrate means we are dedicated to a sacred purpose and that purpose is to serve Christ in our daily lives.

It need not be big things because every act of service unto the Lord is special unto Him not matter how big or small.

When we request Jehovah to guide our words and actions He will always lead us unto service towards Him by serving others. And that is the important thing.

Do not go off half cocked and think you can serve Him however you chose because then you are not serving Him but serving yourself saying : “Look at me Lord aren’t I a good child?”

Indeed many souls have done this not to bring the lost to Christ but rather to being them to their church.

Where as, following His leading is saying: “Because I love You I shall go where You ask me to go and do what You want me to do.” That does not mean we have halos or are perfect.

Indeed it is quite humorous when I inform folks that I am a saint.

The first thing they say to me is:”Where is your halo?”

“The mark of a saint is not perfection, but consecration . A saint is not a man without faults, but a man who has given himself without reserve to God.” W. T. Richardson

Prayer:Please Jehovah Ezer (The LORD our Helper) bless me with helping to help others where You want me to go and to do what You desire for me to do. I humbly request this in the name of Your most obedient son who went all the way to the cross on Your desire Jesus Christ. Amen

May the gentle assurance of Jesus’ sweet love encompass you today and every day.
