If You Want to Know

look for me

Jesus said to him, “Have I been with you for so long a time, and you do not know Me yet, Philip, nor recognize clearly who I am? Anyone who has seen Me has seen the Father. John 14:9 The Holy Bible Amplified Version

If you truly want to know what Jehovah is like just read about Jesus in the New Testament in your Bible. The two are of the same disposition.

If you want to know who the best guidance Councillor is just look at Jesus. He has gone through every thing, and so much more, that we have. Therefore, He understands everything we go through and is best qualified to give the best advice (Jesus is too much of a gentleman to demand anything, He always suggests what is best for us, it is in our best interest to be obedient unto that advice.).

Who would you rather go to with a problem: someone with a certificate on the wall but has not walked one step through what you are experiencing.

Or: Someone who has walked a mile or more in your shoes so understands completely what you are going through and has unlimited resources to help you resolve the problem.

“If you want to know who God is, look at Jesus.  If you want to know what it means to be human, look at Jesus.  If you want to know what love is, look at Jesus.  If you want to know what grief is, look at Jesus.  And keep looking until you’re no longer a spectator but part of His grand story.” N. T. Wright

Prayer: Thank you GELAH RAZ (Revealer of Mysteries) for revealing the mystery of You to this humble child of Yours that is blind to the foolish ones that are walking towards Hell. Please bless me with the ability to reveal You with others as You have revealed towards me. I humbly request this in the name of He who opened the eyes of the blind Jesus Christ. Amen

May you be blessed with abundant joy in your heart filled with love and your life overflowing with laughter every day this year.

You do so at Your Own Risk.

He who turns his ear away from listening to the law [of God and man], Even his prayer is repulsive [to God]. Proverbs 28:9 Holy Bible Amplified Version

Have you ever felt Jehovah was speaking to you about something in your life and then you ignore Him?

You do so at your own risk.

When Jehovah speaks with us about something that requires attention it is for our own good.

If you ignore His advice you with eventually suffer the consequences for it. Then when you go cry babying unto Him, He will ignore your prayers. They smell like a bad fart to Him. He is disgusted with you because you refuse to listen to Him.

Now when you finally smarten up and obey Him, He forgives you.

It is always difficult to obey Him especially when it is something deep seated in our minds.

Many times it will take good Christian counselling to even get to admit we have the problem.

Once we accept the problem then it is up to us to try to resolve it. We can get all the counselling in the world but if we do nothing to try to resolve it, the counselling is useless.

Sometimes the problem is too big for us to handle.

That is when we go unto the Holy Spirit and sincerely, respectfully ask for His help. Then and only then will the issue be resolved.

I have gone through both sides of it and can tell you it is very difficult but rewarding.

One of them for example was independence, which most of us suffer from. It took many years before that was finally destroyed and expelled from my mind and heart. Sometimes it took my own effort, sometimes it took the assistance from the Holy Spirit. I rejoice over that every day.

“When God turns away from us because of selfishness, it is not rejection. Rather, it is an invitation to follow Him to a place we would rather not go.” — Brennan Manning

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Emet (God of truth) for gracefully educating me about the ruinous dispositions with in my soul. Thank you for the assistance You overwhelmingly provide me with to conquer these weaknesses. I exalt Thee in the name of He who has overcome the world Jesus Christ. Amen

May your house be filled with joy in the morning and sweet dreams at night. May it be a home where love has come to live. Joseph a son of Jehovah

He Must Ask For

But he must ask [for wisdom] in faith, without doubting [God’s willingness to help]. James 1:6 The Holy Bible Amplified Version

For any and all situations in life the first course of action a Christian take it taking it to the Lord, asking for His advice. We must ask in faith, which means trusting, that our request shall be answered. After all our Father in Heaven only desires what is best for His children.

Sometimes, in fact most times, the answer does not come instantly. This is a big problem for most folks today because they are used to instant everything. But in waiting for the Lords answer He is teaching us not only patience but to expand our faith in Him.

Many times the answer will come in pieces not all at once. This is because we need to take baby steps due to the problem being so big.

So for example we will say you are having a problem with someone. First you need to resolve problems in your own life and then will be prepared for the proper course of action to take with dealing with the other soul.

When we ask Jehovah for wisdom we must obey what He says whether we like it or not. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Thank you Jesus Rabbi (God our Teacher) for walking amongst us so You understand everything we go through because You have already experienced it. Because of this You bless me with the wisest advice because You are the wisest teacher of all who only wants what is best for me because You love me so very much. In Your all discerning name I exalt Thee. Amen

May Gods sunshine always bless you with brightening your day with His love, joy and peace. Joseph a son of Jehovah

That Is Not the Way It Is Supposed to Be

LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOUR

Therefore if you bring your gift to the altar, and there remember that your brother has something against you Matthew 5:23 New King James Version

Do you notice that Jesus mentions that if your brother has a grievance with you, you are to make your peace with him?

He does not say that if you have a grievance against your brother.

Too many Christians believe that they must forgive their brothers when they do bad things to them before their offering can be acceptable to God.

So let us say a brother has cheated you out of a lot of money, do you seriously believe that God wants you to forgive him his dept to you if he has the means to repay you before your offering will be acceptable to God?

To me that is a very dangerous and misguided theology.

Prayer: Please Jehovah grant me the wisdom to discern how to handle a problem between a  brother or sister who is indebted to me but refuses to pay his obligations even though they have the means to do so. I sincerely beseech this request in the name of He who taught Nichodemous to repay those to whom he was indebted to Jesus Christ. Amen

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.

More Than Asked For.

GRADITUDE AND CREDIT

These articles are dedicated to the wonderful and amazing way Jehovah Jireh (the Lord our provider) answers prayers. It is a simple journal that I would like to use as an example for others to list their sincere prayer requests and then how our Beloved answers them.

It will amaze you and create a heart of gratitude and respect for our gracious Jehovah Heseh (Our God of love).

“Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. Matthew 7:7 New King James Version

Yesterday I prayed the Lord would bless me with a good teacher and that my mind be open to what was being taught concerning a problem on my computer.

The teacher was very good. She explained things in a simple easy relaxed manner which made it easy to understand.

As well as solving the annoying problem she taught me some programs which help me a lot and got rid of some annoying ones.

She showed me a program to use to help an elderly lady living in a seniors home that does not speak our language. This site gives simple sentences the nurses can use to communicate with her.

She showed me how to get on the libraries WiFI, which I did not even know they had for free.

She showed me a site with a lot of freebies, which is deeply appreciated by a cheepo like me, to help with my writing.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Jireh (God our provider) for blessing me with a wise teacher who abundantly provided me with so much more useful information than I was expecting. I praise You in the name of He who abundantly provide the wine at the grooms wedding Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus sweet love bless you today and every day.

Are You a Belcher?

Image

Indeed, they belch with their mouth; Swords are in their lips. For God is my defense. Psalm 59: 7&9 New King James Version

Have you ever encountered a loud mouth?

Their words just belch out of their mouths without them even considering what they are saying. Many times their words are intended to be like a sword piercing the heart of their intended victim. They are mean spirited. They like to say and or do things to intentionally upset souls and then they laugh in their wicked delight. On the internet they are called trolls.

Do not allow them to get under your skin.

I just meekly (meekness means you are firm but keep your temper under control) inform them that that behavior is not tolerated by me and if they can not or will not speak to me with respect then shut up. They become very angry but what can they do? If they become or threaten to become violent just inform them you will call the police (do not go to their level and get in fisticuffs. Brains over brawn will win the battle). When the police arrive inform them that you want them tested for anger management problems. Their cohorts will quickly desert them.

I speak from a lot of experience. In countries where the police are useless I ask them if they have mental problems? Is this the way you consider respect (which means a lot in many countries)?

If the problem becomes serious consider getting counseling. A good place to get help is Focus on the Family and RBC.org (look up the booklets on that site).

And of course it is always best to go to the best guidance counselor Jesus Christ. Because he walked the earth there is not one thing we have experienced that He did not go through so who better to get help from than someone who has walked a mile in your shoes, is all wise and all powerful?

Prayer: Please Jehovah Yeshua (God our protector) protect me from the wicked tongue lashers and bless me with the wisdom, grace and meekness to deal with them in the same manner as Your wisest, strongest son Jesus Christ. It is in His mighty, loving and caring name I pray. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.

Call Upon Him in Truth.

Image

The Lord is near to all who call upon Him, To all who call upon Him in truth.Psalms 145: 18 New King James Version

The important part of this equation of this verse is that we are to call upon our beloved in truth.

Many men and women only consider the part where the Lord is near to those who call upon him and forget the second part.

So if for example you are have difficulty in a relationship instead of asking Jehovah to force the other one to see your point of view why not ask that He blesses both of you to see the problem and how to solve it wisely along with the strength to do so.

Many times they do not want to see that the problem may be themselves and they need to change.

So we must call to the Lord in truth, accept His advice, pray for the wisdom and strength to obey His advice and then take the proper action. This may mean that you may have to get Christian counselling if not together than go yourself.

Prayer: Please Jehovah KalEL (voice of God) bless me with the wisdom and strength to be an obedient child and listen and obey the voice of my Heavenly Father whenever I encounter any problems. I humbly request this in the name of Your most obedient son Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.
