How are Your Weights?

CHILDS DEEDS                                                                                                                                                              “ You shall not have in your bag differing weights, a heavy and a light. You shall not have in your house differing measures, a large and a small. You shall have a perfect and just weight, a perfect and just measure, that your days may be lengthened in the land which the LORD your God is giving you. For all who do such things, all who behave unrighteously, are an abomination to the LORD your God. Deuteronomy 25:13-16 New King James Version

Merchandise was sold by weights back then and merchants would cheat others by having false weights.

Today we can expand it to include selling second hand cars or selling things on the internet.

It can also include selling your self to a perspective employer or employee, to someone you want as a friend or fiancée (which is why it is best to have a long engagement because they cannot hide these things for long) or just pretending to be someone you are not.

That is cheating and you may get away with it for a while but God is a God of justice and you will pay for this filth.

Prayer: Please Jehovah Immanuel (God amongst us) bless me with a pure heart so as to give glory to You. I sincerely ask this blessing in the name of He who was always straight up with everyone Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.

“Take care, and be on your guard against all covetousness, for one’s life does not consist in the abundance of his possessions.” Luke 12:15 New International Version

I have been on both side of the coin.

There have been times when I have had a lot and there have been times I have had a little.

It was when I had a lot that I kept on desiring more and more yet my life felt unfulfilled. There were times when I had little but that is when I was closest to Jehovah and felt great contentment.

My personal believe is that covetousness is like a vampire that sucks the life blood from you.

Oh you see these con artists on TV trying to convince you that if you have this big house, expensive car or go on this fabulous vacation on your dreams will come true and your life will be filled with happiness.

How many have gone on those expensive vacations only to get Montezuma’s revenge (diarrhea ) or been struck with typhoons or get robbed or any other numerous disasters. Not only that but not only do you have your problems when you return home but now you have debt as well.

It is the same thing with those houses and vehicles. Yes we all need somewhere to live but does it have to be like a mansion?

Yes we all need some form of transportation but does it have to be an expensive car?

Who are you trying to impress?

I prefer to impress Jehovah with my love for Him and my obedience to Him. I never have to worry about where to sleep, what to wear or what to eat..

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Jireh (God our provider) for always generously supplying my daily needs in the physical realm and for blessing me with the richest treasure of them all An abundant love affair with You. I exalt You in the name of the one whom I cherish so dearly Jesus Christ. Amen

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.

Why Should He Listen to You?

Brown lagoon

If I regard iniquity in my heart, The Lord will not hear. Psalm 66:18 New King James Version

Iniquity: the quality of being unfair or evil Merriam-Webster Dictionary

If you are a cheater and scammer beware, you are going to get your dew in spades. You will not get away with it. Jehovah will make sure that what you scammed others out of and or stole from others will be taken from you three times as much.

When that happens (and it will) and you cry baby to Jehovah what makes you think He will waste His time listening to you?

Through time He will send warnings to you to cease and desist. If you stupidly and arrogantly refuse to obey Him then you will suffer.

Just as you did not listen to Him, He too will ignore you.

Now if you repent you may still have to pay the consequences of your wicked deeds. So if you cheated stockholders out of money and get caught you will still have to repay the money and probably do time in prison. But, because you have repented your relationship with Jehovah will be repaired.

Believe me, live may be difficult walking with Jesus but is impossible without Him. Joseph- Anthony: Green

Prayer: Please Jehovah Kalel (Voice of god) always bless me to be attentive and obedient to Your life giving word so as to live in harmony with with others and with You .I cherish our relationship more than any earthly desire. I humbly request this in the name of He who is Your most obedient son Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day

Do You Permit of All the Investigation?

Search me, O God, and know my heart; Try me, and know my anxieties Psalm 139:23 New King James Version

FOLLOW YOUR WAYS

Do you honestly allow Jehovah to investigate what is in your heart (not that he does not already know anyway) and reveal to you what your problems are and what must be done to relieve you of them?

His answer may be painful and difficult but many cures are.

If you have an abscess tooth do you think it is enjoyable to have it removed? But what happens if you do not? The infection
may burst and you could die.

What a waste to have your spirit slowly agonizingly die when you refuse to follow Jehovahs spiritual prescription.

Sometimes the prescription may be beyond your capabilities, like forgiving someone who has hurt you bad. That is when you need to depend upon the Holy Spirit to bless you with the power to do what must be done. It will be a struggle and it will be difficult but it is well worth it.

I have experienced a lot of weight off my spirit by obeying and am extremely grateful for the blessing even though it was difficult even with the Holy Spirits help.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Ropheka (God our healer) for healing some of the deep wounds in my spirit and for blessing me with the power to desist from destructive habits. May my will always be surrendered to Your divine wise loving will. I humbly give thanks and ask this in the name of He who because of His obedience all the way to the cross made this blessing possible Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.

These are the clothes of Christians.

Put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering; but above all these things put on love. Colossians 3:12&14 New International Version BE RESPECTFUL

Why not try this: Every day in your morning prayers (and of course being a good Christians you always begin t you?) ask Jehovah to bless you with a heart that is filled with kindness, humilty (being humble is the opposite of being proud and arrogant) meekness (Meekness means keeping your temper under control. How many need this on the morning rush hour?), longsuffering (Long suffering means patience. How many of us need patience in the check out lines in a grocery store or restaurant?) and, the end result will be a Christ centered heart filled with love.

Then, ask Jehovah to bless you with at least one opportunity to express this to someone through out the day.

When you blow it and do not exhibit one these traits, just close your eyes and apologize to God and then, if possible, to the one you were rude to. Keep a diary and write these exploits down.

See how much it changes your attitude.

I know I certainly was amazed.

An added benefit will be that you will find your day much more peaceful, calm and filled with joy and appreciation for how much of these Jesus is with you through out the day.

These are the clothes of Christians.

Of course we also have love and grace but that will be another article, okay?

Prayer: Please Jehovah Hosanna (the Lord our maker) make me a beautiful set of righteous and holy clothes to put on today and every day so that I may glorify You, bless others and enrich myself with the most treasured riches of all. I humbly request this in the name of my mighty and meek king Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.

Until Your Last Breath.

I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. 2 Timothy 4:7 New International Version

ACCEPT HIS CALL INTO HIS LIFETIME SCHOOL AND SERVICE

Have you encountered older Christians who like to brag “I did this for Jesus.” or “I did that for Jesus.”

We do not stop serving our Heavenly king until either He takes us to the other side or until He comes in the final battle to take us to Heaven to serve Him for an eternity.

We do not ever sit on our hands and say I have done my fair share.

Only Christ decides when Your time in service is completed.

Another point is that we of ourselves did nothing. It was what Christ has accomplished through us. We insult Him when we take credit for what He has accomplished in us and through us.

Not my will but Thy will be done my Beloved is the motto of every Christian. Joseph- Anthony: Green

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah El Elyon (The Lord most high) for blessing me with the opportunities to serve You and Your divine skill to provide the tools necessary to accomplish Your holy calling for me life of service. May I always be blessed to serve You until my final breath on this planet. I pray this prayer in the name of He who served You all the way to the cross Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.

Keep Yourself Centered

Then Peter, turning around, saw the disciple whom Jesus loved following, who also had leaned on His breast at the supper, and said, “Lord, who is the one who betrays You?”  Peter, seeing him, said to Jesus, “But Lord, what about this man?” Jesus said to him, “If I will that he remain till I come, what is that to you? You follow Me.”John 21: 20-22 New King James Version

ACCEPT HIS CALL INTO HIS LIFETIME SCHOOL AND SERVICE

When you  have received your calling from Christ, stay focused on that calling.

Others opinions are irrelevant.

When  I informed others calling in my life they always tried to dissuade me, they made fun of me and sometimes tried to put things in my way to intentionally make me fail.

If I had of listened to them, I would not have accomplished anything Christ set out for me to do.
As well, do not worry about the other guy whether that be a family member, or a buddy at school or church with their calling.

That is between them and Jesus.

Do not compare your calling to theirs.
For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt to each one a measure of faith.  For as we have many members in one body, but all the members do not have the same function,  so we, being many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another.  Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, let us use them Romans 12:3-6New King James Version

Their calling may be to work with an international group with a lot of prestige. Yours may be working with the homeless or elderly that gets no attention by others. They are both important to Jesus or He would not have assigned them.

Jesus does not waste anyone’s time.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Rohi (God is our Sheppard) for blessing me with the calling You have specifically for me in Your Holy family. This servant gives thanks in the name of my King Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.

What They Need

Whoever rebukes a person will in the end gain favor rather than one who has a flattering tongue. Proverbs 28:23 New International Version

blue sky behink pink blossoms

In today’s world of the politically correct where if it feels good do it, to rebuke someone is to be considered to be interfering.

I remember when as a child it was quite common for a stranger to rebuke a naughty child when they were misbehaving in public.

Try that now and see what happens.

In s world it is not your fault, it is societies fault, it is your families s fault and the guilty ones go unpunished.
If we had more men and women out there that could mentor properly without the politically correct interfering maybe that would solve a lot of our problems.

When I was a teacher I would gracefully, meekfully (meek means keeping your tempter under control) rebuke naughty or lazy children. Yes, when necessary, they were punished. Many other teachers thought I was harsh. But, at the end of the year, so many of those same students would come up to me and thank me and apologize for their misbehavior.

Whereasthose with flattering tongues tell you it is not your fault or that no, you cannot fail. You did a great job and get a prize even though you did not putany effort in it. These flattering teachers were treated with contempt and distain.
And you wonder why society is in such a mess?

Prayer: Please Jehovah Hosanna (God our maker) bless me with the ability to mold those You have placed in my sphere of influence into Godly righteous children of Your precious family. I humbly request this in the name of the greatest teacher of all Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.

What Kind of Ambassador are You?

We are ambassadors for Christ. 2 Corinthians 5:20 New King James Version

ACCEPT HIS CALL INTO HIS LIFETIME SCHOOL AND SERVICE

An ambassador represents their country and their government. As such, when we call ourselves Christians everything we say and do represents Christ our king and His kingdom.

What kind of ambassador are you at work, at school, while driving, while shopping and in all your other activities?

How about your speech? Do people see a loving but firm Christ when you talk about abortion or homosexuality? Do you have a potty mouth just to fit in or are your words filled with wisdom, grace and meekfulness (It is not weak to be meek. Meekfulness means keeping your temper under control. Only the strong can do that.)

But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me. Acts 1:8 New King James Version

As an ambassador it is our divine duty to speak with others of our King and His kingdom. As well as, to invite others to become citizens of our kingdom with our King.

How often do you share Jesus at work, at school, on the bus to work or school, in your
neighbourhood?

But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Mein Jerusalem,
and in all Judea and Samaria, Acts 1:8 New International Version

You want a real challenge?
No it is not going on short term missions (which from my observations do more harm than good) where nobody
knows you. It is being an ambassador in your school, at work, in your neighbourhood and where you do volunteer work.

Now if you are going to be an ambassador for Christ do not seek the accolades from man or woman because instead you will many times receive mockery and indeed down right hostility.
To be frank with you I have received more hostility in our so called free world (which is slowly being taken over by the
satanic politically correct) than I did living ten years in communist China.
Prayer: Please Jehovah KaEl (voice of God) bless me to be an obedient child and obey the voice of the Holy Spirit as He guides me where You want me to be and to say the words You want me to say so that others will be blessed to be receptive to Your word, repent and enjoy a loving relationship with You. I humbly request this in the name of He who was the best ambassador when He
walked amongst us Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.

Two Plus Two Equals Go

“Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it
says.” James 1:22 New International Version

ACTION

Jehovah has blessed us with two ears and two feet. Therefore, we are to not only listen to the Word, but to use our feet to walk where the Word leads us.To do the things the Word has revealed for us to do.

Otherwise, you are a fool.
You believe you are a Christian, but do not obey the commands of our king
Jesus.

Listening is passive; it means you just sit there. Anthony: Green

Prayer: Please Jehovah Sabaoth (God, the commander of the army) bless me to be obedient to my almighties command to serve You. Please bless me with the wisdom, guidance, grace and opportunities to bring glory, honour, praise and the little lost sheep to Your awesome kingdom. I meekly request this in the
name of my mighty king Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.
