Why is Jehovahs name the most wonderful name on earth?
Could it be that no one nor nothing can create beauty such as He does.
Man tries but can never copy much less surpass Jehovahs masterpieces.
Could it be because of His most amazing love towards us?
No one and nothing can compare to His cherished love.
Could it be for all the gifts He abundantly blesses us with every day?
No one and nothing can compare with His incredible gifts He abundantly blesses us with every day.
Could it be because He suffered and died such a horrible death so that we may have a Heavenly inheritance?
Could it be that He has the most amazing home prepared for us to enjoy for eternity?
Can it be because He offers the best guidance for our lives?
Can it be because no one can heal our mental, physical and spiritual wounds as gentle and complete as He can?
Can you think of any other reasons Jehovah, Jesus and The Holy Spirit have the most wonderful names?
Prayer: Oh my most precious Jehovah Jireh ( God provides Philippians 4:19 ) please forgive me for being unable to find the appropriate words to thank you for all the mental, physical and spiritual gifts You have generously blessed me with through out my life. In humble adoration I can only say thank you. I praise you in the name of Your greatest gift to me, my Beloved Heavenly big brother, Jesus Christ. Amen

It does not matter if you are working at a fast food restaurant or are a nurse or if you are a garbage man or a police officer. When you are a Christian, your boss is the same. His name is Jesus.
Now, there are going to be times when you must say no to a physical bosses directive because it goes against Christs principles. To be sure you are going to suffer but it does not compare to the reward Christ lavishes upon you when You obey Him rather than man. It may not be an immediate reward and you may not even be rewarded until you reach Heavens Gate but Christ promises rewards to loyal servants and He never lies.
On the flip side of the coin, you may not be appreciated and even be abused by your employer. Take comfort in knowing that your reward will be just as great by Jesus because you persevered.
Great suffering for standing upon Christs principals is rewarded by even greater reward by Christ in His Heavenly home. Joseph a son of Jehovah
Prayer: Thank you Jesus Emunah (God is faithful 1 John 1:9, 2 Thessalonians 3:3 ) that You are true to Your word to this humble devoted servant and I shall receive my reward if not in this life here and now then in eternity with You in Heaven for being Your obedient servant. Having walked with my Beloved for over forty years I know this is not true. There have been times when my Love did not supply my needs.
But, that was not His fault, it was mine.
He asked me to go here and I stubbornly refused to and went there. So, of course I did not receive the blessing.

Think of it like this: a rich man informs a homeless man that he will buy him all the groceries he wants if he meets him at a certain grocery store at a certain time. The homeless man goes to a fast food restaurant instead. A few days later they meet again and the homeless man demands to know where the rich man was. The rich man informs the homeless man he was waiting for him at the grocery store.

I have seen too many egotistic folks or good hearted folks try to leave a legacy because they want to be remembered when they go over to the other side which is abused and forgotten in a few years. All the while they neglect their eternal inheritance which will be either very comfortable or extremely uncomfortable.

I have seen many sacrifice their live and their health so that when they die they will leave a good inheritance for their children. When they die their children could care less and end up blowing their inheritance foolishly. Their parents would be rolling in their graves if they saw it.

I have seen many buildings that in their time were extravagant luxurious statements to the community about the owners wealth that are now run down buildings used by drug addicts and for wild drunken orgies parties. Boy would they be spinning in their graves if they could see that.
On the other hand when we work for King Jesus, He will place a beautiful crown of glory on our heads when when enter Heavens Gate.

This pretty much describes my attitude and behaviour towards my all knowing, all delivering, all encouraging, all loving all forgiving incredible Heavenly Father, Supreme King and Wise Teacher.
Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Heseh (God is love) for being so loving towards me in that You always supply me with the right amount of what I need, when I need it. You are so amazing. I exalt You in the great name of He who always supplied His disciples Jesus Christ. Amen

I would like to suggest going to church, however, from a personal experience I find too many wolves amongst the sheep there (please read 2 Timothy 3:15 to see what I experience in church).

Now what makes people friends?
Could it be because they enjoy dong the same thing?
Well what did Jesus do when He was here?

For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’ “Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? Speaking from personal experience, in Canada, I have found doing volunteer work extremely rewarding. Both, in personal satisfaction and the knowledge that is was making my best friend very happy.

When in a boxing match the opponent will always land a few shots, many times leaving scars for the rest of your life.
So too it is with the Christians battle.
Make no doubt about it we are in a constant battle when we become Jehovahs children.
Yes we are in continuous battle with satan and his minions but we are also in ceaseless battle against society (more so in the west than in communist countries from my experience). The anti-Christ that goes by the label of liberals are really anti-Christs in their every belief. By anti- Christ it means they are against the morals set down by Jehovah and by default by Christ. Many times they will leave deep scars from battles we both win and lose.
The most severe battles of course are within our own families. They know us best so they know how to cut us deep and many do so with complete gusto. They will cut the deepest.
I have met many who have gone through seminary that are more in line with satan than with Christ and know little more than theology and nothing of having a loving relationship with Christ.
I see many who serve themselves by pretending to serve Christ, this is especially true with missionaries. They are there more to glorify themselves than to share the gospel. And, with many missionaries I have met, they live off of others by pretending to be serving Christ.

Prayer: Thank you Jesus Christ Helech ‘Olam (The Lord my King Forever) for blessing me with the gift of suffering for You as You suffered for me. One of the interesting things in tracing your family history is that it is in the past that I see myself today. It is a repeated pattern of dispositions that is in the genes that is passed on from generation to generation. In my case one side of the family is true villains while the other are saints.
Here is the amazing thing though, when we dedicate our lives unto Christ He burns off the dross (the bad dispositions) while replacing them with Godly ones. It is not something that is accomplished in a day or week. Sometimes it takes decades and even then some bad dispositions remain. I believe that the bad dispositions are permitted to remain so that we are dependent upon Jehovah to keep them under control.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah El Deah (God of knowledge) for blessing me with sharing Your knowledge about my past with me to explain my dispositions to me. Thank you for working with me to burn off the dross of the undesirable inherited traits and replacing them with Your Divine traits to mold me into a Holy child of Yours. Unfortunately in todays society we see too much of children and grandchildren abusing their elderly parents and grand parents. They are useless freeloaders. The only time they have anything to do with their parents or grandparents is when they want money from them. If the parents and or grandparents need any help they children and or grandchildren are too busy to help. This is greedy and abusive.
Beware, God is not mocked. He is a God of justice. Abusing your parents or grandparents is one of the filthiest thing you can do in the eyes of Jehovah and His hand will be heavy upon the wicked children and grandchildren.
One thing I have noticed a change in recent years is that the parents and or grandparents get fed up with it becoming cold hearted towards the children and grand children and completelydisinherit them.
The children and grandchildren are so used to leeching off of their parents and grandparents they are usually in debt and expect the parents and or grandparents to bail them out. When the day of reckoningcomes the parents and grandparents turn their backs on the children and grandchildren and they lose everything.
Just as the prodigal son in Luke 15:11-32 went and blew his inheritance on himselfand material things so too is todays generation. The differenceis the prodigal son was repentant where as todays generation is too full of pride to repent and suffer the consequences.
Leech off of your parents and or grandparents today, lose everything tomorrow. Joseph a son of Jehovah

From what I have seen being a live in care giver for my mom and a volunteer at a seniors home I would say they are going to have a feast.
So many of all ages gleefully throw their elderly or handicapped parents into a hell hole called a seniors home. I know most are very good at the level of care they provide but the living environment leaves much to be desired. I have seen many only come to visit when they want money and then treat their mother scornfully (to scorn means open dislike and disrespect or derisionoften mixed with indignation. To treat them with derision meansthe use of ridiculeto show contempt and contempt means a strong dislike. I have seen many children and grandchildren treat their mothers like they had the plague. And, indignation means to be angry. The children and grandchildren are angry because their mother is still alive because they want her money in their inheritance. To mock means to to treat with contempt or ridicule. I have seen many make fun of their fathers infirmity in their elder years.
I have seen children blackmail their parents “If you want me to come and help you, you have to pay me.” If you want me to bring the grandchildren over you have to give me money.” This is all disgusting in the eyes of the Lord and they shall pay severely.
Now granted many parents were abusive to their children but we are to forgive them, that does not mean we are not to hold them accountable. If they refuse to repent, which means admit what they did, admit it was wrong, apologize and stop doing it, then we are to have nothing to do with them. If reconciliation is not important to them then it should not be important to us.
However to abuse them when they are in need is just as wrong in Jehovahs eyes.
That does not mean ravens will actually pluck out their eyes but that they will pay for their abhorrent behavior.
Prayer: Please Jehovah Abba (God our Father) just as you lovingly care for me instill in my heart a desire and will to be respectful, loving and caring to my parent so as to bring glory to You. I humbly request this in the name of Your most loving, respectful son Jesus Christ. Amen
