Why Destroy Yourself?

Too much wisdom can lead to self righteousness. Being a do gooder for the praise of others or as a bargaining chip with Jehovah(i.e. Look at all the good things I have done, now you owe me).

Too wise is when you have an arrogant ego over those who know less about being a Christian than you do or know less about the Bible than you do.

If you know more than others, one of the first things you must know is that Jehovah hates arrogance and that our wisdom comes from the grace and understanding that was given through the Holy Spirit. Joseph a son of Jehovah

How can being a fool cause you to die before your time?

Could it be that being a thrill seeker unnecessarily puts your life a risk , like bungee jumping or kayaking dangerous rapids or try to out ski an avalanche or living a dangerous lifestyle like homosexuality?

Could it be that living in excess of indulgences as gluttony and or drugs and booze destroys your body quicker than normal aging does?

Could it be that lying, cheating and abusing folks means you will get seven times back by Jehovahs ultimate court of justice?

You dance with the devil, you are going to get burned. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Thank you Holy Spirit Elohim Ozer Li (Psalms 54:4 GOD My Helper) for knocking me off of any high horse I climb on in order to prevent my head from getting too big.

Thank you for guiding me away from dangerous activities that can lead to disaster.

What Will Happen To

The godly can look forward to a reward, while the wicked can expect only judgment. Give freely and become more wealthy; be stingy and lose everything. The generous will prosper; those who refresh others will themselves be refreshed. If you search for good, you will find favor; but if you search for evil, it will find you! Trust in your money and down you go! But the godly flourish like leaves in spring. Those who bring trouble on their families inherit the wind. The fool will be a servant to the wise. The seeds of good deeds become a tree of life; a wise person wins friends. If the righteous are rewarded here on earth, what will happen to wicked sinners? One day while volunteering with a Christian organization delivering furniture to the needy we delivered furniture to welfare bums. They were so lazy they refused to even carry the free blankets used to keep them warm. They were ungrateful.

But, you know what else they were?

Very sad and ashamed .

It was because they knew their lifestyle was wrong not because of us.

We were respectful and friendly with them. Listening to them talk amongst themselves we hear them constantly brag about themselves while drinking and smoking cigarettes.

This is vanity and it comes from a selfish heart.

But the sad thing is that: When you surround yourself with yourself you end up with nobody but yourself. That is a very lonely place to be. Joseph a son of Jehovah

They were living a destructive lifestyle and it was only destroying themselves.

For we must all stand before Christ to be judged. We will each receive whatever we deserve for the good or evil we have done in this earthly body. 2 Corinthians 5:10 The Holy Bible New Living Translation

Later we did deliver furniture to low income folks who were very grateful so it more than evened out for being a rewarding day knowing that we helped the truly needy.

And, because we are Christians and those we helped were not, we gave glory to Jesus and by His grace used this as a conduit to guide them to Him.

And don’t forget to do good and to share with those in need. These are the sacrifices that please God. Hebrews 13:16The  Holy Bible New Living Translation

There is a difference between those in need and those who are too lazy to support themselves. Supporting the later is a waste of the resources Jehovah has given you to help those who are truly in need. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Please Jehovah El Deah (God of knowledge) bless me with the knowledge of discernment on how to share with those in need and not those who are lazy and ungrateful. I sincerely request this in the name of the wisest of all Jesus Christ. Amen

Do Not Even Associate With

 

Do not even associate with a man given to angry outbursts; Or go [along] with a hot-tempered man, Or you will learn his [undisciplined] ways And get yourself trapped  [in a situation from which it is hard to escape].Proverbs 22:24-25  Holy Bible, New Living Translation

These are explosive folks. You can be having a nice social conversation with them and suddenly they will explode in a rage. I have seen it numerous times and it was terrifying, until Jehovah blessed me with the peace, wisdom and grace to be firm with them and inform them that that childish behavior is not tolerated with me so either straighten up or get away from me. If they refuse to obey then I inform them they can discuss it with the police. Then they leave, all the while screaming like a banshee about how I am abusing them (it is not my fault, it is yours is their mantra). 

Do not try to reason with them because there is no reasoning with a fool. All that will happen is that you will get into a yelling contest with them and lose your temper, Then, they will manipulate you to lose your temper even more and they will be laughing at you on the inside.                                         

Never get into an argument with a fool. To do so, you have to go down to their level and they will beat you every time from experience. Anonymous 

I speak from a lot of experience.

In the future I refuse to even acknowledge them (even to say hello or good morning) because that opens the door and they are thieves. They will steal your peace and you will get into another yelling contest. Again, I speak from a lot of experience.

I depend upon the Holy Spirit to bless me with strength, wisdom and grace to handle these poor pitiful folks. Yes some of them are like this because of unresolved issues in their lives but most are like this because they just love to fight.    

The pitiful thing is though, that because they are cursed with this disposition, they have no friends, especially in their elder years.                                    

“No weapon that is formed against you will succeed; And every tongue that rises against you in judgment you will condemn. This [peace, righteousness, security, and triumph over opposition] is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, And this is their vindication from Me,” says the Lord. Isaiah 54:17 Holy Bible, New Living Translation  

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah-Shalom (The Lord blesses with Peace) for blessing me with peace while dealing with a war monger who attempts to steal it from me. Thank you for blessing me with the wisdom in how to prevent them from stealing Your Divine gift from me. I praise You in the name of the Prince of Peace Jesus Christ. Amen

Shouts in the Street.

 This is something we all need to take heed of today.

She raises her voice in the markets; She calls out at the head of the noisy streets [where large crowds gather]; At the entrance of the city gates she speaks her words:

“How long, O naive ones [you who are easily misled], will you love being simple-minded and undiscerning? How long will scoffers [who ridicule and deride] delight in scoffing,  How long will fools [who obstinately mock truth] hate knowledge?

“If you will turn and pay attention to my rebuke, Behold, I [Wisdom] will pour out my spirit on you; I will make my words known to you.

“Because I called and you refused [to answer], I stretched out my hand and no one has paid attention [to my offer]; And you treated all my counsel as nothing And would not accept my reprimand, I also will laugh at your disaster; I will mock when your dread and panic come,

When your dread and panic come like a storm, And your disaster comes like a whirlwind, When anxiety and distress come upon you [as retribution].

“Then they will call upon me (Wisdom), but I will not answer; They will seek me eagerly but they will not find me.

Because they hated knowledge And did not choose the fear of the Lord [that is, obeying Him with reverence and awe-filled respect],
They would not accept my counsel, And they spurned all my rebuke.

“Therefore they shall eat of the fruit of their own [wicked] way And be satiated with [the penalty of] their own devices.

“For the turning away of the naive will kill them,

And the careless ease of [self-righteous] fools will destroy them.

(Unfortunately I have seen too much of this even in today’s society, especially amongst the liberals, homosexuals and so called intellectuals).

“But whoever listens to me (Wisdom) will live securely and in confident trust
And will be at ease, without fear or dread of evil.”

Ignore wisdom and pay the price in a living Hell on this earth and an eternal one in the next life. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Emet (God of truth) for blessing me with Your indisputable truth. It has enlightened me to a life free from the darkness around me and the gift of walking in Your righteous light all the way to Heaven. I praise You in the name of the light of the world Jesus Christ. Amen

The gift of love, the gift of joy, the gift of peace, these are the greatest gifts that can be given. They are given in abundance to all those in Christs family by our Heavenly loving  Father. May you be blessed with plentiful opportunities to share these with those around you today.

Makes Christ Look Good.

But I say to you, do not resist an evil person [who insults you or violates your rights]; but whoever slaps you on the right cheek, turn the other toward him also [simply ignore insignificant insults or trivial losses and do not bother to retaliate—maintain your dignity, your self-respect, your poise]. Matthew 5:39 The Holy Bible Amplified Version

To publicly slap someone on the cheek in Jesus’ day was a supreme act of insult. To do it backhanded was a double insult.

So when Jesus is telling you to turn the other cheek He is telling you that when someone insults you to not take it personally and hurl one back at them.

This makes perfect sense.

There are wolves that prowl around looking for a fight. When you ignore their insults you are refusing to take their bait and thereby avoiding a fight. As a consequence they look the fool while you look gentlemanly or lady like.

This is a good reflection of Christ.

Turning the other cheek makes Christ look good and the offender look stupid. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Please Jehovah Chatsahi (The Lord is my Strength) bless me with the strength to turn the other cheek when slapped so as to glorify You and to prevent words coming from my moth for which I shall surely regret later. I humbly request this in the name of He who never spoke when slapped at His unfair trial Jesus Christ. Amen

Struggling With the Fact.

 And the babbling fool [who is arrogant and thinks himself wise] will come to ruin. Proverbs 10:10 The Holy Bible Amplified Version

I have seen many braggarts brought low and shame hangs upon their neck like a heavy brick. Those who once looked down on those they thought were beneath them quickly and with no warning become one of them. Fortunately I have nothing to do with social media because it does not seems too social to me. It is more like a platform for shallow folks to puff up themselves to the rest of the world. It seems pitiful to me. In reality they are very shallow, fragile folks. Criticize them and then see how mature they are then. If you really want to hurt them, just ignore them.

“Narcissistic people are always struggling with the fact that the rest of the world doesn’t revolve around them.” ~Unknown

On the other hand, there are those like myself that does not care what he says, she says or they say. I care about what Christ says about me. That does not make me arrogant but rather constantly listening to and obeying the Holy Spirits guidance to persistently improve myself.

The humble will see Heaven, the proud will see Hell. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Bara (The Lord Creator) for creating in my heart a desire and means to worship He who is the only one worthy of being worshipped, You. May I never worship anything or anyone (including myself) other than You because they are all inferior to You. I thank you in the name of my idol Jesus Christ. Amen

The gift of love, the gift of joy, the gift of peace, these are the greatest gifts that can be given. They are given in abundance to all those in Christs family by our Heavenly loving  Father. May you be blessed with plentiful opportunities to share these with those around you today.

We Know Not When.

This is what the Lord says: “I am going to remove you from the face of the earth. You will die this year!” Jeremiah. 28:16

We know not when our time of departure from this world shall come upon us.

If the word departure sounds like something you hear concerning a trip it is well minded that that is what death is.

It is a trip from a limited fleshly existence on this planet to a trip to an eternal spiritual world.

With this in view just as you plan a vacation trip so should you plan your spiritual eternal destiny with ever more diligence.

Earthly trips can and do go array but there is no deviation from your eternal spiritual destiny.

Do not be casual for one moment and say that you will dedicate more of your life unto Christ when _____ fill in the blank.

The length of life in an individual is the most uncertain thing in existence.

What is it that hinders your devotion unto Christ?

Is it that you must finish school first?

What makes you so cock sure that your time on earth will allow it?

Is it that you have a family to care for or until you have paid off your mortgage?

Then you are a fool.

Look around and see how many young widows and widowers there are.

Is it that you need to pay off your mortgage first?

See the for sale signs that are there because the slaves unto the bank died before they could pay off their mortgage.

The time to dedicate your daily life unto Christ is now because you do not even know if you will awake to see the morning sun. Then it will be too late and you will have forfeited your eternal Heavenly home because of your earthly cares.

In whatever state you die this year—that you will be forever!

Will Christ say to you: “Well done good and faithful servant.” or will He say to you:” Get away from Me because I do not know you.”

Put Christ first in your daily lives and allow Him to help you take care of the earthly cares of daily life. I say help you because yes He may take care of a situation for us however most times we must be prepared to work in harmony with the Holy Spirit in our daily lives to succeed.

The time to dedicate our lives to Jesus is now because there may not be a tomorrow. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Oh how I continuously praise You my Beloved Jesus Hamelech ( Jesus my Lord King ) for the unsurpassing privilege of being Your humbly obedient servant. Although many of the tasks You have assigned this submissive servant to do have been exceedingly challenging, they were always rewarding in accomplishing to make Your heart dance with joy as You make mine in service unto You. I praise You in Your magnificent name. Amen

Is Afraid of Sausages

A wise man suspects danger and cautiously avoids evil, But the fool is arrogant and careless. Proverbs 14:16 The Holy Bible Amplified Version

I have seen far too many folks go from one disastrous relationship to another. It seems as if they never learn. They are arrogant and refuse counselling saying that this time is different. The end result is one disaster after another. The same goes in every aspect of their lives.

Now the wise man learns from his mistakes, and the biggest mistake of course is to depend upon our own knowledge rather that Jehovah’s.

You may think you are smart but con men love to prey upon arrogant simpletons like that.

The opposite side of the coin is where folks see the boogy man around every corner because they have been burned bad. Again, they are depending upon their own knowledge rather than Jehovah’s to guide them through life. Their life is just as big of a disaster.

You want to be a wise man or woman?

Then always go to the supreme guidance Councillor for advice. His name is the Holy Spirit and He will come whenever you call. Believe me, I have learned this most valuable lesson in the school of hard knocks. It took many repeated lessons to learn it and take my word for it, they were not enjoyable to repeat.

A dog bitten by a snake is afraid of sausages (after being hurt you become more cautious).

Prayer: Thank you El Deah (God of knowledge) for blessing me with Your Divine knowledge throughout my life. May I always be attentive to Your voice, understand what You are saying and be obedient unto Your wise advice. I humbly give thanks and ask this in the name of the wisest Rabbi of all Jesus Christ. Talking to a Wall.

 

                                      

A fool has no delight in understanding, But in expressing his own heart. Proverbs 18:2 New King James Version

I have talked with many fools ( most of whom are liberals) and have found they base their debate upon opinion or upon research that is not only false but is slanted towards what they want to hear. When I present to them facts which cannot be disputed they begin shouting. The reason for this is because they are trying to drown out the truth. They refuse to listen, it is like talking to a wall.

A important lesson in it all was not to waste my time with them. I merely inform them that they are entitled to their opinion but it cannot stand firm against my facts. If you chose to live the life of a fool that is your choice. And then, I just walk away. It is not said in a derogatory manner just a firm stance on the truth.

I am not interested in your opinion, just the facts. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah KalEl (voice of God) for blessing me that You have spoken the word of truth into my heart and mind. I extol Thee in the name of He who is the truth of salvation Jesus Christ. Amen.

Are You a Fool?

There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them. There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. There are different kinds of working, but in all of them and in everyone it is the same God at work.

Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good.  To one there is given through the Spirit a message of wisdom, to another a message of knowledge by means of the same Spirit,  to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by that one Spirit,  to another miraculous powers, to another prophecy, to another distinguishing between spirits, to another speaking in different kinds of tongues, and to still another the interpretation of tongues. All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and he distributes them to each one, just as he determines.

1 Corinthians 12:4-11 New International Version

Are you very beautiful?

Do you prance around like a prima donna proud of your beauty?

Was your beauty not a gift from Jehovah?

Do you thank Him for that?

Do you use that talent to give glory to Him instead of giving glory to yourself?                             .

Is that not playing the part of the fool?

Can you blame Him if He takes your beauty from you?

Do you have talent to paint, write or sing?

Do you stand there basking in the limelight instead of giving glory to God and using your God giving talent to serve Him?

Is that not playing the fool?

Prayer: Please Jehovah Jireh (God our provider) do not allow me to become arrogant and ungrateful for the gifts You have so graciously blessed me with.

Please provide me with the opportunities to use these gifts to bring glory to You.

I humbly request this in the name of He who used His gifts to bring glory to You as He walked amongst us Jesus Christ. Amen.
