We have a epileptic cat.
One day I opened a jar of coconut oil and he just gobbled it up. He then proceeded to have seven seizures in less that eight hours.
The Holy Spirit spoke to me and said:” You see, sometimes what we desire Jehovah will not give us because it will do us more harm than good. What we think is good is actually a curse. “
So if you have prayed for something and have not received it, instead of pouting thank Poppa for it because it would end up doing you more harm than good.
By the way a little pet advice. DO NOT give your cat or dog dry food. It causes many serious health issues including diabetes.
And, instead of putting a big bowl of food out for them where they can be gluttons and put on weight, feed them a meal in the morning and in the evening.
Every vet I talked with has said the same thing.

The proper way to worship is to take care of our bodies.
I was listening to a doctor speak about how the food you eat affects the your mind. It is oh so true.
He was saying most men and women, boys and girls eat mostly processed food and that is not healthy. It also make a weak immune system.
Being a former teacher, boy do I know that to be true. I used to scold the parents for giving their children candy before class. They would come in bouncing off of the walls and be very naughty. Then, they would go to sleep. It was impossible to teach them.
You see so many violent demonstrations today. Maybe a big part of it is their diet.
As well, when you follow Jehovahs guideline on dietary food which are good and bad to eat you will find it brings about a healthy life and strong immune system.
I will say it right out: I do not need to put some Frankenstein experiment ( it is not a vaccine ) in my body to protect me from a virus but rather maintain a proper diet to build up my immune system to protect you from it.

Are you concerned about not having enough money at the end of the month, leave it in Gods hands (now He may suggest you stop wasting money in restaurants and start making your own coffee and start brown bagging it). When I was working I would make meals on my day off to last me the rest of the week. They were not all the same. You can get every creative with the Holy Spirit as your cooking guide as well.

Oh Father, it is so frustrating to watch our elderly loved ones condemn themselves to constant injury because they are are stubborn and stupid (which is, may I add, selfish).
Now that they are old and their bodies frail their injuries are so much more serious when they commit these offences against their bodies. It causes untold pain and discomfort to them and makes my caring for them even more demanding.
Please send the Holy Spirit to sternly warn them to prevent these incidents from constantly recurring.
I know a certain woman that is forbidden from eating certain foods. Some of these she used to love to eat. When ever she attempts to eat one of them she is warned it will make her sick. She stubbornly refuses to listen. In no more than one minute after taking her first bite, she is puking her eye balls out.
Sadly I see incident like this with almost all seniors I have come in contact with- unless, they are living in seniors homes.

I have seen multi million dollar homes slide down and embankment and drift out to sea in Southern California. The ocean washed away the sandy embankment so there was no solid foundation for the house.
I have seen houses that with stood hurricanes, flood, forest fires and earthquakes. They were built upon solid rock.
So too it is with our spiritual, mental and physical lives. When these are based upon the solid rock of Christ’s teachings they are on solid ground.
You always hear of new health fads (some of which are truly absurd) which in some cases are detrimental to your health. They are constantly changing. Today you are told not to eat a certain food and then tomorrow you are told it is a super food.
Obeying the dietary laws in the Bible is solid health advice to strong physical health on solid rock foundation.
There are constant psychological advice for your lives (sometimes by folks who could use a good psychiatrist). They change like the weather.
But obeying Christ’s advice always leads to the solid rock of mental health. There are always weirdo’s giving ludicrous advice on how to reach nirvana but it is astoundingly flawed.

Some folks invest money to be free from worries when they retire. Many times their investment falls flat and they are left penniless.
Those who are blessed with a loving obedient relationship with Christ knows He will always take care of our retirement needs. We are free from that worry.
Some folks invest in property for security. Then the market collapses and their property is worth nothing compared to the amount they paid for it or their home is destroyed through natural resources.
Those who are blessed with a loving obedient relationship with Christ knows He will always make sure we have a comfortable place to live on this earth until He takes us home.
Some folks exercise and eat properly to stay healthy in their elder years. Then a disease racks their bodies and they are left crippled the rest of their years. They are left hopeless.
Those who are blessed with a loving obedient relationship with Christ knows He will always take care of our spirits which is far more important than our bodies.
There is nothing wrong with these investments in of themselves but when they are used to be independent of Jehovah they are very fragile and those who depend upon them left void of all freedom of worry and need.
