Do You Listen to the Translator?

If you walk contrary to Me, and are not willing to obey Me, I will bring on you seven times more plagues, according to your sins. Leviticus 26:20-22 New King James Version

Many men and women claim that they read the Bible. The question is do they obey what Jehovah says to them when they read it?

Think of it like this: you like French food so you purchase a book in French on how to cook those dishes. You do not understand French so you bring in a Frenchman to translate it for you. As He is translating he instructs you to do something you disagree with and refuse to listen to him . When the dish does not come out as you desire you blame the translator who is also a French chef. Or you want the chef to do all the work.

Just as the chef will become fed up and walk away so too it is with the Holy Spirit. When He instructs you and you refuse to listen or expect Him to do all the work, He will become fed up with you and walk away from you until your attitude changes and you are willing to become obedient to His divine instruction.

With Jehovah, if you obey His commands you will be blessed; if you disobey you will be cursed. So if there are serious issues in your life, do you think it could be that you refuse to listen and obey the Divine Translator?

Prayer: Please Jehovah KalEl (The voice of God) always help me to be attentive and obedient to Your Divine Word. I humbly request this in the name of He who was obedient to Your word all the way to the cross Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.
