Introverts are Closer To.

Early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left [the house], and went out to a secluded place, and was praying there. Mark 1:35 The Holy Bible Amplified Version

This is why I believe introverts are closer to Jehovah than extroverts.

Introverts thrive on being alone in quiet places. That is the only place to be blessed with true communion with Jehovah.

Extroverts are always busy (usually having fun) and no time to be in quiet solitude with our Beloved.

How are you to worship someone you spend little to no time with?

How are you supposed to listen to His voice if your too busy to sit quietly and listen to Him?

How are you supposed to share the wonders of His creation if you are too busy shopping or doing sports or any other activity that steal time from Him?

Us introverts thrive on solitude with Jehovah. It is the air we breathe. And, it blesses us with extreme closeness with Jehovah and His wonders. And, added benefit is that spending quiet time alone with our Beloved is good for our mental health. It melts away our anxiety, anger, worry and grief (it certainly does me) as He reassures us that everything is okay. He is taking care of it. It is good for our physical health. Because we have less stress on our minds it is beneficial for our bodies. And best of all it is fabulous for our spiritual health. Experiencing Jehovahs Divine love for us renews and strengthens our spirits.

Solitude matters, and for some people, it’s the air they breathe” Susan Cain

Prayer: All praise and glory unto You Jehovah-‘Immeku (The Lord Is With You) for blessing me with always being oh so very close with me in our cherished quiet times. They are the most special times in my life. I praise You in the name of He whom is my best friend that I delight in being with as much as possible Jesus Christ. Amen

Wishing you a house full of sunshine, hearts full of cheer and love that grows deeper each day of the year. Welsh blessing

For All I Have not Seen.

Trust in and rely confidently on the Lord with all your heart And do not rely on your own insight or understanding. Proverbs 3:5 The Holy Bible Amplified Version

Have you ever laid out under the sky at night and looked at the stars? Have you ever tried to count them? When a child it was a summer ritual with us country kids. It is impossible for us to imagine nor understand how He did it. We feel very small and insignificant but then Jehovah speaks to us and says :”Yes I made all these stars and am awesome but my love for you is even larger than these galaxies.” How can you not trust a God like that?

Have you ever smelled and caressed a flower in the early morning dew? Its whole essence fills you with a sensation equal with being mildly intoxicated. We are in awe at His amazing creation and cannot imagine nor understand how He knew to make such beautiful creations. Have you ever wondered how a God like that cannot have such a loving heart for His cherished children? How can you not love a God like that with your life?

Have you ever watched a sunrise and or sunset over a body of water like the ocean and been completely memorized by it with time standing still. Have you ever wondered how Jehovah can set the sun at just the right angle to create such and intently amazing scene? It is beyond our knowledge or imagination how He did it. How can you not trust a God like that with your life?

When I was a tree planter in the mountains in Canada every year the atheist kids from the city would laugh at me for worshiping a make believe God. Then one day when they were planting they would look up and Jehovah would reveal His Divine beauty in nature before them. They stood still like a statute and were bedazzled by it all. They could no longer laugh at a make believe God because they has met Him in His creation.

“All I have seen teaches me to trust the Creator for all I have not seen.” Emerson

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Bara (The Lord Creator) for blessing me with Your revealing Your awesome love, majesty and incredible intelligence through Your creation. Thank you for using these experiences to bless me with the Divine opportunity to get oh so very close with You during these momentous events. I exalt Thee in the name of He who was there helping create these amazing creation Jesus Christ. Amen.

Wishing you a house full of sunshine, hearts full of cheer and love that grows deeper each day of the year. Welsh blessing

Therefore We Must Be.

Now faith is the assurance (title deed, confirmation) of things hoped for (divinely guaranteed), and the evidence of things not seen [the conviction of their reality—faith comprehends as fact what cannot be experienced by the physical senses]. Hebrews 11:1 The Holy Bible Amplified Version

Faith means to trust.

Have you ever layed out under the stars and be amazed at it all and wonder how Jehovah created them all? It is above our capabilities to understand it and we are left with nothing but faith in His Word that it is true.

Have you ever wondered why there is such importance in sharing love to make our lives complete? We cannot truly explain it, we must have faith in Jehovah’s word.

Have you ever wondered why Jesus would suffer and die for one such as you? I we look at it and think if we could or would make such a horrendous sacrifice and realize we could not it is above our comprehension that Christ did. That is why we must have faith in His word.

Have you ever wondered what Heaven is like, what it is like to be in constant communion with Christ? That takes faith to believe Jehovah is true to His word and it shall indeed be an eternal grandest event in our lives.

“Nothing true or beautiful or good makes complete sense in any immediate context of history; therefore we must be saved by faith.” — Reinhold Niebuhr

Prayer: Oh my most grandiose Jehovah-Bara (The Lord Creator) I am in constant awe at all of Your stupendous creation. It leaves me humbled and enormously appreciative of the love You so lavishly bless me with every day. In deep worship in the name of Your most awesome gift to me Jesus Christ I pray. Amen.

Wishing you a house full of sunshine, hearts full of cheer and love that grows deeper each day of the year. Welsh blessing

Step by Step.

“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you [and approved of you as My chosen instrument], And before you were born I consecrated you [to Myself as My own]; I have appointed you as a prophet to the nations.” Jeremiah 1:5 Holy Bible Amplified Version

Once we become a Christian that does not mean we are to sit on our hands and wait for Christ to take us to Heaven.

We are to be obedient servants to our King, Jesus Christ. It will not happen over night. We are constantly on the potter wheel where He gets rid of bad dispositions in us while creating a work of art in our hearts. The Christian life is not a one time glory hallelujah event but a constant metamorphosis that continues until we get to Heaven.

“All I know is that I am a product of God and all I can do is the best I can to thank Him and honor Him and try to grow in Him, step by step.” — Bob Smith

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah-Bara (The Lord Creator) for creating me for Your Divine specific purpose and guiding me to fulfill Your plans in my life. I exalt You in the name of He who fulfilled Your desire for Him unto my salvation upon the cross Jesus Christ. Amen

May the gentle assurance of Jesus’ sweet love encompass you today and every day.

Gratitude is Not Only

Know and fully recognize with gratitude that the Lord Himself is God; It is He who has made us, not we ourselves [and we are His]. Psalm 100:3Holy Bible, Amplified Version

Gratitude is described as acknowledgement of having received something good from another.

Yes we are to know that Jehovah made us and not being insulting idiots and believe that we are descended from monkeys. We are to recognize which means we are to have a clear understanding that we are a Divine creation.

To me that fills me with gratitude and meaning.

After all, how many folks go around and wonder why they are here?

I know why I am here. I was created to be blessed with a Divine loving relationship with our Heavenly Father. I am His and He is mine.

In gratitude I am obedient unto His direction in my life. This gives me Divine purpose.

Again, how many folks wonder what their purpose in life is.

I know mine.

It is to serve an amazing King.

For it is by grace [God’s remarkable compassion and favor drawing you to Christ] that you have been saved [actually delivered from judgment and given eternal life] through faith. And this [salvation] is not of yourselves [not through your own effort], but it is the [undeserved, gracious] gift of God; not as a result of [your] works [nor your attempts to keep the Law], so that no one will [be able to] boast or take credit in any way [for his salvation]. For we are His workmanship [His own master work, a work of art], created in Christ Jesus [reborn from above—spiritually transformed, renewed, ready to be used] for good works, which God prepared [for us] beforehand [taking paths which He set], so that we would walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us]. Ephesians 2:8-10 Holy Bible, Amplified Version

This leads me to a virtuous life.

Virtue means a conduct that conforms to an accepted standard of right and wrong.

Whose standard of what is right or wrong will you trust, Jehovahs or the worlds? Look around at the world and see if you want to live that type of life, I certainly do not.

Gratitude is not only the greatest of virtues, but the parent of all the others.” — Cicero

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Bara (The Lord Creator) for creating in my life a heart dedicated to nurturing a loving obedient live dedicated to You. I love You and praise You in the name of my Beloved brother in Your Heavenly family Jesus Christ. Amen

May the gentle assurance of Jesus’ sweet love encompass you today and every day.

Being Transformed Into

And we all, with unveiled face, continually seeing as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are progressively being transformed into His image. 2 Corinthians 3:18 Holy Bible Amplified Version

When we accept Christ as our Savior and King, He sends the Holy Spirit to transform us from being a dirty filthy rag into a new beautiful Divine creation.

This does not mean that when we accept Christ there will be a hallelujah moment and then we can continue on as we were before.

It does mean a lifetime commitment unto His will in our lives. It means allowing Him to burn off the dross (bad habits and attitudes which hinder our relationship with Him and our maturity in our Christian walk).

Speaking from experience it is not pleasant but you will praise Him for it every day after its completion. It does not mean we are to sit on our butts and expect the Holy Spirit to do all the work. It does mean a lifetime commitment to making the effort ourselves to become Holy children of God. Many times we will be expected to make the effort by ourselves as we mature because that is a process of maturity as well.

“God invites us to come as we are, not to stay as we are.”Tim Keller

Prayer: Thank you Holy Spirit M’Kaddess (The Lord is my Sanctifier) for blessing me with teaching me and helping me to grow into a sanctified child of my Beloved and to lead a life pleasing unto Him. I exalt Thee in the name of He who showed us all how to lead a sanctified life pleasing unto our loving Heavenly Father Jesus Christ. Amen

May the gentle assurance of Jesus’ sweet love encompass you today and every day.

Like a Rose Blooming In.

The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and the One who rescues me; My God, my rock and strength in whom I trust and take refuge; My shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower—my stronghold. Psalm 18:2 Holy Bible, Amplified Version

One time while camping in the desert the winds picked up so bad I had to cup my hands over my face or else I would have been smothered to death.

That is what it is like sometimes when the world comes howling at us with TV, movies, music and society all screaming that sin is good and righteousness is foolishness.

That is when we need the Holy Spirit to come and wrap Himself around us and assure us we are walking the right walk.

In the morning there was huge red butes that when the sun rose they looked like giant fingers slowly moving to clamp onto my and squeeze me to death (or so it seemed).

So too can it seem as if there are pressures from the world to conform to their wickedness or they will destroy us in rage.

That is when we need the Holy Spirit to come plants the sweetness of Christs love for us with in our hearts and bloom like the most beautiful flower with in us.

One time while hiking along a trail by the ocean I decided to climb into a cave in a huge rock. Little did I realize that the high tide came all half way up that rock. That night a storm broke out and the waves reached the lip of the cave but never entered in.

So too is Christ there for us to take shelter in during the storms in our lives.

You will never find Jesus so precious as when the world is one vast howling wilderness. Then he is like a rose blooming in the midst of the desolation, a rock rising above the storm.” — Robert Murray M’Cheyne

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Sel’i (The Lord is my Rock) for blessing me with Your firm foundation and sanctuary during the raging storms in my life. Thank you that through this my faith and gratitude for You has blossomed into a beautiful creation of which You are well pleased. I praise You in the name of the most beautiful gardener of all Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the gentle assurance of Jesus’ sweet love encompass you today and every day.
